Technique
-
- Sit with legs stretched and knees raised.

- Place the right foot on the left foot and turn it towards left side. 2

- Raise the toes.

- Cross the hands under the knees and hold the oppeosite elbows

- Fix the gaze at the tip of the nose
-
- Remaining in Sumatiāsana, perform the Bahih
- Kumbhaka by exhaling slowly and completely.

- Hold the breath outside judiciously as long as possible. 9. Repeat this Kumbhaka 21 times. 4 3

- Relax and inhale slowly.

mūladvāri dharatī pari ṭhāne ḍāvā pagapari dacha Pāda āne । ḍāī pākhatī ko le āvai hātha eka aṃtara ṭhaharāvai ॥ 333 ।। doū eḍī teke aise āḍo vāī rākho taisai । phaṇā jugama ubhā kara rākhai goḍā dou ubhā rākhe ॥ 334
Akashic Revelation
Place the anus (region) upon the ground, place the right foot upon the left foot, bring the left leg and keep at a distance of one hand (1 cubit). Both heels are placed in such a way that they are crossed and the toes stand up and the knees are kept straight. The hands are kept upon the knees and knees remained pressed by opposite elbows. Gaze is fixed at nasal region.
