BANGALORE: Nithyananda, who is in police custody for his alleged involvement in several criminal cases relating to obscenity, criminal intimidation, rape and hurting religious sentiments, might land in further trouble following the recovery of a CD.

The CD, which was seized from the swami's Bidadi ashram, has visuals of Swami Nithyananda using wildlife products including a tiger pelt, skin of a leopard, spotted deer and a wild dog. (Read: Sex CD ₹ 1,000)

"The CD is with forest officials. The swami will land in deep trouble if wildlife sleuths decide to investigate how and where he procured the wildlife products," said a source from the forest cell of the CID.

26 April 2010 : False charges of using tiger skin - wildlife products - were framed on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The fact was that His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda was using a simple cloth on which a tiger was printed. CID claimed that a CD was seized from Paramahamsa Nithyananda Bidadi ashram that had visuals of HIM using wildlife products including a tiger pelt, skin of a leopard, spotted deer, and a wild dog. These FAKE news were to divert attention of the masses from the atrocities which were being done by the State against the monastic community. The State Police wanted to prolong the arrest, to force out a false confession which would be followed by a silently assassination. The silent assassination would be mis-reported to the courts as a suicide or as a natural death.

The Police lies that footage was stolen!

When Counsel to His Divine Holiness moved the court requesting for the original footage from the CID (State Police Criminal Investigation Department) to disprove media, the CID lied that the footage was stolen and leaked to media! Their lie was exposed by the scapegoat-technician who was tortured to profess guilty of stealing the footage, when in reality it was a planned act of the CID.

THE EVIDENCE OF CRUEL ACTS OF CRIMES BY THE CID (STATE POLICE) - CID TORTURES THE CCTV CAMERA INSTALLER INTO FALSE CONFESSION

Following is the expose on the CID crimes of what led to unlawfully giving out the interrogation video footage in the hands of media. Excerpts from the official confession of Mr. Suresh, a hired consultant of the agency MAASTEK, who installed the CCTV camera in special interrogation room of CID office and asked to take out the footage clippings in an external drive.

• We completed installation of CCTV system…..I was clearly told to handover the footage in a pen drive. I did according to his (Mr. Vinay, the manager) instructions.
• Mr. Charan Reddy (CID) and other inspectors told, 'Those who have taken the clippings, please clarify. I will take you to the DG (Director General); he will release you after taking an apology letter the same day afternoon.'
• I was told to confess guilty. 'Go and claim to be guilty, the rest I will manage.'
• Vijay, SP Mr. Chandrasekhar (Superintendent of Police) and Mr. Marishetty spoke to me and said, 'If you confess to the mistake, we will just put a small case and close the matter because you are in no way related to the Maastek company. They took my mobile and there was no means of communicate with either my family or lawyer.
• POLICE TORTURE IN A REMOTE AREA FOR FALSE CONFESSION: Around 9 pm, SP Mr. Chandrasekhar called 2 constables and one inspector spoke to them. They took me to a lodge named RAJA GALAXY at around 11:30 pm. They told me to make an entry into the register in my own writing. They took me inside, removed my clothes, tied my mouth and legs and tortured me and told me to agree, threatening that if I don't, they know what to do. They instructed me to tell that I had given the pen drive to Sinchana Media. I was unable to bear the torture and at around 1 am, I agreed to say according to their instructions. They even threatened me, 'If you tell this to anybody, that you were in the lodge, you will face dire consequences.'
• ARREST: As per their instructions, when the Magistrate asked me , I replied, 'They treated me very well.' They took me to Judicial custody and arrested me.
• Even after I am on bail, they are harassing me and torturing me , calling me all the time and saying, 'If you do not agree, another case will be registered in your name.' They are harassing me and trying to take signature on statements as per their wish forcibly. DIG Mrs. Malini Krishnamoorthy and Mr. Kishore Chandra are abusing me and scaring me during interrogation.
• CID HARASSMENT TO FAMILY: They are sending constables to my house and simply torturing my parents, when I am not there. I am mentally depressed. I am

thinking of commiting suicide due to the agony which my parents are facing due because of the CID harassments.

Mob: 98453 72153. Sir, I was working as consultant for M/s.MAASTEK . On 22nd April 2010 Mr. Vijay called me to his office and told me to install CCTV system in COD office, I along with Mr.Venkatesh (Manager) and 2 technicians by name Srikanth and Sagar went to COD office to install CCTV system. We completed installation of CCTV system on 24th April 2010 by evening, in the course of time as there was a problem in video and audio clarity. I called Vijay he told me to copy the footage and send through Venkatesh in pen drive I did according to his instructions. On 4th Morning Vijay called me to his office and told me that Nityananda interrogation clips has been leaked out please go and clarify. I along with Venkatesh went to COD office, there we met Mr.Charan Reddy and other inspectors. Mr. Charan Reddy told that those who have taken the clip please clarify. I will take you to DG, he will leave you by taking one apology letter. The same day afternoon Mr. Vijay came to COD office and after consulting with his staff he called me and said, if case is registerd in Maastek's name the amount which has to be given of about 8 to 10 lakhs, CCTV, systems and Recording equipment will be seized and until and unless the case gets solved. He even told to me that you go and approve the guilt, rest I will manage. On 5th morning along with venkatesh, srikanth and sagar I went to COD office they made us to sit till 5pm, I got frightened and asked my lawyer to come to

COD office and after lawyer came and spoke to Mr.Bheemaiah admin in charge he told that if there is need of him we will inform, and afterwards I left COD office.

On 6" Morning they once again called me they told me to wait outside till 3pm and SP Mr. Chandrasekhar, Mr. Marishetty, Mr. Vinayak and others called me to SP Mr. Chandrashekar's cabin and started interrogating me and before this Vijay, SP Mr. Chandrasekhar, Mr.Marishetty spoke to me and told that you approve the mistake because if Maastek company name comes in FIR the amount which has to be given will be held and we will just put one small case and close the matter because you are no way related to Maastek company. In the mean time Vijay ordered his brother by name Prabodh to bring 2lakhs cash which I do not know for what purpose, they took my mobile and there was no communication to communicate either with my family or lawyer.

Around 9pm, SP Mr. Chandrasekhar called 2 constables and one inspector spoke to them and then they took me to lodge by name RAJA GALAXY around 11:30 PM, they told me to enter the register in my own writing, they didn't provide my even food.they took me inside removed my clothes tied my mouth and legs and hit me and told me to agree otherwise we know what to do and they tortured me whole night. They instructed me to tell that I have given the pen drive to Sinchana Media. I was unable to bear the torture and around 1AM .I agreed to say according to their instructions. Next morning on 7th May 2010 on 8:30 AM they took me directly to COD Office. Sir you can actually ask Mr. Shafi and take their call details for that particular time and you would know the truth and even they threatened me that if you tell anybedy that you were in lodge you will face dare consequences.

On 701 May 2010 morning I saw Mr. Vijay and SP Mr. Chandrasekhar sitting together and discussing the issue I was frightened and went and asked what is the issue they said nothing serious you just go and meet Vinayak he will look after everything.

I went and met Mr. Vinayak investigating officer who is in charge of this case and made me to sit till afternoon, they registered FIR on my name and took me to Sinchana Media office and told me that we will show you the system there, you just go and open where the video has been copied which I do not know. From there around 6:30pm along with Mr.Vinayak, Mr.Marishetty and one constable they took me to Magistrate house, they told me that if you tell that they took to lodge and hit you we will register another case and you will be in serious trouble, as per their instructions when Magistrate asked me I replied I said they treated me very well and then they took me to judicial custody and arrested me.

I was in judicial custody for one week and iam out of jail now on bail.
