svayaṁ tathダvidho bh┣tvダ sthダtvyaṁ yatrakutracit | kīṭo bh条anga iva dhyダnダdyダthダ bhavati tダd条Waḥ || 166 ||
- Just as a worm by the constant fear of the black bee becomes a black bee itself ultimately, so also, one should by constant meditation practiced on Brahman anywhere become Brahman.

gurudhyダnaṁ tathダ k条tvダ svayaṁ brahmamayo bhavet | pinḍe pade tathダ r┣pe muktダste nダtra saṁWayaḥ ||
- One should, by practicing meditation on the Guru, become Brahmamaya , attain the space of Brahma, Consciousness, while in this body and attain the highest state of liberation. Such a person is a freed soul. There is no doubt about this.

- Devī Pダrvati saysŚ O Mahダdeva, O Vaṅkara, please tell me what is Pinḍa, what is Pada, what is Rupa and what is Rupダtīta.

|| Wrīmahダdeva uvダca || pinḍaṁ kuṇḍalinī Waktiḥ padaṁ hamsamudダhratam | r┣paṁ binduriti jñeyaṁ r┣pダtītaṁ niranjanam || 169 ||
- Vrī Mahダdeva saysŚ Pinḍa is the kuṇḍaliṇī Wakti, Pada is said to be Hamsa, R┣pa is Bindu and R┣pダtīta is the attributeless (niranjana).
(Kundalini is the primordial energy coiled up in the muladhara chakra. Hamsa is jivatma here. Rupa is Turiya state. Rupatita is turiyatita (beyond).

pinḍe muktダḥ pade muktダ r┣pe muktダ varダṇane | r┣pダtīte tu ye muktダste muktダ nダtra saṁWayaḥ || 170 ||
- They are really free who are freed from Pinḍa. They are freed from Pada as well. They are freed in R┣pa also. Those who are freed in Rupダtīta, they are really free. There is no doubt about this, O Varダṇane (lovely faced one, Pダrvati).
