Technique

    1. Sit in on your heels with your k n e e s o n t h e g r o u n d . (Vajrāsana).
    1. Gradually spread your knees apart until both your toes touch ea ch other. Whil e spreading the knees, you will be sitting on you're the front of your feet.
    1. Cross your hands and hold opposite toes.
    1. Stay in this posture for 3 minutes.
