# Step 4: Posture – Bhadrāsana

Technique
-
- Sit in on your heels with your k n e e s o n t h e g r o u n d . (Vajrāsana).

- Gradually spread your knees apart until both your toes touch ea ch other. Whil e spreading the knees, you will be sitting on you're the front of your feet.
-
- Cross your hands and hold opposite toes.
-
- Stay in this posture for 3 minutes.
