94. Persecution by the State continues

The State-Police-Media-Mafia wanted to re-arrest His Divine Holiness and restart the torture, to silently assassinate Him while in custody to fulfill the agenda of the S Gurumurthy-led Hindu extremists. They tried to frame Him in multiple sinister ways, attacking Him through different power machineries.

2. False complaint to Food and Public distribution department

16 June 2010 : On release from prison, His Divine Holiness sat in "Pancha-tapas" (penance which includes the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether). It is an ancient Vedic practice of sitting inside a fire circle for destruction of collective negativity. As per Hinduism, when abuse and attack is done on an incarnation who had come to do good to humanity, prakriti – Nature – needed to be appeased to avoid pralaya (catastrophe for humanity). In order to balance prakriti, Paramahamsa Nithyananda sat for the tapas. This the media mafia used for filing a FAKE complaint with the 'Food and Public distribution department,' alleging that His Divine Holiness had used kerosene (which is subsidized fuel for poor of the country

and sold at a lower than market price) instead of clarified butter. The administrators had to file for an anticipatory bail, to avoid another arrest and torture. Arrest of His Divine Holiness meant that the State Police would employ torture to force out a false confession which would be followed by a silently assassination. The silent assassination would be mis-reported to the courts as a suicide (justifying it with a false confession, or a false last letter), or as a natural death.

Bail conditions finally relaxed

Counsel to His Divine Holiness fought a battle to get the illegal bail conditions relaxed after several months.
