86. Desperate CID "appeals" to "victims to come forward", openly offers monetary compensation

The State was on the brink of losing the case with no offence or victim yet. The DGP (Deputy General of Police) of the CID, DV Guruprasad, working against His Divine Holiness, made an "appeal for victims to come forward" through all print and electronic media! He even openly promised them monetary compensation. Yet nobody showed up. This was the only trial in the world where a person is arrested without charges first, and 'evidences', 'victims' and 'facts' are fabricated later. Even after 52 days of illegal detention of His Divine Holiness, no evidence or any complainant against Him could be got.
