• The State and the Police were controlled by the ruling party Bharatiya Janata Party BJP - the political wing of the Hindu Extremist forces.
• The mainstream media Suvarna Television Channel is owned by Rajeev Chandrasekhar, a prominent leader of Bharatiya Janata Party as Member of Parliament (Central Government).
• The militants and mafia Karnataka Navnirman Sene are headed by VHP Vishwa Hindu Parishad - the militant wing of the Hindu extremist forces.

S Gurumurthy - The chief strategist commanding the Hindu Extremist Forces

S Gurumurthy is the chief strategist for the mother organization RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) which is the ideological wing of the Hindu Extremist Forces. S.Gurumurthy mentored Rajeev Chandrasekhar (billionaire media baron, owner of Suvarna Television Channel). Gurumurthy had bailed out Rajeev of the severe financial crisis that Rajeev's companies were embroiled in. Rajeev gave S.Gurumurthy his trusted men such as Ajith Hanumakkanavar to execute the persecution.

S.Gurumurthy operated the false rape accuser - Aarthi Rao, through his agent Kalyan Raman. S Gurumurthy operated the Suvarna Television Channel through Ajith and Rajeev to air an exclusive series of malicious interviews with "false rape accuser" Aarthi Rao for defaming His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
