Every memory is recorded in your muscles. So when you change the memories, you can simply change your system also. Your

system can and will respond to the memory you create. This is how the transformation in the body-mind happens through Nithya Yoga.
Yoga is not about doing ¢sanas (body postures) or pr¢´¢y¢ma (breath control). The word 'yoga' literally means 'uniting' – uniting of the body-mind. The intent of yoga is not just to give you physical health and fitness; it is to establish you in the experience of eternal bliss every moment. It is an experiential understanding of the truth: every experience of life is auspicious. Every incident makes you more mature. It raises your consciousness.
Nithya Yoga is based on the strong understanding of the powerful timeless truth, 'By nature you are bliss.' As of now, your system may not be prepared to stay in the enlightened space, to radiate the enlightened experience continuously. It is a direct effective means to get physical health, mental wellbeing and the ability to experience your ultimate potential.
