Our Existence Is Just Perfect And Nothing More Is Needed

If we can understand that our existence should not be altered but only be experienced, our execution will become perfection. The unfulfillment, the incompletions and the yet to be achieved feeling should not be cherished in our existence because in our existence nothing more needs to be added, but in our actions there should always be so much of patience as if only these actions would save our life.

How To Know If You Have Lived Your Life Fully?

If you are feeling you' ve not achieved, or if you are feeling the unfulfillment, if you are feeling life is not enough, be very clear you are living just with memories.

You are not alive, that is why you don't feel you are living. You don't feel the fulfillment. For example: "Do not try to add years to your life, add life to your years." Bring life to your years, not years to your life. If your body is running based on the fuel of fear and greed, you'll be running with the past memories, recorded system.

Naturally, you will not tend to move your body more. One more thing, whenever you move your body with fear and greed, you feel so much of irritation. If you are living, if you are alive, you'll feel so fulfilled, you'll feel you are here for too long time.

Unfulfillment Can Dull Your Senses

So beautifully Nachiketa says when the senses lose their vigor, even the longest life is useless; short.

…पि सर्वं जीवितम् …ल्पम् एव …पि सर्वं जीवितम् …ल्पम् एव …पि सर्वं जीवितम् …ल्पम् एव api sarvaṁ jīvitam alpam eva api sarvaṁ jīvitam alpam eva api sarvaṁ jīvitam alpam eva.

When more and more sense objects are enjoyed with the unfulfillment, incompletion, senses become duller and duller and duller. Senses loses the vigor.

How Unfulfillment Starts

If you think you are seeking just relationships or money or some comfort or anything, when you achieve that, just see how you feel. Just twothree time, be aware when you experience what you wanted. You will understand what you are really seeking for. All of us, whether you want or not, whether you understand or not, directly or indirectly, seeking feeling of fulfillment which you lost when you started feeling individual

Identity.

By the age of ten or eleven, usually the person starts feeling an individual identity. From that time only you start feeling that unfulfillment. From that moment, we are seeking only that, back.

Why We Feel Unfulfilled Inside Despite Achieving Success Outside

If you feel you have everything in the outer world but still there is an unfulfillment, your breathing is not fulfilled. Important secret is always outer world follows the inner world. The first thing you need to fulfill in your life is breathing. If you fulfill your breathing, everything will be fulfilled in your life even though you have so many complications in the outer world. If you have not fulfilled your breathing, you will have a deep emptiness even if everything is fulfilled in the outer world.

How To Feel Fulfilled?

Your body realizes its peak only when your kundalini is awakened and established in your system. If your kundalini is not awakened the continuous discontentment you carry the unfulfillment you carry you will not even know the reason but you will go on blaming everything and carry discontentment.

It's so unfortunate most of the human beings whether they are in the space or they are in the place they carry the envy to be like a big social leader, big political leader person with huge wealth, celebrity who is rich and famous, whatever place they go they carry the envy. Even the people who are established in the places forever even they suffer with this great punishment of discontentment.

When your kundalini is awakened first thing you will experience deep fulfillment such contentment in every dimension of your life you will see god it's enough enough its overflowing. The overflowing experience life will be tasted by your bio memory first time. Very rarely your muscle memory tastes the overflowing experience but unfortunately because it is immediately forgotten bio memory never experiences. For every human being kundalini awakening is basic need till then you will be having the deep unfulfillment discontentment in some form or other.

Discontenment: One Of The Path To Acheive The Ultimate

If you feel discontentment in money, that discontentment is alone enough, capable to teach you all the methods, to make you find all the methods to achieve money and make you achieve it.

Deep discontentment inside your being is capable of showing you the path and making you achieve the ultimate. Do not settle down for anything you think as ultimate. Ask always - what divine thinks as ultimate, let that happen. Unfortunately, so many times you settle down for what you think as ultimate.

All of you pray for this one thing from the ultimate - let me not be content, let me not feel settled till I achieve the ultimate, till the ultimate starts happening in you, because, that discontentment is powerful enough to guide you towards that ultimate.

In The Sph'S Own Words

I had a discussion with Vibhudananda puri - Mathaji Kuppammal. There was a casual conversation. She asked me - If God appears in front of you and asks what do you want what will you ask? I said - naturally, Atmasakshatkaara. That is the word I know at that time for enlightenment, Atmasakshatkaara, because that was the traditional Tamil word for enlightenment.

She said - No, you should not ask for that. She said - No. Whatever you understand as Atmasakshatkaara is not Atmasakshatkaara. So, do not use any word and limit. If you ask for Atmasakshatkaara, at that time what you remember, what you understand, Devi will say - Tathaasthu.

You will have only that and you are stuck with that. Ask - I should not rest until the ultimate, what needs to be done is done.

To be fulfilled is our original nature. Fulfillment is a simple decision you choose to make in the present moment.

I N T R O D U C T I O N

By our very nature we seek fulfillment in anything we do. What comes in the way is our decision to not be fulfilled. Then what is the solution?. The straight forward decision is, our decision to Be Fulfilled in the present moment. That simple! Yes That simple. Then now what comes in the way of us not willing to take that decision?. That's what we are going to understanding now.

If we are able to truly manage our mind with the understanding that it is our mind that connects thoughts to form shafts of pain and pleasure and if we stay unclutched, we can stay in what Buddha calls mindfulness. We can stay in awareness and in the present moment. This is the state of Fulfillment.

Act Without Fear & Desire

It is our thought process that constantly takes us from past to future and back again and does not allow us to rest in the present moment. Understand this clearly, when we are in the present moment we can stay out of trouble without fear and desire. We can act without fear and desire. You may ask how?

How can I be motivated to do something if I do not desire it? There is no need for motivation. Do you think that it is motivation that makes you breathe or digest your food? It is the intelligence of the energy that is within and without us that makes it possible for us to live and grow. We live not because of us but inspite of us. When we act without attachment, there is no consequence to our actions, there is no karma arising from our actions.

There is a very beautiful verse in the Isavasya Upanishad

ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात् पूर्णमुदच्यते । पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥

Om poornamadah poornamidam Poornaat poornamudachyate Poornasya poornamaadaaya Poornamevaavashishyate

From the Whole came the Whole. If you remove the Whole from the Whole, only the Whole remains. By very nature we seek the Wholeness. By very nature we seek fulfillment in anything we do.

Whether it is eating, drinking, jumping, reading, talking, sleeping, or meditating, in any activity that we engage, our being yearns to completely experience the activity and be fully involved in it. Are we fully conscious of every action we engage in? Are we aware every moment of our lives?

Anything that we do and experience intensely and deeply will always leave our system. It will liberate us. Any experience that we did not go through completely, through which we did not have complete fulfillment, that did not get our full energy, attention and awareness, remains inside us as karma.

To make the children understand about the topic of fulfillment.

Assessment 1

  • When we can stay in mindfulness? Which understanding leads to mindfulness? When we can stay in awareness? What takes us from past to future? What happens when we act without attachment? What happens to do the unfulfilled experience?

Conclusion 1

When we act without attachment, there is no consequence to our actions. When there is no consequence to our actions we remain in the state of Fulfillment. This is what Lord Krishna means when He says ,

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन KarmanevarikarastheMaPhaleshuKadachanaDoYour work or Action. without expectation of results.

Blow beads game

Key Insight 2

This activity needs lots of focus, attention and patience. When we are in the now with clear understanding we can be fulfilled.

T H E P R E S E N T I S T H E Tot Al I Ty Of

This is the essence of karma theory: The totality of all your past is the present, and the totality of your present is your future.

I N T R O D U C T I O N

The problem is that we make most of our decisions unconsciously. We take thousands of decisions unconsciously. That is the reason why we are not able to connect the cause with the effect. Flood more awareness, more intelligence into your thinking system. Flood more awareness, more consciousness into your decision-making system.

In any given moment, the future is predestined but conditionally. It will be a certain future according to all the totality of events till that time, this is the predestined future. But it is conditional. There is an important factor that can and will change it, it is your consciousness, your will. Understand, destiny is not something written in stone. It very much depends on how you choose to respond to every situation life presents to you. Your awareness will give you the intelligence and the courage to change the flow of events in your life.

Part 2: Unfulfillment - Lessons 1 to 3_English_part_2.md

Goals

To make the children understand about that the present is the totality of all past decisions.

Assessment 2

  • What comprises our present moment? What comprises of our future moment? How we make most of our decisions? What happens when we take decisions unconsciously?

  • Which is the best way to connect the cause and effect of our thoughts? Our future is pre destined. Whether it is true or false? Can we alter our pre destined future? Which will give us the courage to change the

  • flow of events in our life?

Conclusion 2

Transform your destiny with Awareness and Intelligence.

Art Of The Day

Draw a clock which runs backward :

Activity Materials 2

  • § Paper, Pencil (or) Pen (or) Sketch

Explanation

Encourage children to draw the picture of the clock with numbers written opposite order as that of a normal clock. Instead of writing 12, 1, 2, 3

  • --- write 12, 11, 10, 9 etc.

Key Insight 3

It is the thought which takes us to the past and future and vice versa when we live in the present and in the now we can live without fear or greed.

Goals

To make the child understand about unfulfilled desire, clearly about want and need.

Preparation 1

Give each child the pencil or to write a list of things they wish to have. Repeat it again after 10 days.

Give each child a pencil or pen and paper and ask them to write a list of things they wish to have and ask them to write it in an order. They can also draw pictures of things if they wish to. Collect the paper from the children with their names and date written clearly. Repeat the same exercise again after 10 days and ask them to write the same list in other paper. Ask them to compare the 1st day list with the

list of that of 10th day.

Let the children tell whether they have written the same things in the same order in both the list or their list vary. If their both the lists are same, then what they wish to have is a need. If their both the lists are different the things that they wished to have are only wants which changes from time to time and situation to situation.

Make the children understand the difference between the want and the need. Whether the wishes are wants or needs

T A K E R E S P O N S I B I L I T Y For Your L If E

Everything in life is a choice you make

I N T R O D U C T I O N

If you don't know your past completely, you will repeat the same things in the future. If your Thoughts Per Second (TPS) can come down and you know your past as it happened, you won't repeat the same past in the future. You will then become a karma mukta, liberated from karma. As of now you are a karma bandha, bonded to karma because you have not lived your past completely. Your life is nothing but the totality of the conscious choices that you continuously make. Whether you believe it or not, directly or indirectly, you are choosing everything in your life.

No one else chooses for you in your life. It is you who makes the choice. Continuously, it is only your choice, your decision. You may think that somebody else decides your life. No! It is only you who is deciding all the time. Somebody criticizes or insults you and you choose to get offended. If somebody praises you, you choose to get flattered. Because of your habit, you choose this response unconsciously. Does someone else choose this for you? It is purely your choice. Because it has become a habit, you have forgotten that you are choosing. It is you who choose how to respond, what decisions to make. But you try to fool yourself and others into believing it is someone else who is responsible, who is making you do things their way.

You can decide to respond differently. For example, when someone criticizes you, you can choose not to get offended. You can choose to remain calm, relaxed and collected. It is your choice to feel offended. We always think we have been given unfair results.

This is because we are not able to connect the cause and the effect of many of the things that happen in our lives. We are blissfully unaware that we are the ones who caused the effects. We made it happen by way of unconscious living and ended up collecting more karma.

Goals

To make the children understand about the TPS and gap in thought and about the totality of our choices and cause them to take responsibility for their life choices.

Assessment 3

  • What is TPS? When is TPS zero? What is kshana? Is kshana equal for all people? How will the kshana be when a person is restless? How will the kshana be when a person is calm? What do our action consists of? Who makes a choice in your life?

Art Of The Day

Touch and feel art

Activity Materials 3

:

  • § Pen (or) Pencil, Paper (or) Sketch, Block or any figure or statue

Explanation

Encourage children to touch the given block, figure or statue with eyes closed and draw the image with eyes open. Draw the picture on the paper with pencil or sketch or pen.

Key Insight 4

When we are in present, in now we can exactly replicate the statue in pictorial form. When we are in now we will be fulfilled in whatever we do.

Activity Of The Day

This illustrates how we relate things, how thoughts affect one another causing a ripple effect.

Activity Materials 4

Wooden chips or dominoes.

Activity 1

Arranging wooden chips and seeing the domino effect of all of them falling down when one of the chip is pushed.

Presentation 1

Gather the class and discuss how the material relates to the topic. The wooden chips or dominoes are like thoughts, when we stack them up they are all related like the thoughts in our minds. Arrange the chips close together and discuss how when one thought is there, we should only think of that one thought, let it go and then go on to the next thought. Give each child a stack to arrange, and let them trigger the first one and watch them all fall.

Variation 1

Our ego is affected by every emotion, anger, sadness, over excitement, everything. If we are in bliss we will be in peace and joy. A variation of this activity can be that when ego comes in, each thing is like a trigger that goes on and pushes other chips causing them all to fall.

This activity needs lots of focus, attention and patience.

When we are in the now with clear understanding we can be fulfilled.
