The moment you unclutch from racial, national identities , immediately the universal intelligence awakens in you.

The Third Level Of Unclutching®

unclutching® from thoughts, verbalization and visualization happening inside When you look in, the verbalization, the visualization happening in you, are all thoughts. Unclutch from both! you will see extraordinary powers expressing in you, when you start unclutching® from verbalization, visualization. You will become a Yogi! Even the boredom, feeling bored, restless is also one more thought, one more verbalization, one more visualization. Unclutch even from that!

The Fourth Level Of Unclutching®

Unclutch from your emotions, pain and pleasure.

The Fifth Level Of Unclutching®

unclutching® from inner world identities, like parental conditioning, Ahamkara and Mamakara etc. Ahamkara means the idea you project about yourself to others. Mamakara means the idea you believe about you as you inside you. the idea you project to others about you will be more than what you are.

Your whole life is nothing but the fight between the Ahamkara and Mamakara

Unclutch from, both the identities. Unclutch from the identity you project to the outer world, unclutch from the identity you believe as you in the inner world.

The Sixth Level Of Unclutching® :

Unclutch from the bio-memories, means the very patterns you are carrying. Pattern of depression, pattern of pain, pattern of irritation, patterns of suffering, patterns of your own ideas. You need to realize the Truth, you are not even orphan! If you unclutch from the patterns to the extent till you realize there is no patterns in reality. In reality you are alone. In reality you are just existing! Kevala !

The Seventh Level Of Unclutching®:

Unclutch from the body itself! when you unclutch from your body, thousands of disorders you create by yourself like arthritis, blood pressure, all these completely disappear. The seventh level of unclutching® is unclutching®from body.

The Eighth Level Of Unclutching®

unclutching® from the idea of Time - Unclutch from day, night, morning, evening, , go on unclutching®. unclutch from the very idea of Time. Time is the greatest myth you are carrying in your life.

That is the worst conditioning you are carrying. Sun rises and sets, Moon rises and sets. Stars move, planet moves, life moves. unclutch from the idea of Time!

The Ninth Level Of Unclutching® :

unclutching® from the very idea 'I'. Unclutch from that very idea 'I'. In every level of unclutching®, in every aspect of unclutching®, you will experience some new free dimension of you. You will experience some extraordinary experiences or expressions. all the auspicious things of life and beyond life is achieved just by this one technique – unclutching®! The very idea 'I' is the source of everything you experience, you perceive. unclutching® from that very source, the idea of 'I'. You can start in these nine levels, any one level. Because of the benefits and experiences, you will have, simply you will move to the next, next, next level and experience all nine levels!

Just like nine levels of unclutching®, there are three kinds of unclutching®!

1.The first is unclutching® from luxury activities,activities which are not required for your life, which you do as a luxury for example, playing video games, watching movies etc.

2.The Second, unclutching® from existential activities, means for your existence you start doing many activities like going to your office, your profession. unclutch, doesn't mean you will stop those activities. Your body will be performing those activities, but the sufferings and the stress caused by those activities will not be there in your body.

3.Third, unclutching® from the survival activities; even the basic survival activities like your food, eating, sleeping; unclutching® even from those things. When you unclutch from the survival activities, doesn't mean you stop eating, or drinking. No! you will live in unclutched space. Your body may continue the activities necessary for survival.

unclutching® is the greatest life solution. unclutching® liberates you from all types of addictions. unclutching® is the most simple and ultimate technique. How much ever you hear about unclutching®, unless you experience it, you will not know it, know about it.

unclutching® makes you a leader because when you unclutch, trillions of cells in your brain are awakened. Your highest inner potential energy, dormant cosmic energy awakens to it's peak. unclutching® is Inner Awakening! unclutching® is 'Samadhi'! unclutching® is Meditation. unclutching® is inner Guru. unclutching® is God itself!

When you are unclutching®, you save yourself from thousands of problems, selfcreated sufferings and you save the country from the crime cost. When you Unclutch, you are neither violent towards yourself nor violent towards others. When you are not violent towards yourself, you bring Peace and Bliss to you. When you are not violent towards others you save crime cost of the country.

unclutching® is a powerful, self-sufficient guide to your enlightenment, to upgrade your consciousness. unclutching® not only changes the way you perceive the reality, it transforms the reality itself! Because it is a very powerful process, it touches the source where the perceiver and perceived both come out. There are many methods, which works only on the seer not the scene. unclutching® is the technique which works on the source from which seer and the scene both comes out. unclutching® liberates you instantaneously, immediately.

Decide, you are going to be unclutching® forever. The moment you decide you are going to be unclutching® forever, you will be unclutched this moment. Because your mind knows this is going to be its routine. See, your mind thrives with changes or hope for a change. If your mind knows for sure, "I am going to be unclutching® as long as I am alive, it will decide better let me die now. If it has a hope after twelve years of unclutching®, you don't need to practice unclutching®, then it knows, 'oh after twelve years there is a change' ; because it thrives on change. It thrives on different things.

Understand, many times death comes in an unexpected way. If you decide, that you are going to be unclutching® forever, the death to the mind comes unexpected way this moment… and suddenly mind settles all the accounts. See, if it knows it is going to be here forever, it continues to use the credit card and using the credit card is the best way to be here. The moment it knows, no, it is not going to be here, it suddenly settles all the accounts. It starts unclutching®, relaxing, settling.

"So be established in unclutching®. unclutching® is like a plant, it can keep on growing on you. It needs to grow. You need to make it happen. initiation is like a small seed. No seed fails which is touched by me, no initiation fails which is done by me. I do my job very perfectly! it is like a growing tree. It is not like a magic wand! There is a very beautiful analogy by Ramana Maharishi, an enlightened master from Bharat. A dog chews a dry bone. As it chews, fragments of the bone will poke into its mouth making it bleed. The dog thinks the blood is coming from the bone and it enjoys the blood. It continues to chew on the bone for the pleasure of the blood! It doesn't realize that the blood is coming from its own mouth and not at all from the bone.

If violence excites you, you wait for that kind of incident in your life. If pain excites you, if you believe life is a pain shaft, you wait for that kind of incident in your life in order to strengthen and reinforce your belief. That is the general human psychology. Although people claim they want to break the violence shaft or pain shaft, they secretly nurture it.

The pain that you had ten years ago, the pain that you had nine years ago, the pain that you experienced seven years ago, the pain that you experienced three years ago, and the pain that you experienced yesterday are all unconnected, independent, individual incidents. But you start connecting all of them and create a shaft of pain. You connect all these thought shafts and create one big shaft.

You start thinking and believing, 'My life is pain.' Is that true? No! What happened to all the sweet incidents of joy that you experienced in between? Surely, there must have been at least a few moments of joy in between? They are simply forgotten. They are never picked to form a shaft. So the shaft, any shaft, is never true, because it focuses on only a fragment of your complete biography.

The joy that you experienced ten years ago, the joy that you experienced nine years ago, the joy that you experienced three years ago, and the joy that you experienced one year ago are all independent, individual,unconnected thought shafts. At the present time, you connect all of those thoughts and create a big shaft of joy.

You may identify your joy with an object, a person, or a space like a particular vacation resort. Now you will try again and again to bring that back in your life, to bring that person, that object, that space, or that same incident back in your life. Try as you might, you will not be able experience the same joy again. This puts you in further pain!

To make them understand that the shafts doesn't exist. It is just selective memory. The very shaft is your imagination.

  • What is the nature of thoughts?
  • How do we connect thoughts?
  • What is a joy or pain shaft?
  • Can we elongate or break the shafts?
  • Do the shafts really exist?
  • Why do we feel that the joy might end?
  • Why is the time longer when we are in the pain shaft rather than the joy shaft?
  • What happens to the shaft when you are in the moment?
  • How are thoughts related to shafts?

Evaluation: Evaluate if the child is able to express how they connect the thoughts and create the joy and pain shaft.

The understanding that you can neither elongate the joy shaft nor break the pain shaft simply because the shaft itself does not exist.

Color bits of paper, plain sheet, glue.

Give the materials needed to each child. Explain to the child that they can cut bits of colored paper and stick it on the plain sheet in their own design or pattern or figure.

Our mind comprises many thoughts like the bits of paper but when we organize our thoughts we can create wonders.

To enable the children to be aware of being in the now and concentrating on one activity.

A child is given an action that he loves to do and is asked to repeat the same action again and again, till he feels what is the point of this action? Then again change the action and ask the child to repeat it in the same manner. Now explain how the mind really gets bored even if we are crazy about repeating the action.

Interpretation:

This activity focuses on being in the now and concentrating on the present activity without having any thought.
