Presentation:

Ask each child to stand up and exercise by bending and stretching. Usually we breathe in - inhale when we expand and exhale when we compress. But now we are going to do opposite breathing. When we bend, we will inhale and when we stretch up we will exhale.

Interpretation:

For us to do opposite deep breathing we have to focus and be in now. Unclutch previous thoughts and be in the moment and allow the new pattern of breathing to happen
