What Is Unclutching®?

unclutching® is a space of complete restful awareness where you are not clutching on to any thought, emotion, most of us are prisoners of our past: we repeat the behaviors we are familiar with. This results in the feeling that life is repetitive and boring, that we never experience anything new. When we unclutch, each moment becomes fresh, exciting and filled with possibility.

What Happens When You Unclutch?

"unclutching® – Being Unclutched". When you are not transferring the stress and load created by one thought to the other thought and carrying that load constantly. usually you transfer the load and the stress you create by one thought to the other thought and when you are constantly transferring those emotions to the next thought your inner space becomes insensitive, loaded with so much of emotions, it naturally sinks into depression, restlessness, boredom – all the negative emotions. unclutching® is not connecting one thought and the other thought and carrying the same stress and emotions.

When you unclutch you stop carrying the stress and negative emotions from one thought to the other thought and when you don't carry that stress, suffering, negativity, pressure, restlessness from one thought to the other thought naturally you experience peace inside.

This word 'unclutching®' , is the Ultimate Spiritual Truth! This process, unclutching®, can directly upgrade your very consciousness! When you upgrade your consciousness, raise your inner space, become more authentic, hundreds of good side effects happen – like you become healthy, you become wealthy, you become a leader, you become more int e lli g ent, you be come mor e balanced, thousands of things happen in you as a side effect of upgrading of your consciousness.

Understand these three words to catch the truth of unclutching®. Clutching, Disclutching, unclutching®; Clutching means - holding, getting attached. Disclutching means completely getting disconnected, breaking. unclutching® means moving back to clutch anytime when it is needed.

When you shift your gears you need to unclutch. Disclutching won't work. Disclutching means it can be breaking, Even if the gearbox breaks, the gears break, if the shaft breaks, Disclutching can happen. But after the Disclutching the possibility for Clutching again may not exist. Here with unclutching®, you move out. But you unite again whenever required. Whether it is the mind, body, emotions, thought whatever it is.

Why Should You Unclutch?

Only when you unclutch, you will understand the purpose of being alive. You are nothing but the totality of your actions, the totality of the side-effects of your actions. Ramakrishna says very beautifully, if you are inside a charcoal go-down, how much ever you protect yourself, the charcoal will settle on you. In the same way life leaves lot of dirt and dust in you, around you. Life itself for you is nothing but throwing dust – others throwing dust on you and you throwing dust on others. By continuously unclutching®®, you keep yourself pure. Not just keeping yourself pure, even the dust put on you from the past gets healed.

How Can You Unclutch?

when a thought raises in you, without entertaining it and without being entertained by it, without encouraging it, without being excited by it, just relaxing. If you start relaxing from the thoughts which are raising, you will experience freedom, from the identity which you created. experiencing freedom from the identity you created means healing thousands of wounds you are carrying inside, millions of possibilities for pain, suffering you are carrying inside.

when you have problems related to name, fame, money, if you unclutch, You will lose the problems, suffocations and stress, sufferings created in you because of money, name and fame. When the problems, suffocations, stress is removed, suddenly you have a pure inner space where you can create whatever you want in the outer world.

The Second Level Of Unclutching®:

Second, unclutch from the outer world identities, the identities you carry, social identity, professional identity, racial identity, national identity etc.

Unclutch from social, professional, racial, national identities, you will see so much of peace, joy, bliss happening in you. Universal intelligence awakens in you the moment you unclutch from low level identities. The moment you unclutch from racial, national identities , immediately the universal intelligence awakens in you.

The third level of unclutching® unclutching® from thoughts, verbalization and visualization happening inside When you look in, the verbalization, the visualization happening in you, are all thoughts. Unclutch from both! you will see extraordinary powers expressing in you, when you start unclutching® from verbalization, visualization. You will become a Yogi! Even the boredom, feeling bored, restless is also one more thought, one more verbalization, one more visualization. Unclutch even from that!

The Fifth Level Of Unclutching®

unclutching® from inner world identities, like parental conditioning, Ahamkara and Mamakara etc. Ahamkara means the idea you project about yourself to others. Mamakara means the idea you believe about you as you inside you. the idea you project to others about you will be more than what you are.

Your whole life is nothing but the fight between the Ahamkara and Mamakara

Unclutch from, both the identities. Unclutch from the identity you project to the outer world, unclutch from the identity you believe as you in the inner world.

The Sixth Level Of Unclutching® :

Unclutch from the bio-memories, means the very patterns you are carrying. Pattern of depression, pattern of pain, pattern of irritation, patterns of suffering, patterns of your own ideas. You need to realize the Truth, you are not even orphan! If you unclutch from the patterns to the extent till you realize there is no patterns in reality. In reality you are alone. In reality you are just existing! Kevala !

The Seventh Level Of Unclutching®:

Unclutch from the body itself! when you unclutch from your body, thousands of disorders you create by yourself like arthritis, blood pressure, all these completely disappear. The seventh level of unclutching® is unclutching®from body.

The Eighth Level Of Unclutching®

unclutching® from the idea of Time - Unclutch from day, night, morning, evening, , go on unclutching®. unclutch from the very idea of Time. Time is the greatest myth you are carrying in your life.

That is the worst conditioning you are carrying. Sun rises and sets, Moon rises and sets. Stars move, planet moves, life moves. unclutch from the idea of Time!

The Ninth Level Of Unclutching® :

unclutching® from the very idea 'I'. Unclutch from that very idea 'I'. In every level of unclutching®, in every aspect of unclutching®, you will experience some new free dimension of you. You will experience some extraordinary experiences or expressions. all the auspicious things of life and beyond life is achieved just by this one technique – unclutching®! The very idea 'I' is the source of everything you experience, you perceive. unclutching® from that very source, the idea of 'I'. You can start in these nine levels, any one level. Because of the benefits and experiences, you will have, simply you will move to the next, next, next level and experience all nine levels!

Types Of Unclutching®

Just like nine levels of unclutching®, there are three kinds of unclutching®!

1.The first is unclutching® from luxury activities,activities which are not required for your life, which you do as a luxury for example, playing video games, watching movies etc.

2.The Second, unclutching® from existential activities, means for your existence you start doing many activities like going to your office, your profession. unclutch, doesn't mean you will stop those activities. Your body will be performing those activities, but the sufferings and the stress caused by those activities will not be there in your body.

3.Third, unclutching® from the survival activities; even the basic survival activities like your food, eating, sleeping; unclutching® even from those things. When you unclutch from the survival activities, doesn't mean you stop eating, or drinking. No! you will live in unclutched space. Your body may continue the activities necessary for survival.

unclutching® is the greatest life solution. unclutching® liberates you from all types of addictions. unclutching® is the most simple and ultimate technique. How much ever you hear about unclutching®, unless you experience it, you will not know it, know about it.

There are many methods, which works only on the seer not the scene. unclutching® is the technique which works on the source from which seer and the scene both comes out. unclutching® liberates you instantaneously, immediately.

Decide, you are going to be unclutching® forever. The moment you decide you are going to be unclutching® forever, you will be unclutched this moment. Because your mind knows this is going to be its routine. See, your mind thrives with changes or hope for a change. If your mind knows for sure, "I am going to be unclutching® as long as I am alive, it will decide better let me die now. YOUR THOUGHTS PLAY A ROLE IN CAUSING YOUR REALITY

Introduction

Thoughts are either related to some joyful experiences that you had in the past and want to have in the future, or painful experiences that you had in the past and don't want to have again. Even at the time of some serious problem,you will suddenly have a positive thought. Even in the peak of joy, you will have some unconnected negative thought. Each thought is completely independent, completely unconnected to the previous thought. That is why you are able to have a happy thought amidst sad thoughts and vice versa.

Understand that no two thoughts are logically connected. No thought is responsible for the creation of another thought. They all appear randomly, independently, and illogically. How do you 'unclutch' from this random stream of thoughts? We will be using the word 'unclutch' again and again. Let's clearly define what is meant by 'unclutch'.

When we change gears while driving a car, whether we change from first to second, or second to third, or any gear for that matter, we have to pass through neutral every time. We have to completely de-press the clutch, or 'unclutch' , move through neutral, and only then we can go to the next gear, right? In the same way, we experience a neutral space between any two thoughts in our mind..

When you suddenly become aware, any thought that flows in front of you becomes your life for that moment. You start giving attention to it, either to fulfill it or to escape from it. It is like slides on a projector. Any slide that is kept in front of the projector light is seen as reality on the screen. The problem is that in your inner space, the projector light is not continuously on. When I say projector light, I mean your awareness. It just comes and goes, comes and goes – you are not fully, continuously aware.

Many times, even though your eyes are open and your body is moving, you are not aware of your existence. An example from everyday life is like when you get into your car and drive for half an hour to the office. It is only after you reach the office, park the car, and get out, do you suddenly realize, 'Oh, I have reached the office!' It means that in those moments of driving, the projector light was off most of the time.

Any slide that is placed in front of the projector during moments that the projector light, your awareness, is off is not part of your life. You don't remember it at all. When the light comes on again, when your awareness comes back again, whatever thought you have at that time becomes a part of you. Understand that this is a very subtle truth. Your life is the totality of all the thoughts you have when you are aware and unaware

Unfortunately, many times there are thoughts, many major decisions, and life changing incidents that happen when you are not aware. These are also part of your life, part of your biography. Unfortunately, you are not aware of these scenes, decisions, or thoughts when they come up. Without your knowledge they have contributed significantly to your life.

Be very clear, every moment that passes in your life without you being aware of it, without your presence, is suffering. You will either directly or indirectly create situations for suffering. Just like when the turn indicator light in your car blinks, your consciousness blinks also. But, because of your lack of awareness, you do not know when it is on and when it is off.

GOALS To make the child aware how independent thoughts flow continuously, and how when we become aware we open up to reality and live in the present.

Assessment

  • Are they aware that the thoughts are about the past and future?
  • Are they able to unclutch and experience the neutral space?
  • Do they know that while living in the present moment they can have only consciousness, no thoughts?
  • What are thoughts?
  • Why do we have thoughts? Who creates it?
  • Do babies have thoughts?
  • Why are we thinking constantly? When can we relax?
  • When do we relax from thinking?
  • Why do we ponder about some thoughts more than others?
  • Are negative thoughts very catchy why?

Conclusion

If you become aware continuously, you will open up to reality which ultimately will lead you to experience only joy and bliss.

Part 2: Unclutching Book 1_English_part_2.md

Goals:

Children understand about unclutching every thought by doing this activity.

Materials:

Paper (1 each), Pencil (1 each)


Preparation:

Have enough pencils for everyone and 1 paper each and tell them to draw the pictures

Ask each child to draw any picture that comes to their mind one after the other. Tell them that they can draw a theme or draw randomly. If they are drawing without a theme each picture will be unconnected like unclutched thoughts. If we have a theme and draw the pictures it will be connected to the theme in some way. Usually the picture will be unconnected.

Materials Needed

  • Paper (one piece each)
  • Safety scissors(1 per child)

Procedure

We have so many thoughts, and we don't know how to just stop thinking unless we are in deep sleep. So this is an activity to show how we can snip one thought at a time. INFERENCE

We are afraid of death because instinctively we resist change and death is an abrupt change in life.

Activity

Take the scissors and demonstrate how we can snip one piece of paper at a time into tiny pieces. When we try to cut a thick set of papers we will find it very difficult as it becomes very hard. Like a one man army we can only cut each sheet of paper at a time making it very easy and precise. Each child can snip the full sheet of paper into tiny pieces/ thoughts and then try snipping the whole bunch of paper. We need to un- clutch from each and every thought that arises in our mind
