- Even though cursed by saints, Gods or faced by danger from serpents, from death (kダla m条tyu), Guru becomes the Savior, O Pダrvati.

aṣaktダ hi surダdhyダṣca hyaṣaktダḥ munayastathダ | guruṣダpopannasya rakṣaṇダya ca kutracit || 150 ||
- Even Gods and Sages are helpless to save one who is faced with the curse of the Guru.
(Under no circumstances one should incur displeasure of Guru.)

- The two-lettered word 'Guru', O Devī, is Mantrarダjダ, the king among Mantras. It is the essence of the Vedas, Sm条itis and Purダnas.

satkダramダnap┣jダrthaṁ danḍa-kダṣダya-dhダranaḥ | sa sanyasī na vaktavyaḥ sanyasī jñダnatatparaḥ || 152 ||
- One who wears the kダṣダya (ochre-color kダvi) and the danḍa (staff) for the sake of honour, respect and worship cannot be called a sanyasi. A sanyasi is one who is intent on the knowledge of the Self.

vijダnanti mahダvダkyaṁ guroṣcaraṇa sevayダ | te vai sanyasinaḥ proktダ itare veṣadhダriṇダḥ || 153 ||
- They who understand and cognize the significance of the Mahダvダkyas , the great revelations of Ultimate Truths, by serving the sacred feet of the Guru, Guru Carana , are real sanyasis. The others are mere wearers of the ochre-colored dress.

- Whoever realizes here the Eternal Brahman that is Truth, Knowledge Absolute, attributeless and formless, His Mastership (Gurutvaṁ) shines and glorifies here in this world.

guruprasダdataḥ svダtmanyダtmダrダmanirīkṣanダt | samatダ muktimダrgeṇa svダtmajñダnaṁ pravartate || 155 ||
- By steadiness in the path to mukti (liberation), by seeing one's own Self in oneself (svダtma-atmダ-rダma), by the practice of introspection within (nirīkṣna) and by the compassionate grace of the Guru, Guruprasダd , the knowledge of the Self (svダtmajñダna), dawns in the sダdhaka.

ダbrahmastambhaparyantaṁ paramダtmasvar┣pakaṁ | sthダvaraṁ jaṇgamaṁ caiva praṇamダmi jaganmayaṁ || 156 ||
- Everything here from Brahman down to a pillar is the form of Paramダtman. Whatever is here in the entire world, moving and unmoving (knowing them to be Parabrahman), I prostrate.

vandehaṁ saccidダnandaṁ bhダvダtītaṁ jagadguruṁ | nityaṁ p┣rnaṁ nirダkダraṁ nirguṇaṁ svダtma-saṁsthitam || 157 ||
- I prostrate to the Master of the Universe, JagadGuru, who is Saccitダnanda - Existence (sat), Knowledge/Consciousness (cit), Bliss (ダnanda), who is beyond the different states of existence (bhダva), who is eternal (nitya), all-completion (p┣rnam), formless, attributeless and ever centered (or established) on the own Self (svダtma).

- One should always meditate on the Supreme, beyond which nothing exists, which bestows bliss at all times (on all), which is seated in the heart-space and which shines pure as a crystal.

- Just as a crystal shines with all its beauty in a crystal, as a mirror in a mirror, so also, in the Self shines the bliss of CidダkダWa. 'So'ham—that I am' is beyond all doubts.
