  1. Sannyas is the ultimate luxury that is easy to choose for the intelligent one.
  2. When sannyas happens to you, you live the mystery of life. Until then, you try to solve the mystery of life.
  3. When you can do a job by giving your whole life and not care if the end result did not happen, you are a true sannyasi!
  4. Sannyas is complete freedom to be yourself.
  5. A sannyasi is one who has taken up full responsibility for his very being. This is a little known fact of sannyas.
  6. Brahmacharya is living with utmost comfort with yourself. Spirituality, Religion
  7. When spirit is infused into rituals, it becomes spirituality.
  8. Spirituality is not seriousness. It is joyfulness.
  9. Religion based on fear is not religion at all.
  10. Religion minus superstition is spirituality.
  11. Spirituality is never excluding. It is always all-encompassing.
  12. Religion is a technique to explode the energy within you.
  13. Carry with you words that heal others. Carry your body in a way that heals others. Carry friendliness with you always. This is spirituality.
  14. Spirituality is living a material life with non-attachment.
  15. Those who fight in the name of religion are those who have not tasted a drop of water from the ocean of spirituality.
  16. Spirituality is the flowering of physical health, mental health, good relationships and the capacity to respond spontaneously.
  17. All great shrines are resonant with the Existential energy.
  18. With failure, there is at least hope that there is something to be achieved. With success, even that is not there.
  19. Failure and success are stepping stones to beyond both.
  20. Never measure yourself with your weakest link.
  21. Remember: you are stronger than your strongest performance.
  22. Worry is merely your response to an event. If you wish, you can refine it and even nullify it.
  23. Every time you are drowned in worry, you are missing the present. Remember that.
  24. Trust and worry can never co-exist. Either you have trust or you have worry.
  25. Worry like desire has no beginning or end. It is up to you to begin or end it.
  26. 99% of your worries never come true. The 1% that comes true is always good for you!
  27. The gap between reality and your imagination is what I call tension.
  28. Remember: suffering never happens to you without your silent permission.
