L Eadership Qualities In The Market Place

This world is a market place. The corporate world is a market place. They say if you know how to sell yourself you can get the job. It is all in how you market yourself.

Are you a commodity?

You have become a commodity. We are continuously trying to perfect ourselves to make ourselves more presentable. We are continuously trying to define effective leadership. We continuously seek information on what worked for someone who became successful. We don't realize that the situation and the person were unique in time and space and can never be duplicated. Corporations look at leaders as highly-sought after commodities.

Leaders are determined by various lists of good qualities. Leadership programs and books in turn hand out various good qualities that one should possess or cultivate. How is this done? All by logical analysis, market research of what worked and what did not. They gather a set of data and analyze and determine the qualities of a leader.

Leadership can neither be bought nor sold like a commodity. It has to be just awakened in you. That's all.

Qualities Of Leadership.

All the available programs give you lists and lists of qualities that you need to possess to be a leader. There are so many dos and don'ts that are recognized as good qualities of leadership. But, some of the common ones may be:

  • o Being Intuitive. Being a Visionary
  • o Being Trustworthy. One who trusts himself.
  • o Being TRUTHFUL
  • o Has excellent time management skills
  • o Capable of Sharp Decision Making
  • o Has good Communication Skills
  • o Is Stress Free
  • o One who is emotionally Balanced
  • o One who can motivate others.

The list can go on and on. How is it possible to remember and practice all these? Is it possible for someone to have all these qualities? All these are qualities that cannot be learnt and logically practiced. Anything given will become some logical solutions to be practiced in hypothetical situations.

Trying To Put A Handle On It.

Moreover, think about it, there are a set of maybe at the most 20 or 25 positive qualities that have been compiled in the whole world as leadership qualities presented in different ways. Then if we know the list, as a recipe why so many billions of dollars are being spent on these same 20 qualities being told to you again and again. Various schools are trying to come up with various permutations and combinations of making this a digestible formula or a skill set you can put a handle on, something that you can put your arms around.

Trying to practice these qualities would be like a self development program. The truth is your self cannot be developed. You only have to undo the development and conditionings plastered on the self to reveal and unleash the innate pure potential which is limitless.

The qualities of good leadership will only be side effects of your innate potential which you can enjoy. These side effects will automatically start expressing through You.

L Eadership Cannot Be Practiced.

Leadership cannot be practiced. So give up the idea of trying to practice someone's qualities. It is your innate intelligence. It has to be awakened. It is not something you can learn or imitate. You cannot become a leader. You have to BE a Leader. If you look a little deeply it is such a relief, not having to practice a set of principles or rules. Normally we carry a constant irritation a subtle disturbance in us with a need to be like someone successful. The constant question why you are not able to express the qualities of the role models or why you are not like them even if you practice their qualities, the prescribed dos and don'ts seems to drive you. These ideas and concepts and pressures that we unconsciously clutch and hold on to is logic which is the blockage in our energy flow.

The first strong, deep understanding is to realize there is no need for you to practice and you cannot practice something that is not your own. This brings a tremendous relief, a tremendous relaxation and a tremendous energy is released into your system.

Leadership Is Not Logical.

Leadership is beyond day to day logic. It cannot be understood logically nor learnt logically.

Intelligence Cannot Be Learnt.

Intelligence and Intuition cannot be learnt. It has to be awakened. Being anything less than a leader, being anything less than your true unlimited potential is low self-esteem. It takes intelligence to respond spontaneously. When you act from intellect, it is predictable. Spontaneity is awakened when your intelligence is awakened. Spontaneity is a side effect of intelligence and awareness. Usually the less educated people are more spontaneous than the so-called educated people. The other day I heard someone narrating a joke they read on the internet which was brought to my notice which I think describes spontaneity in its own way.

Three women -- one German, one Japanese and a Hillbilly were sitting naked in a sauna. Suddenly there was a beeping sound.

The German pressed her forearm and the beeping stopped, the others looked at here questioningly. "That was my pager." she said. "I have a microchip under the skin of my arm."

A few minutes later, a phone rang. The Japanese woman lifted her palm to her ear. When she finished, she explained, "That was my mobile phone. I have a microchip in my hand."

Leadership Cannot Be Possessed

Leadership cannot be possessed. It has to possess you. You will exude the leadership qualities as just side effects. You can neither practice nor possess it. It has to be awakened, experienced and expressed. If you try to practice something that has not become an experience in you, then what you may be trying to practice or express is a mere habit.

That is why it is not possible to achieve something that is not you. Instead what you are may be much, much, much, more than what you think you want to be. Qualities that are prescribed in programs and workshops cannot be practiced or possessed. They are side effects of leadership.

L Eadership Is A State Not Status

LEADERSHIP is a STATE of BEING not STATUS. Your state is irrespective of the status. It will never change, no matter what the status is, no matter what the size of the team is, etc. It will never change no matter what issue or problem comes in front of you. The status may be taken away, but never the state. It is about being MATURE enough to handle responsibility. Then status will simply follow the leader. Maturity and state is not dependent on age, technical knowhow, intellect, industry, etc.

Most of us achieve the status of leader but not the state. State is different from status. Status comes from society. When you are leading a group of people, when you are forced to take responsibility out of some department or if you take responsibility out of greed, status comes but state is totally different.

When I say state, I mean the inner space or being should be mature enough to handle what you are entering in, or the responsibility which you are assuming. When we just get the status without achieving the state, then we will be struggling with all the corporate world problems. When we don't achieve the state, but just achieve the status, then we will be faced with personal level stress, tension and at the level of the team, back biting, politics, etc starts happening.

What Is Leader Consciousness?

We have to achieve the leader consciousness and not just status. One has to achieve the state of leader, not just status. Status is very easy. State is something which we really need to achieve. For a man who has achieved state of leader, status will simply follow him. Even if it takes some time he will not be bothered. He will live like a king. His very life will be totally fulfilled and the feeling of the fulfillment which is invaluable happens to beings who achieve the leader consciousness. The word state of leader means a man who is ready to take the responsibility consciously. It means a man who is read to handle life consciously and one who is not consciously dependent on the past or memory for decisions.

So one should focus on achieving the STATE then qualities and status will automatically follow. Status can come and go but State will be permanent. Be established in the immovable, unshakeable State true to your own self, then status will start following you.

If you are dependent on past or memory to make decisions, then you will be a follower not a leader. You will not be leader. Responding spontaneously to situations is what I call responsibility. A person who is able to respond spontaneously to the situations, a person who is fresh who continuously keeps himself in present and who is not caught in past. Such a person who is not lost in past can make spontaneous decisions.

Leadership Is An Unique Expression

Each one's leadership state will be unique. A leader will be established in Truth, which means being true to ones own self and not an imitation. The first decision to make is to have the courage to be Unique and authentic to your inner Self.

A lion and elephant are both strong leaders. A lion not knowing that it is a lion may be fascinated by the elephant and if it tries to imitate the elephant, it may become a fox instead. Similarly, a swan and eagle are both leaders, but a swan trying to imitate an eagle might turn into a crane instead. Newton can never be Einstein. Similarly, you cannot model yourself into some leader. You have to return to your true state to reveal your innate uniqueness which is pure leadership expression in its own way. We limit ourselves when we try to follow the personality rather than their inspiration to awaken our potential.

So give up the exercise of practicing some one else's expressions or some one else's qualities. Just become sensitive to your own nature and see what your true self is, beyond your logical understandings of dos and don'ts. This in no way is an indication to break any laws, but a deeper understanding and tuning yourself to yourself rather than tuning yourself to conditionings of media, society and jumping on the band wagon.

A Good Leader Gives Birth To Leaders

A True Leader is not determined by the number of followers he has. A True Leader is determined by the number of Leaders he gives birth to.

His very presence will exude truth and inspiration at first to follow HIM and then He gives no choice. You have to stand up and become the leader in your own right. He does not rest and will not let you rest till you start radiating your true potential. He is not interested in followership. He is interested in helping you in uncovering the true potential in you.

Only a good leader can give birth to leaders. At the end of the project He delivers a few good leaders also as bi-products of the labor. If not he would be just a project manager. A good leader is someone who leads out of pure joy and inspiration to inspire others. He provides solution instead of support. If the leader moves on to some other project or dies, neither the task nor the team will suffer or collapse.

A good leader creates paths using the tasks for each individual to become a leader. He inspires each one to produce and express their potentiality and creates a kshetra. A kshetra is a team or organization or community or a group where people are working out of deep fulfillment and need to express their creativity. Each one knows what has to be done and they enjoy each moment by doing so. They enjoy the path not just the goal.

Freedom Is Liberation From Logic.

A leader will constantly express his freedom and inspire others to express their uniqueness. Freedom is to be liberated from the so called logic and borrowed qualities, instead just being a true expression of the experience. So focus on achieving the STATE, then qualities and status will automatically follow you where-ever you go.

Feeling anything less than a leader, just by comparison is low self-esteem. Each one is a leader in ones own right. The tip is in finding that out. Not being bull dozed by competition and comparison and instead having the inner strength and individuality. To be able to encourage and inspire others also to be established in their innate strength or creativity is true leadership.

L Eadership Can Become A Good Side-Effect For You

Can you grow mangos from a banana plant? Can a lion trumpet like an elephant? Any borrowed qualities or expressions are mere habits. No matter how charming or lucrative some qualities may be, anything expressed without experience, anything expressed as an acquired habit is a lie. It is not your own quality, it is not the truth of your being and you will constantly be chiseling and maintaining such qualities. This just results in a lion behaving like a fox while attempting to practice the habits of an elephant.

Qualities ore side effects of Leadership.

Instead of focusing on the qualities of leadership one should focus on what your true nature is. Then your own qualities will start coming forth without any effort. You will not have to worry about maintaining or chiseling or constantly guarding these qualities. They are your true nature.

Leadership Is A Side Effect Of Your True Self.

Instead of focusing on leadership, one should focus on what the inner You is wanting to express. When you establish yourself in the truth of your own self, then your own immovable, unshakeable state will be achieved. Then the leadership status will follow you like a magnet.

So Go After The You.

So how do we find out our true nature. Who are you for you? Why it is not possible to achieve something that is not you. Instead what you are may be much, much, much, more than who you think you want to be. So let's see what is stopping that from happening. Have patience to go little deeper, not just skin deep but a little deeper into the subtler levels and see how you are constructed. It is time to take the responsibility to read the owner's manual and explore who you really are and what kind of a leader you are and how to remove the blocks which is preventing you from unleashing that potential.

H Ow To Unleash The True Leader In You

You do not have a clear idea of what you believe as you and what you talk or express about you. The reason is because we are so disconnected between who we really are, who we believe we are and who we project as ourselves to the society. There is no such thing as morality. If you have wrong ideas about morality you need to hide what you are and project what people want you. You need to project what society expects you to be if you have wrong ideas about morality. Just be what you are. That is ultimate morality. What you are telling and believing is different then there is conflict between you and you. We need to integrate who we believe we are and who we project we are with who we truly are.

Just Sitting…

We have forgotten the art of just sitting. You need to be inside your boundary. Bodies are not like your homes, more like hotels and lodges. You put your luggage and start going around sight seeing. Whenever you find time, just sit with yourself and observe. This is very important thing to understand. Just see your lives, early morning, when you get up and start brushing, already your mind is in office, thinking about boss, thinking of answers to give at work. When you are at work, you are thinking about evening, to sit in beach. When you are in beach you are already thinking of going home.

We are always ready to give an appointment to others, but never to ourselves. If you just sit with yourself, you can always see that some part of your Being wants to express, wants to do something more, but we never give the chance or time to that part, to that portion of our Being. We are so caught up with our intellect and logic. We think that our intellect is the Ultimate.

We are not able to just sit or just relax because we are continuously thinking about something. We are continuously having thoughts about past or future and we are never in the present moment.

Just Relax…

The first key is to completely relax and have complete awareness. Completely relaxing and enjoying the understandings. There is no need to even make an effort to remember what you are reading, if you are completely relaxed and understanding it. No need to worry how you will remember all these. No. Just be HERE completely. Be relaxed and open and let it just go in. More like r e l a x your way through leadership.

Sometimes when you are in a party, suddenly you think some person is going to come and in 10 minutes that person comes. Sometimes when the telephone rings, suddenly you will remember who you did not remember for 2 years, and when you pick up the phone, that person will be there on the line. Sometimes when door bell rings, suddenly you will remember a relative you had forgotten for 5 years, when you open the door, that person will be standing at the door.

Normally you dismiss this away as coincidence. If it happens in one person's life once you may call it as coincidence. But it happens in 98% of the person's lives. If 98 % of us had this experience even once, you cannot brush it aside as coincidence. Coincidence means rarely in one or two person's life, which happens may or may not. Evidence says, 98 % of people are experiencing this at least a few times in their lives. How can that be called as coincidence. There is something more than coincidence in this thing.

This is not coincidence. This is what is called intuition.

Intuition

In those instances for some reason when the phone was ringing or when door bell was ringing, suddenly your thoughts per second dropped. When number of thoughts drops suddenly, you had a glimpse of the time shaft. This glimpse of future is called the energy of intuition.

The number of thoughts can drop at any moment, when something suddenly happens. When your mind is not capable of processing that information suddenly the number of thoughts drops. When it drops you had glimpse of future, maybe about what may happen in the next 5 minutes. That is the reason you are able to see or think who is going to come or what is going to happen in the next few moments. Even when you are relaxed or happy, when you don't have your relatives or in laws, you may be completely relaxed and the number of thoughts had come down. That is the reason you had the glimpse of next 5 minutes of the future.

Even Relaxing Accidentally..

If your number of thoughts falls accidentally itself you have glimpse of future. If it can be brought down consciously then understand the value, understand the experiences, understand the clarity which can be added into yourself. If it drops even accidentally, you will have the glimpse of the future. The power of intuition is activated for a few seconds to be able to see the happenings of the next few moments.

This means even if you accidentally relax you can have the power of intuition or energy of intuition accessible for few seconds. Imagine if you could consciously relax, then the amount of energy you can harness into your life. It can turn your whole life around just as in the cases of the famous scientists.

Relaxing For Success

Top CEOs in the world are turning to meditation, yoga and spirituality as a sure success factor. They say that their sharp decisions with clarity were never logical. It was only intuitive. Great Scientists claim their discoveries were purely out of intuition.

The only way to awaken your intuitive power is to relax! The only way to awaken your inner intelligence and inner potential is to relax.

3Qs.

We want to analyze an important fact that we all have 3 important potential qualities within us. 3 important potential qualities within us are our IQ, EQ and SQ.

IQ.

IQ means intelligence quotient. Actually, IQ which means intelligence quotient can be called intellect quotient rather than intelligence quotient. Because it simply means, it is based on the knowledge what we are gathering from outer world and the capacity of reproducing the same knowledge as in quiz sessions where within a minute you have to answer. It is nothing but keeping in memory and repeating it back.

The most challenged students have the most interesting lives, for example, Bill Gates, discontinued his studies and founded Microsoft Corporation. In a study high achievers' personal lives were not satisfactory, why? To have a great life you have to do poorly at school, why? The study asked many questions, but all the questions can be synthesized into high IQ = low life satisfaction and low IQ = high life satisfaction.

The high achievers only sharpen their IQ not their EQ or SQ. That is why their lives are not satisfactory. For example: Dull students are an illusion. The dull student is deceiving you. He is intelligent. Even with peer pressure he won't study. That proves he is intelligent. Actually low intelligence is extremely rare. At school teachers use psychology on him, at home parents do their best to motivate him to study, but still he doesn't study. That shows you how much intelligence he has.

EQ.

EQ means emotional quotient and SQ means spiritual quotient. EQ is far more deeper than IQ. It is actually the emotional stability what we are having. Emotional stability means emotional fitness, the emotional stability indicating our capacity to understand and react spontaneously to the particular situation without getting affected.

SQ.

This is far more deeper than our intelligence quotient and beyond these two is the spiritual quotient which actually means the consciousness, the awareness. It is the conscious growth of the particular

individual, only with this conscious growth, he will be able to attain the real satisfaction, the real bliss in his life.

The top level companies hire Yoga and meditation trainers to train their executives. Upper level executives' selection process includes SQ qualifications as well. Lower level positions are only concerned with IQ, mind-level managers must demonstrate EQ competence to be able to handle the stresses of the job, but the highest level employee must also have SQ qualifications.

This method of promotion and hiring is used in Microsoft and Tata. These top level companies invite their employees to take yoga classes. So these 3 important major things have to be considered in a particular individual for the growth of his whole life.

Meditation Should Become A Priority

As of now the whole world looks very attractive. All these things like meditation, consciousness etc. looks very hazy and uninteresting. That is the reason; people say that they don't have time to meditate. Actually, for such people meditation has not become a priority in their life. Everybody has got only twenty four hours. But still some people find time to meditate. They are not jobless people. So never say that there is no time for meditation. Be very honest, that meditation has not become a priority in our lives.

Ananda maya is the silence you experience very rarely when your mind is totally in peace, when your mind is totally in silence. It is like when you are continuously asking for something, example a sweet, you want to have it. You are working for it. Suddenly when you get that sweet, when you put that in your mouth, the restlessness which you had for that sweet, disappears, comes down, your mind becomes little calm for few moments. For those few moments you experience the joy from your being. But unfortunately, your mind starts thinking that the joy is from the sweet. You think if you create the same situation, you will be able to experience the same thing must give you the same joy. But if that is the case, it must continue or grow.

You don't have to learn meditation, you are already a meditator. Remember the time the sun rising or first time you hear fantastic music or beautiful piece of music. Suddenly you become still, fully aware, wordless. That moment is meditation. Meditation is nothing but recapturing and remaining in that tranquil state. Sometimes you go to the beach and feel sudden peace and calmness in your mind. if you think, 'oh beach is associated with calmness', try to go everyday, you will start your regular worry. It is not the outer space which decides. It is the inner space which decides. When you try to associate the outer space or outer situation or outer things, you will try to repeat the same things. But you will not have same calmness, same ananda, same joy again and again with the same thing.

With meditation one can experience the causeless happiness or bliss or ananda that is constantly happening in us. If you are radiating happiness only based on emotion, be very clear, it is only skin deep. Only when your joy or happiness is based on silence, it is bliss and it will radiate forever. Anything based on some reason cannot radiate forever. In sanskrit, santosha, means because of something touching you. Ananda means forever which will never come down.

Meditation is not a religion Meditation is not a ritual Meditation is not chanting or any mantra Meditation is not concentration

Meditation is simply the awareness of the present. Meditation is active, fun and leads to Bliss. Mediation is scientific.

Great Successes Of Power Of Intuition

I had a meeting with Nobel laureate, Charles Towne in San Jose. He is a noble laureate and a great scientist who received the noble prize for his findings on LASER and MASER. During lunch in San Jose, I asked him how this truth happened in his being. He replied, 'Swamiji, to tell you honestly I have not discovered it. When I was relaxing in the park, in Washington, it just happened to me. I was supposed to give a lecture on that subject to a group of scientists. I tried my best to collect any material I could on the subject, but was not able to do much. I was completely frustrated because I could not achieve much. Finally, the day or the presentation or lecture arrived. I was supposed to deliver the presentation at 9am. I went for a walk in a park in Washington and I was sitting and relaxing.

It was early morning 6 O'clock. Suddenly like a revelation, as an intuition the whole thing was revealed to me. The whole truth came in my consciousness and I discovered it.'

He continued to say, 'Then the problem is I know the truth, but I don't know the logical steps to come to the conclusion. So after that I had to sit, think and develop all the logical conclusion only then i was able to present it. But the whole truth was like intuition, suddenly it happened. It was revealed to me, Swamiji.'

I asked him 'How did you feel when the truth was revealed to you'. He said, 'Swamiji, exactly I don't know how to express and all those things. One thing is sure, from that moment, I know for sure, the whole universe is intelligence, the whole universe is not dead matter. Universe is not an accident. It is pure intelligence. It can respond to your thoughts. The whole universe, the planet earth, air, oceans, rivers, fire, space, sun, moon the whole universe is intelligence. It can reciprocate. It can respond, it can react to your thoughts.'

Even Albert Einstein says, theory of relativity was revealed to me when I was deeply meditating, 'as if i was sitting on the edge of a light particle and travelling in the space at that moment only the theory was revealed.'

The most important truth to know about Intuition is intuition gives you the energy not only to take the decision but also to execute what you have decided. If you want to achieve you have to relax.

Awareness.

Sitting with ourselves and just watching what is going on inside, doing an honest check is awareness. Whenever we hear a joke, we burst out laughing when the punch line is delivered. It is during those few moments, if you just notice how your eyes light up, there is a sparkle in your eyes when you laugh, right? Also notice how there was a sudden gush of energy throughout your body, your face and cheeks. If you closed your eyes now for a few seconds, just feel the effects of this energy flowing through you.

This is called as awareness. Just feeling what is happening inside you. This helps you to soak in the benefits and positive effects of the laughter a little longer. It is like prolonging the creation of the

positive chemicals that rained inside you. The normal thought is that it is too expensive, egoistic or even inhibitive to spend time on the different happenings inside the system or outside. How many of us actually spend a few minutes in such a manner whenever we laugh. It is usually considered too silly to focus on such an activity – of shedding awareness on the state, right? It is more like the importance is on the joke, so what next.

Pause for a few seconds and look around, bring awareness to the lightness in the room. When we laugh our energy radiates and works inside and outside. This also shatters the misconception that being aware of our inside is difficult.

Break Free.

Actually if we were to analyze why we laughed when a joke is cracked, there is a set of logically connected statements being told to you first. Then when you are clinging on to the logic that has been created, the punch line is delivered and your logic is shattered! For a few moments you break free from the logic. At that moment when your logic is shattered your thinking, your mind is shattered and you are in a state of no-mind zone. You fall into the present moment, you are thoughtless for those one or two seconds. When you suddenly fall into the zone of no mind or no logic then the energy that is in your center will rush to the periphery. This is your true nature. This is the core of your being.

Logic is our ability to doubt, judge, reason, analyze, presume, calculate, etc all based on our conditionings. Logic constricts and regulates the flow of energy. Logic is nothing but the conditioning the strong mental setup developed by conditioning.

Having Sixth Sense.

Our body is such a sophisticated system, that it is still not possible to duplicate its intelligence. It is endowed with the highest intelligence. We all have something called sixth sense which are like sensors. They act as our guide or like pagers and notification alerts to give us a true assessment of our state of being.

Sometimes you may have noticed when you are in a place you don't want to be, then your body and nerves start experiencing a discomfort and irritation. Then what do we normally do. We use our logic, justify and suppress these signs. We want to be morally correct or politically right. This is just an example of how we suppress our innate intelligence with the acquired habits, conditionings and logic.

Just like while riding a bicycle, your whole system just knows and balances on two wheels. If you used your mind or logic each time, then it would not be possible to stay on the two wheels. Once the body intelligence is awakened it knows how to balance.

Civilized Sense.

Whenever we start embracing the habits of judging, analyzing, reasoning, imitating, etc due to fear and greed of side-effects of your attitude, then civilization has happened to you. If you doubt and doubt constantly anything and everything you see, then you lost the sixth sense. Civilization has happened to you. You can have a big board saying 'I am now civilized.' Now you know how to find reasons, how to justify whatever you do, how to doubt.

Civilization, fear and greed for right behavior and attitude have aggressively suppressed our sixth sense. But in some people it is still active and they are the courageous ones who stand up against all odds to go with it. These are the leaders who we call as extra ordinary. Actually being in tune with your true self is the ordinary thing that we must learn to do. It is the state that we will be at ease with.

Extra ordinary is our civilized life where we brave and fight against our sixth sense and put up a false front of being less than who we truly are.

Sensitivity.

This is why it is so important to encourage awareness. Awareness of what is going on inside. The more you put your awareness on the inner happenings, to these inner signals, then the more you fall in tune with this intelligence. We become more sensitive to this intelligence. The more we become aware, the more we will be able to respond to it. This means becoming more and more sensitive to your innate intelligence rather than the logic.

If we relax to be aware of how we really feel inside then with the sixth sense you will realize when your actions are authentic and when they are due to compromise. Most of the time these compromising is for the sake of pleasing others or for some false morality. They are for compromising due to fear of being known as not up to the standards. If we instead continue to encourage and act according to the sixth sense, you will see the strong, immovable, truthful, authentic self radiating nothing but bliss that you will truly enjoy and radiate.

Being constantly aware of this sixth sense and tuning yourself with it will activate the true leadership in you. What we need is to activate the innate software in each of us which will allow the expression of these qualities without having to use the logical mind. We need to activate something that is immovable and unshakeable in you that will not waver due to external conditions without having to worry about what qualities will express as a result of it. These qualities are side effects of your innate intelligence, and not something that you can practice logically.

Here, you will not be given another long list of qualities and asked to practice it. It would then become just another gymnastic for the mind and logic.

Allow The Psychological Revolution

The most basic understandings will bring about what is called psychological revolution in your system. These and many more such understandings which bring you closer to your own true self will release a kind of energy in you which awakens the non-mechanical parts of your brain. This is a clear scientific fact.

It will awaken a new discipline a new intelligence, the true leadership in you. It will arise a new kind of discipline which is unique and your own. It is not morality. Morality is something that you generalize for the whole population. Any discipline when generalized becomes morality. A customized morality or the real true morality will start happening in you that will be unique to your own system. This is what is called psychological revolution. It will be an awareness that other beings will not have.

This releases a tremendous amount of energy and awakens the non-mechanical parts of your brain which was not getting the energy flow due to the constriction and blockages created by the logic. When this happens you will see the whole brain is alive and your whole body will feel alive and you will have more energy in the day than normal people would. You will start radiating your own unique true leadership state.

Re Organize Now.

Instead, you first need the courage to stop, look in and RE-ORGANIZE! Then you need the courage to go with it.

Cooperate With The Process To Unleash The You.

You need the courage to stop, look in and accept what is not you, what you have been pretending as you is not you. It is less than the real you. Once you can stand by your conviction to change your mental setup to be the real you instead, you will see a flood of energy which will just carry you through the process of unleashing the real you, because the real you is constantly knocking and wanting to express itself. Find out what is stopping it, what is pushing it back, what societal conditionings, what fears, what greed is pushing the real you back and curbing it from expressing. Once you have a clear understanding of what is it that is causing the blocks, then it is half the job done. Removing these blocks is just a matter of time. It is important to know that you are holding burning coals in your hands, only then dropping them takes less than a second.

So the process is to Relax, Be aware, allow the psychological revolution and re organize to express the real you.

Start At The Root.

Going through this process without knowing the hardware and software would be a futile exercise again. For example, to be able to operate the computer system to its full efficiency, it would help to know where the CPU and memory is being used up, what viruses and bugs are slowing the performance.

We will first look at the whole mind, body and you system at a little deeper level than just the skin, flesh, organs and bones. We will delve deeper and go to the root than just looking at the surface. To have an unshakeable state, just working on the surface will not help. We have to start at the root.

Leadership from the grass roots level. Let us get a true knowledge of our entire system. We will go into a deeper understanding at the subtler levels of construction of the entire mind body and you system. Let's take a good look at our tools and equipment. Let us see why we cannot relax, why we constantly have thoughts about past and future. Do they really help us.

Open the owner's manual.

It is time to know and get a little deeper understanding of ourselves. We will open owner's manual for our hardware and software. It is time to take responsibility to see how we are designed, how we receive and process information. How we are wired, you may call it. It is time to move away from just knowing we have outer skin, flesh, organs and bones. Let us take the responsibility to go a little deeper and see how our mind processes information. Until now all we understand about our system is just by the power of association.

Using Right Power Of Association.

Here is a small story that happened during World War I.

After the World War I a biplane was abandoned near a remote tribal settlement to Asia. The tribal people had never seen an aircraft all their lives. There was a lot of excitement and commotion about it and a big crowd gathered around it.

They wondered what it might be and each one started giving some suggestion about it. They finally concluded that since it had wheels, it must be a bullock cart! News spread in the village about the new bullock cart. There was a lot of celebration in the village and the biplane was taken around the settlement yoked to bullocks and it served as a bullock cart.

Some weeks later, a young tribal boy who had returned from the city where he was studying, saw the biplane. He got into it and looked around. He saw all the gears and mechanisms in it. He fiddled with the switches and levers one by one. Suddenly the engine came to life. He managed to taxi the plane around on the ground for a short distance and the villagers were shocked at what they saw. The boy had seen tractors being used and declared to the people that the biplane was not a bullock cart but some kind of tractor.

Six months passed by and a retired army officer came to the village. He saw the biplane being used as a tractor and was shocked! He told the villagers that it was not a tractor and that the plane could actually fly. They refused to believe him. The only things they had ever seen flying were birds! The army officer got into the aircraft, flew it for a short while and landed. The villagers were wonderstruck. Then they understood its true potential!

We are similarly using our bodies as bullock carts without knowing its true potential. Most of us operate only at the bullock cart level at the instinct level with our unconscious mind. Some of us use our system as tractors. These are the creative artists such as Van Gogh or famous scientists, philosophers, etc. But a very few of us use our bodies to its full potential. They are the Enlightened Masters who are so ecstatic all the time. They rise beyond all miseries and just fly. They operate constantly at the intuitive levels.

Knowledge Weapon.

What was the difference in the aircraft from the time it was seen by the villagers to the time it was flown by the army officer? Nothing! The aircraft remained the same. Nothing was added to it or removed from it. No changes were made. Then what was the difference? Knowledge! The knowledge of the mechanism of the aircraft was the difference. The Knowledge about the aircraft converted its use from a bullock car to an aircraft. Similarly when we gain knowledge of our system, we will realize how we have been using it as a bullock cart.

We first need to wake up to the reality that the whole universe is nothing but energy and intelligence. There is no separation between matter and energy. What we see as physical matter is only relative to the resolution power of the tool which perceives it. This means if our eyes could see through walls we will see that something being solid is just a limitation of our perception. Everything is just a mass of energy and intelligence with different frequencies and wavelengths.

At the deepest subtle levels there is no clear demarcation between hardware and software, the body and mind.

Everything Is Energy

Same way our human being system is a beautifully integrated system of mind, body and consciousness. There is not just one spot where we can say the mind exists. It is just different layers of energy waves.

The human system has 7 different energy layers or we can just call it 7 different bodies. We can also call it as 7 layers in our being.

The first layer is the physical body which you are carrying made of flesh and blood. In this layer all the memories related to lethargy are stored

The second layer is pranic layer with the pranic movements, the prana movement which is happening inside your system, like inhaling the prana which stays inside you, prana which spreads all over the body and exhaling and cleaning. In the second layer we store all our past memories related to desires.

The third layer is the inner chattering going on inside us which we call as mana shareera or the mind. In this third layer we store all our past memories related guilt.

The fourth layer is the one where all the emotions are stored. In this fourth layer all the past memories related to pain are stored.

The fifth layer is the deep sleep layer.

The sixth layer is the one which we experience only during a strong meditation technique, which is the thoughtless awareness.

The seventh layer is the ultimate super conscious layer.

They meet as chakras.

The second and third layers meet at several points along the length of the first body or physical layer. These points are known as chakras or energy centers. These chakras are spinning wheels or vortices of energy. These are boundless energy centers. They can be viewed by using Kirlian photography.

Energy Centers Or Chakras

A man who has no knowledge of these chakras continues to walk on the ground, whereas a Master, who knows how to operate them, simple flies! When we understand the science behind these chakras, we can become aware of our present deep unconscious state. Once we understand this, we can free ourselves from the load of the unconscious and start moving to the higher dimensions of our Being. These chakras are not physical entities in our body. They are metaphysical representations because they belong to the auric body and not the physical body.

It is through these energy centers what we may even call as portals that the energy of the cosmos, the infinite potential energy of intuition of the existence is trying to flow through us. But it is not happening continuously in all of us because of the restlessness which is nothing but the number of thoughts.

Chakras are very intimately connected to our emotions. Whenever we experience a particular emotion, depending on whether it is positive or negative, the chakra will expand or contract accordingly. When we are functioning at an optimal level the size of the chakra is that or a cartwheel, otherwise it shrinks to the size of a coat button.

Energy = power + intelligence.

Existence, cosmos, Universe is intelligence and energy. Energy is constantly trying to flow through us through these channels. But the deposits, engraved memories, emotions shrink these energy centers and prevent the flow. The expression of energy coming out of us when the flow is unobstructed versus when the expression is obstructed by the engraved memories is different. This unobstructed flow of energy happens when we relax from these memories. This energy is the energy of Intuition. But we have become so insensitive to the happenings in our system, that we feel we have no control over the way these thoughts and memories function.

Kirlian Photography

Kirlian photography has enables us to capture these chakras and prove their existence in the metaphysical plane.

There are 70,000 energy centers in our body and 7 of them are important. When the energy transmits through these centers with out obstructions, life would be wonderful. Otherwise negative emotions would manifest. In our bodies we have seventy two thousand nerves. These are energy centers also. Our IQ can activate ten percent of these energy centers. Ancient Samurai's utilized 7,000 energy centers. Using EQ we can activate more than 7000, 10 %. With SQ we can activate all 72,000, 100% of our energy centers. Enlightened masters can utilize 100 % of their energy centers. IQ and EQ are small branches of SQ.

Negative emotions like worry, fear, attention seeking, jealousy, ego, dis-contentment obstruct the bliss to manifest which is otherwise happening constantly in us. It has been proved that when a person is locked with a particular negative emotion the chakra associated with that emotion shrinks to the size of a coat button. It becomes that small. But when the same person experiences the associated positive emotion, the chakra expands to the size of a cartwheel. This is the effect that our emotions have on these energy centers.

All diseases, ALL psychosomatic diseases manifest in these chakras before becoming prominent in the organ level or physical level. Scientists are able to detect diseases six months before they appear in the physical level with the help of the Kirlian photography. The size of the chakras determine the imbalance in the physical, emotional and mental health of the beings. When ignored and unattended at this level it shows up in the physical level. This is when it shows up as ulcers, heart problems, immune deficiency, allergies and all other diseases.

Emotions

Emotions are nothing but the response we experience to a situation, incident, location or person based on the 'what's in it for me.' If we look from a deeper level they are high frequency thoughts. Thoughts are shafts of past and future projections of mind. There are only seven main or seven basic emotions that one can experience. They are greed, fear, worry, attention seeking, jealousy, ego and discontentment.

At a high level these emotions result in symptoms in the nervous, mental, chemical levels. One may say ulcers are caused by worries. Ulcers are looked upon as dis ease in the body. It is nothing but a chemical imbalance. It is a symptom of the continued experience of worry. Worry is a response to something, ulcer is the resultant chemical imbalance.

Worry is a host of high frequency thoughts about something negative. This is what is called as negative inner chattering. When there is incessant creation of such thoughts, the energy flow gets blocked in the Navel energy center or Manipuraka chakra. This means the energy of intuition, the pure potential energy which is flowing is getting interrupted by disturbances caused by high frequency energy flow from the inner chatter.

The first step to drop emotions is to simply watch them. The distance between you and your emotions will start increasing and you will start feeling disconnected from them.

Logical Mental Setup Is The Software.

Whether the response is fear, anger, worry, greed, fantasy, imagination, etc, all thoughts are disturbances in the inner four layers of the mind, body and you system. They are just varying frequencies and wavelengths. All these are stored memories of past and imaginations or presumptions and assumptions of future.

It is these emotions or thoughts that give birth to our mental setup and attitude. We hold on to this mental setup and try to walk a definite known pattern. As long as we hold on to this mental setup, the spontaneous energy of intuition will experience blockages.

It is this mental setup that is directly involved with our decision making capacity. This mental setup is what causes decisions to be either instinctive or intellectual or intuitive. This mental setup is the software with which we are operating.

Age Of Hardware.

Recent cell biology studies prove that man's expected lifespan is three hundred years. We see people at forty with gray hair, people at fifty with diseases, people at sixty with no teeth and finally at seventy five people pass away. We have a capacity to live three hundred years, but our mind creates its own reality based on what we see.

I have personally met what appeared to be a forty five year old monk in a Zen Monastery. After conversing with the monk for some time I asked the monk's age. The monk told me he was one hundred and twelve years old. I was shocked and told the monk that he looked much younger. -Then the monk told me to go inside the Monastery and I could meet other monks that were two hundred and two hundred and fifty years old, he is just middle aged.

Every cell in the body goes through a constant creation, maintenance and rejuvenation process. All cells are being replaced and rejuvenated. This is where our unconscious mental setup and patterns plays a major role. This means in our highly interconnected hardware software system, the software that we maintain or operate with directly impacts the condition of the hardware.

Mind The Software

The mind is the software, and we need to mind this software. Mind the mind. This software will constitute logic or intellect and engraved memories. The logic or intellect is the ability to judge, analyze, classify, agreements, conflicts, contradictions etc. The mind operates or exists in 3 states, namely the waking state, dream state and deep sleep state.

Dropping the mind is dropping this software, which means dropping the engraved memories and the intellect. When the mind is dropped the pure energy of intuition which is intelligence will be awakened and allowed to flow through and express.

But to drop the mind, we would have to have a very clear understanding of how it operates in its myriad ways.

If you look at the two photographs above the first one may be considered a good analogy for the conscious mind. Our conscious mind is capable of using ten percent of our mind's capacity. With only ten percent of our mind we handle our life. Studies indicate that of the one hundred things happening around us at the same time, if we are able to fully comprehend just one thing we are geniuses.

The photography is a good analogy for the unconscious mind with all its engraved memories and logical calculations and decisions. Most people only use one or two percent of their mind.

Our awareness is never directed to this unconscious zone where 90% of the acquired software is operating. This is the zone which needs the psychological revolution and catharsis.

Sometimes, if your workers or subordinates convince you that without them their business cannot run then they will start exploiting you. Same way your mind has convinced you, without it you cannot run your life. That conviction is what I call suffering. That is what I call the root of suffering.

We will use a 2 key method to drop the software of logic and engraved memories. It will be a new and clear method (new-clear)!

The only way to relax is to drop the acquired software, our logical mental setup with its past memories and conditionings so that the energy flow is unobstructed. It is possible to live without thoughts. It is possible to live in a state of no mind. It is only when the scientists relax completely into the state of no mind that the great theories are revealed. You have also experienced these very tiny gaps of no thought or no mind state frequently but unconsciously or accidentally because of which you have structured your limited life. But consciously relaxing to clear all the thought generating engraved memories and consciously entering into the no mind zone will enable us to actualize our entire potential.

Decision Making

Are you the decision maker? You will be surprised, actually shocked to know that if your decisions are not intuitive then you are not the decision maker. If you are not spontaneous and intuitive then your decisions are made by a committee of dull dead old fools called samskaras or engraved memories.

When your decisions are driven by the energy of intuition then you are driven by the same energy that runs the stars and planets. If your decisions are not from the energy of intuition then they are driven by the committee of intellectuals who sit and calculate, analyze, presume, assume and make you follow a pattern based on your past experiences.

How Decision Making Information Is Processed In Mind

Let us take a more digital view or more subtle view of this conscious and unconscious mind and how information is received, processed and stored and what is the result of this process. We will understand how the conscious zone and unconscious zone process information that is received through our five senses.

Let us analyze the working of the mind. If you study this diagram below, it shows how the information entering through the eye for example is processed.

Conscious Process

The following example shows information entering through the sense of sight or eyes is processed. When you see something, first the physical eye sees it. This information is digitized by the energy called chakshu. Chakshu is a Sanskrit term, for our purposes we may call it as DSP or digital signal processor.

The information or signal received about an object or scene is converted into a digital file by this chakshu. This conversion happens to the information received through all the five senses, not just the eye.

Then the file goes to the memory. In Sanskrit memory is called as chitta. In the memory a little more work is done on the file. For example, if you are seeing me now, the file is converted digitally by chakshu and taken to chitta or the memory. The memory starts analyzing the file or information. The memory does an analysis by the process of elimination of the information in the file received. For example, it will say, 'this is not an animal', 'this is not a rock', 'this is not a plant', etc.

Then the file is passed to the mind or the manas. The mind does the job of identifying the file. Here it says, this is a human being, this is an instructor, etc. The mind concludes the analysis with a definite 'this is.'

If you were to review this whole process, it all happens in fractions of milli-seconds. The whole process happens in the conscious zone of the mind. The entire process of seeing the object; receiving information; converting it to digital signal; elimination process in the memory and identification process in the manas or mind.

Unconscious Process

Next the whole file takes a quantum leap to the ego and your ego decides based on your past experiences what your next action or decision is. If your past experiences have been favorable or if you have heard favorable things about leadership training programs in general then your decision will be to sit followed by the action to sit and attend.

and finally the information taking a quantum jump to your ego in the unconscious zone where the decision to sit or leave takes place.

What Is In It For Me ?

In ego you start thinking, in what way am I connected to this experience or this situation. If your past experiences have been nice, you decide to sit and listen. If your past experiences have not been good, you start making excuses saying this is not worth it, I felt bored last time. If you feel negative, you feel let us move, this is not the place for me to sit. Ego decides based on your past experience. This is the way your mind functions. The decision to respond or mostly react all happens unconsciously. When you make the decision, your body executes the decision.

Samskaras Or Engraved Memories

Why are decisions made unconsciously? For example, let us say your previous experiences of leadership training programs have been boring or you were disturbed for some reason or it was a negative experience. Then in the next program even though you know logically that this person you see is a new person, the situation is new, yet based on a previous experience, memory or past you make the decision to leave or you relive the uncomfortable feeling and undergo the same low mood.

The reason is this unconscious zone is filled with negative memories and restlessness. All your past memories which we call samskaras in Sanskrit, all your past thought patterns are stored in this zone as files. In the field of psychology they use the word engrams to denote these stored memories. there are so many files stored in this zone. These memories or incidents are stored here without any logical connection between them.

The unconscious area is very powerful. It can be used in three ways, at the instinct level, at the intellect level or at the intuition level.

Processing Time (Tp & Tq)

Let us call the time for the process between eye and the mind to be TP. This time TP is the time taken for the logical and conscious process between eye and the mind. You will be completely aware of this process. It happens with your awareness consciously.

Similarly, let's call the time taken for the decision to sit or leave which happens in unconscious zone to be TQ. This happens against your logical understanding.

Instinct Level Decisions

When the TQ is less than TP, it means the decision was instantaneous. For example, logically even if you know that smoking is injurious to health, the moment you remember or see a cigarette you just decide to smoke and immediately after that there will be guilt and regret.

When the unconscious is overloaded with negative memories and restlessness one works at the instinct level as we just saw. You simply decide instinctively, unconsciously. When you are at the instinct level you always end up regretting most of your decisions. You wonder why you behaved in that fashion, 'this is not me, how did I allow this to happen, how did i take that decision'. This happens because the unconscious is working at the instinct level. At this level you just associate things without any logical connection and jump to a conclusion unconsciously. These past memories make the automatic decisions and reactions.

Sometimes you are faced with so many options and you don't know what to do, you will get tired and just blindly make some decision, saying 'leave me alone..'

Intellect Level Decisions

At this level TQ will be equal to TP. Here you are conscious, you take decisions logically, but you don't have any extra enthusiasm or energy. You are just there with a conscious mind, being neither creative nor innovative. You don't take big steps, you don't take risks and you don't grow. You are like a faithful servant. Einstein says: The intellect is a faithful servant. You will be just collecting data and processing, like a computer.

When you are at the intellect level, you don't take hasty decisions, but you will be more careful and calculative weighing the pros and cons based on your previous experiences but in a logical manner. At this level you are still not using your potential to the maximum extent to which it can be used.

Logic is never accurate, because it is simply old data, old information, old record with old time and old parameters. This gives rise to indecisiveness, dilemma where you are not sure what decision to make. Postponing, procrastination, dilemma means you don't even have the intent. These are also obstacles.

Intuition Level Decisions

In this level the TQ is greater than TP. At this level, you can actualize your entire potential. If you can be free from your memories and be empty and blissful in the unconscious zone, then you can be alive and fresh every moment without the burden of your past engraved memories. Then the Energy of your Being will express itself in its purest form. When this happens you will make decisions out of an energy called intuition.

Earlier we touched upon the power of intuition in the case of Charles Towne. Each and every one of us has the power of intuition in us. We have all experienced it a few times in our lives for brief seconds. These moments of intuition are clear signs of latent power in us. If we recognize and encourage it, we can express the higher dimensions of our Being.

Einstein says, 'The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant'.

But let me tell you, rationale is the intimate enemy and intuition is continuously available in us and we can use this in our regular life. We can work for it, so that it becomes a part of our life. We have created a society that encourages and honors the servant – the rational mind, the logical mind and has forgotten the gift.

Intuition is all about processing the data received spontaneously. We can prepare ourselves and tune ourselves to this Energy of Intuition through techniques and methods and a little deeper understanding of our system so that we can clear the unconscious zone of the blocks.

Intuition happens only when inner space is empty of engraved memories.

How To Harness Intuition

We will see how we can harness the Energy of Intuition in us. How we can move from Unconscious to Conscious to Super conscious and how to move from instinct to intellect to intuition. Right now the unconscious zone is like a room filled with furniture with no space. Once we remove the furniture, once we clear the engraved memories then the energy of intuition can flow without obstructions.

To clear the unconscious zone of these engraved memories we need to expand our understanding a little more to see where these engraved memories are stored in our system. Decision making can become intuitive with pure visualization if we work on the Mooladhara chakra or the Root Energy Center because the energy is currently being wasted in this energy center. Most of our thoughts are originating in this energy center. To work on clearing this center we will understand more deeply about the science of thoughts.

T Echnique 1: Let'S Trace Your Mind

Where do thoughts come from? How to be in no thought state or no mind state? To be able to resolve the issue, we first accept and become aware that we have an issue. We will watch and recreate the problem and then resolve the problem. But, to resolve the problem we will also have to know how the hardware and software is designed.

Technique 1

  • o Just sit for five minutes with a pen and paper with you and keep your eyes closed.
  • o Don't focus your mind on anything. Just witness your mind. Just see what is going on in your mind.
  • o Almost as soon as you close your eyes, you will see that there is a continuous stream of thoughts flowing through your mind. There is continuous activity in your mind.
  • o Pen down these thoughts without editing for five minutes.

Illogical, Independent & Unconnected.

Notice how they are illogical, independent, unconnected thoughts. The mind is nothing but a collection of thoughts. These thoughts rise up in succession like the bubbles in a fish tank. All these thoughts that rise in the mind also appear to be connected. But just like the bubbles in the fish tank the thoughts in the mind are also independent and unconnected.

There is no connection between the previous thought and the next one. All the thoughts are unclutched and unconnected. Only when you write down your thoughts you come to know that the thoughts have no real connection. You may be thinking about having a cup of coffee and the next moment you may think about some office work which is pending. There is no real connection between having a cup of tea and the office work. Both are independent events. Even if there are two consecutive thoughts about the same event the thoughts are unconnected as there is no continuity. There exists a silent gap between these thoughts of which one is not aware

Just Your Knowing.

If you notice, thoughts are nothing but your knowing. It is all about what you hear, read, saw, touched, felt through your senses. You cannot have thoughts about what you don't know. You cannot have thoughts about what you have not perceived through your senses..? am I right? Thoughts are related to what you already know. Even the imaginations about future are based on what you know using or constructed from material that you know.

Files With High Resolution Pictures, Audio And Video

This knowing along with emotions become like files with high resolution pictures with audio and video are stored as memories in our system. This is what keeps playing in us throughout the day as thoughts.

P Resent Moment Is Key To Intuition

Life is nothing but experiencing. Mind or life is nothing but future becoming past. Life as of now, is nothing but continuously future becoming past. That is what is life. That is what is time.

Time Shaft Theory

Let us see how the time shaft or life works. Time shaft is where the future is becoming past. Future is entering into past.

Mind

Your mind is nothing but making your future into past. Understand, what you call as life is nothing but swallowing your future and making it into past. Every single moment you constantly swallow the future and make it into the past. Future becoming past is what you call as your mind or whatever you know as life. Your mind, understand these few statements, if you completely grasp, you will realize the truth. Mind is nothing but jumping from past to future, past to future, past to future, am I right ?

All our choices, all our decisions, always end in dilemma. This dilemma is what I call mind. Dilemma is the straight direct explanation or definition for mind. There are so many definitions, explanations for mind. But from my experience I can say this is right word, dilemma, continuously moving from this extreme to that extreme, continuously seeing the other side. I should have done this, I should have done that. I should have taken this kind of decision, I should have taken that kind of decision continuously not accepting the present moment is the root of the mind. When you close your eyes, watch whatever happens in your space. Whatever you think and whatever you can think. Whatever you visualize and whatever you can visualize. Whatever you experience, whatever you can experience. Everything, the whole is what i call mind. The root of the mind is dilemma. If you can just accept this moment the whole reality the existence simply as it is, you will go beyond mind. You will go beyond mind and you will experience the state which we call as super consciousness.

Mind or life is nothing but future becoming past. Life as of now is nothing but continuously future becoming past. That is what life is and that what is time is. Trying to zero you down, is mediation, enlightenment, inner science, awareness, whatever you may call.

years of R & D we are finding literature at least old. At least 1 million inner scientists and more than 10 million inner science labs are still available in Bharat. Everyday congregation happens in temples, and. The whole science is how to bring you down to zero thoughts per second. If you are here you are not here and instead you are too busy jumping from past to future. You neither look into past, nor into future clearly. If thoughts per second comes down your vision to look into past and future will become clear. Your idea about past also becomes clear. You don't even know your past clearly. You only know the incidents connected to your deeply engraved memories. You remember them only as you want, not as it happened. You are not fully aware because you are constantly jumping from past and future. Because you are constantly jumping you reproduce same old future from past as your future. If there are 2 pots one with garbage and one with sweets and if a fly is flying from one pot to another it dirties the pot of sweets. In the same way by visiting the past and jumping to the future, you are constantly trying to reproduce past into future.

Thought

Thought is nothing but jumping from past to future, or future to past. You can't think in the present moment. Try to create a single thought in the present moment, you can't. The moment you come back to present moment, thoughts will disappear. Thinking is happening means you are jumping from past to future, future to past. This is what we call thought. For example, if you are jumping 100 times, past to future, future to past, you have 100 thoughts per second. Depending on how many times you are jumping from past to future, future to past in each second, that many number of thoughts per second (TPS) is what you have.

Gap

If TPS is more the gap is very small - the times available for any task is not enough. If TPS is less, the gap is more, this is when the task actually gets done, which is only when you are in the present moment.

The amount of work done will determine the amount of TPS that the person has. The quality of work is determined by the quality of thoughts PLUS the gap, the person has. This is the truth.

Don't assume that every one is working 8 hour jobs. No. You could work the amount of 24 hours work in 4 hours. Because when thoughts come down the time also slows down. You will get into a gap where you can produce as much work as you would if you were to normally produce in 24 hours. If you can fall into the gap, fall into the present moment. The amount of work produced will be superior and infinite. All great things are done in those small gaps that happens between your thoughts and that rarely happens.

Thoughts Per Second (Tps)

If you are jumping from future to past, past to future 200 times per second, then you have 200 TPS. When you are having 200 TPS you will be away from present moment. You may bring down this jumping to 100 TPS, then you come down a little towards the present moment. If you do something else and reduce to 60, then you move a little more towards present moment. Sometime or very rarely, powerful techniques or blessings of enlightened guru may bring it down to 20 TPS. This is just an example you may be in 1000 or 2000, or maybe million.

When you come to present moment, step by step, suddenly you will have intelligence of seeing future and past clearly. From 100 TPS you cannot see the future or past clearly. As you progress down you can see the time shaft more and more clearly.

Present Moment

The space where the future and past meets, is what we call present moment. Future is constantly entering and becoming past. That is what we call mind. Where the past and future meets is the present moment. This moment is the present moment. The future is just disappearing into the past. Present moment, is where future is disappearing into past. Present moment is where future and past meets. That is what is going on now. Naturally you will be away from present. Because in present moment you cant think. When you come back to present moment, there will be only beautiful silence.

Glimpses Of Future

When your TPS reduces, you will have intelligence to see past and future. Important thing, it feels like I am giving you a big promise or too good to be true words. Let us analyze one thing, sometimes when you are in a party, suddenly you think some person is going to come and in 10 minutes that person comes. Sometimes when the telephone rings, suddenly you will remember who you did not remember for 2 years, and when you pick up the phone, that person will be there on the line. Sometimes when door bell rings, suddenly you will remember a relative you had forgotten for 5 years, when you open the door, that person will be standing at the door.

Not A Coincidence

Normally you dismiss this away as coincidence. If it happens in one person's life once you may call it as coincidence. But it happens in 98% of the person's lives. If 98 % of us had this experience even once, you cannot brush it aside as coincidence. Coincidence means rarely in one or two person's life, which happens or may or may not. Evidence says, 98 % of people are experiencing this at least a few times in their lives. How can that be called as coincidence? There is something more than coincidence in this thing.

This is not coincidence. This is what is called intuition. The only way to awaken your intuitive power is to relax! The only way to awaken your inner intelligence and inner potential is to relax.

Knowledge Weapon

To do this techinque we first need a deep and clear understanding of the Mooldahara chakra or the Root center which is located at the based of the spine. This energy center gets blocked by engraved memories and emotions related to Greed, Fantasy and Lust. 90% of your energy blockage takes place here. It is like having a 100 acre Office building and using just one small room of it. When this energy center is cleansed. It is a constant irritation to stay in present moment because of over expectation from life. Unrealistic expectations. Unable to actualize expectations, desires. Unable to manifest. it is a symptom saying I am not getting something or i am not getting what I expected, what I imagined.

Whatever energy of intuition and visualization is trying to flow through is getting wrongly invested and locked away in this chakra or energy center, in maintaining the engraved memories of lust and fantasy.

Science Of Male And Female Energies

Ancient wisdom and now modern science and biological researches have proved that no man is 100% man, no woman is 100% woman. A man is 51% man and 49% woman, whereas a woman is 51% woman and 49% man. Just a difference of 1%. If you remember the 7 layers of our system hardware, it is only in the physical layer the outermost layer which is the outermost body with senses required for gathering data and experiencing life, that the difference in male and female is seen. As we go deeper into the other 6 layers, ther is no difference. But the conditionings that are plastered on a child from the families,

society, etc will start getting stored in these innere layers as strong samskaras. A female infant is immediately put in a pink room before even realizing it is male or female. A child growing up is not allowed to express both the feminine and masculine energies equally. Until the age of seven, till the social conditioning has not taken a deep root inside, the child is not conscious of being male or female. He is just so beautiful and joyful to look at. When the conditionings and suppression starts in everything from toys, clothese, manners, then the boys start clinging to mothers because of the deep rooted search for fulfillment of the suppressed half of the energy from being expressed. The girls cling to fathers as role models. After age 14 the child starts collecting images from the media and society and at around age 21 the actual start for the life partner starts. After the honey moon ( not honey-sun) the distance reduces and reality sets in. But we are holding on to the cut and paste images that we had collected since growing up for the suppressed other half, all the way from immediate family circles, friends, society and media. We cherish this image as the one that will fulfill us to make us complete, because our inherent nature is not just male or female. Male or female is only in the external layer, but conditioning is so strong that it permeates into these other layers and causes the constant disturbance due to suppression of the energy channels. So these collage of image that one carefully collects and nurtures seems to not fit with the spouse anymore. There is always a difference, the other person also has been brought up similarly holding on to his or her collage of the other half.

Lust And Fantasy

Instead of dropping the image, we start chiseling the outer person to fit the image. Every moment we are holding up this image we have and looking through it as a transparency, we are constantly trying to superimpose this image over the other person and wondering why it does not match. The chiseling of the other person starts from both and instead of 2 persons there are 4 persons tyring to live with each other. This is how lust works. One may be able to notice lust in higher frequencies with spouses only because the relationship is more closer than any other relationship you have with others. At the same time the expectation and chiseling is also the highest.

Lust is when you are constantly on the look out for what can I get out of this person, this position, this place. Lust is the energy or emotion which are nothing but high frequency thoughts of these carefully stored imaginations, images, ideas that we have cultured about everyone. About every one, including how parents should be, spouses should be, children should be, a friend should be, siblings should be, ideal teachers, bosses, employees, ideal leaders, followers, etc. We grow such a complicated and massive database of these ideal images that we classify and collect about every person we come in contact with. This database is like a pandora's box of images. Even strangers are not spared. We try to chisel and convert them with our unconscious expectation which is called fantasy. Fantasy can never match reality, because as we know everything is just energy constantly in motion, constantly changing, rejuvenating itself in every atom in the Universe.

If we were to watch with awareness, you can see how at the subtlest levels, the play of your mind steps in and passes judgement about every single thing you see and classifies them and stores them in folders. This imagination and images that we collect about others is not just to chisel them, we collect such collage of images of ideal jobs, ideal professions, ideal vacations, ideal pay, ideal family lives, ideal corporations, ideal cars, homes, clothes, idea of beauty, ideas about spirituality, etc, etc and sadly we start chiseling ourselves also to fit into these places. Almost everyone is in the wrong place. A doctor by nature has become an engineer and an engineer has become a serviceman and what not.

This is what seems to be making the decisions not only at corporate levels but in every aspect of your day to day life.

Almost noone seems to be expressing their full and true potential because so many many years of conditionings are constantly done and we once again due to another conditioning wrongly believe that the investment is too high to drop it. We don't realize that the moment we drop, the returns are phenomenally different and beneficial in every aspect.

Placebo Effect

Even images that we collect about diseases and their symptoms are stored in this energy center. There is something called placebo effect. If the patient and doctor both of them do not know when some colored water is given instead of medicine even then the patient gets healed.He gets the same effect of medication. This is called placebo effect. There is another theory, called reverse placebo effect, which is common in the West, but now this calamity is happening in the east.

Anger

When fantasies or imaginations or the super imposed image does not match the realtiy because of our expectations to match, then anger is experienced. Anger is a great energy which has to be used when necessary so that the chiseling of you from the other person does not take place, so that the other person does not force you into a frame. But you should never get disturbed by your own anger. If you get disturbed then it means that you have not gone through the anger with awarenss, you have allowed the anger to overtake you. This is the scale to see if you are using it as a tool and watching it from the time you bring it up, express it and see its effect as a watcher without getting affected by it, or if it is using you and you are getting lost in it. Knowledge about anger reduces any adverse effects of anger inside your own system.

Dropping Fantasies And Expectations

Dropping fantasies and expectations means dropping the super imposed images that we hold about everything and everyone. These are not only past experience, but a conceptual image of everything and everyone. It is not past as it occurred or not an image of the person as he or she is, it is our perception or our imagination with our opinions, our logical opinions which is colored due to our background conditioning.

Dropping these images means, welcoming the present moment, the present person as is. This would mean being able to make spontaneous decisions without old images. When we are holding old images we never realize that these are colored images and not real, so we are continuously in a day dreaming mode. This means there is an under current of these thoughts constantly running. The misunderstanding is a great fear that if you stop day dreaming you will not be able to do next planning. You will not be able

to make decisions in investing your decisions about what your plans should be next. You keep wondering how you would decide what your life should be like.

Dropping Greed

In Sanskrit Rajas is the term used for the restlessness caused due to greed which is the same as lust. Have some physical symptom recorded or remembered in your system. So whenever that physical symptom happens, you will remember you are in Rajas, the wrong energy is active in you. That physical symptom you will be able to capture a glimpse in a roller coaster. When you go through that you will be able to capture a glimpse of physical symptom of rajas. When you experience this energy it will be flowing from around the navel region. It is not that we are not intelligent but when Rajas is active, intelligence is not available to us. Those are the moments we make mistakes in relationships or business deals or life.

Physical Symptoms Of Energy Of Lust

Rajas is the energy of lust which shows as restlessness and tamas is the energy of fear which shows as lethargy. Sattva is the energy of intelligence which is the middle path. I was experimenting on how to tell exactly what rajas is; how can you find out whether your rajas is working or tamas is working. I saw pure rajas gets activated in roller coaster when your body goes through very wild, unexpected and unmanageable movements. In Bharat we do the ceremony of fire walking. Even during that time, rajas gets awakened. Here I can't ask you to go through fire walking. Try the roller coaster. That can give you an idea.

But before sitting, be completely relaxed and observe. Put your awareness near the navel center and see throughout the ride, what is happening inside your system during that sixty or ninety seconds. When you get down, don't start talking immediately. Don't start doing anything. Sit in one corner and observe what is happening. What all parts in your body are restless or how your mind is feeling. Just observe. That energy is rajas. Once we understand internally what rajas is, we are safe because whenever that feeling repeats we know this is the time we have to balance ourselves. This is the time we have to get back to the middle path, madhyapanta. Coming to the center or middle path means to watch your breath. This is not the time for us to answer any question to friends or family or relatives.

Understand many of us repent doing one small mistake and losing very big relationships, very big business deals, very close friends, very big people in our life. Before taking that kind of decision, before meeting that kind of persons, before talking to that kind of persons, just see if you are in madhyapanta; you will have the right word.

See, whatever you wanted to say, the same thing can be expressed in a beautiful way if you are in madhyapanta. You will have the right word. All you need to do is internally you should know. You should have the understanding whether your rajas is awakened or tamas is awakened. All you need to do is getting that glimpse or catching that glimpse of how your rajas or tamas operates. One more important thing, whenever rajas operates there is always one line of tamas; when tamas operates, there is always one line of rajas. If you understand even one of the energies, that's enough. If you get the knack of finding out whether you are having rajas or tamas that is enough because you know you need to balance and come to the center.

If it is rajas or tamas, you don't need that. We need to come to the center. If you have the idea how to diagnose or how to find out whether you are caught in rajas, that is more than enough; you don't need to bother about tamas.

Whenever you notice the symptoms of greed energy flooding you upwards from your navel, immediately bring the awareness to your breath. The breath is in the center of your being and the intelligence flows from the center. When you immediately bring your awareness to not get lost in the greed the whole intelligence is awakened. All you need to do is to bring ourselves back to your breath. Your intelligence simply opens up and shows you how to relate with every moment, how to relate with every relationship. Your intelligence will be completely available to you. I promise, when you are centered on breath, you can never do a mistake because the pure energy which flows in you is Sattva.

The Sattva energy is so intelligent that it knows exactly how to relate to the world, how to relate to any situation. It is the innate intelligence. If a strong visualization happens in you whenever you come back to the center, then that is vision or creativity. If a strong joyful mood happens in you, that is Ananda. When we un-clutch from this attitude of greed, it transforms to 'what can I contribute to this person, what can I add, how can I help to make him realize his goal to create space for him to grow, what does he need.'

Stop Day Dreaming

I tell you when I say I really mean, you can live without your day dreaming. You may ask, then how will I plan for my tomorrow. Usually you are not planning, you are worrying.

Even by your planning, you are only reproducing your past into the future. You are recreating your past, limiting your growth by planning, because you do not have courage to live with spontaneity. You would need courage to live with spontaneous visions happening and to live with the spontaneous revelations happening. Constantly you are struggling with your day to day planning and your life. People who had courage to trust their vision and their spontaneity, only became geniuses. Please understand a little courage, a little courage to enter into the life without day dreaming can revolutionize your life. This is what I call psychological revolution. Just try for 10 days, without fear that your life will not fall apart in 10 days. If in 10 days if it can fall apart, then it is not worth having. Let it be taken away. Just try living for 10 days, life without day dreaming.

Allow visualization, instead of imagination

Suddenly you will see the quality of your spontaneity. Every single one of you is a visionary. Because of your planning and day dreaming, the quality of having visions is suppressed. If you just remove the day dreaming, if you remove the day dreaming and have little courage towards that quality of creating visions in you. Quality of living with spontaneity, suddenly you will see the visionary in you is awakened. The immense power of visualization which is the power of intuition will start flowing. It will have the power and intelligence. Right now all of us have only freedom without intelligence. That is the reason we are holding on to the day dreams and expecting to see it manifest.

People who live with super conscious never fail and miss in their decisions, because the depth of dilemma, oscillation, mood swings will be very less, very limited. When we drop these images there is no need for the mind to oscillate and so much of energy is saved and decision making becomes so sharp and straight without dilemma. Dilemma is suffering because intelligence is not there.

Living With Senses Instead Of Living With Mind

Understand we are not living with senses. We are living with mind. One way to find out is if we have some fantasy and imagination about drinking, smoking, some physical pleasure, or lust or some food and have an expectation about how it will be then it is living with the mind. If the ecstasy, experience of joy that you experience if it is more than your imagination or expectation then you are living with your senses.

Fantasy is mind. Experience is senses. You yourself can find out if you are living in mind or living in senses. If you are living in senses, then clearing the engraved memories is easy for you. Not living in senses means we are not living naturally. Due to so much of advertisements for food, makes your fantasy about food too big and experience too small. Porn - makes fantasy about lust too big, and experience too lost. You have lost connection with senses. You are living in mind, cerebral layers. Person centered on sense, experiencing the power of intuition and visualization is very easy.

Knowledge And Meditation

These understandings should constantly encourage awareness of the happenings inside. Every time you meet someone or make decisions, having the awareness to see the play of the mind will help you in changing your mental setup. Meditation technique will work on clearing the unconscious zone which has all the engraved memories of the past. Ultimately in Vedic tradition or Jainism we don't believe knowledge can be gained only through sense. The true knowledge can happen to you through intuition if you know how to open that door, open that source.

Duration: 31 Minutes For 21 Days

This meditation technique is called Dukkhaharana which originated in the Kulaarnava Tantra. It will bring out all the suppressed emotions in you. Many Masters have employed this technique before. It takes totally 31 minutes. Breathing is the bride to the Universe. It is the system with which you are living your mind. If your thinking is calm your breath will be relaxed. If your thinking is aggressive, your breathing will also be aggressive. You first need to control your breathing in order to control your mind. In the first part of this meditation deep breathing is carried out in order to creae a churning in your repressed system. Your mental system is made fully alive by the increased intake of oxygen, it become more vital. Your cells will get most energy and will create more bioelectricity or bio-energy. This energy will melt all the repressed emotions like melting ice. It is like fanning the Muladhara chakra.

This technique may be practiced on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning. 21 days of Dukkhaharana will transform your Being and bring a glow to your face and body. This is like taking a psychological bath. You will be able to experience the Silence in you. When you kill dukkha or sorrow, Ananda or Bliss flowers in you and sends forth a beautiful fragrance from you.

First Step:

Stand with your eyes closed.

Second Step

Breathe deeply and rhythmically from the depths of your body, always through your nose with your mouth closed. Move your hands, flex your knees and bend to a semi-squatting position and then rise up. Move as if you are a bird in flight up and down, knees moving up and down, arms moving up and down all rhythms in line with your breathing. Do the movements gently and synchronize your inhalation with upward movement and exhalation with downwards movement. If you have a heart problem, do only as much as you can. Similarly, pregnant women and others with physical ailments – should consult their doctor before doing and limit the movements to only as much as they can. Do this for 10 minutes.

Third Step

For the next 10 minutes, keep your eyes closed and tense each part of your body, part by part, limb by limb, then let it relax. Tense and relax one limb and then move to the next. Start with your feet, move to legs then move to thigh, next to the hips, then to the stomach and lower back, then to the chest and upper back, then to your arms from finger tips to shoulder, next to the neck and shoulders, next to your face and finally to the top of the head. Relax each part of your entire body before you move to the next part. This is like an isometric exercise with each part of your body. At the end of these 10 minutes, you will become vacant inside, you will become cool, calm and composed.

For the next 10 minutes, sit down keeping your eyes closed and chant the 'hoo' kara sound, just the word 'hoo'. There is no need to chant it deeply and loudly. Just chant it in a normal voice. As you chant, simply witness whatever happens inside or outside your Being.

The first two part of this technique are actually a preparation for this third part that is the actual meditation. When you come to the third part you will see that the mind becomes silent effortlessly, by itself. Silence cannot be forced upon you, it can only happen by itself. Remain in this relaxed state with a smiling face and blissful mood. During this time, there may be many experiences, just watch them as you would watch the television. Watch your mind thought by thought. Don't focus on the muladhara at any time during the meditation as this will create fantasies which you are trying to remove. After 10 minutes of 'hoo' kara, sit silently for about a minute and open your eyes. Carry this energy and silence with you.

FEAR MANAGEMENT

Knowledge Weapon: Understanding The Root Of Fear

Let us first understand the root of fear, then we can see how to face the fears. All the fear related memories and conditionings directly impact the Swadishtana chakra or the Being center.

When we don't have state, we try to hold on to status at any cost, even at the cost of being less than who we really are. There is nothing to hold on to once you are established in state. We identify our current state with the status and are afraid of losing it, because it would be a loss of your current state.

When you don't want to let go, you become possessive. When you are possessive, either directly or indirectly you will harbor violence inside you. When it is actively expressed it will be anger or aggression, when it is passively experienced it will be deep depression and fatigue. Also the fear of losing the status will make you behave according to the rules of the status and not your true self. This gives rise to following fake morality and rules not only at work but in all aspects of society. The conditioning of fear that you receive and solidify in your inner space all through the growing up period plays on these fears in every aspect of your day to day life. All we need to undo this is a clear understanding of how this web of fear has got ingrained in us. A deep understanding about fear will make us courageous enough to face our fears.

Possessiveness Leads To Fear

Having a constant struggle to hold stuff is an indication of a possessiveness to hold stuff. When you are possessive, you will be remembering about even things in the garage. Even things under your control, you will be thinking about it. You will be constantly thinking about even things in your locker also.

Too much of possessiveness constantly creates fear. Aparigraha is the Sanskrit word for non possessiveness. When a person is non possessive, he is ready to take the risk. That is why all the majority of business people are risk takers. Only when you are non possessive you can do calculations. Usually doctors don't treat their own family because they will be too possessive. They can't see the truth, the objectivity will be lost. Same way when you are too possessive, you will not put that thing at stake.

Person who is too possessive about his life will not do anything that expands his life. He won't do anything that is risky. When you don't do anything that is risky, you are nothing more than a buffalo and you will be a vegetating couch potato.

Don'T Postpone Living

We are constantly avoiding the understanding and inevitability of death and living life superficially. We think death will never happen to us and hence we postpone living. With a clear understanding of death we can understand life itself. If we look deep inside, you will realize that most of us are not afraid of dying, but we are afraid that we haven't lived our lives enough. Continuously compromising for the sake of others and trying to live out a life that is not natural to us, trying to fit into a mould that society has prepared for us. All this leads to a lack of fulfillment.

Fear Of Life

The fear of life is what is reflected in the fear of death. All of us look for security continuously in our lives. But we say that we are looking for freedom. If we are looking for freedom, why are we looking for security? Why fear? As long as you have fear in you, you will look for security. All your fears are because you don't clearly know that there is nothing to lose. First of all understand that all small fears are mere projections of the ultimate fear of death. Second, don't resist the fear in you. No one can claim to be fearless. One can learn to handle fear without fear that's all.

Society Is A Name We Give Our Weakness.

Society is a name that we give our weakness. Society exists only in our mind as long as we allow and give it space inside us to exist. Society makes you afraid of your own self, of others and of the unknown. It makes you afraid of yourself with simple things like morality, names and forms, prestige and what not. These fears are your own imaginations. You give life to them by avoiding to look at them deeply and seeing that they are non existent shadows. The moment we are afraid of what others will say, we are guarding our ego. Fear is also the reason why people talk so much in social circles. If you just observe people, they will feel so compelled to say something form their side. They will feel that they have to say

something or else the others will take them to be inadequate. So they say something, even if it doesn't make any sense. All these are subtle manifestations of fear that are difficult for you to perceive.

Morality Is A Poor Substitute For Lack Of Intelligence.

Morality is nothing but a poor substitute for a lack of intelligence. When you act out of your own intelligence, you can be confident of yourself. But when you act out of rules and regulations, you can never be sure of yourself, because you are not yourself to start with! You are not centered in yourself, you are centered on the rules. People who preach morality are so deeply in fear of tripping because they are not sure of themselves, they are too shaky inside. Moralists live a superficial fearing and shallow life. So drop your fears and try to find your inner intelligence you inner voice your true nature. When you operate from your intelligence, there will be a certain purity in you. When you operate from the periphery, from moral codes, there will be no beauty or purity and spontaneity in you.

Flirt With Fear

With a deeper understanding of fear one can learn to flirt with fear. It is usually your fears about fear that makes you afraid and weak. It is your imagination that you won't be able to handle a situation when it happens. When you lose something you think you own. Many times, you will notice that when that situation happens, you just glide through it. You come out of it. All that energy wasted in being afraid, suppressing and avoiding. The only way to come out of this is to consciously go through it, reliving it will relieve you from it. Consciously go through the visualization of losing everything that you don't want to lose. Then these fears will never come up. If you see the statistics, a lot of your fears never become reality anyways.

All Fears Are Purely Mental

All fears are purely a play of the mind.

Psychological Revolution To Overcome Fears

Now that we have a deeper understanding of fear, we need to bring about a psychological revolution to face fears and handle fears with intelligence and courage. The understandings will help you in unclutching from the existing fears and the meditation technique will help in clearing the unconscious zone and will clear the blockages in the Being Energy Center or the Swadishtana Chakra.

Courage Does Not Mean Diverting From Fears

In Sanskrit there is a beautiful word Bhairava. Bhairava means person who has gone beyond bhaya or beyond fear. In Sanskrit, you can give 25 meaning to a single word. Because language is poetic, not just prose. Bhairava Ramyate, means one who can flirt with fear. Fearlessness is suppressing fear. We also sometimes experience fearlessness. If you have noticed, when you are really shaken, when you have to cross some dark alley, you will start chanting god's name. It is only that time that you will think of God's

name. You really feel you don't experience fear, because your inner chattering is engaged with something else. When you engage you inner chattering in something else, you really feel you don't have fear or you don't experience fear. That is what we do when we repeat the mantras. Be very clear when you repeat mantras you divert your attention, you are not solving the fear. It is not that you overcame fear it is just that your inner chattering got distracted. When cats drink milk they close their eyes and the whole world will become dark. They think that nobody knows they are drinking milk. You are also doing the same thing just because when you chant some mantra, because you don't pay attention to the mantra, you feel you don't feel any fear and that fear has disappeared. Fearlessness does not mean non existence of fear.

Courage To Face Fears

It means fear will be there, you have tremendous energy or courage to live with it. You will be able to flirt with fear. You will have maximum fear and the Energy or courage to live with it. That is the quality of Bhairava. Bhairava does not mean he doesn't have fear, it means someone who can flirt with fear. He is not affected by fear. The very quality of life is fear. When people come and tell me i have fear of unknown. I tell them it means you are alive and there is a possibility of losing something. When you don't have any possibility you will never be afraid. Fear is very basic quality of life. You can be fearless if you are in graveyard. If you are already in graveyard, there is no need to be afraid of anything. You will have nothing to lose. If you have something to lose, you will have fear. Nothing can be done, that is the quality of life.

You should be neither attached with fear, nor detached with fear. Don't think if you are afraid of fears or if you are frightened about fears then you are detached from fears. It is one more kind of attachment. All detachment is one more kind of attachment. Negative way of attachment is detachment. If you are afraid of fear, you are again in fear. Your consciousness will be moving towards fear. Sometimes when you are energetic, when your hormonal pressure is high, you do things without intelligence, without thinking about result. That is what you call as courage. Be very clear, whatever you think as courage is not courage. You do not think about consequences. In hurry just when you run, you don't know what you are doing, and you just do it. You do not know what you have done, or you do not know what you want to do. You just run and finish it off. In a hurry you don't know what you are doing. And that is what you claim as courage, when your hormonal pressure is little more than your intelligence or logic, you do something which you claim as courage.

Real Courage To Lose Identity

Real courage is to let go of your identity which you think as you, to relax from your identity which you again and again associate as you. Whether your money or relationship, whatever you think as your power. Whatever gives you power, as of now, the source for inspiration or source for power is only matter, your bank balance, education, house, relationships are all your I and Mine. You derive inspiration from your I and Mine, fear and greed. If you are deriving inspiration from your I and Mine, if your fear and greed or your properties are your identity and if they are a source for inspiration it means you are not too far from depression. If your fear is based on identity, you are nothing more than a puppet.

Be clear, at least in puppet show, puppets are handled by one man, in your show you are handled by 1000s of people. Anyone single person can put you in depression. One word is enough you are already in depression. If somebody asks 'are you mad', you shout and prove you are mad.

Being Non Possessive

Whenever you feel that you are being possessive about something consciously decide to un-clutch from it or from that person. Sit and visualize life without that person or object. If you feel you can do without it, relax, nothing to worry. If you can't then sit and mediate on your life without that person. Create that pain. Allow that suffering. Start meditating on life without that person or object, let the pain rise in your inner space. Wait till it disappears, have patience, be silent till it disappears. By the time pain and suffering disappears, then you will have become mature.

At most you can suffer for few hours. Slowly depression will come down, pain leaves your inner space. When it leaves, you have already learnt the non-possessiveness. This is a powerful technique to achieve aparigraha when you expand your inner space through this pain. Understand this is very powerful technique. Whenever you feel you are possessive of something, disconnect and un-clutch.

Anything can be taken away from you. It is not that that person or product will be with you forever. No. It is just that you constantly try to possess the fear and pain of losing that person or object. Just mediate on non-possessiveness and be without that person or object, you will see that pain itself teaches you that you are free from pain, you are free from the possessiveness.

Don'T Be Serious About Life

Miracles do not happen in your life because you plan for your life completely, thoroughly. Planning every step carefully is nothing but being possessive about life style. Living non seriously is plan for miracles. Living in playful way is plan for miracles. Understand, if you live little playfully, it is ok. If you live little non seriously you will attract so many miracles in your life. Person who lives a non serious way attracts again and again miracles in his life because he has got some inner space and outer space where Divine can intervene. Live little playfully. Do little less planning and you will see the miracles happening in your life. A person who is non possessive, not only will miracles be happening in his life. Anything happening in his life, he feels is a miracle because he does not possess anything. He does not take anything for granted. He does not claim anything is his birth right.

Understanding Darkness Overcomes All Fears

Understanding darkness can help us overcome fears. Meditating on darkness brings inner strength in you. Intense darkness and intense light are one and the same. Below certain frequency and above certain frequency you cannot see light. We may get light from stars. Light has a source. Darkness has no source. Anything that has no source is infinite. Darkness is not negative as we have been conditioned to believe.

Darkness Is Pure Potential Whole.

Darkness is the whole, full potential. It is the whole energy out of which everything else arises, such as stars, light, the 5 elements of nature, etc. Ether, air, fire, water, earth are the 5 elements that are the contents of this darkness, this cosmos. This is the Cosmos. It is intense darkness, not intense light. Everything else that comes out of it is nothing but movements of colors. This means everything is a play of light and shadow. This cosmos, darkness is the base out of which different frequencies and wavelengths of energy which are in the form of the 5 elements arise. Darkness is permanent. Everything else flashes and disappears. That everything else is what we see as sun, moon, planets, life forms, animate, inanimate, etc. Darkness is not emptiness. It is pregnant with the whole potential possibilities and probabilities. It is intense, potent creative energy expressing itself in various frequencies and wavelengths. It is the intense, potent creative energy also meant to express itself in its unique ways through each of us. These elements in its myriad infinite forms are the various attributes, various forms of light and shadow. The intelligence is the source.

Also for any issues, you may have heard the popular saying, let me sleep over it. This is because when you do, and if you are able to relax into the darkness then you will see that the problem always comes embedded with the solution inside. We are able to see this only when we relax completely.

Darkness Is Thoughtlessness

Your inner space needs a kind of silence once in a while. Utter silence relaxing into the deep darkness, causal body. But the fear of darkness will even reduce the quality of sleep. All fears are directly or indirectly related to this fear of darkness. Depression is outcome of your misunderstanding and fear of darkness. When you close your eyes, if you notice movement of colors or movement of light streaks then they are thoughts. Darkness is the base and everything else that is projected in this world or even in your dream world is the play of light and shadow or light and slide. Everything is light in different frequency and wavelengths. Even thoughts are your thought shafts in form of light with its own wavelength. When they become too much, you will experience them as a constant inner chatter or verbalization. Color of thoughtlessness is darkness. Color of no mind is darkness.

The reason for the sharpness in my eyes is because I lived in a place where there was no artificial light. I lived more than nine months without seeing any manmade light in the forest. My eyes got completely healed and returned back to nature, it's own nature. This technique is about bringing back your body back to nature. 80% of connection with world happens through our eyes. If your eyes are brought back to nature, 80% of your being will be brought back to nature. You will be connected to your roots.

I saw when I lived without lights, not only was I able to see in darkness, the number of thoughts has drastically reduced. That is one important thing. Try this very powerful technique. Lie down in bed and switch off light. Let it be utterly dark. Don't fall asleep. You have to remain awake in darkness. Of course, in cities you can never have the complete darkness. Your eyes have to be open and it should be completely dark.

Cosmos Is Darkness

There are only 5 elements in the cosmos, the ether, air, fire, water and earth. The cosmos, space is the base material out of which all other 4 elements came out. That cosmos is nothing but darkness. The cosmos is not dead darkness. It is the darkness which is capable of giving birth to the whole cosmos, which was able to give birth to air, fire, water and earth. It means it is the motherly cosmic energy, darkness energy which is able to give birth to everything. It is the infinite potential energy out of which everything from stars, planets to things on the planets emerges as light and shadow.

Very wonderful experiences of opening up to nature will happen. Fear of whole will disappear. Many people are afraid to look into sky itself. When you look into the sky, it is like as if from a height 10th or 11th floor you are afraid to look down, because you feel someone is going to push you from behind. The moment you look down only you will feel. You know for sure there is a strong parapet wall. You feel as if somebody is going to push you from behind. Somebody is going to push you from behind. It is just fear. Fear of the openness. Always, for one moment you get a thought, why not disappear into that. Then you say no, no, no. I can't disappear. Then it becomes fear. In the same way we have the fear of whole. The wholeness is an invitation for you to come back. Then you say, no, no, no, I don't want to come back. I want to hold on to this chair. That is the fear.

Fear Of Unknown

You will have the fear of the whole. I tell you. Relax. Feel connected to the whole. Connecting with the darkness will remove the fear of whole, the fear of disappearing. Fear of death will completely be healed. Your fear of death is nothing but the fear of darkness. Fear of unknown. Fear of unknown is nothing but fear of darkness.

In Tantra, first thing disciples are told for healing, is they are asked to go and sit in a forest or empty space and gaze at the emptiness. That is all. In Zen, the person will be asked to sit facing the wall and gaze at the wall. Under the vast open sky and whole night he has to gaze at the sky. You will see so many different moods and fears, everything coming up. Whatever you have suppressed everything will come up. Everything will open up. Important thing, if you have suppressed your need for rest, your desire to relax into silence then that suppression which has become restlessness in you will also come up. It will

open up. It is like a whole thing will get cleaned. That opening up is like a fear. You mind will say 'No, no, no, no I don't want to look into this darkness. I don't want to see this darkness and you try to avoid.

Fears Lead To Violence

A person who is centered on darkness will always be strong, very strong but non violent. Person who is centered on light who cannot relax in darkness will be violent, but weak. Violence is nothing but your action, which you are trying to cover that you are weak. A strong person will never be violent, because he doesn't have to prove he is strong. But the weak guy will always be proving. He has t cover that he is weak, so he will always be proving.

A small story, one guy comes to a bar, drinks and goes out. Suddenly he comes back and shouts. Who is the idiot who threw paint on my car. A gigantic guy 6'9" stands up and says, 'It's me, what do you want?'

The first man is taken aback and sheepishly says, 'oh, nothing, I just want to tell you first coat has dried'.

Civilizations built on having strength will always be non-violent. Civilization built on showing strength not having strength, will always be violent. Meditating on darkness will bring that inner strength to you. It will bring so many psychological changes. I can assure you that even your fears are nothing but movement of light inside you. If you can start being comfortable inside you with darkness inside you, suddenly you will see the movements of your fears reduce drastically. Drastically it will reduce, because number of thoughts will come down. Understand this one technique.

Meditation Is Rejuvenating From Whole

Meditation is nothing but consciously dropping into this darkness, into this whole space. This space is the causal body or the deep sleep state. Every morning after sleep you will not come back more intelligent. But every time you meditate, you come back more intelligent. Why? This is because you are clearing space in your system consciously. Meditation is to consciously clear the engraved memories and create space for the intuition or intelligence to flow through.

Depression is outcome of your misunderstanding and fear of darkness. At least a few thousand disciples have come out of depression and insomnia problem, just by this one technique which we will be doing to clear this energy center or Swadishtana chakra. I have seen people just transforming the quality of their sleep and day by practicing this technique only once. If quality of your sleep is improved, quality of your day will improve and you will have clear eyes, sharp eyes.

You need to have all these understandings, only then you will be able to meditate or visualize when you are entering into the darkness. This technique can help things, chronic fatigue, insomnia and depression. All these straightaway can be addressed and healed just by this one technique.

Simple experiments you can try. If you are constantly looking at light, at night time you won't be able to sleep. Even if you close your eyes, too much will be going on inside you. But if you sat and gazed at empty sky at night time, you will see number of thoughts has reduced drastically. You are in kind of a silence. You are in kind of a settled mood. Before going to sleep or falling asleep visualize the intense darkness. See the darkness residing in you.

Technique 3: Darkness Meditation

This technique has been taken from the Shiva Sutras

First Step

Close your eyes.

Second Step

Second important step is closing the inside movement. We all know how to close our eyelids but not eyes. Closing eyes is different, closing eyelids is different. Closing eyes itself is different, but it is closing completely inside also. Usually, when you close your eyes, many things you will start seein.g on your inside TV. It will never be switched off. Constantly it will be going on. With open eyes you see outside but with closed eyes you see inside. That is the problem,

Close your eyes and completely stop inside. You will see intense darkness out of which you are born. See the darkness which was there in your mother's womb. It is the same darkness which you are still carrying in your inner space. One piece has come inside you. That is what we call life, it is the cosmic energy, ether which is there in your mother's womb. Out of cosmos the whole world came, one bit of cosmos energy is in your mother's womb out of which you came. When you came that one part from your mother's womb is already put in your inner space and that is there. When you close your eyes and stop seeing inside then you will see the intense darkness. Just be with that intense darkness at least for half an hour. When your mind wanders here and there, come back, get centered. Be with that darkness.

The dark room if you sit and close your eyes, you will be able to see darkness intensely inside means, you cannot allow thoughts moving inside. Thoughts are light. If the light movement or color change is stopped inside then you will see only darkness and thoughtlessness. Color of thoughtlessness is darkness. Color of no mind is darkness. From no mind, thoughts come. Same way from black color all other color comes. From darkness all other colors are coming. Color of thoughtlessness is darkness. Bring yourself to the thoughtless state. This means the intense darkness. Sit with the intense darkness for few moments.

Third Step

After half an hour, open your eyes and bring that same darkness outside. This needs little training. It means with open eyes, seeing same scene which you saw inside, the darkness. See the same thing with intensity. This may take some practice. But if you can see he same darkness inside and outside, you will be able to switch off your mind whenever you want. The ability to switch off your mind whenever you need, liberates you from all problems, disorders related to mind such as insomnia, depression, over sleeping. All problems related to causal bodies will be completely healed. See the darkness inside and outside. You will see so much of healing happening inside.

By opening eyes, see the same darkness outside. It is little tricky. Seeing darkness with closed eyes may be easy. Seeing the same intense darkness with open eyes may be little difficult. You may have to train yourself, maybe for a month. It may take you a month to have that same darkness outside. You need to continuously throw that darkness out. Throw that darkness out. Means you need to bring that darkness outside. Visualize the darkness which is inside you is coming outside.

Meditating on darkness will bring you to the silence. No mind state. The darkness carries its own intensity. Meditating on darkness and resting in darkness is such powerful energy.

First thing don't be afraid of darkness. Second thing feel very friendly, connected to darkness. Darkness is the whole out of which things are created. Meditate on that intense darkness energy. Whether you want or not, everyday, you will fall into the darkness at least 3-4 hours in the deep sleep. If you sleep 8 hours, at least 4 hours in deep sleep. What you are experiencing in the deep sleep, same thing I am asking you to experience with consciousness. With consciousness, you are supposed to experience the same darkness.

Experience the same state which you are experiencing in the deep sleep, with consciousness with awareness. Experience the same silence, same rest, the same peace with awareness. In the deep sleep you have rest but not awareness. With this meditation it is like having the deep sleep with awareness, the restful awareness. Actually, with deep sleep and samadhi, there is only one difference. In deep sleep you don't remember you exist. In samadhi you remember you exist, that is all. If you can add this one quality that you exist into the deep sleep then you are enlightened. Straightaway you are enlightened. Nothing else needs to be done. Nothing else is required.

The darkness, feeling connected to it is such a powerful thing. It can completely heal you and unlock the Swadishtana chakra or the Being energy center.

EGO: Who are you?

E Go And The Third Eye

The Ajna chakra is located between the eyebrows. This energy center gets locked by seriousness and ego. It can be unlocked by innocence, simplicity and intelligence and by shedding all forms of ego. When we think too much about ourselves and try to protect ourselves from what others think, we build a ego.

Seriousness closes our mind to the openness and freedom of life. It makes us dull and dead and curbs our thinking to familiar patterns that we know all the time. Science has proved that when we perform a task in a relaxed and light manner, our thinking and decision making capacity is automatically enhanced. Serious people are always afraid of making mistakes. They are not able to bear it when people point it out. Have courage to make mistakes, but do not repeat the same mistakes. To avoid getting your ego hurt, you try your best not to make mistakes. You plan so unconsciously and continuously to keep guarding your ego. But the reasons we give are all different. It is not that we are lying. It is just that we are not aware of the subtle ways in which our system works or our ego works. Only one thing, don't make the same mistake again. Make new mistakes and move on to better and better understanding.

Laugh

People who are loaded with the past and future are always serious. They don't know how to laugh spontaneously. Sincerity and laughter always go together. Seriousness can never exist with laughter. Even in laughter we manage restrain. The so-called social etiquette has taught you to laugh in a polite way. When kids laugh we condition them. In the so-called elite circles, people will be laughing but in a very cultured and well-mannered way. This is not real laughter. If you analyze why you laugh when a joke is cracked, you will understand. A set of logically connected statements is first told to you. When you are clinging on to the logic that has been created, the punch line is delivered and your logic is shattered. At that moment when your logic is shattered, your thinking, your mind is also shattered and you are in a state of no-mind. When you are in no-mind, you are in present. When you laugh you are in

the present because when you laugh there can be no thoughts. When you are thoughtless, you are in the present.

L Eaders Are Empty

To be empty means to become a nobody. Nobody in the eyes of the society and the mind, somebody you cannot put a frame around or a boundary around to quantify. Dropping the false identities that we create from the continuous conditioning and being the true self.

Ego Is A Myth

Ego is the false identity. We create two identities one is outer identity called ahankaar which we project to the outer world as who we want the outer world, society to believe about us. The other identity is the inner identity or mamakaar which we project to ourselves thinking or believe what we really are. Both these identities are pure lies or call them impure lies. Both these identities are a set of ideas, concepts related to societal behavior, morality, qualifications, possessions, name, fame, status, etc. All of these are external and temporary and are created by set of other minds which are once again under some false beliefs about true identity.

Seriousness is nothing but trying to constantly create, maintain and chisel and protect these two identities. Seriousness kills spontaneity and never allows the true self to express instead we are constantly trying to maintain the mind and its concepts. Ego manifests itself in so many ways and we live according to it every minute of our lives. We all actually use masks in our day-to-day lives. We use one mask when we deal with our parents, one with our subordinates, one with our bosses. As long as you know 'who are you for you', as long as you use the right mask for the right persons, it is alright. You can enjoy only when you know that you are something beyond the mask. But ego itself manifests in so many cunning ways, it makes you cling to all these masks and makes you believe that it is your true identity.

Active Ego And Passive Ego

Some people have active ego and some of them have passive ego. Active ego is very easy to recognize. Active ego will not be willing to let go of it even if all his other defenses like money, wealth, etc are taken away from him. But passive ego is very subtle and cunning. People who have passive ego will pose to be very humble, lacking courage to face people, shying away from taking credit, etc. The worst part of this is they are like this because they are not egoistic. The truth is they are more egoistic than the other lot. They are so carefully guarding their ego from getting hurt by doing all these humble things. When you are in deep awareness and understanding you will be a mere watcher of your ego and in this state you will automatically be neither humble nor egoistic, you will neither take credit nor shy away from it. And you will not even think or claim that you are neither of these. You simply will be, that's all. When

anyone appreciates you or gives you credit, you will simply resonate with Existence and leave it at that, that's all. And there will be no need for any comparison or claim. You care so much for other's reactions and opinions towards you. You cannot bear to suffer a dent on your ego that you have nurtured so carefully all these years. This ego is your very anchor point. If that is jolted, you will feel anchorless.

Ego Makes You Self Conscious

When you are self conscious you are very egoistic. You think that you are a big entity and that everyone's eyes are on you all the time. The moment you start thinking that people are watching you, ego has stepped in and you lose your natural self. Children are not as self conscious as adults are. If you watch them play, you will see – there will be so much of beauty and innocence in the whole thing. Even when you take pictures of yourself and others, you will notice that pictures taken without you being aware that you are being photographed look much better than the ones taken asking you to pose for the camera. Your being is a river and you have made it stagnate with the so-called knowledge. Real knowledge is in knowing how to drop the knowledge that comes your way and live like a child, flowing with spontaneity. You need to move from ego to spontaneity.

I And Mine Are Pure Lies

Whatever we think as ours nothing like ours exists. I and me or I and mine which we are holding is a pure lie. All your mine is protected or supported just by law, the law of society, land has no law. Law of the land is beyond your comprehension. As long as you are caught with this concept of I and mine, you will not be able to realize the truth of this existence. You are caught thinking something as you, something as yours. Understand the drama which you are doing, game which you are playing. If you are playing the game to cheat others, it is ok. But you cheat yourself. By and by we forget, we started this game to cheat others and now we are cheating ourselves with this game. There is no I, no mine.

A person who is intelligent, who is willing to open eyes and see, will suddenly realize there is no I and no mine. Whatever you think as I, whatever you think as mine, this body, can you function without air. Even air does not belong to you. When it stops functioning, whatever you think as you does not belong to you. Whatever you think as you, root or base, does not belong to you. We take life for granted. I and mine both have no base. A person who is intelligent enough to open his eyes and see, whatever he thinks as I and whatever he thinks as mine - both are just drama. They are not under his control. The moment the breathing stops, immediately your name will be removed and will be given a new name dead body. Your house will not be useful, car will not be useful. What you think as I is baseless. Mine is also baseless.

We have built our personality on other opinions. We know nothing about ourselves; apart form what others have said about us. We know ourselves based on what society thinks about us. Just look into yourself. If society thinks that you are useless, you will start thinking that and go into depression. If society thinks that you are a great person, you will feel great.

Deep Truths About I And Mine

We need to understand how this I and Mine gets built as our identity. How does one acquire the ego or identity which is not the real self. These deep truths from vedic wisdom can lead you to a quantum jump in unleashing the True Self and realizing the real you. Just having the understanding and allowing that understanding to work on you will start the psychological revolution in you. If you cooperate and change your day to day activities based on the understandings happening to you, more and more understandings will start happening to you. These kinds of sutras or aphorisms, are just the kind of clicks you need to understand the real you and to shed the false identities which is all ideas of the mind. Next thing you need to do is cooperating with the effects that are happening out of this psychological revolution.

Mine Is Built Before I

One of the greatest declaration, greatest weapon and greatest tool given to human beings for awakening of the consciousness by our ancient wisdom is that mine comes before I. Not I and then mine. If there is I and then mine, then you can never realize the true self because whatever you do you will be working only on the mine. Mind is mine. See mind is also one of your properties. So whatever you do will be only on your property, not on you. Operating on your properties cannot get you out of disease. Surgery being done to your car cannot help your knees. So all your operation if it is on the mind, which is mine, then how could the false ego be lost? I sat and consciously verified how the I and mine gets created.

I Is Standing On Mine

First comes the mine which are all our desires and knowing which is all the concepts and ideas and so called knowledge. Only on that the I or your identity what you think as you is getting built. Not that I is base and on that mine is getting built, which means you don't know even the false identity before you start accumulating the properties and knowledge which you hold on as mine. I was able to verify this when I had the opportunity of watching a child that one of my relatives had brought with her. She placed her infant son on the floor with toys. He was playing with the toys and then he picked up one of the toys and put it in his mouth trying to swallow it. I snatched the toy so that he would not hurt himself. The moment I snatched, I saw not only the child was weeping and crying but his whole life, was jumping out of his body to have that toy, to have that possession. See I was in a deep pure awareness and consciously alive and witnessing what was happening.

I saw from this incident that I only took what the child thinks as mine. His whole life was shaken. His whole being was shaken. He was feeling as if his whole life is being taken away and he is being killed. Some of his part is being taken away. I could see very clearly, consciously, that the I is built on mine from the young age. If the mine can be removed then I has no work, I just loses its base. I cannot exist without mine. Mine is like fabric out of which the I is created. If you remove all the fabric, there will not be I. I gave the toy back to the child. The moment he put the toy in his mouth, I saw clearly his I coming back to life, and settling. Somehow consciously I had awareness to scan what was happening inside, in his system, in his being. Again, the moment I removed the toy, again I saw his whole I, his whole being is shaken.

From the young age when you are living with unconscious, it means from day one, the I is getting built only on mine. After sometime you collected enough of mental ideas as mine. Only on those mental ideas the I is standing. Even if all the items, outer world things are taken away from you, you have collected lot of ideas and knowledge as mine. On that knowledge and ideas the I is standing. That child fortunately does not have ideas and knowledge collected as mine, but he has products and items collected as mine. The moment it is taken away, the I is shaken.

Till the age of 7 you are getting built only on whatever physical things, physical properties you have. After sometime, you acquire ideas, desires, fears and so many things. Then you are building yourself on that. That is what I call having individual logical thinking. If you start acting or if you are active even when you don't have things around you then the individual logical thinking has started happening to you. If you can start acting or if you are active even when you don't have physical things around you, what you think as yours, then you have started having, intellectual logical thinking. You don't understand that the ideas and concepts and so called knowledge you have accumulated are also some more properties. They are also properties of your mine.

I Is Standing On A Shaky Platform

Understand, till age of seven kids cannot think without their properties. If their properties are not there, there won't be thinking. Nowadays, at the age of 3 itself it starts because input is too much. After enough input is put inside, then a platform is created by the collected ideas of desire, fears. It is on all these things that you start thinking you. You start creating the I because the platform is there from the moment you started having the I. You never think that without the platform, the I cannot exist. You start thinking that the I is more stronger and permanent. You may argue, no I can think even when I don't have properties around me.

You Are Now The Property Of Your Mind

Understand now, this one click and allow this initiation to work on you. The understandings that you are currently having that you are the center and that your desires are your own and that they are your property is a lie. Your fears are your property or whatever is happening inside you, your mind is your property is a lie. You are the property of your mind. This will bring so much disrespect to your mind, so much of rest, so much of un-clutching between you and your mind. As long as you think your mind is yours you will never be able to stop fulfilling what it says. What it anticipates. You will never be able to escape from its roots.

You Are Now The Property Of Your Desires And Fears

Even if you escape from your desires, these same desires will attack you in the form of fears. Your mind is very intelligent when you escape from the desires it will create fears and make you do the same thing what it wants you to do, in a different way. It will enter from the back door. Whether it is your fear or your desire, it is not yours. The very understanding your fears are not yours will leave you so freely, with so much of rest, you don't have to stop or escape from them. You don't have to stop them. You don't have to escape from them. At the most what can happen? Death. Let it happen. For whom it will not happen. For everybody it will happen. Not only for you, even for me. At least what you think as me. This body is going to die. There is nothing that is not going to die. Let you have this courage. Anything has to disappear, this one clarity, your fears are not yours. You are not needed you don't have to protect yourself from those fears. You are not continuously needed to protect yourself from those fears. Neither you are needed nor do you need to protect yourself from those fears continuously happening. Your desires are not yours, your fears are not yours. You are only being created and given a illusory idea to you that you exist so that you will continue to fulfill your fears and desires.

Your fears and desires have crated a lobby and put you as the president just to fulfill what they want. This is the essence, but unfortunately you start thinking you have power and you are fulfilling the needs of your fears and desires. Because of that you continue to exist and you continue to create things which needs for you to exist. Relax just from this one thing. You, what you think as I is nothing but created leader by the fears and greed. Every fear you remove, part of you will die. Every desire you remove, part of you will start melting away. The moment you remove all these things, suddenly you will see, you don't exist.

Your identity is now like the light at a certain point created in these laser beam shows. From three or four places they will send some strong laser beams. They will hit at one point and will appear like a strong light, or a sun in one spot in the sky out of nowhere. If you remove the laser beams, the sun will not exist. But because you are seeing that sun for quite a long time, you forgot that laser beams are responsible for the sun to exist. You start thinking that sun has its own existence. You start thinking you have your own existence, apart from those three, four laser beams which are contributing to your existing. What you think as you is not self emanating. You are truly self emanating.

Un-Clutch

When you understand your fears are not yours, your desire are not yours and you are the property of all your desires and fears, suddenly you will start losing respect for them, then you will un-clutch completely from whatever you think as you. The sun will disappear. When the laser beams are moved away, the sun which was there will disappear. This is what Buddha calls nirvana, extinction. What you think as the false you will be extinct. If you remove the fuel supply what you think as the false you will be extinct. What all you think as yours that only adds to what you think as you.

Start The Psychological Revolution

All you need to do is allow all your desire, fear, greed, idea about world, idea about you, ideas about me, everything to go through a change based on this understanding, this clarity. When the clarity happens, when you click with this sutra, start tuning your day to day activities based on this sutra. If you say, no, no my life is already planned; I don't want to disturb it, etc then ok. Anybody who is courageous, understand, if there should be psychological revolution click, this click is enough. Now sit and revise all your goals, all your ideas about what you want to do in the life, what you a want to become. What you are. You may be having an idea about you and your efficiency and your possibility. Your efficiency will always think as lower than your possibility and your goal and so many other things. Now revise all of them, just with this one understanding.

Understand, before desire and before knowing, how can I say I am. It means, be very clear, your desires or your knowing does not have a base of your being. Even though you are continuously believing this is what I want to be and this is why I carry all these desires, that is why I carry all this knowing and that is what I am expressing in the life. Your belief of what you want to be, and the path to what you want to be is not in tune. This is the click. How can you say, your desires and your knowing exist in you before you realizing the true you. Your understanding, your desires are your property is the main reason, why you are running behind trying to fulfill till the end of the life and getting frustrated.

Simple Shift And Reorganize

Go through a simple shift and reorganizing. You are the property of your desires. They are just kicking you from left to right and right to left from different corners. Decide for some time, to keep all of them away, your desires and knowing and see what remains. Just tune your day to day activities, decision making to keep all these things away, whatever you think as mine away and see what remains. Understand these clicks are not such a small thing as we think. They are so powerful, so strong. Sometimes these clicks can do a psychological revolution in one second.

You should have the courage to go behind the click and see the end of it. I am not saying you will leave the wealth and go but imbibing this deep understanding and tuning your thinking and life to this click can do such a big transformation in you. Falling in tune means if you can arrange your day to day activities in tune with this click, your day to day decisions in tune with this click, this same click can reveal deeper and deeper clicks and understandings to you. This initiation is like giving you one light. That light can be put off by any cyclone, or air or blowing wind. If you protect it, it cannot be put off. Protecting it means, tuning your day to day activities in tune with that click. You will see your day to day decisions are again and again revolving around that click. Your day to day activities are falling in tune with that click. Whenever, your day to day activities are made to fall with that click, with that understanding, deeper and deeper truths will be revealed by the same initiation.

Relax From The Mine And Unleash The I

If the mine can be relaxed, you will see the extinction happens. Imbibe and have this initiation with you now. Let the initiation do the process. Initiation is like putting a fire in a huge cotton go-down. All you need to do is allow it to be burnt. Do not dump too much cotton on that small fire. If you put too much cotton on that small fire, you may put it off. Just allow the fire to burn. It means you don't have to do any techniques or any mental confusion, chaos or anything. That is like dumping too much cotton on that fire. You may put it off sometime. At the most allow some air. It means tuning your day to day activity and thinking towards that initiation, towards that click, towards that inner fire.

See you do not exist before you accumulate and start working on fear or desire or your properties. Whatever properties you have outside or inside is not you. When you understand your desires need not be fulfilled by you. Your fears need not be fulfilled by you. You don't have to protect yourself from those fears, a deep grace happens to you. A beauty happens to you. Neither your desires need to be fulfilled by you nor do you have to protect yourself from your fears. They are not yours. You are theirs.

Total duration: 30 minutes

This technique has two parts. One to cleanse the Ajna chakra and the other to energize it. The Ajna chakra or the third eye is known as the destroyer of illusion and lust. It helps open the super conscious in you.

Place a lit prayer lamp in front of you, using sesame oil or clarified butter from cow's milk. You may use a candle also, but ensure that it is made of vegetable fat. This is a guided meditation if you use the CD, it will have the instructions and music change for every five minutes.

Sit cross-legged on the floor with your eyes closed. Those who cannot sit on the floor may sit on a chair.

For five minutes, focus on your Ajna chakra as if to penetrate it.

    • iv. Seeking words and thoughts cannot fulfill you. When you seek words you move into the outer world. You move into the space of sense objects which results in

pain or pleasure. However many times you may experience the physical or sensual pleasure led, by your thoughts you still keep seeking the same pleasure. What one calls karma, is really the effect of these unfulfilled desires.

  • v. The meaning of thoughts and words is not to provoke movement towards these external experiences that can never be fulfilled, but to move towards the center, the core of your being. Only there will you find the comfort in silence.
  • vi. Words soothe your superficial mind the same way as scratching an itch seems to provide some comfort. In actual fact it makes the problem worse. It is the same with words. The more words you use the more confused you are. Be careful of all those scholars and philosophers who use highly complex language and words to propound their theories. They themselves do not understand what they are saying, so they are forced to confuse others by using complexity as a tool.
  • vii. Whenever you ask questions, more questions arise. This is seen as the measure of intelligence in our system of education. When one really understands, one realizes that questions and answers do not lead to any understanding at all. Secondly one realizes that understanding happens when thoughts cease.

It is a continuous stream of uncontrollable thoughts about the cigarette which makes you smoke. The moment you do, the incessant thoughts go down for a few moments and it seems like bliss. After the act, the other thoughts of guilt will engulf you.
    • h. Similarly thoughts about coffee early in the morning seem to constantly go on till the moment you take few sips. Then after the coffee the thoughts of other activities such as work, takes over. These thoughts are mentally recorded patterns which repeat faithfully. The lack of awareness about how the mind works and instead following the external reason such as smoking and drinking coffee as the reasons for bliss is the biggest mistake and never ending vicious cycle.
    • i. Knowledge of these engrams and awareness to watch these thoughts when they start is like shedding light on darkness.
    • j. Just one word is enough to bring up a host of samskaras.
  • k. It is like typing in a key search word on the search engine, and you bring up hundreds of websites.
  • l. This is exactly how the samskaras are stored.

If the problems are imaginary and out of your control, just this knowledge that there is nothing you can do which is in you reach or nothing you can accomplish by worrying will prevent you from being stuck in the loop.
    • e. Un-clutching from these thoughts. Example: When you are aware that there are thoughts of lust, un-clutch by drinking a cup of water.

    • e. When there are too many thoughts happening at the same time, the illusion of connectivity happens. They are like shafts.
    • f. We unconsciously connect all joyful thoughts and create a joyful shaft, refusing to let it break.
    • g. We unconsciously connect all painful thoughts and create a painful shaft constantly trying to break it.
    • h. For example, if an employee had performed in certain manner 1 week ago and 1 month ago, etc. We connect all his performances and create a shaft about him and label him or stereo type him.
    • i. We unconsciously do this about employees, tasks, and each and everything we come across each day.
    • j. This very unconscious habit which is deeply engraved in us makes us see things as we want to see in the form of shafts, in the form of linear connectivity.
    • k. All thoughts, all persons, tasks, situations and each and everything is independent and brand new, unconnected events in time and space. They look same only because of our unconscious habit of connecting, making them into shaft and seeing them.
    • l. We just cannot see each and everything as a completely independent flash of light and shadow play on the screen of existence. We think it is a continuous drama. We just cannot comprehend with our logic that each and every moment and each and everything in these moments are independent flash of light and shadow, completely unconnected, completely independent of the previous moment.
  • m. Each moment, even for example if you are sitting in a meeting, each moment is just a purely independent moment in time and space. There is just no connection. But it is almost impossible for our logic to comprehend this.
  • n. This connecting and seeing is the root cause of our pain, suffering, temporary happiness, our mood swings, etc.
  • o. We are assuming expecting a constant continuity in every thing.
  • p. We tend to store a photographic image of all these incidents based on the emotional attachment or detachment and we continue to add to these shafts and store them in the form of engraved memories.
  • q. These engraved memories constantly rise up as thoughts, as dust in the rays of sun shine in a room. They appear as deposits in the energy channels. The more thicker the deposits the more disturbance and more blockage in the energy flow.
  • r. The cosmic energy trying to flow through our energy centers are blocked due to these deposits of shafts that we are constantly storing, chiseling, elongating or breaking. We are engrossed and busy with them thinking they are reality.
  • s. First step is understanding the independent and un-clutched nature of existence and everything around us including us. Understanding that everything is transient, independent play of energy rising and falling inconsistently even though to our mind and senses they appear as consistent.
  • t. Second is understanding how we connect everything in the form of thoughts.
