Nithya Kriyas

Nithya Kriyas are a series of yogic healing processes revealed by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM with the aim of curing and providing preventive care for various physical and mental ailments. Cure and (preventive) Care Nithya Kriyas work respectively for each condition or disorder. Even though desired result might be experienced within a few days of practicing, all Nithya Kriyas are to be practiced for 21 days consecutive. They are unique in that, while the knowledge and techniques are drawn from the most authentic and sacred yogic scriptures of Bharat, the specific combinations are expressed from the personal experiences of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, from his personal research, development, and training under powerful yogis and gurus.

Difficult to find in modern yogic textbooks, the Nithya Kriyas preserve and deliver the original yogic practices which are born out of millennia of research and development and are the contribution of innumerable enlightened yogis who have dedicated their lives to enriching the world with this science. According to the teaching methods laid out by legendary yogis like Gorakhnath and Matsyendranath, the individual asanas and pranayama techniques are sacred and must not be tampered with, and the combinations of techniques required to produce the desired effect are to be received by the learner from his personal guru (Hatha Yoga Pradipika). True to Vedic culture, these fathers of modern yoga have left the door wide open for the continuous updating of this ancient science.

Harnessing The Kundalini Energy For Self-Healing

The constant flow of energy happens continuously in your body through the 72,000 subtle energy channels called nadis, making up the energy circuit of the body. This circuit is governed by the kundalini energy. Kundalini energy is the immense potential energy present in each of us that acts like a water pump and helps complete this energy circuit.

Kundalini can be thought of as every individual's hotline to the infinite cosmic energy source. Once awakened by appropriate yogic practices and the guidance and grace of the guru, Kundalini showers a host of blessings on the practitioner, including a big boost in energy levels, physical well-being, the falling away of negative mental patterns, true inner fulfillment, and a deep connection to the universal Source.

If there is a disturbance in the energy flow in some part of the body, there is impedance to the energy flow to the rest of the body, resulting in the onset of diseases, disorders, and disturbances in the affected organs.

Nithya Kriyas are powerful tools which help remove these energy blockages restoring the life energy flow. When the body is aligned in certain postures during the kriyas, the energy block is removed and the "wiring" of the circuit or the "plumbing" is re-aligned. Once the block is removed, kundalini energy gets pumped into the circuit during the kumbhaka part of the pranayama. When energy flow is re-established, the disease or disturbance is healed. It is like a plumbing system. It is like the drain pipe where the water once again gushes forth merrily when the blockage or disturbance in the pipe is removed.

These kriyas are not just ordinary asanas. Kumbhaka, pranayama. It is like different chemicals. Separately, they may take ten years to cure a disease or disturbance. Mixed properly in certain combinations, they remove the disease in a short amount of time.

Nithya Kriyas involve the combination of these components: Yoga asanas, Kumbhaka, Pranayamas, Visualization

External verbalization - extenal sound you are hearing or chanting.

Internal verbalization - internally hearing of sound or mantra.

The healing achieved by Nithya Kriyas is permanent as it works on the cellular bio-memory level. It generates natural steroids and therefore has no negative side effects. Besides healing, the Nithya Kriyas have a powerful permanent effect on brain functioning, both on the mechanical and non-mechanical parts of the brain. The mechanical parts of the brain constitute a relatively small percentage of the brain and are responsible for our day to day bodily functions like digestion, respiration, walking, sitting, etc. The kumbhakas also awaken the non-mechanical, untapped parts of the brain that are responsible for the manifestation of many extraordinary extrasensory powers. The body naturally experiences the peak conscious coherence, joy and bliss.

Scriptural Roots Of Nithya Yoga

Nithya Kriya is soundly anchored in the sacred yoga scriptures, including the legendary Patanjali Yoga Sutras, as well as the three classic texts that form the base of yoga - Hatha Yoga Pradipika, GherandaSamhita and Shiva Samhita.

Patanjali Yoga Sutras

The Patanjali Yoga Sutras is the foundational text of yoga, written by the father of yoga, the enlightened sage Patanjali. This esoteric yet highly practical text is based on Sankhya Yoga. It is said to date back to the 2nd century BC, although it is believed to be far more ancient. Patanjali Yoga Sutras emphasize the value of yoga as a lifestyle through ashtanga yoga (8-limbed yoga).

Hatha Yoga Pradipika

This is a classic 15th century Sanskrit Hatha Yoga text, written by Swami Svatmarama, a disciple of Swami Gorakhnath. The book is dedicated to Adinatha or Lord Shiva, who is said to have revealed the secrets of Hatha Yoga to his divine consort Devi Parvati. Hatha Yoga Pradipika contains four major upadesha as (teachings), which reveal the correct understanding and practice of asanas, pranayama, chakras, bandhas, kriyas, shakti, nadis, mudras and kundalini.

Gheranda Samhita

This is also a classic Sanskrit Hatha Yoga text. It is a practical yoga manual said to have been taught by the sage Gheranda to ChandaKapali. GherandaSamhita text has 7 chapters. It advocates a sevenfold yoga - shatkarma, asana, pranayama, mudra ,pratyahara, dhyana, and samadhi with a chapter dealing with each one.

Shiva Samhita

This is a classic Sanskrit text where Lord Shiva addresses Parvati his consort. There are 5 chapters which deal with yogic philosophy, techniques for liberation, kundalini, pranayama, asanas, mudras, bandhas, and meditation, and the role of a guru. The book mentions 84 beneficial asanas but describes only four of them.

The other texts that Nithya Kriya draws from include the Kumbhaka Paddhati of Raghuvira, Trisikhibrahmanopanishad, Yogakundalay Upanishad, Yoga Chudamani Upanishad and Yoga Taravali, JogaPradipika, Yogasana Mala Sachitra, among others.

What Is Completion?

Completion is the state of being where no negative events, emotions, thought patterns or behaviors from the past can have a hold over us in the present or future. For example, people who have a deep victim mentality frequently suffer from pain in the back of the head. Their incompletions will manifest as an illness or a disease in their physical body. This can only be resolved by completing with it.

Once an incompletion is discovered, it can be completed. The simple declaration that it will no longer be a part of the cognition can complete that incompletion for us. These patterns of thinking, rooted in negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be completed by reliving. When it comes to completing with past pain patterns, or Samskaras, reliving is relieving.

"Reliving your past, with a new understanding, deciding not to repeat past mistakes, incompletions and patterns again in future is completion." – THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM

Mahadeva has defined completion, in this twenty-second technique in Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, which is part of the Shiva Sutras. Vijnana Bhairava in Shiva Sutra verse 22nd – definition of completion:

"Look at your past, dis-identified. Let attention be at the place where you are seeing some past happening and even your form having lost its present characteristics is transformed" – translation by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM

Addressing any issue in the gastrointestinal tract with the Nithya Kriyas will ultimately lead to an overall health in your body-mind and being. Resulting in not only improvement and possible cure, but in a new perspective of the infinite possibilities available in our life!

"When we experience internal chemical balance, hormonal equilibrium again and again, we create the alchemical shift to a physical state which embraces divine consciousness. This cleansing of our bio-memories -- establishing a "clean stomach" -- raises us into the zone of enlightenment."

Eye, Ear, Nose And Throat Disorders

Throughout the human skull there is system of cavities that connects the eyes, ears, nose and throat. These cavities serve different functions such as the transport of air, and can be viewed as channels for the intake and output of sensory information into the world around us. Because this network is interconnected, diseases and dysfunctions can manifest in on area and spread to the other parts in this system. And because of the possibility of direct contact with the outside air, water, or other substances, these cavities are very susceptible for disease causing agents. According to the World Health Organization, problems in the upper airways (which include problems with the ears) constitute as much as 30% of all medical problems seen by the general practitioner. Conditions that almost all of us have experienced in our lives are the common cold, sore throat and ear pain. Other common conditions include chronic ear infections and vocal nodules.

This booklet contains techniques to aid you in coping with, or the recovery from problems affecting the eye, ear, nose, and throat regions. The Nithya Kriyas are a series of healing yogic processes revealed by renowned yogi and guru, THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. The techniques are based in sacred yoga scriptures including the legendary Patanjali Yoga Sutras, as well as the three classic texts that form the base of yoga: Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita and Shiva Samhita.

According to yogic knowledge the cause of disease and problems with the eye, ear, nose and throat regions is frequently of a mental nature, directly or indirectly. In many of his discourses THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM teaches that mental suffering such as fear and depression, are rooted deeply into our biomemory and cause health problems and diseases by lowering the immune system. The process of completion* with past pain patterns is essential to overcoming the root causes for these diseases. When worry becomes a habit it can affect any part of the body, causing a number of psychosomatic diseases. This subtle interplay between the body and mind is why it is so important that worry be addressed and removed from the system.

If an emotion is handled properly the corresponding chakra (energy hub in the body) functions well, expanding it to the size of even a cartwheel! If the emotion is not handled properly the corresponding chakra shrinks to the size of even a coat button, which causes low energy in the system. This low energy ultimately manifests as disease in the mind-body system. Several factors including childhood problems, societal conditioning, improper habits, physical and emotional injuries, or even just lack of attention affect the energy flow through the chakras.

  • Completion is a technique that THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM teaches.

Care For Achromatopsia

Achromatopsia (ACHM) typically refers to the inability to interpret color and achieve visual acuity in situations of high light levels, such as exterior daylight. This syndrome shows symptoms that relate to at least five separate disorders. It typically refers to a congenital color vision disorder, but can also refer to color agnosia and cerebral achromatopsia, both acquired disorders. A common trait of achromatopsia is called hemeralopia; blindness in full sun. Other classifications include dyschromatopsia, amblyopia, and nystagmus.

Achromatopsia is usually first noticed by photophobic activity or nystagmus (uncontrolled oscillatory eye movements) in children around six months of age. Nystagmus normally becomes less noticeable with age, but the other symptoms become more pronounced as school age approaches. Acuity of vision and eye stability generally improves during the first 6–7 years of life. The congenital forms of achromatopsia, however, are considered stationary and do not worsen with age.

Care For Short-Sightedness

Myopia or "short-sightedness" is a refractive defect of the eye in which incoming light focuses in front of the retina, rather than directly on the retina. When looking at a distant object, this causes the image to be out of focus, whereas ther is normal focus when one looks at an object up close. In extreme cases, however, even close up vision is affected and glasses are required.

Care For Sinusitis

Sinusitis is inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, which may be due to infection, allergy, or autoimmune issues. Most cases are due to a viral infection and resolve over the course of 10 days.

The condition is defined as an inflammation of the mucous membrane that lines the paranasal sinuses. Sinusitis (or rhinosinusitis) is classified into several categories:

    1. Acute rhinosinusitis a new infection that may last up to four weeks. It can be subdivided symptomati cally into severe and non-severe.
    1. Recurrent acute rhinosinusitis four or more sepa ate episodes of acute sinusitis that occur within one year's time.
    1. Subacute rhinosinusitis an infection that rep resents a transition between acute and chronic infection, lasting between four and 12 weeks.
    1. Chronic rhinosinusitis occurs when signs and ymptoms last for more than 12 weeks.
    1. Acute exacerbation of chronic rhinosinusitis when the signs and symptoms of chronic rhinosinusitis exacerbate, but return to their baseline after treat ment.

All these types of sinusitis have similar symptoms, and are often difficult to distinguish from one another. Acute sinusitis is most common. Approximately ninety percent of adults have had sinusitis at some point in their life.

Care For Tinnitus

Tinnitus is the perception of sound in the absence of corresponding external sound. Tinnitus is not a disease, but can result from a wide range of underlying causes including abnormally loud sounds in the ear canal for even brief periods (but usually with some duration), ear infections, wax build-up, nasal allergies that prevent (or create) fluid drain, or foreign objects in the ear. Withdrawal from a benzodiazepine addiction may cause tinnitus as well. Inear headphones, when the volume is set beyond a moderate level and not deflected or absorbed elsewhere, is also a common cause of tinnitus. Although the condition is most commonly the result of noise-induced hearing loss, tinnitus can also be caused by natural hearing impairment (eg. in aging individuals), from congenital (genetic) hearing loss, or as a side effect of some medications.

Tinnitus is difficult to measure using objective tests (such as an audiometric test), as it is usually a subjective phenomenon. The condition is often rated according to the practical difficulties it imposes, such as interference with sleep, during quiet activities, and during normal daily activities on a simple scale of "slight" to "catastrophic".

Care For Vertigo

Vertigo is a type of dizziness, in which there is a sensation of spinning while stationary. The symptoms are caused by a dysfunction of the vestibular system in the inner ear. Symptoms include: nausea and vomiting, unsteadiness and excessive perspiration, and difficulty standing or walking. Blurred vision, difficulty speaking, a lowered level of consciousness, and hearing loss may also occur. Central nervous system disorders may lead to permanent symptoms.

Symptoms of vertigo are frequently experienced by many in the general population and it accounts for 2-3% of emergency room visits. Its prevalence rises with age and is about two to three times higher in women than in men.

There are three types of vertigo. With objective vertigo objects are moving around the patient. With subjective vertigo the patient feels as if he or she is moving when stationary. With pseudo vertigo there is the intense sensation of rotation inside the patient's head.

The most common cause of vertigo is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (brief periods of vertigo). Concussion and vestibular migraine are less common causes, including Ménière's disease and vestibular neuritis. Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages are notorious for causing symptoms of vertigo.

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism ("SPH"), Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam ("JGM"), His Divine Holiness ("HDH") Bhagavan Sri THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, is recognized as the 1008th living incarnation of Paramashiva as per Sanatana Hindu Dharma ("Hinduism") and by His predecessors of enlightened masters and adepts.

The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM is reviving Hinduism as the 1008th Acharya Mahamandaleshwar (the head for all spiritual leaders) of Atal Akhada (ancient apex body of Hinduism), coronated as Mahamandaleshwar (Supreme Spiritual Head) of Maha Nirvani Akhada (largest apex monastic order) and the youngest Mahamandaleshwar, ordained as the 233rd Guru Mahasannidhanam (Pontiff) of Thondai Mandala Aadheenam, ordained as the 293rd Guru Mahasannidhanam (Pontiff) of Shyamalapeeta Sarvajnapeetam, ordained as the 23rd Guru Mahasannidhanam of Dharmamukthi Swargapuram Aadheenam, and coronated as the 203rd Emperor of Suryavamsa Surangi Samrajyam.

The Srimad Karana Agama, Purva bhaga, Patala 71, Sakalotpatti vidhi, Sloka 8 & 9 (Sacred Ancient Hindu scripture) declares:

In this way (Shiva) who is Nishkala - without any body and parts, who is the Ultimate Supreme Being, who is established in the Creation, who is the Cause of the creation of the Universe, assumes a body out of His Free Will for the protection of the Universe, and for the welfare of the Spiritual seekers and Devotees.

The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM is the reigning spiritual emperor of 17 ancient traditional Hindu kingdoms and the reviver of the most ancient, most peaceful, stillliving and long-lasting demonstrable system that shows the possibility of peaceful coexistence amongst people. Following the coronation to establish KAILASA worldwide at the age of 16, for the past 27 years, The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, as the face of the unified Hindus, has been single-handedly, tirelessly inspiring the dispossessed Hindu Diaspora to reclaim their Hindu centric freedom and stand unified for the centuries-old Hindu genocide.

The 1008th living incarnation of Paramaśiva, The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM stands as the unifying force for the 2 billion born and practicing Hindu diaspora worldwide and established the Hindu State, KAILASA for the persecuted Hindus in over 100 countries.

The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM has made resolute efforts towards recognizing and legitimizing the Hindu genocide which has been receiving scant consideration by global leaders and international bodies, The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM founded KAILASA Uniting Nations. For the past 27 years, this international body has been responsible in building relations, bridging dialogs, inspiring leaders, uniting nations towards acknowledging the Hindu policies which are universal, life positive as referenced from the ancient text of Hinduism. This is the 'ahimsa' (non-violent) way of bringing acknowledgment to the horrors of the Hindu genocide, the untold facts of the darkest act of mankind on Earth to the most contributing civilization - KAILASA.

KAILASA is an apolitical nation whose vision is enlightened living for all. Towards this goal, KAILASA is the only Hindu nation on planet Earth today bringing legitimacy to the principles of Hinduism. Social principles, economic principles, judicial principles, Hindu medical principles, and Hindu economic principles. KAILASA is The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's response to humanity's global problems of poverty, hunger, illiteracy, disease, violence and global warming and the continuing ethnocide and genocide of over 80 million Hindus worldwide since 7 centuries.

Over the last 50 years, the effects of meditation and its significant impact on stress, crime rates, violence, political decision making and even war in local and global consciousness is well established. Unfortunately, in the last two hundred years, forcibly we are made to believe Hinduism is a functional principle only for enlightenment and spirituality. It is absolutely dysfunctional for the political, social, economical system. Making Hindu family structure, Hindu social structure dysfunctional is the greatest crime done against humanity.

Sanatana Hindu Dharma has faced both historical and ongoing religious persecution and systematic violence, in various forms including assassination attempts on living incarnations, targeted elimination of Hindu pontiffs through bio war and lawfare, cyberbullying, Hindu phobia, forced conversions, documented massacres, demolitions, desecration and grabbing of worship temples and monasteries, looting of Hindu temples properties, destruction of Hindu educational institutions, elimination of well known Hindu libraries, the gross violation to the freedom to practice the Hindu school of liberated thinking (Sankhya), Hindu schools of living enlightenment (Jeevan Mukthi), gross violations of the right to freedom of religion that includes violations of the right to life, personal Hindu integrity or personal Hindu liberty, mass execution, looting and enslavement.

Hinduism was once practiced freely in over 56 nations across the continent from Afghanistan, Bharat, Nepal, Burma, Sri Lanka, all the way to Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia and Indonesia, and in 200 states, 1700 samasthanas (provinces) and 10,000 sampradayas (traditions). Over several centuries the combined forces of foreign invasion, political upheaval, colonialism and religious persecution systematically ended millennia of Hindu Swarajya, or self-rule. Today Hindu temples remain in a few countries but the Hindus who worshiped in them have been ethnically cleansed.

The revival of Hinduism through the civilizational nation of KAILASA globally irked vested interests of atheistic terrorist militant elements, caste supremacist terrorists and other anti-Hindu forces who executed a massive persecution and genocide on SPH and His followers on 2 March 2010 that continued for the next whole decade and comprised of over 70 assassination attempts, over 250 sexual assaults on SPH and his monks and disciples, lawfare of 120 false cases over 10 years, massive hate propaganda in electronic media of over 14,000 hours and print media of over 25,000 articles in 5 years, destruction of heritage properties worth over 27 million USD, and the continuing ethnocide and genocide of over 80 million Hindus worldwide since 7 centuries. Specifically, the lawfare involved:

Delegitimizing SPH by hate propaganda, disenfranchising Him of His civil and human rights, prejudicing Him from fair representation and fair trial

Repeated illegal imprisonment, with brazen torture, custodial assassination attempts, supported by system justification in various forms, including the common processes of bureaucracy, indifference, self-deception, diffused responsibility and has resulted in continued systemic complicity with torture, murder and genocide

Well-planned multi-layer false hate propaganda by the 'fourth estate' media sustained by moral disengagement, leaving the broader public in a state of willful ignorance, motivated denial, out-group victim-blaming, dehumanization and bystander apathy to even genocide.

The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM stands in solidarity with the untold, multi-level - social, political, intellectual, religious, cultural, linguistic, economic, legal, digital persecution done to Hinduism and faced by Hindus and Hindu minorities worldwide for the past several thousands of years continues through the modern day. The SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM has been recently acknowledged by the United Nations for the persecution of The SPH and the KAILASA global community, especially the affected women and children.

The KAILASA with de facto spiritual embassies operating across over 100 countries and having presence across the globe as the largest spiritual knowledge source on Hinduism is spiritually governed with the life positive, all-inclusive, universal policies sourced from Hinduism revived by the SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. Having enriched and enreached more than one billion individuals over the past 27 years the KAILASA raises the voice to protect Hindus, defend Hindus and preserve the Hindu narrative for the world.
