About Stomach Issues

Stomach issues is one of the major and common problems faced by today's population. Many undergo variations of this problem given their individual lifestyle and their health decesions. Digestive disorders, Gastrointestinal issues and other complex abdomenal issues stem from a mere small stomach issue. This Nithya kriya SM solves the root of the ailment using the ancient, vedic panacea from the Hindu source scriptures, the Vedās & Āgamas.

5 Steps To Follow

1. Vajrāsana (Posture)

Note: In Vajrāsana, the following Breathing techniques will be performed

    1. Uddiyana Bandha (Internal Seal)
    1. Bhrāmari Kumbhaka (Breathing Technique)

4. Siddhāsana (Posture)

Note: In Siddhā s ana , the following Br e a thing techniques will be performed

    1. Laya Siddha Yoga (Hand Gesture)

Step 1: Posture - VajrāSana

Āpta Pramāṇa - आप पम्ग Gheranda Samhita, Upadesha 2, Verse 12

जन�…घ�…मषवजवरषकुर�… गुव- प�…र्सपव�…वुभौ |वज�…सिमषभवेदेरदष चोनगि�…मषकसन्द�…चकमष||२.१२||

janghaabhyaam vajravath kruthvaa gudha-paarshve padhaavubhau | vajraasanam bhavedethad yoginaam siddhidaayakam ||2.12||

Step 1: Posture – VajrāSana

Step 2: Internal Seal - Uddiyana Bandha

Śāstra Pramāṇa - ृ्स पम्ग Yoga-Sikhopanishad (106-109)

कुमक्पेरेचक्दषऔ कू्तवननसच्गक् । बनो चेि सुषुम्च्न प्गवनस्चूेचू् ॥ १०६ ॥ ूस्दसु्चग्ीोणचन चोनगकभ् समुद्हू् । उनसच्गन ूुसिजन गुगग् ककरून सद् ॥ १०७ ॥ �…घसेूषूदूनवुवृ्ोणनप ूगगो भवेूष। ि्भेरू्मव््नप ू्गन कुच््ूषपचरू् ॥ १०८ ॥ ष्ण्समघसे्ृतनुजचतेव ि सनृच् । kumbhakānte recakādau kartavyastūḍḍiyāṇakaḥ |bandho yena suṣumnāyāṃ prāṇastūḍḍīyate yataḥ ॥ 106 ॥ tasmāduḍḍīyaṇākhyo'yaṃ Yogibhiḥ samudāhṛtaḥ |uḍḍiyāṇaṃ tu sahajaṃ guruṇā kathitaṃ sadā ॥ 107 ॥ abhyaset tadatandrastu vṛddho'pi taruṇo bhavet

nābherūrdhvamadhaścāpi tāṇaṃ kuryāt prayatnataḥ ॥ 108 ॥ ṣāṇmāsamabhyasenmṛtyuṃ jayatyeva na saṃśayaḥ |

Akashic Revelation

The Uddiyana-bandha should be performed at the close of the Kumbhaka and before the Recaka (expulsion of vital air). For the reason that by (such Bandha) the Prana (vital air) would spring up in the Susumna, this is said to be what is called Uddiyana by Yogin-s. Ud_x0002_diyana is always communicated by the Guru in the natural course. (The practitioner) should practice it without sloth, (whereupon) even an old man would turn young. He should, with effort, make constriction above and below the navel. Should he practice it for six months, he will verily conquer death; there is no doubt (about it). (106-109)

Step 2: Internal Seal - Uddiyana Bnadha

Technique

    1. Remaining in Vajrāsana, Draw the abdomen backwards above the navel.
    1. Hold as long as you can when you feel you can't hold anymore then relax.
    1. Then again hold.
    1. Do this for 21 times.

Note:Doing Uddiyana Bandha you will not have any disease which can bring death to you from the navel. You are free from all the disorders and disease from the navel

Step 3: Breathing Technique - BhrāMari Kumbhaka

Apta Pramana - आप पम्ग Hathatattvakaumudi, Chapter 10, Verse 18. �…र भ्मर्जमक

atha bhrāmari kumbhakaḥ - bhramari kumbhaka

वेग्कृष पनरकन भनृगि्दन भनृग्ि्दन रेचकन मामामष॥ चोग्न्ग्मेवमघ्सचोग्ासयेज्ू् क्कचद्िामनमष््् ॥१८॥

vegākṛṣṭa pūrakaṃ bhṛṃganādaṃ bhṛṃgīnādaṃ recakaṃ mandamandam ॥ yogīndrāṇāmevamabhyāsayogāccitte jātā kācidānandamūrcrchā ॥18॥

Akashic Revelation:

One inhales forcefully to produce the sound resembling that of a male bee and exhales very slowly, creating a sound similar to that of a female bee. This technique fills the mind of a yogi with exceptionally ecstatic feeling.

Step 3: Breathing Technique - Breathing Technique – BhrāMāRi Kumbhaka

Technique

  1. Remaining in VajrāsanaExhale very slowly, with the same buzzing sound like that of a beetle – 'hmmmmm.' Note: Your mind should be not with the sound but the center of the sound means the core from where the sound is coming - put your mind there.
    1. Start inhaling slowly, with this humming sound concentrating on the core of the sound.
    1. Continue Bhrāmari Kumbhaka for 7 minutes. 7 Min

Step 4: Posture - SiddhāSana

Āpta Pramāṇa - आप पम्ग Hatharatnavali 3.23 - 29

स्गु् चनमूेकनचोणचलदृ् पशिषभुवोरपरन चैू्ो्कप्ष भेदजिकन कस््सिन पोरूे॥२५॥ मू्परेूु- मेढ््दपुपर नि्क्ष सतन गुलन ूरोपपर ॥गुल्पन ूु नि्क्ष कस््् कस््सिन नवद्ु॥२६॥

sthāṇuḥ ṃyamitendriyo'caladṛśā paśyan bhuvorantaraṃ caitanmokṣakapāṭa bhedajanakaṃ siddhāsanaṃ procyate ॥25॥ matāntare tu meḍhrādupari niḥkṣipya savyaṃ gulphaṃ tathopari ॥gulphāntaṃ tu niḥkṣipya siddhāḥ siddhāsanaṃ viduḥ ॥26॥

Akashic Revelation

One should press the heel firmly against the perineum and place the other foot over the genitals. He should remain straight and steady, control the senses, and keep the gaze fixed between the eyebrows. This is siddhasana, which opens the door to liberation (moksa). 25 One places the left ankle over the genital and the other ankle over the first one. According to the siddhas, this is siddhasana. 26

Step 4 Posture – Siddhsana

Technique

    1. Place one heel at the anal aperture.
    1. Keep the other heel on the root of the generative organ and fix the chin upon the chest.

Step 5: Hand Gesture - Laya Siddha Yoga

Technique

    1. Remaining in Siddhāsana, Perform Yoni mudra.
    1. Sit and visualize you are the cosmic Om, cosmic mother and the whole cosmos is entering you in the form of a huge energy and you are receiving it, imbibing it. Sit with this one sacred secret – truth. Actually all jeevas are the womb. The Para brahma cosmos has to enter you. Then you will realize you are the Brahman. You are the cosmos.

चोनिमुद् सम् सच् ç�…न्�…मच् भवेूष। सुç�…्रससिैस नविरेू परम्तनि॥ प्िामच् समनभ् चे�…कच् बस्कख समवेूष। पि् बिोनू च्दैू् सम्कववे�…ि ज्चूे॥

yonimudrä samä svayaà çaktiamayä bhavet| suçaktararsenaigha vihareta paramätmani|| pränandamayaù sambhütvä yeakayaà braghäkhi sambhavet| prahà brahoti cädvaitaà samädhisteana jäyate||"

"Perform the yoni mudra and let him imagine that he is shakti and Paramatma is purusha and both have been united in one. Perform the Yoni-Mudra and let him imagine that he is Sakti, and paramatma is Purusha; and that both have been united in one. By this he becomes full of bliss, and realizes Aham Brahma, " I am Brahma."

ॐ पगन म् द् पगन न्मदन पगन ््ागु म् दुरूे पगन त् पगन म् ्द्च पगन म् वे्वकृिू े॥ ॐ ृ्ाप् ृ्ाप् ृ्ाप् ॥

oṁ pūrṇamadaḥ pūrṇamidaṁ pūrṇāt pūrṇamudacyate | pūrṇasya pūrṇamādāya pūrṇamevāvaśiṣyate || || oṁ shānti shānti sāntiḥ

"From the space of Completion only Completion comes out. Even when Completion comes out, Completion remains as Completion. When the Completion goes back, Completion remains as Completion".
