Introduction: Nithya Kriya

Nithya Kriya SM is a unique and ancient combination of components of Nithyananda Yoga, that include, Āsana (Yoga Postures), Prānāyāmā (Breathing Techniques), visualization, both external verbalization (Mantras external sound one hears or chants), and internal verbalization (internally hearing of sound or mantra).

These kriyas, derived from the ancient source scriptures of Hinduism are decoded and revealed by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM in the span of 18 years via 981+ programs, sessions and initiatives in 186 countries. This series of Nithya Kriya SM manuals comprise of cares and cures for the most common as well as fatal physical and mental diseases and disorders.

Cure and (preventive) Care Nithya Kriya SM work respectively for each condition or disorder. Even though the desired result might be experienced within a few days of practicing, all Nithya Kriyas SM are to be practiced for 21 days consecutively.

The Nithya Kriyas SM preserve and deliver the original yogic practices which are born out of millennia of research and development and are the contribution of innumerable enlightened yogis who have dedicated their lives to enriching the world with this science.

According to the teaching methods laid out by legendary yogis like Gorakhnath and Matsyendranath, the individual Āsanas and Prānāyāmā tech-niques are sacred and must not be tampered with, and the combinations of techniques required to produce the desired effect are to be received by the learner from the Guru. True to the Vedic Tradition, these fathers of modern yoga have left the door wide open for the continuous updating of this ancient science.

Introduction: Nithya Kriya Sm

The constant flow of energy happens continuously in your body through the 72,000 subtle energy channels called Nadis, making up the energy circuit of the body. This circuit is governed by the Kundalini energy. Kundalini energy is the immense potential energy present in each of us that acts like a water pump and helps complete this energy circuit. Kundalini can be thought of as every individual's hotline to the infinite cosmic energy source. Once awakened by appropriate yogic practices and the guidance and grace of the guru, Kundalini showers a host of blessings on the practitioner, including a big boost in energy levels, physical well-being, the falling away of negative mental patterns, true inner fulfillment, and a deep connection to the universal Source. If there is a disturbance in the energy flow in some part of the body, there is impedance to the energy flow to the rest of the body, resulting in the onset of diseases, disorders, and disturbances in the body.

Nithya Kriyas SM are powerful tools which help remove these energy blockages restoring the life energy flow (prana). When the body is aligned in certain postures during the Nithya Kriyas SM, the energy block is removed and re-aligned. Once the block is removed, kundalini energy gets pumped into the circuit during the Kumbhakas. When energy flow is re established, the disease or disturbance is healed.

Significance Of The Nithya Kriyas SM

If your body allows you to do what you are supposed to do, only then you are healthy. Health is not all about 18 inch biceps and 8 pack. It is all about 'is your body aligning to your purpose' - That is health. Let your idea about health be established on Cosmic principles.

Hinduism has strengthened and redefined the ideals of physical health psychological healing, spiritual counselling, helping human beings mentally, emotionally and psychologically by operating with the single unified goal of felicitating every individual to explore their ultimate possibility by enlightening them with the sciences elaborated in the timeless Hindu source scriptures called Vedas and Agamas.

For overall good health and well being Hinduism has solutions that can be easily practiced and incorporated in daily life.

The healing achieved by Nithya Kriyas SM is permanent as it works on the cellular bio-memory level. It generates natural steroids and therefore has no negative side effects.

SM

Nithya Kriya SM is soundly anchored in the sacred yoga scriptures, including the legendary Patanjali Yoga Sutras, as well as the three classic texts that form the base of yoga - Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita and Shiva Samhita. Scriptural Roots of Nithya Kriya

Patanjali Yoga Sutra

The Patanjali Yoga Sutras is the foundational text of yoga, written by the father of yoga, the enlightened sage Patanjali. This esoteric yet highly practical text is based on Sankhya Yoga. It is said to date back to the 2nd century BC, although it is believed to be far more ancient. Patanjali Yoga Sutras emphasize the value of yoga as a lifestyle through ashtanga yoga (8-limbed yoga).

Patanjali's Yoga Sutras are useful even after 5,000 years; they are time-tested and fool proof and still produce the intended results for hundreds of yogis around the world.

Scriptural Roots of Nithya Kriya

Hatha Yoga Pradipika 2

This is a classic 15th century Sanskrit Hatha Yoga text, written by Swami Svatmarama, a disciple of Swami Gorakhnath. The book is dedicated to Adinatha or Bhagavan Paramaśiva, who is said to have revealed the secrets of Hatha Yoga to His Divine Consort Devi Paramaśivaśakti. Hatha Yoga Pradipika contains four major upadesha as (teachings), which reveal the correct understanding and practice of Āsanas, Prānāyāmā, Chakras, Bandhas, Kriyas, Shakti, Nadis, Mudras And Kundalini.

Shiva Samhita

This is a classic Sanskrit text where Bhagavan Paramaśiva addresses Devi Paramaśivaśakti, His Consort. There are 5 chapters which deal with yogic philosophy, techniques for liberation, Kundalini, Prānāyāmā, Āsanas, Mudras, Bandhas, And Meditation, and the role of a guru. The book mentions 84 beneficial Āsanas and describes four of them in detail.

Gheranda Samhita 3 4

This is also a classic Sanskrit Hatha Yoga text. It is a practical yoga manual said to have been taught by the sage Gheranda to Chanda Kapali. Gheranda Samhita text has 7 chapters. It advocates a sevenfold yoga - Shat-Karma, Asana, Prānāyāmā, Mudra, Pratyahara, Dhyana, and Samadhi where each chapter elaborates on one of seven folds of Hatha Yoga.

Scriptural Roots of Nithya Kriya SM

The other texts that Nithya Kriya SM draws from include :

    1. Kumbhaka Paddhatih or Raghuvira
    1. Trisikhibrahmanopanishad
    1. Yogakundalay Upaniṣads
    1. Yoga Chudamani Upanishad
    1. Yoga Taravali
    1. Joga Pradipika
    1. Yogasana Mala Sachitra

KAILASA works towards availing this science of the 108 Nithya Kriya SM through the Nithya Kriya SM Care & Cure Series to the world with the aim to safely and scientifically awaken and harness the Kundalini energy in the body through these self-administered healing techniques.

As Kundalini is a self-healing mechanism, practitioners of Nithya Kriya SM will find that not only their health and life problems diminish or disappear, but the very patterns that cause the disease are rooted out by the overflowing of superconscious energy as the being goes through a superconscious mutation process.

Scriptural Roots of Nithya Kriya SM

Over the years Nithya Kriya SM has made extraordinary progress in recognizing, diagnosing, and treating mental illnesses as well as severe psychological distress. KAILASA's Department of Health is committed to building on that success by matching humanity's hardships with equally magnanimous responsibility by improving the quality of healthcare for all the Hindus through the science of Nithya Kriya SM. It is the policy of KAILASA's Department of Health to work towards the unified goal of bringing excellence to the healthcare provisions to its citizens by providing them with the best services towards well-being so they can achieve success and prosperity, ultimately contributing to the world.

Nithyanandam. I am Perumala Paramanathan from Toronto, Canada. I want to share my experience with you. I have had diabetes for the last 16 years. And it has been very high for the last 3 years. Normal blood sugar is between 5 and 6. For me, it is more than 15. So I was worried. When I heard about this diabetes Nithya Kriya SM, I was so happy and I attended a 1-week workshop at Toronto Temple. I am amazed to see my sugar level come down. In the mornings it is always between 5 and 6. And the doctor has reduced my medication to half. Now not only did my sugar level come down, my mind and body improved and I am so thankful to Swami. Thank you, Swami, Thank you! Thank you!"

Nithya Kriya SM Helped Me Get Rid Of My Problems

Name: Ricardo Boreiki

63 year old Ricardo reported that he had been suffering from the age of 33 while recently he was introduced to Nithya Kriyas SM about 4 months ago, by his neighbor, a disciple of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. Ricardo Boreiki says, "He came to my house and taught me how I had to do it. And before I started the exercise, I checked my sugar level, and it was 350. I did the exercise the way he taught me to do it. When I finished it, I checked my sugar level and it was 85. I have never seen something reduce my sugar level so rapidly. Usually I have to walk around the neighborhood for half to 1 hour. Even then I have to put a lot of insulin to reduce my sugar level.

This is extraordinary!" Ricardo says, "When I went to see the doctor and see how I was doing while using 5 units of insulin and doing the exercise daily in the morning. It was a miracle. My doctor asked 'Only 5 units of insulin?' and I said 'Yes! 5 units!' Doctor said 'Great! Continue with this. Just 5 units each normally eat". Ricardo also stated that he had a blood sugar level between 300 – 400 and every day he would take 45 units of insulin in morning and about 25 units in the afternoon. Sometimes he had to call the ambulance and be hospitalized with dangerously high or low sugar levels. Now he is feeling so good, he is going back to work at age 63!

About Insomnia

People with insomnia have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. Disruptive sleep patterns symptomatic of insomnia include lying awake for long periods of time before falling asleep, waking up too early, sleeping for short periods andlying awake much of the night. Insomnia causes disruptions in a person's waking life as they generally experience tiredness, lack of concentration and focus and in some cases, difficulty staying awake during the daytime hours.

The World Today

Statistics About Diabetes Overall numbers

  • Nearly 70 million Americans have a sleep disorder

  • About 10% of people have long-lasting insomnia
  • Almost 40% of people report accidentally falling asleep during the day
  • About 5% report falling asleep while driving

Even though adults need at least seven hours of sleep per night, about 35% of people get less than that. Age appears to be linked to lack of sleep, with 37% of people age 20–39 reporting low sleep duration and 40% of people age 40–59 getting too little sleep.

For the reason that by (such Bandha) the Prana (vital air) would spring up in the Susumna, this is said to be what is called Uddiyana by Yogin s. Uddiyana is always communicated by the Guru in the natural course. (The practitioner) should

practice it without sloth, (whereupon) even an old man would turn young. He should, with effort, make constriction above and below the navel. Should he practice it for six months, he will verily conquer death; there is no doubt (about it). (106-109)

Step 3: Posture & Internal Seal - ShalabhāSana & Uddiyana Bandha

Akashic Revelation

The bandha known as Jalandhara should be performed at the close of the Puraka (in-filling the vital air). This is of the form of constricting the throat with a view to obstruct the passage of vital air. After constricting the throat, he should establish (the vital air) firmly in the bosom. This is known as the Jalandhara bandha , which causes the full flow of nectar. Should the constriction of the throat be made with the immediate contraction of the nether part, by (performing) Pascimatana in the middle, the Prana (vital air) will reach the Brahma-nadi.

When fatigue comes on in the body, then should he fill in through the Solar (Nadi) and after constricting the throat, should expel (it) again through the Lunar (Nadi). (This Kumbhaka) removes (the excess of) the mind, bile and phlegm, raises the temperature of the body, rouses the Kundall, removes defects in the mouth, bestows auspiciousness, is wholesome, removes impediments, such as phlegm remaining in the interior of the opening of the Brahma-nadl and is capable of bursting through the three knots as the result of effectively practising the Bandhas. This Kumbhaka is known as the Bhastra and should be specially practised. Technique 1. Like an Ironsmith's a ir bellow dilating and contracting, inhale through both nostrils. 2. Expand the stomach through the inhalation and throw the stomach quickly through the exhalation. 3. Repeat this Kumbhaka 21 times. Ensure the inhalation and exhalation happens through the nostrils 1 2 3
