Nithya Kriya - Dandruff
About Dandruff
Dandruff varies from mild to severe and is a common skin condition that causes itchiness and a residue of flaky white epidermal cells to appear in the scalp or hair. Some of the causes can include frequent exposure to intense heat and cold and can often worsen in cold climates or with excessive perspiration. This excessive flaking can lead to redness and continuous itching and irritation of the scalp. Fungal infections or the excessive secretion of sebum may also cause dandruff. Though dandruff is not contagious, it can be embarrassing, uncomfortable and unpleasant to the person who has it.
