About Baldness

Baldness refers to the partial or complete loss of hair. It is thought to be caused by many factors, and incidence generally increases with age. There is a strong genetic component to the pattern of baldness that one may be affected with. However, several factors such as a diet high in saturated fats, stress, trauma, poor nutrition, thyroid problems etc can contribute to hair thinning and loss. Baldness tends to be more common in men than women.

Steps For KAILASA's Nithya Kriya SM Care For Baldness

Step 1: Posture – DurvāSana

Technique

    1. Sit on the floor.
    1. Bend your right knee and place the right leg on the left side hip.
    1. Bend the left knee and place the left foot on the above the right thigh so that the left foot is placed near the right side hip.
    1. Touch the right hand finger tips with the middle joints of left fingers.
    1. Place the hands above the genitals.
    1. Fix the gaze at the eye brow center

Āpta Pramāṇa - आप पम्ग Kumbhaka Paddhathih Verse 143

क्कचञ-ुवदष-आतएि्पनच्वचुमष निरोवचेूनर्कजव्मषसम्ि्च नपबेदष-व्र्मृून सुव्ः रेचचेदषघ्ग-रन्ध्न कृूल्-ककचञकु ः १४३

kākacañcu-vad-āsyaenāpūrya vayum nirodhayetūrdhvajihvām samānīya pibed-dhārāmṛtaṃ sudhīḥ recayed ghrāṇa-randhrābhyāṃ śitalī-kakacañcukaḥ

Akashic Revelation

Forming the like a beak of a crow, one should take the air in and hold it. Then raising the tounge, one should taste the flow of nectar and exhale through both the nostrils. This is śitalī-kāka-cañcua. An adept of prana and apana practices this cosistently for a month, gets rid of heat due to exertion, fever and other sickness and overcomes premature death.

Step 2: Breathing Technique - śItalī KāKa CañCuka Kumbhaka

Technique

    1. Remaining in Druvāsana, form the mouth like the beak of a crow.
    1. Turn your tongue and stretch it outside.
    1. Inhale as much as possible. Hold as long as possible. When you hold, visualize nectar flowing (all over the body) from the crown.
    1. When you cant hold anymore, slowly exhale through both the nostrils.
    1. Repeat this kumbhaka for 21 minutes.

Step 1: Posture - ParāSana

Technique

  1. Spread the legs wide apart. Spread the hands also above the legs.

Pramāṇa - आप पम्ग Yogasana Mala Sachitra, Verse 102

Step 2: Breathing Technique - śīTalī KāKa CañCuka Kumbhaka āPta PramāṇA - आप पम्ग

Technique

    1. Remaining in Parāsana, Form the mouth like the beak of a crow.
    1. Inhale. Hold as long as possible.
    1. When you are holding, visualize the nectar flowing (all over the body) just feel the taste of the nectar in your tongue inside.
    1. Exhale through both the nostrils.
    1. Repeat this Kumbhaka for 21 minutes continuously.

Kumbhaka Paddhathih Verse 143

क्कचञ-ुवदष-आतएि्पनच्वचुमषनिरोवचेूनर्कजव्मष सम्ि्च नपबेदष-व्र्मृून सुव्ः रेचचेदषघ्ग-रन्ध्न कृूल्-ककचञकु ः १४३ |

"From the space of Completion only Completion comes out. Even when Completion comes out, Completion remains as Completion. When the Completion goes back, Completion remains as Completion".
