Disease Description
Achromatopsia (ACHM), is a medical syndrome that exhibits symptoms relating to at least five separate individual disorders. Although the term may refer to acquired disorders such as color agnosia and cerebral achromatopsia, it typically refers to an autosomal recessive congenital color vision disorder, the inability to perceive color and to achieve satisfactory visual acuity at high light levels (typically exterior daylight).
The syndrome is frequently noticed first in children around six months of age by their photophobic activity and/or their nystagmus. The nystagmus becomes less noticeable with age but the other symptoms of the syndrome become more relevant as school age approaches. Visual acuity and stability of the eye motions generally improve during the first 6–7 years of life (but remain near 20/200). The congenital forms of the disorder are considered stationary and do not worsen with age.

Translation
Draw in the air through the mouth (with lips contracted and tongue thrown out), and fill the stomach slowly. Retain it there for a short time. Then exhale through both the nostrils. Let the Yogi always practice this Sheethalee Kumbhaka, giver of bliss; by so doing, he will be free from digestion, phlegm and bilious disorders.

Inhale - Bring the arms out to the sides and up to Urdhva Hastasana

Exhale - Swan dive down, hinging at the hips, bringing the palms flat on either side of your feet to Uttanasana

Inhale - Bring the LEFT foot to the back of the mat, come up on to the finger tips into a low lunge

मुंह से हवा � ंदर खींचो (होंठ सिकुड़े हुए और जीभ बाहर निकली हुई), और धीरे-धीरे पेट भरो। इसे थोड़ी देर के लिए वहीं रखें। फिर दोनों नासिकाओं से श्वास बाहर निकालें। योगी को हमेशा इस शीतली कुंभक का � भ्यास करना चाहिए, जो आनंद का दाता है; ऐसा करने से वह पाचन, कफ और पित्त विकारों से मुक्त हो जाएगा।

रोग विवरण
चिड़चिड़ा आंत्र सिंड्रोम (आईबीएस, या स्पास्टिक कोलन) एक लक्षण-आधारित निदान है जिसकी विशेषता पुरानी पेट दर्द, बेचैनी, सूजन और आंत्र की आदतों में परिवर्तन है। एक कार्यात्मक आंत्र विकार के रूप में, आईबीएस का कोई ज्ञात कार्बनिक कारण नहीं है। दस्त या कब्ज प्रबल हो सकता है, या वे वैकल्पिक हो सकते हैं (क्रमशः आईबीएस-डी, आईबीएस-सी या आईबीएस-ए के रूप में वर्गीकृत)।
