When we ask for love, we are actually asking only for the person's attention. When we say a person doesn't love us, we actually mean that the other person doesn't give us enough attention. The person who is not satisfied, not confident, and not happy with themselves only will strive for attention from outside. The dependency on the others might be psychological, physical or spiritual. The whole idea of love with a purpose is nothing but getting the attention of the others in some way. We love anyone who pays us compliments. We secretly nurture a good name with in the name of love. Like this there is always some hidden reason for our love with purpose. The relationship can also happen causelessly, without any reason. To experience this we have to try relating with someone for no reason. Only then we will understand that the experience of love is much more important than the object of love.
