Activity - Sponge, Stone, Water

Material required: 1 sponge per child 1 large stone Tub Water

Preparation: Fill up the tub halfway with water and have the children gather in a circle for this activity.

It is neither able to absorb love nor live life happily. Demonstrate how it is not able to absorb the water of love. You can pour water over it but the water only runs down with no effect. Also when it is dropped into the water, it only sinks! What do you want to be? The sponge or the stone?
