Over several centuries the combined forces of foreign invasion, political upheaval, colonialism and religious persecution systematically ended millennia of Hindu Swarajya or self-rule. Today Hindu temples remain in few countries but the Hindus who worshiped in them have been ethnically cleansed.

Love is an intense experience in one's inner space. Love is one of the most beautiful experiences which can happen to a human being. It makes one feel alive, open, new. It can reveal some of the unknown dimensions of one's personality and make one's consciousness expand.

The very openness which is necessary to experience love, can also make one feel extremely vulnerable. This gives rise to the fear of being exploited or cheated by the other person. This wrong conditioning about love becomes a big obstacle to experiencing love. If someone strongly believes that his or her love will end in pain, they will see that it will end in pain. They will be waiting for it to end in pain.

Their own cognition of people and their own selves will cause them to attract situations which will go on strengthening their wrong beliefs about love.

This is because it is human nature to want to make one's beliefs become a reality, otherwise one would not feel comfortable. That is the reason why conditionings about love, about life, need to be removed before one can experience pure love directly.

The right understanding about love will help to go with the flow of love and experience real love.

The way to look at love is,

When love happens, one should simply be in love without worrying about where it will lead, or whether one will be exploited or betrayed by the other person. Only then will one be able to experience love as the transcendental and transformational experience it really is.

Take the responsibility for love. That is where a relationship starts. Do not say 'I love you' to anybody unless you are ready to take the responsibility to fulfil their expectations about you, without bothering whether they are ready to fulfil your expectations or not.

Even if others' expectations from you is limiting you or them, you need to expand, stretch yourself to fulfil them first. Then make them understand that they need to expand; not before that. Only then they will understand their inauthenticity. Others are ready to listen about their inauthenticity from you only when you first prove that you are authentic.

The energy which you use to defend yourself from others and the energy that you need to stretch yourself to others' expectations, both are one and the same. You need less energy to stretch yourself to fulfil others' expectation than constantly defending yourself from others. Even a glimpse of love makes you expand yourself for more and more love. The best strategy plan for your life is the decision to love and build relationships!

There are two kinds of love:

• Horizontal Love
• Vertical Love

Horizontal love is like a horizontal line, flat. It is related to time: it starts and ends. Anything that starts must end. If it takes more time to end, don't think it is permanent. Anything that starts must end. It may take a few years or a few months, but it ends. It is impermanent and time bound. This is horizontal love.

Vertical love is related to consciousness. Vertical love neither starts nor ends. It does not discriminate. It is our very quality. It flows.

In real life, we always look to express our love towards others in some tangible way. Only if love is demonstrated in tangible form, it is considered to be love nowadays.

True love is like a communion. It is a resonance between two beings. It can be felt without any expression. It doesn't need communication because it is already happening as a communion. If you really love a person, then your very body language will show it.

It will be too much to express in words. You will feel that any words are inadequate and will only bring down the love that you feel. But if you are using words, then somewhere the love has not really happened. When you have to speak to express love, then somewhere there is a lie in it! You are using the words just to decorate the lie.

Real love liberates because it doesn't compel you to express it all the time. It just is. Real love also gives you the freedom to freely express what you want to express. You can easily express anything like disapproval or anger and it will not be mistaken for reduced love. Not only that, with real love, there will be no domination or power play in relationships. Each person will be like a beautiful flower that has blossomed to radiate its unique fragrance, that's all. With real love, there will be no fear or insecurity either.

In normal love, physical distance between two people causes a lot of insecurity and a lack of trust. Real love doesn't look for utility. It operates on sheer trust and is also beyond space and time. These days people are gifting each other with so many things to show their love. Gifting has become an expression of love. If the gifting happens as causeless overflowing, it is okay. We are totally relaxed anywhere in the world.

But if it is a condition to be fulfilled, it becomes a problem! Then it becomes a poor substitute for real love. As long as real love is there, no relationship can become boring.

Causeless overflowing love is always total in its expression. It doesn't carry the usual dilutions of greed or fear. So any person whom you love, you will love totally without any reservations. Irrespective of the way he is, you will love him.

When you love this way, even if the person leaves your life, you will not grieve. When a person passes away, you grieve only because you regret not having loved him completely. You can love him completely only when your love itself is complete.

It doesn't have to do anything with the other person. It doesn't matter what kind of person he is. That is the beauty of real love.

It loves for the sake of love, not for the sake of the other person.

If you are grieving for the loss of a person, be very clear, you are grieving because you missed loving him in totality. If you had loved him in totality, you would say good-bye to him with complete restfulness, not with grief. You grieve only because you missed something somewhere.

Even if it is your own father or husband or wife, it is the same. If you had radiated your causeless love to them when they were alive, then when they left there would not be any regret. But if you had loved them with rationalizations, then when they left, the incompleteness of your love towards them would create a hangover, and that hangover is what you feel as grief.

Love the ultimate healing energy. Love is not any way related to two physical structures, it is not even related to your own physical structure, it is not even related to the mental qualities you carry. Love is related to awareness you carry.

the awareness you carry naturally spreads its smell in your mental structure & your body. So the awareness which your physical structure experiences if that feels connected to the awareness of some physical structure is called infatuation.

Love is a mystical power, it's a mystical capability.

If you are able to show love a little bit once in a while it is a social emotion but ever loving, radiating love, is mystical power. Ability to love will happen in you only when you are able to be in the space of Completion.

Ability to be in the space of Completion only if you can complete, and establish yourself in the space of Completion, the ability to love becomes reality in you.

Most of the time you think the external world is responsible for your incompletion.

Understand, the External world, fully or partly, or even a little bit is not responsible for your incompletions.Incompletion by its very nature starts sprouting, growing, establishing itself only in your inner space its roots never come to the external world.

This means, many times others forgive you and forget you, because you are not that big a guy, but you cannot forgive you, because for you, you are a big guy. Many times they just forget the incompletions related to you. Many times they don't care but you don't forgive you, you don't forgive you because you are too big for you. The ability, ability to forgive yourself is the first quality to start loving. Only if you can forgive yourself, if you can complete with yourself, love starts. Only then love starts expressing itself, love starts happening in you. Love can happen only when you are in the space of completion. The ability to forgive yourself, ability to love yourself, ability to live with yourself, ability to be with yourself, it's actually a power.

Once in a while showing love or having love is a quality but being in love forever is a power. Understand, only when you are established in the space of completion you will understand this statement – "Love is a power"

Love is the greatest protection you can have in your life because even lion will lose its vengeance in front of you; snake will lose its venom in front of you; any enemy will lose his enmity which is a weapon with which he is trying to attack you, he will lose

it.

When you are established in the power of love, even enemy thinks he is attacking you, but he goes on praising you and goes back. He just sings your glory and goes back, because even in his inner space your glory is occupying more space than his enmity.

You always show the soft things as the symbol of Love, because you know only pseudo love. Understand, we always show only the bird feeding the baby bird as the symbol of Love, action of Love. A rose flower we show as a symbol of Love but never a lion with a lion cub as a symbol of Love, because we know only superficial, pseudo love.

We always see only the superficial love, superficial love of rose and the bird feeding the baby bird. bird feeding the baby bird can be like showing the love once in a while. But a lion training the cub to hunt, lion making the cub to realize its potential, its possibility, that is the real love, making every individual realize. Showing love to your weaker side is what society, made you

understand as Love.

When you are sick, somebody coming and giving you food, you call that as Love, because you know only that as Love. When you are sick, staring at you and saying, 'Get up! Throw this sickness out of your body! Walk out of this disease!' that is Love, real Love!

But you neither co-operate nor enjoy that kind of love, because you were never given the idea, impression, that is Love.

Love should be given to strengthen your completion side. Love should be given to strengthen your right side. Love should be given to strengthen your right space. But, unfortunately, you always enjoy, entertain, expect, attract, reciprocate, only to the love given to your wrong side.

The understanding about love, the experience of love continues to impact the way you behave, the way you think

forever.

once you start enjoying the love given to your wrong side, you are ready to be exploited. Show love to the right side of human beings.

Perversion is the killer of childhood, similar to a computer shutting down when we press the keys CTRL + ALT+DELETE. Perversion leads to forced shut down of our inner space. Perversion spoils the innocence. Let the innocent remain innocent. Perversion stimulates thyroid and pituitary gland to produce hormones. These hormones shut the pineal gland. Eventually the pineal gland starts to decay leading the person to produce more hormones further speeding up the process. It is essential not to introduce perversion into your mind, live as a child as long as possible. Love your body completely spend as much as time possible being with your body. Attention to our body heals and radiates leaving the body glowing. Any form of corruption from media affects our brain immediately. Being with nature is being close to

the innocence.

Note: There should be 26 playing cards, and so 13 pairs.

Presentation: Make sure everyone knows the terms and go over why each one has a pair and what they mean.

• Mix up the deck of cards, and give each person 3 cards.l

• Keep the extra cards in the middle of the circle for picking up when they need to "Go Fish."

• Go around, so that everyone gets a turn. Each child is supposed to find the other pair to match it with their card. The first child points to any one particular child and asks whatever is on their hand (example: "Causeless love") and the whole group gives the answer: "Love without a Purpose."

• Now, if that person pinpointed has the "Love without a purpose" card they need to hand it over, or else they will say "Go Fish". The person who asked for the pair will take an extra card from the card pile on the floor. It is now the next person's turn.

• However, if the person they ask has the card, they give them the card and they can make a pair. They also get another turn to try and make a pair by calling out any of the remaining two cards.
