Kailasa - The Ancient Hindu Enlightened Civilizational Nation
Hinduism is the most ancient, most peaceful, still-living and long-lasting demonstrable system that shows the possibility of peaceful co-existence amongst people despite fundamental differences in their preferences and realities. Over the last 50 years, the effects of meditation and its significant impact on stress, crime rates, violence, political decision making and even war in local and global consciousness is well established.
Unfortunately last two hundred years, forcibly we are made to believe Hinduism is functional principle only for enlightenment and spirituality. It is absolutely dysfunctional for the political, social, economical system. Making Hindu family structure, Hindu social structure dysfunctional is the greatest crime done against humanity.
Hinduism was once practiced freely in over 56 nations across the continent from Afghanistan, Bharat, Nepal, Burma, Sri Lanka, all the way to Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia and Indonesia, and in 200 states, 1700 samasthanas (provinces) and 10,000 sampradayas (traditions).
Over several centuries the combined forces of foreign invasion, political upheaval, colonialism and religious persecution systematically ended millennia of Hindu Swarajya or self-rule. Today Hindu temples remain in few countries but the Hindus who worshiped in them have been ethnically cleansed.
The KAILASA with de facto spiritual embassies operating across over 100 countries and having presence across the globe as the largest spiritual knowledge source on Hinduism is spiritually governed with the life positive, all-inclusive, universal policies sourced from Hinduism revived by the SPH THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM.
Having enriched and enreached more than one billion individuals over the past 27 years the KAILASA raises the voice to protect Hindus, defend Hindus and preserve the Hindu narrative for the world.
In The Field Of Mind, Psychology, They Are Saying You Observe, Internalize Only 2% Of What Is Happening Around You! If There Are Hundred Pieces Of Information, Introduction:
means visual, sound, you internalize
only two!
The truth of you, the source of you
is not what you hear, but what you
listen!
Where We Are When It Comes To Listening In Our Life?
We really never never listen at all in our life.
When your spouse speaks or when your boss talks to you or when your friend is talking to you. See exactly what you are doing. You are not listening. You are preparing your answer to them. Even before they start talking, you are preparing your answer. That is why your answer never matches their question – because you never heard the question!
At the most you do little stitching and tailoring for that question. Courage to respond spontaneously, to respond to all the situations and patience to listen is called practicing right Listening. For practicing right Listening you need right courage. You need to have patience. First thing you need to have courage that you can respond spontaneously and you need to have patience, deep patience.
What Is Listening ?
"Allowing the words to enter in your inner space automatically, letting them cognize without you constantly interfering with your incompletions" , is listening. you have a natural system, natural flow of your being. Your being is not static. Your being is naturally programmed to imbibe, cognize,
internalise. allowing the words to enter into your being naturally & allowing the natural cognition process without you interfering with your incompletions is listening.
Why Should You Listen?
Participating with life without tiredness or boredom, the best way to participate with life without tiredness or boredom is "listening"! Other than listening, any other participation will make you tired and bored.
Understand, the word you listen becomes the source of the words you utter towards you and others. especially the words you listen from the source of the source becomes the source of the words you utter towards you and others!
How To Find Out If You Are Really Listening?
The desperation, the idea you need to defend something, protect something, that aggression, because of that aggression in your inner-space, you go on being active. aggression in your inner-space is you talking to you. Receptivity in your inner-space is you listening to you. You talking to you is always
incompletion. You listening to you is always Completion.
The inability to handle the reality is suffering. The moment you have the ability to handle reality, it is no more suffering. And listening plays a very major role in that. When you don't have listening, you always come to the conclusion before the information is cognized in you.
What Happens When You Listen?
Whenever you associate yourself with the listening component of you, you get into the space of Completion. Whenever you are in the space of Completion, the consciousness in you stops the aggressive componenet talking and that componenet starts relating with you.
Whenever you get into the space of listening, the Lord will speak to you, Bhagawan will speak to you,Bhagavān Paramaśiva speaks to you, the Advaitha Sathya, the truth of Advaitha speaks to you.
What Is Advaita Sathya?
What you experience as you in the deepest corner of you when you are listening to you, not when you are talking to you, but when you are listening to you, what you feel as you. Remove the patterns, remove the thought patterns, remove the root patterns; all this is your aggression towards you. Thought pattern is the speaker, root pattern is the mike. If you remove all that, IN YOUR PURE LISTENING WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE AS YOU, THAT SAME ONLY IS EXPERIENCED AS THEM BY EVERY BEING EXISTING, that is Advaitha Sathya.
Passive Listening Leads You To Complete Completion!
In Sanatana Hindu Dharma, we have one of the very powerful methods called "Ajapa Japa" you listening to you chanting. In Ajapa Japa, the aggressive repetition of the name is not given that awareness, attention, energy support, but the pure listening, you just listening. Actually, when you deeply listen to you, the sound which happens, that is the "Ishta Mantra" for you. Sometimes it can be Shiva or Soham, Humsum. Whatever you listen is your Ishta Mantra. In Ajapa Japa, the chanting or repetition, the aggressive action is not emphasised, but the passive listening is emphasised. The passive listening leads you to Complete Completion. The passive listening is the most powerful Completion!
Align Your Thinking To Authenticity
It is neither difficult nor easy, but you have to do it! It is nothing but tuning yourself to a certain frequency. How tuning or changing a channel is neither difficult nor easy, it is a simple technique; same way, go on tuning your thinking to śraddha, authenticity. Always think about your thinking and align your thinking to authenticity
The Law Of Life: Basic Rule
The passive listening is the most powerful Completion! Keep this as the basic rule, the Law of Life: Whenever your energy is put towards talking to you, whenever your energy is put towards talking to you, you are getting into more and more incompletion. How much ever you talk to you, you will be entering into more and more incompletion. But, the more and more you listen to you, you will enter into more and more Completion. Completion process is not talking to you, but listening to you.
The Role Of Listening
The moment you start talking to somebody, when you don't have listening, you start coming to your own conclusions either by rejecting that person or taking that person as a big threat. Both will lead you to suffering. For Example: If you take some joker as a villain, you will be suffering unnecessarily. If you take the villain as a joker, you are neglecting the great problems and big sufferings will come. To gauge a villain as a villain, a comedian as a comedian, you need listening.
Understand The Power Of Pure Listening
The word is not just the word as you think. It is the power which can change your reality! And when you listen it can become the source material of your reality!
How Will Listening Help You?
Listening out to your mind is "Unclutching". Every day, listening out to your mind before going to sleep is "Completion". Completion is nothing but listening. If you are listening, you will be in the space of Completion. Listen to your physical ailments.
- When you have headache, listen to your head.
- When you have stomach pain, listen to your stomach.
- If you have diabetes, listen to your tiredness.
- If you have blood pressure, listen to your agitation.
Listen to every conflict, every c o n t r a d i c t i o n , e v e r y confrontation you face in the life. When you are in the space of Completion, you will be naturally listening without any struggle or effort.
Bring listening; bring listening into your life. Bring listening to your thinking. Bring listening to your words. Bring listening to others' words. Bring listening to the conflicts you are going through. when you don't listen, your mind will behave with you like a politician. When you listen, your mind will behave with you like an enlightened being. If you listen, your own mind will behave with you like an enlightened being. Your mind will be Guru for you. It will take you away from all sufferings. It will melt down all worries, all sufferings, all conflicts.
Continuously listening without allowing incompletions to interfere your cognition itself leads to completion and the space of enlightenment.

Activity Of The Day Selective Listening
Selective listening is the act of hearing and interpreting only parts of a message that seem relevant to you, while ignoring or devaluing the rest. Often, selective listeners will form arguments before they ' ve heard the full story, making them not only poor listeners, but poor speakers too! To confront this in a group environment , one moderator should compose a list of objects or ideas, all similar in theme. For example: turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, cheese, etc. These are all sandwich components, and most people will recognize this. The list should be relatively long, maybe 15 to 20 words, and have some repeated words. For example: turkey , lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, cheese, ham, lettuce, pickles, onion, olives, lettuce.
The moderator should read this list to the group and allot 30 seconds to have them write down as many words as they can remember. Most people will remember the word that was repeated the most and a notable amount will most likely write down words that were obvious, but not actually stated on the list. For example, bread, sandwich or food.
Step 1 : Identifying Your Teamily
Pick up eleven people in your life. From the beginning, plan to have complete completion with these eleven people. With these eleven people you will not have any incompletion. Choose your teamily with people who are every day working with you, with whom you share your life, with whom you share your house, you share your bed, you share your food, you share your work, you share your office, you share all the moments of your life whether good or bad. So, they don't need to mandatorily belong to the THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM Sangha.
Lap Session 2
The team does not need to be restricted to eleven. But it has to be minimum eleven people. Recommendation is to keep it at least 11 and not more than 21. If you have more than 21, you may lose attention. Recommend to keep it between eleven and twenty-one. You can very well add Swamiji's name to your teamily as well. In the teamily you create, you can have pets. You can even have trees, hills, rivers. Trees, hills, rivers, pets are energetic enough, conscious enough spirited enough to respond to you. So a river, or a mountain or a pet or a tree can be added into your teamily.
With teamily, whether you interact everyday or don't interact that is not a problem. But the experience of Advaita should be alive, that's all

Completion process is not talking to you but listening to you
Introduction
Introduce to the children about the completion process which comes by listening.
About The Topic:
The completion process is not talking to you but listening to you. Same way, with others the more and more you listen, the more and more you put everyone into the space of completion. The more and more you talk, the more and more you put everyone int the space of incompletion. Whenever you associate yourself with the listening part of you and sit with yourself and listen to you, you enter into more and more completion.
If you complete with your ancestors and for fathers an overpowering restful awareness will happen in you. You can complete with much of your incompletions immediately; you can bring yourself to completion immediately as friendliness. Only when you awaken the friendliness in you, completion with others becomes reality. When completion comes in what you are, you feel you are responsible for the whole universe. When completion comes through the context of your life, you feel like enriching the whole world. Brings completion on your vaak, completing with vaak, bringing completion to your vaak is what is establishing integrity.

Activity Of The Day Group Storytelling
A good listener should be able to view a discussion as a whole, and not just its most immediate parts. The group storytelling activity is a fun, potentially silly, but incredibly valuable exercise in active listening and comprehension. This activity should have one group moderator, who will deliver the story 's first line. It should be something simple, and open for many possible scenarios, such as, "So the other day, I went to the store."
Each participant in the group is responsible for making up their own contribution to the story, a single sentence that logically continues from the last. Meanwhile, the group moderator should be keeping track of the story on a computer or in a notepad, checking each addition for possible continuity errors.
Most of the time, there will be a few additions that contradict previous parts of the story. The moderator should hold out on identifying these until the full story has been written , and can be read aloud to the group. Then, the group can discuss how these mistakes were made, and what sorts of listening skills they should practice to ensure important information is never forgotten.
