1. Life Solutions Vol 2 - Unfulfillment - Collection
Overview
Nithyanandam everybody. Welcome to the introduction of the eN Vidyalaya program.
What is the eN-Vidyalaya program?
Swamiji has been guiding all of us with knowledge and insights about the inner awakening and flowering of the child that is necessary to make them complete individuals, who will be the citizens of the quantum intelligent civilization, based on consciousness, compassion, creativity and confidence. There by, giving children and families an opportunity to discover Indigo Children.
For that to happen, Swamiji wants us to teach the children Living Enlightenment concepts as the syllabus. You may ask: how the children will grasp such deep rooted concepts and how the teachers will be able to teach the spiritual details to the children. Swamiji mentioned that these concepts were already present in children and it is only over the period of time we forget them. By teaching them these concepts at a young age, we will be able to save the children the emotional and social trauma of dealing with the challenges of life.
These Life solutions concepts are for all the children of god, equally applicable to the children and families in Florida to those on Mount Fujiyama. Not only normal children, this will also help the gifted children, abused children, children with special needs like children with disabilities, children with autism, children with ADHD and for kids with medical conditions like children with cancer, children with diabetes etc.
The life solution concepts are learnt as activities and games for Children so that they free the children the understanding of complicated words but give them a complete understanding of knowing themselves and the people and the world around them. More importantly we have seen significant improvement in child health for those that have attended and assimilated these concepts.
As part of our Children first approach, we have been conducting Teacher training workshops every month since 2007, when we started "Living Enlightenment as syllabus" in our curriculum. The children of ages 4 to 7 are able to directly implement these learnings in their life and transition into new possibilities. The children of ages 8 to 14 are able to get their brain wired by all these and escape the conditioning from parents and society.
Here are some case studies of how the program works on children.
A five year old child was very sick. Due to constant vomiting she was very tired and sleepy. Instead of crying and creating a tantrum, the child told her mother "I accept my body; I accept the vomit; it is ok". The child had a wonderful deep
There was this other six vear old child explaining that the body is like the computer and the CPU gives the energy to the body. However, the virus Ego, is affecting the whole system by stopping the love from transmitting to all parts of the computer.
lt is this deep understanding that evolves a person into the higher consciousness. Children live the moment and are spontaneously able to put their learnings into practice.
All the conventional schools train the child in IQ ( Intelligence Quotient) and now some schools have started to train them in EQ ( Emotional Quotient ). However, we fail to understand the possibility of the moving the child to SQ ( Spiritual Quotient ) and WQ ( Holistic Quotient ); finally leading them to QQ ( Quantum Quotient ). The teachers and parents must take-up the responsibility of educating the child for the child to face the world of possibilities.
With the ever increasing stress and competition in schools and the limitless expectations of parents from their kids, Swamiji has created the eN Vidyalaya program, a weekend school. Children learning these simple yet powerful life solution concepts are easily able meet the challenges of the world.
Regular schools only focus on teaching the child math, science, history, language, music etc. that make the child see in only one dimension. Mainstream education fails to look at the big picture where we are unable to make children the future leaders. They offer many courses for the kids to become toppers but forget to understand that life is all about uniquely exploring and externally manifesting your intrinsic reality. The world is looking for a dynamic personality who can multitask using multiple intelligence in numerous possibilities. In eN Vidyalaya, we are creating the core foundation of emotional and spiritual intelligence, so that the child can build any structure with the tools that they are provided in their schools. We are presenting them multiple possibilities for the future.
How does the eN-Vidyalaya program work?
The eN Vidyalaya program is made up of many segments, like; Life Solution Classes and activities, Yoga, Meditation, Games, performing and creative Arts for children. Vidyalaya means, knowledge of inner self or inner flowering. This program helps each child along with the teacher to flower with overflowing compassion. The program is run for 2 to 3 hrs on any day, preferably weekend for ages 4 to 14 years. Some centers can have 2 groups; group1 – ages 4 to 7 years and group2 - ages 8 to 14 years, while other centers can hold combined classes.
The needs of the classes are very minimal; things like basic paints, Crayon,
We will be giving you the day wise plan for each class so the teacher takes very less time in preparations and focuses more on providing the best possible learning experience to the children. The course ware will contain Life solutions class and activities and Arts for children. Other segments are left to the imagination of the teacher in expanding the horizon or the children.
When we were young we usually have a simple life. We can mould it the way we set the environment around us. Even if one factor is missed then we are conditioned by ideas which change our possibilities indefinitely. We define the entire course as many subtopics which will have further subtopics. Issues faced by the children like Love, compassion, fear, greed, anger, frustration, perversion, abusive language etc. are some of the topics.
We use child-friendly examples like "Love is like sponge and ego is like rock", and the child quickly understands the inner quality of themselves. Talking directly to their mind might be very difficult. When we speak to the inner chatter/ inner space they seem to catch the point much easily. The truth is much deeper than facts. So the facts are only mind based but truth is experience/reality based.
The dynamic changes that we see in the children is when more and more they encourage their friends and appreciate each other's work and they become leaders. They are overflowing in love and directly the cosmos returns results. So when the inner space become more and more responsible they have no other choice but to be leaders in any area they choose to work. Children need to be given immunization vaccine of all the possibilities of pain, fear, guilt etc. We also need to give them the truth to be un-clutched from the beginning.
As a teacher, you have the responsibility of understand and following these lifesolutions so that you can live and inspire the children. We are sure you will enjoy
Introduction: Introduce to the children the new topic of unfulfillment
Goals:
To make the children understand about the topic of unfulfillment.
Click:
By very nature we seek fulfillment in anything we do.
About The Topic
If we are able to truly manage our mind with the understanding that it is our mind that connects thoughts to form shafts of pain and pleasure we can stay in mindfulness. We can stay in awareness and in the present moment. It is our thought process that constantly takes us from past to future and back again and does not allow us to rest in the present moment. When we are in the present moment we can stay out of trouble without fear and desire. We can act without fear and desire. It is the intelligence of the energy that is within and without us that makes it possible for us to live and grow. We live not because of us but in spite of us.
When we act without attachment, there is no consequence of our actions. There is no unfulfillment arising from our actions whether it is eating, drinking, jumping, in any activity that we engage , our being yearns to completely experience the activity and be fully involved in it.
When you are not completely aware and involved in the action you are engaged in, your being remains unfulfilled in that experience. The unfulfilled experience remains inside you and keeps pulling you to do the action again with intensity to fulfill it. Anything that we do and experience intensely and deeply will always leave our system. It will liberate us.

Art of the Day: Building structures using ice cream sticks
Materials Needed: lce cream sticks, glue, paper
Explanation:
Give enough ice cream sticks for everybody. Ask them to stick the ice cream sticks with glue on the paper and make nice structures of their wants.
Key Insight 1
Connect them to the fact when we have the mind which get satisfied with whatever we have we can be in bliss.
Activity Of The Day: Blow Beads Game
Materials Needed: Beads
Explanation
Encourage children to sit in the table, keep enough beads on the table and ask each child to blow with the mouth. Now each child must pick the beads using their hand without touching the other beads while removing the beads if the bead touches other beads their turn is over.
Key Insight 2
This activity needs lots of focus, attention and patience. When we are in now with clear understanding we can be fulfilled.
LESSON: 2
Introduction: Introduce the children to the topic of unfulfillment.
Goals
To make the children understand about that the present is the totality of all past decisions.
Click
Totality of past is our present
About The Topic 2
The totality of all our past decisions is our present moment. Now applying the same logic, the totality of our present decisions will be our future. The problem is that we make most of our decisions unconsciously. That is the reason why we are not able to connect the cause with the effect. We have to flood more awareness, more intelligence, and more consciousness in to our thinking system. In any given moment, the future is pre destined but conditionally. Understand, destiny is not something written in stone. It very much depends on how we choose to respond to every situation life presents to us. Your awareness will give you the intelligence and the courage to change the flow of events in your life. In any given moment, the future is predestined but conditionally. It will be a certain future according to all the totality of events till that time, this is the predestined future. But it is conditional there is an important factor that can and will change it; it is your consciousness, your will.
Time is after all psychological.
Mind will survive as long as you have an idea of future. As long as you have an idea about future, your mind will continue to survive, continue to be alive. If you decide, "Next twelve years I will meditate", be very clear, your mind will be waiting just for the twelve years to pass. So you'll never meditate. You'll be waiting for the twelve years, that's all. Afterwards you may boast, you may just braq around, "Twelve years I 'm waiting. Twelve years I 'm meditating. Your mind will not come back to the present moment.
Assessment 1
- ° What comprises our present moment?
- ゜ What comprises of our future moment?
- . How we take most of our decisions?
- ° What happens when we take decisions unconsciously?
- Which is the best way to connect the cause and effect of our thoughts?
- . Our future is pre destined. Whether it is true or false?
- . Can we alter our pre destined future?
Which will give us the courage to change the flow of events in our life?
Evaluation 1 2
Evaluate their knowledge on the topic by asking the questions related to pasted future.
Conclusion: Change your destiny with your awareness and intelligence.
Art of the Day: Draw a clock which runs backward
Materials Needed: Paper, Pencil (or) Pen (or) Sketch
Explanation 2
Encourage them to draw the picture of the clock with numbers written opposite order as that of a normal clock. Instead of writing 12, 1, 2, 3 -- --- write 12, 11, 10, 9 etc
Key Insight 3
lt is the thought which takes us to past and future and vice versa when we live in present and in now we can live without fear or greed.
Activity of the day- What you really want
Goals 2
To make the child understand about unfulfilled desire, clearly about want and need.
Preparation 1
Give each child the pencil or pen and paper and ask them to write a list of things they wish to have. Repeat it again after 10 days.
Presentation 1
Give each child a pencil or pen and paper and ask them to write a list of things they wish to have and ask them to write it in an order. They can also draw pictures of things if they wish to. Collect the paper from the children with their names and date written clearly. Repeat the same exercise again after 10 days and ask them to write the same list in other paper. Ask them to compare the 1* day list with the list of that of 100 day. Let the children tell whether they have written the same things in the same order in both the list or their list vary. If their both the lists are same, then what they wish to have is a need. If their both the lists are different the things that they wished to have are only wants which changes from time to time and situation to situation.
Key Insight 4
Make the children understand the difference between the want and the need. Whether the wishes are wants or needs.
LESSON: 3
Introduction
Introduce the children about the TPS and about the gap in between the thoughts.
Goals 3
To make the children understand about the TPS and gap in thought and about the totality of our choices.
Click 2
Everything in life is a choice you make
About The Topic 3
If you don't know your past completely you will repeat the same things in the future. If your thoughts per second (TPS) can come down and you know your past as it happened, you won't repeat the same past in the future. All meditation techniques are ways to bring down your TPS so that you can penetrate the time shaft. The gap between two thoughts is one kshana. The thoughts of every person and the rate at which thev come in a person are dependent on that person. Kshana varies from person to person. If a person is restless and gets too many thoughts in a span of one second, his kshana is shorter because the gap between two thought is less. Our action is nothing but the totality of the conscious choices that we continuously make. Whether you want or not, directly or indirectly, you are choosing everything, someone else does not choose. If somebody criticizes you it is your choice to get offended. If somebody praises you, you choose to get flattered. It is you who choose. When someone criticizes you, you can choose not to get offended and you can choose to remain calm and relaxed. All your continuous choices every minutes put together decide your life. Everything in life is a choice your make. While eating we won't concentrate on eating we will think about going for vocation or some other things. If you eat with
awareness automatically you will know the right type and amount of food.
SIT FOR ONE HOUR. ANALYSE THE WRONG KNOWLEDGE, HOW MANY DECISIONS, WRONG DECISIONS YOU MADE JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR PAST CONDITIONINGS. ABOUT PEOPLE, ABOUT SITUATIONS, ABOUT RACES, ABOUT COUNTRIES, ABOUT THINGS. Go back to your house, sit for one hour, analyse the wrong knowledge, how many decisions, wrong decisions you made just because of your past conditionings. About people, about situations, about races, about countries, about different things and then you understood you made a wrong decision, because of wrong knowledge and realized, corrected yourself. Just write ten incidents. You will internalize this truth. Next time when you take any wrong tecision you will remember that you are doing it out of wrong knowledge. You will have remembrance, patience, intelligence to come back to right knowledge.
Assessment 2
- ° What is TPS?
- · When is TPS zero?
- What is kshana?
- · Does kshana is equal for all the people? How will be the kshana when a person is restless? How will be the kshana when a person is calm? What is our action consists of? Who makes a choice in your life?
Art Of The Day: Touch And Feel Art
Materials Needed: Pen (or) Pencil, Paper (or) Sketch, Block or any figure or statue
Explanation 3
Encourage children to touch the given block or figure or statue with eyes closed and draw the image with eyes open. Draw the picture on the paper with pencil or sketch or pen.
Key Insight 5
When we are in present, in now we can exactly replicate the statue in pictorial form. When we are in now we will be fulfilled in whatever we do.
Activity of the day- Wooden Chips:
This illustrates how we relate things, how thoughts affect one another causing a ripple effect.
Activity 1
Arranging wooden chips and seeing the domino effect of all of them falling down when one of the chip is pushed.
Material required: Wooden chips or dominos.
Presentation 2
Gather the class and discuss how the material relates to the topic. The wooden chips or dominos are like thoughts, when we stack them up they are all related like the thoughts in our minds. Arrange the chips close together and discuss how when one thought is there, we should only think of that one thought, let it go and then go on to the next thought. Give each child a stack to arrange, and let them trigger the first one and watch them all fall.
Variation 1
our ego is affected by every emotion, anger, sadness, over excitement, everything. If we are in bliss we will be in peace and joy. A variation of this activity can be that when ego comes in, each thing is like a trigger that goes on and pushes other chips causing them all to fall.
Conclusion 1 2
If we can keep our minds free of thoughts, that would be the best, as having no thoughts gives the ability to use our brain to the maximum which can be awakened.
LESSON: 4
Introduction:
Review the day before topic and introduce of topic of cosmic cause and effect.
Goals 4
To make the child understand about cosmic cause and effect principle.
Click 3
Think good thoughts, do good deeds, feel good.
About The Topic 4
You have been told that you will go to hell if you accumulate sins and to heaven if you gain merits. Society simply uses these concepts to control you through fear of hell and greed of heaven. When you are caught in fear, naturally you are ready to do what society tells you. You are under the control of society. There is no hell or heaven existing physically somewhere. Hell and heaven are psychological states of our mind. When you think good thoughts, when you do good needs, you feel good and you are in heaven, when you think evil, when you act evil, you feel evil, you are in hell. That is all. This is the cosmic cause and effect principle. When you realize that the whole universe is energy, you will understand it is a living existence. The universe of which our solar system is a very small part has constant creative and constant rejunuvation. If you look little deeply, we invite not only the physical diseases but also the accidents as well. The problem is that our thinking is so unconscious we are not able to connect the cause and effect. You are what your intent is .you become what your intent
is. If you create thoughts, words or actions that do not emanate from deep awareness but from a superficial layer then you create unfulfillment that further propels you to fulfill those superficial thoughts, words or actions.
Objectives:
- ゜With which fear society controls us?
- ° With which greed society controls us?
- Who controls us through the concept of hell and heaven?
- · What happens when we are caught in fear? Is hell or heaven physically existing? What is hell and heaven?
- What is cosmic cause and effect principle?
Evaluation 2
Evaluate how well they understood the topic by asking multiple questions.
Conclusion: Hell and Heaven are psychological states of your mind
Art Of The Day:- Group Drawing
Materials Needed: Big chart paper, Sketch (or) Pen (or) Pencil
Explanation 4
Encourage children to do this drawing as group. Spread a big chart paper, divide children into groups. All the children in the group will do drawing in the same chart with sketch pen or pencils.
Key Insight 6
We need open mind to do anything in group. We must learn to be fulfilled by seeing others being happy.
There was a beautiful garden with many trees and varieties of flowers and fruits. Three friends were walking near this garden that had a big wall around it.
One of them climbed the wall and peeped inside.
Characters: friend 1 friend 2 friend 3
Friend 1:
Oh such a beautiful garden. I will enjoy all the fruits.
Friend 2:
climbed up the wall and saw the garden.
Wow it was such a beautiful garden I have to tell my other friend about it, dear friend there is a beautiful garden below, come, I am going in.
Friend 3:
Wow what a beautiful garden 'Let me go down and tell all the people about this beautiful paradise. I will bring them all to enjoy this garden'. An incarnation is someone who comes down to tell his fellowmen about the blissful place that he experienced.
Workshop -2 presentation
Children can do presentation on the topic of cosmic cause and effect.
Goals 5
To make the children understand about the way to come out of daily irritation and about the reaction and response.
Click 4
Trusting our need is powerful
About The Topic 5
There are three interrelated concepts first one is the seed of desire and second one is the engraved memories which is like plant sprouting from the seed of desire and the third one is when we are driven by the desire we execute the action. Engraved memory is hindrance to the fulfillment of our life. We have in ourselves bank of desires which consists of our current desires and borrowed desires. Trusting our needs is powerful. Fulfilling our needs will take away one every negative aspect of our life- continuous irritation. The constant irritation that we carry from morning till night is the gift of our borrowed desires. If our energy, our inner space is centered on our needs we will not be carrying the constant irritation that we carry now. In the whole world there are only two kinds of people, people whose inner space is centered on needs and people whose inner space is centered on borrowed desires. People who inner space is centered on needs live their life in restful awareness. The mind that is based on borrowed desires will be inspired only by fear and greed.
Assessment 3
- 。 What are called as borrowed desires?
- What is called as our needs?
- In what way engraved memories affect us?
- What happens when we trust our needs?
- What happens when our inner space is centered on our needs?
Evaluation 3
Evaluate their knowledge on bank of desires, needs and borrowed desires.
Conclusion:
Life is not a brief candle. It is a bright shining torch. Make it burn as
Art Of The Day: Desire Collage
Materials Needed: Safety scissors, Plain sheet or Chart paper, Glue, Picture book
Explanation 5
Explain to the children that they can cut the pictures which they like from the books and paste it in the chart paper or plain sheet and name the sheet as 'my wants book'.
Key Insight 7
Connect to the children the fact man's inherent nature is fulfillment if we understand this we can be in Bliss.
Activity: of the day Water packets-mind:
This is an illustration of a mind, filled with thoughts and being weighted down with the water of worry and emptying the mind and going beyond.
Activity 2
filling and emptying water packets with water and tub. Materials: Water packets (empty and clean), Water, Tub.
Presentation 3
Get the class together and explain the activity. Show them which object is illustrated by which topic. Mind-water packets and waterworry, negative thoughts and emotions. Demonstrate how to submerge the empty packets and how full and heavy the mind gets when filled with negativity. Then squeezed it out and show how light the mind is, how empty and how able to go beyond. Have them all take turns filling and squeezing the packets and to use this in their own lives by emptying the mind.
Conclusion 2
We are easily able to fill up our minds with so many things that unnecessary and negative thoughts and worries, but of we let go of all that, if we can let go of our minds, we can be light, free and able to go on to great things.
Introduction: Introduce to the children the new topic of reaction or response.
Goals 6
To make the children understand about reaction or response.
Click 5
Respond with awareness instead of reacting.
About The Topic 6
Action can be of two types. It can either be a reaction or it can be a response. When somebody insult you and you become angry. You are immediately reacting out of your past experiences. But a response is totally different from reaction. When someone insults you can first listen to him without immediately reacting. Then you can respond with awareness. You don't react from the past, you are now responding from the present. Let your response be like a pure reflection in a mirror with no judgment, let it come from the freshness of the present. Anything that comes from your past experiences is going to create unfulfillment. Anything from the present liberates . you are not a byproduct of your actions, you are far bigger than your actions.
Objectives
- · What are the two types of action?
- What is a reaction? .
- What is a response?
- Is reaction and response same?
- Which is most appropriate reaction or response?
- When you can respond with awareness?
- When we react out of our past decisions? .
- Are you a byproduct of your actions?
Evaluation:
Give turns for them to express their views and evaluate how will they understood.
Conclusion:-Respond to situations by being in present
Art Of The Day: Sand Drawing
Materials Needed: Sand
Explanation 6
Explain to the children that they have to spread the sand on the floor or table and draw designs in the sand, they can also draw few pictures or figures.
Key Insight 8
Connect them to the fact, our mind is like the sand it is up to us to create positive beautiful designs - actions out of it.
Activity of the Day: Looking into the eyes and saying something nice
Explanation 7
Encourage children to sit in pairs facing each other. Each one must look into the eye of the other person and say good things about that person. Each child will take turns to finish this game.
Key Insight 9
This activity enables each person to see the positive respects of the other person. This enables them to appreciate others and be more open minded, making others happy makes us more fulfilled.
Children can do the depate on the topic of the Reaction versus Response.
LESSON: 7
Introduction 2
Review the day before topic and introduce the children about the intention and action.
Goals 7
To make the children understand about the intension and action and about pointing the same sword inside.
About The Topic 7
Pure action without intention will lead to fulfillment. When the depth of intention is more and the action is less the person is termed as lazy. If the depth of intention and of the action is the same the person is in restless action. If there is no intention but only action he is in purposeless action. When you act in tune with the cosmos, the whole cosmos blesses you. You attract all kinds of positive coincidences around you. That is why when people contribute even a little to the cause of such person they are showered in abundance from all corners. When you understand the purposeless of life you understand the meaning of living. When you do something with intention it is always goal oriented and we will worry about the outcome of that activity. But if you do without intention you will eventually enjoy and understand the life. Just like how love without the purpose is causeless love. Doing without intention is also causeless overflowing of happiness and energy. Understand the meaning of pointing the same sword inside. When you express angry or discontent to somebody, that anger will express negative energy
inside you also. Remember anger is a double edged sword.
Assessment 4
- What happens when there is no intention in our activity?
- Is it good to do activity without intention?
- What happens when you act in tune with the cosmos?
- When you can understand the meaning of life?
- What do we mean by saying pointing the same record inside?
- When we are goal oriented?
What happens when we are goal oriented?
Evaluation 4
Evaluate their knowledge on the topic by asking them to recall any activity they did with intention.
Conclusion 3
Action without intention is mission. When we act with intention we become like machine.
Art of the Day:- Makes Holes and Create Designs
Materials Needed: Incense stick, paper
Explanation 8
Encourage the children to make holes with the incense stick. They have to make holes in the form of designs.
.Inference
Connect them to the fact our mind is like the paper with our positive thinking and openness we can create wonderful life for us. We can be fulfilled with our life.
Goals 8
To make the children understand when we change our belief, we can create innumerable possibilities in life. To make the children understand about unfullfillment
Activity Materials 1
Various rangoli moulds, rangoli powder.
Preparation 2
Explain to the children about the activity of creating various designs with the rangoli powder.
Presentation 4
Give enough places for each of them let them make designs with mould and kolam powder. Give each child one mould and they can observe the designs formed. They can interchange the moulds and make new designs. Now ask them to create designs using their hand with kolam powder, now let them not use their moulds. Now they can create innumerable designs with the hand.
Key Insight 10
Mould is a belief. What we do is we change only our mould -BELIEF to create new situations but we have innumerable possibilities when we do not use our belief. We can create anything when we are open. Each owns their own spontaneous intelligence. If we did not connect to past and be open with spontaneous suggestions we can create wonders.
LESSON: 8
Introduction 3
Review the day before topic and talk about being honest in your inner space and unfulfilled desires.
Goals 9
Make the children understand about being honest in your inner space and unfulfilled desire and talk about taking responsibility of our actions.
Click 6
Be honest in your inner space
About The Topic 8
Accept honor only from the person who has experienced you. Live on the path of rightness conduct, using honest in your inner space. If your follow being honest in your inner space you will always be right and you will never fall in depression. We bother so much about following the law to have the protection from the outer world. Understand, follow being honest in heart you will never fall in to the difficulties and depressions that come from the inner world. The inner world problems are much stronger, more difficult and more dangerous than the outer world problems. When inner world problems happen, immediately you are shaken and you will invite outer world problems. When you protect righteous conduct, it will protect you. When you uphold the cosmic law and live by it, the cosmic law strengthens you. Be honest and true to your own understanding that is more than enough. Nothing happens to you from outside of you. You create whatever happens to you. Most of the time you are not aware and you are not conscious. So you are not able to see yourself doing it. The mind constantly tells you everybody else is responsible for your misery. It always goes on throwing responsibility on somebody else. Be very clear no body expect you in responsible for what you feel, what you do.
Nobody can make you suffer without your silent permission. When you stop blaming others, when you understand that you are responsible for everything you will become more and more aware of every action, every thought of yours.
Assessment:
- ° What is known as righteous conduct?
- What happens when you follow righteous?
- What happens when you don't follow conduct righteous?
- · Who is responsible for one's misery?
- · What happens when we have awareness?
What happens when we take responsibility for our actions and thoughts?
When we get inner world problems?
Evaluation:
Evaluate their language skills by asking them to talk about being honest to inner space.
Conclusion:
Be responsible for your every thought and action, stop blaming others.
Art of the Day: Draw Desire - Guilt cycle
Materials Needed: Pen, Paper, Sketch pen or Pencil
Explanation 9
Encourage each child to draw the desire - guilt cycle. How your desires results in guilt. They can draw in the pictorial form what they mean by the desire-guilt cycle.
Key Insight 11
Our desire which is not mostly our own desires will invariably lead to guilt. We keep on adding our desires list by seeing the society and then feel guilty of desiring them. When we have lots of borrowed desires we can never be fulfilled.

Encourage the children to dip the stone in the different poster colors and color the plain sheet or given picture.
Key Insight 12
Destiny is not something written in stone. It very much depends on how you choose to respond to every situation life present to you.
Explanation 11
Make the children sit in two rows with legs touching each other, each pair from the two rows will be named in numbers. There will two children in number one, there will two children in number two and so on. When number one is called they have to pass all the other children and sit without stamping the other children. If number 7 is called similarly number 7 from each group must pass other and come and sit. Out of the two children in each team whoever comes and sit will be the winner.
Key Insight 13
This activity needs lots of focus, attention and ability to respond immediately without delaying.
LESSON: 10
Introduction: Review the day before topic.
Goals:
To make the children understand about the techniques to overcome unfulfillment.
Click: Reliving to relieve
Reliving to relieve One of the best creative techniques for unfulfillment is re-living. Remember all the incidents in your life, start going backwards from this moment to your childhood days. Reliving is a wonderful way of reliving. When you have had even one glimpse of pure consciousness, no unfulfillment can influence vou. Your frequency becomes much more than the frequency of unfulfillment. Unfulfillment can work on you only as long as you have thoughts. In conscious awareness you go beyond thoughts. So naturally you will start ruling over unfulfillment. Any meditation when done intensely can qive you a glimpse of consciousness, the truth. That is why they shy, meditation is the exposing you film directly to the sun. If the camera shutter opens for one second, whatever is in front of the camera will be recorded on the film. If the shutter is left completely open what will happen if the sun rays directly fall on the film, whatever is recorded will be erased. Understand we cannot get unfulfillment from somebody else. Any unfulfillment can be burnt through remembering the clicks and living life according to the understanding through the clicks. Unfulfillment is nothing but the faith of your fear in it. It is very important to live a life only exhausting unfulfillment and not accumulating more. Only acts of service coming from pure consciousness can be truly effective. If we can genuinely feel the suffering of the rest of humanity and if we work out of compassion to remove their suffering, then it is very good. But we must first have the understanding of this extended consciousness to feel this compassion. Not only that the greatest service that you can do the humanity is to become and divide human beling yourself. Meditation is
the first step for that.
