1. Life Solutions Vol 2 - Intensity, & Leadership & Responsibility - Collection
Overview
Nithyanandam everybody. Welcome to the introduction of the eN Vidyalaya program.
What is the eN-Vidyalaya program?
Swamiji has been guiding all of us with knowledge and insights about the inner awakening and flowering of the child that is necessary to make them complete individuals, who will be the citizens of the quantum intelligent civilization, based on consciousness, compassion, creativity and confidence. There by, giving children and families an opportunity to discover Indigo Children.
For that to happen, Swamiji wants us to teach the children Living Enlightenment concepts as the svllabus. You mav ask: how the children will grasp such deep rooted concepts and how the teachers will be able to teach the spiritual details to the children. Swamiii mentioned that these concepts were already present in children and it is only over the period of time we forget them. By teaching them these concepts at a yound age, we will be able to save the children the emotional and social trauma of dealing with the challenges of life.
These Life solutions concepts are for all the children of god, equally applicable to the children and families in Florida to those on Mount Fuiivama. Not only normal children, this will also help the gifted children, abused children, children with special needs like children with disabilities, children with autism, children with ADHD and for kids with medical conditions like children with cancer, children with diabetes etc.
The life solution concepts are learnt as activities and games for Children so that they free the children the understanding of complicated words but give them a complete understanding of knowing themselves and the people and the world around them. More importantly we have seen significant improvement in child health for those that have attended and assimilated these concepts.
As part of our Children first approach, we have been conducting Teacher training workshops every month since 2007, when we started "Living Enlightenment as syllabus" in our curriculum. The children of ages 4 to 7 are able to directly implement these learnings in their life and transition into new possibilities. The children of ages 8 to 14 are able to get their brain wired by all these and escape the conditioning from parents and society.
Here are some case studies of how the program works on children.
A five year old child was very sick. Due to constant vomiting she was very tired and sleepy. Instead of crying and creating a tantrum, the child told her mother "I accept my body; I accept the vomit; it is ok". The child had a wonderful deep
There was this other six vear old child explaining that the body is like the computer and the CPU gives the energy to the body. However, the virus Ego, is affecting the whole system by stopping the love from transmitting to all parts of the computer.
It is this deep understanding that evolves a person into the higher consciousness. Children live the moment and are spontaneously able to put their learnings into practice.
All the conventional schools train the child in IQ ( Intelligence Quotient) and now some schools have started to train them in EQ ( Emotional Quotient ). However, we fail to understand the possibility of the moving the child to SQ ( Spiritual Quotient ) and WQ ( Holistic Quotient ); finally leading them to QQ ( Quantum Quotient ). The teachers and parents must take-up the responsibility of educating the child for the child to face the world of possibilities.
With the ever increasing stress and competition in schools and the limitless expectations of parents from their kids, Swamiji has created the eN Vidyalaya program, a weekend school. Children learning these simple yet powerful life solution concepts are easily able meet the challenges of the world.
Reqular schools only focus on teaching the child math, science, history, language, music etc, that make the child see in only one dimension. Mainstream education fails to look at the big picture where we are unable to make children the future leaders. They offer many courses for the kids to become toppers but forget to understand that life is all about uniquely exploring and externally manifesting your intrinsic reality. The world is looking for a dynamic personality who can multitask using multiple intelligence in numerous possibilities. In eN Vidyalaya, we are creating the core foundation of emotional and spiritual intelligence, so that the child can build any structure with the tools that they are provided in their schools. We are presenting them multiple possibilities for the future.
How does the eN-Vidyalaya program work?
The eN Vidyalaya program is made up of many segments, like; Life Solution Classes and activities, Yoga, Meditation, Games, performing and creative Arts for children. Vidyalaya means, knowledge of inner self or inner flowering. This program helps each child along with the teacher to flower with overflowing compassion. The program is run for 2 to 3 hrs on any day, preferably weekend for ages 4 to 14 years. Some centers can have 2 groups; group1 – ages 4 to 7 years and group2 - ages 8 to 14 years, while other centers can hold combined classes.
The needs of the classes are very minimal; things like basic paints, Crayon,
We will be giving vou the day wise plan for each class so the teacher takes very less time in preparations and focuses more on providing the best possible learning experience to the children. The course ware will contain Life solutions class and activities and Arts for children. Other segments are left to the imagination of the teacher in expanding the horizon or the children.
When we were young we usually have a simple life. We can mould it the way we set the environment around us. Even if one factor is missed then we are conditioned by ideas which change our possibilities indefinitely. We define the entire course as many subtopics which will have further subtopics. Issues faced by the children like Love, compassion, fear, greed, anger, frustration, perversion, abusive language etc. are some of the topics.
We use child-friendly examples like "Love is like sponge and ego is like rock". and the child quickly understands the inner quality of themselves. Talking directly to their mind might be very difficult. When we speak to the inner chatter/ inner space they seem to catch the point much easily. The truth is much deeper than facts. So the facts are only mind based but truth is experience/reality based.
The dynamic changes that we see in the children is when more and more they encourage their friends and appreciate each other's work and they become leaders. They are overflowing in love and directly the cosmos returns results. So when the inner space become more and more responsible they have no other choice but to be leaders in any area they choose to work. Children need to be given immunization vaccine of all the possibilities of pain. fear, quilt etc. We also need to give them the truth to be un-clutched from the beginning.
As a teacher, you have the responsibility of understand and following these lifesolutions so that you can live and inspire the children. We are sure you will enjoy
LESSON: 1
Introduction: Introduce the topic of Intensity to the child.
Goals: To make the child understand about what is intensity.
Click: Intensity is intensely being inside you.
About The Topic 1
Whether we lead or whether we follow, in order to be fulfilled in whatever we do, we need to be intense. Only when the urge becomes urgent, when the question becomes a quest, does the ultimate happen.
The deep dissatisfaction about what is there in the Inner space is what is called intensity. Your dissatisfaction which is now directed towards the outer world, has to turn towards the inner world and only then it will lead to satisfaction. If your consciousness is constantly moving towards the outer world, it is called restlessness. If it is moving towards the inner world, it is called intensity.
Intensity is not an emotion. It is like heat. The part of intensity that melts and comes out can be called emotion. The side effect of intensity is emotion. Intensity should become a quality.
If you are talking, let the intensity be there. In your relationships, in your decisions, in your memory, in your thinking, in your desires, even in your fear, be intense without escaping from that moment. That is what is called as intensity.
Intensity means radiating the energy that does not create any conflict

About The Topic 1 2
Look at the Oyster, it is waiting for the rain water to make the pearl. When the rain water falls, she just carries the rain water into her womb and goes down into the ocean. The process happens on the rain water and the pearl reacts.
The Oyster will be waiting with the mouth wide open on the waters of the ocean. She will be just waiting for the rain water. She cannot take the salt water and make the pearl. She needs pure rain water. The moment one drop of rain water falls on her immediately she will go into the deepest layer of the ocean and she will start doing the process. She will come out with the pearl . Intensity is integrity. Usually intensity leads to solid feelings. You may be intense but you may have lost the ability to flower or you may be flowing but may have lost the intensity.
You may be intense but you may have lost the ability to flow, because you are driven by your ego. You are determined to achieve what you want but you have your own rigid idea how to get there. The other possibility is that you may be flowing but may have lost the intensity. This is the case with people who have no facts, and waste their energies getting distracted by anything that comes by. Intensity is integrity and focus. Intensity with intearity and focus is called burning intensity.

LESSON: 3
Introduction:
Reiterate the before topic and introduce about Becoming vs Being.
Goals:
To make the child understand about Becoming vs Being and the healing touch.
About the topic:
When you are intense, you just are, you don't need to become, vou iust need to be.
We know so many ways of becoming. Becoming is totally different from being. All our knowledge is all about becoming. Becoming is directly related to the mind. Being is directly related to your nature. Becoming is related to society, being is related to you. We know only how to become something. We forgot an important factor, how to be. Because our inner space has become too much corrupted with the concept of becoming. we lost touch with the idea of being. We lost touch with our very truth which is being.
If you can experience your being at least for one moment, so many negative things that you accumulated when you wanted to become will be washed away. Even becoming something will be a great success if you start after experiencing being.
'Being is intensity' - being is complete, total, integrated, expressing your full energy.
Your anger is hypocritical. You just choose whether to express your anger or not. Your anger is also directly related to your logic.
When your logic manages your anger, you will have new problems. First you unnecessarily show your anger when it is not necessary. Second,
even when you are not expressing, you will be suppressing. Suppressing and expressing both are not going to help. If everyone you can just be without moving your body, without co-operating with your emotion, you will be liberated from that emotion.
.
Assessment 1
- Being and becoming are same or different?
- Which is needed being or becoming?
- All our knowledge is all about being or becoming?
- Which is related to your free nature?
- Which is related to the society?

-
- Whv we have lost touch from the very truth? When all our stored negative things will be washed away? Your anger is directly related to what? When our logic manages our anger what will happen? Suppressing anger is good or bad? Expressing anger is good or bad?
Evaluation:
Evaluate how well they understood the topic by asking multiple questions.

LESSON: 4
Introduction: Introduce to the children the concept of living intensely.
Goals:
To make the child understand about living intensely Click of the topic:
About The Topic 1 3
You cannot feel fulfilled by offering sense pleasures to the senses. Living intensely does not mean fulfilling your senses. Pairing pleasures into your senses or living as you wanted. Be intense, eat intensely. When you are eating, only eat. When you are sleeping, just sleep. When you are drinking, only drink. When you are making merry, just be merry. When you live intensely, automatically you will be liberated. If you really want to experience life, if you really want to know the ultimate mystery of existence, then the way into it is intensity. Intense in whatever you do. Let you dissolve in it. Do not be partial, be integrated in yourself. If you dance, dance so totally that you become the dance. There will be no dancer remaining then, only the dancer remains. When the ego dissolves, the false sense of identity disappears and you can see the flow of the intelligent and total energy of existence through you. We can achieve bliss when we have intensity in our action, intensity in every moment. --
ntensity decides age. What matters is not the quantity of life, but the quality, the intensity of living.

An interest can be lost, but never the intensity. Interest comes from the mind. Intensity comes from the being. After a while, may be short or long, you can get fed up with your own interest , with intensity, it is a thirst of your being. It transcends the rationale of your logic. Intensity is a call from deep within. The more you have to wait for it, the more the thirst grows, the more the fire flares up.
See the difference between light and laser, both are made up of the same light rays but the single pointed intense focus of the laser comes from the coherence and the common frequency of the light rays.
The power of this intensity is what qives the laser the tremendous power to even burn a hole through metal. Live intensely in the moment and taste the real life. Else you are not living.

When we analyse from which 'G' level we have our ambition we get a clear picture of what we are. When we understand we can clearly upgrade us to the higher 'G'levels.
LESSON: 6
Introduction:
Introduce the children about the Intensity and four states of consciousness.
Goals:
To make the child understand about the intensity and four states of consciousness.
Click of the topic:
About the topic:
There are four states of consciousness, when you have 'I' consciousness and thoughts, you are in the waking state, the state in which you are right now. In this state, 'I' has more frequency than your thoughts. So you can control your thoughts.
When you are without I consciousness but having thoughts, you are in the dream state. In the dream state, your thoughts are at a higher frequency than your 'I' consciousness. That is why you have thoughts in your dreams but you are not able to control them.
When you are without 'I' consciousness and not having any thoughts, you are in the deep sleep state. Normally we are aware of only these three states of waking, dream and deep sleep.
The fourth state is where you have I consciousness but no thoughts.
Intensity means being intense every moment in whatever you do. So first you need to be aware of yourself in all the states. The only you can be intense throughout.

Intensely, the whole conscious inner space was ready. This is the reason just a small inspiration will lead to the unique experience. Intensity is the ultimate technique.
Be intense in whatever you do, whether you eat, sing, dance, pray or work be completely into that, in the moment.
Intensity is enlightenment. As of now some part of you is intense while some part of you is lazy. Intensity is the sword with which you can break the mind. Intensity is a strong intention to wake up, the strong intention for fulfillment. Live intensely in the moment. When you eat, intensely eat, let your whole attention and energy be on the food. Enjoy the food with all your senses. If you are drinking water, drink it intensely, become the thirst. Feel the coolness of water going into your mouth.
Your intensity is the only thing that decides when your object of seeking will happen. If the intensity is total, it will happen that moment.
If the intensity is not integrated and total, it will take more time because the intensity has to gain strength in that time. Intensity does not depend on the nature of the work or action.
Assessment 3
- . When all we need intensity?
- 。 Can we eat intensely?
- 。 Does nature of work effect intensity?
- Does nature of action affect intensity? .

Introduce the children about social service and intensity of Buddha.
Goals:
To make the child understand about social service and intensity of Buddha.
Click of the topic:
About The Topic 1 5
Be very clear if you want to really serve the society, the first thing you need is intensity in vour purpose. Doing some social service should be like over flowing. You feel so full, you feel there is nothing more to be done , think I have so much of time, let me do some service to society, it is beautiful. Then it will lead you to happiness.
Some people don't feel relaxed within themselves, they can't sit quietly. There is so much of restlessness within them that they just want to do catharsis in some way. People with this type of attitude, even if they do some service they will be only putting their ego in front. They will only be torturing others. They will not be serving others. Be very clear, many times you start doing things just for the sake of service, not feeling. You don't feel what you are doing, you don't feel the need of the other person. Service should be overflowing out of your being. It should never be done for some other purpose.
Buddha the enlightened master whatever he decided to follow, he did with complete, unwavering intensity. Whatever you may seek, integrate you
energies completely and go for it. You with then see the universe open up to you completely.

About The Topic 1 6
Leadership is a result of a conscious choice made by an individual. Most of the people achieve the status of a leader but not the state. State is totally different from status. Status comes from the society. When you are forced to take responsibility or if you take the responsibility out of greed the status comes.
State means your inner space should be mature enough to handle the responsibility. When we just get the status without achieving the state, all the problems like stress, tension will arise. Status will simply follow a man who has achieved the state of a leader. The invaluable feeling of fulfillment happens to beings who achieve the leader consciousness. A responsible leader is a person who is able to respond spontaneously to situations. A true leader is a person who is ready to take responsibility consciously. If we take our decisions consciously, we will never have any stress.

Recall the yesterday's topic and introduce the topic of productivity, effect of engraved memories of intuition.
Goals 5
To make the children understand about the concept of productivity and understand about how engraved memories interfere with our decision making process.
Click: Engraved memories
About The Topic 1 7
Productivity can be measured as productivity = output/input
Productivity can be enhanced without the side effects of stress. If we look at the mind, at a conscious level. there are thoughts and perceptions which are accumulated in our mind. But at the unconscious level there are whole ranges of emotions and experiences called engraved memories. Engraved memories interferes with the decision making process. Whether we believe it or not or accept it or not, there is something called intuition. We say intuition is a gift, because when we practice it we will know to use it when required.
If your unconscious is loaded with engraved memories, if your unconscious is restless you will be at the instinct level like animals. The next level is intellect level, you are conscious but you don't have enough enthusiasm. The next level is intuition. Intuition is something which happens to you beyond your intellect, spontaneous intelligence. Suddenly u know that this is the right thing to do as your heart believes in it very
strongly. Fantasy/ day dreaming is what the mind wants to happen which can never be intuition.
Assessment 5
- . What is called engraved memories?
- 。 In which level we have engraved memories?
- 。 Do engraved memories have positive effect on us?
- What is being in instinct level?

- When we can make correct decisions with intuition?
- In which level we will be very energetic? How is day dreaming different from intuition?
Evaluation 4
Ask the children their experiences about whether any time their intuition has become real.
Conclusion 3
Being a true leader is to be able to function from the plane of intuition rather than logic (mind). To have complete clarity in decision making and thus to make decisions and execute efficiently, accurately and in a stress free spontaneous way.

About The Topic 1 9
When you stand up with responsibility, energy will automatically flood you. Feeling that you are responsible is the greatest quality. Ego is different from responsibility. When you feel responsible, you will take the initiative, you will not feel egoistic. Only when you think that you would have done better than the other person, will ego come in the play. Being responsible does not mean becoming serious. Sincerity is different from seriousness. When you are sincere you understand about life and you are able to approach life with a youthful enthusiasm with spontaneity and innocence. Seriousness is only ego shadowing the responsibility. In our youth life, the problems of early childhood appear comical. In our old age, the problems of youth life become comical.

There was once a great war between two countries.
The war had been going on for sometime and the soldiers were starting to feel tired of the long battle.
On a hot afternoon, a man in civilian clothes was riding past a small group of tired soldiers digging a huge pit. The group leader was shouting orders and threatening punishment if the work was not completed within the hours.
The man riding the horse stopped and asked the leader.
Man riding the horse: Sir why are you only shouting Order? Why can't you help them yourself?
Group Leader
What do you mean? I am the leader. The men do as I tell them. If you feel so strongly about helping them, you are welcome to do by yourself.
Man riding the horse got down from his horse and started walking up to the soldiers at work. The man took up the tools and started helping the soldiers and worked with them till the job was finished. Before leaving the man congratulated the soldiers for their work. He approached the group leader and said.
Man Riding Horse
Next time your status prevents you from supporting your people, you should inform your higher authorities and I will provide a more permanent solution.
The group leader was now completely surprised. Only now he looked closely at the man-and realized that the man was the army general.
Leader must have honesty and responsibility caring genuinely about people.

Responsibility is one of ways to consciously grow.
About The Topic 1 10
Whatever responsibility we take upon ourselves we feel that our inner space expands and enerqy flows through us. If you feel responsible for whatever is happening around you, you suddenly become a leader. Responsibility is one of ways to consciously grow. We only need to do two things, one thing is to trust that life is good and expand and another thing is that when expansion happens, just hold on and have patience during the transformation process. Working out of overflowing responsibility instead of creed or fear gives us immense peace and joy. Most of us wait for the status to come in order to take up the responsibility. Be clear, only if you take up the responsibility status will come.
