1. Life Solutions Vol 2 - Innocent & You Are Intelligence - Collection
Overview
Nithyanandam everybody. Welcome to the introduction of the eN Vidyalaya program.
What is the eN-Vidyalaya program?
Swamiji has been guiding all of us with knowledge and insights about the inner awakening and flowering of the child that is necessary to make them complete individuals, who will be the citizens of the quantum intelligent civilization, based on consciousness, compassion, creativity and confidence. There by, giving children and families an opportunity to discover Indigo Children.
For that to happen, Swamiji wants us to teach the children Living Enlightenment concepts as the svllabus. You may ask; how the children will grasp such deep rooted concepts and how the teachers will be able to teach the spiritual details to the children. Swamiji mentioned that these concepts were already present in children and it is only over the period of time we forget them. By teaching them these concepts at a young age, we will be able to save the children the emotional and social trauma of dealing with the challenges of life.
These Life solutions concepts are for all the children of god, equally applicable to the children and families in Florida to those on Mount Fujiyama. Not only normal children, this will also help the gifted children, abused children, children with special needs like children with disabilities, children with autism, children with ADHD and for kids with medical conditions like children with cancer, children with diabetes etc.
The life solution concepts are learnt as activities and games for Children so that they free the children the understanding of complicated words but give them a complete understanding of knowing themselves and the people and the world around them. More importantly we have seen significant improvement in child health for those that have attended and assimilated these concepts.
As part of our Children first approach, we have been conducting Teacher training workshops every month since 2007, when we started "Living Enlightenment as syllabus" in our curriculum. The children of ages 4 to 7 are able to directly implement these learnings in their life and transition into new possibilities. The children of ages 8 to 14 are able to get their brain wired by all these and escape the conditioning from parents and society.
Here are some case studies of how the program works on children.
A five year old child was very sick. Due to constant vomiting she was very tired and sleepy. Instead of crying and creating a tantrum, the child told her mother "I accept my body; I accept the vomit; it is ok". The child had a wonderful deep
There was this other six year old child explaining that the body is like the computer and the CPU gives the energy to the body. However, the virus Ego, is affecting the whole system by stopping the love from transmitting to all parts of the computer.
lt is this deep understanding that evolves a person into the higher consciousness. Children live the moment and are spontaneously able to put their learnings into practice.
All the conventional schools train the child in IQ ( Intelligence Quotient) and now some schools have started to train them in EQ ( Emotional Quotient ). However, we fail to understand the possibility of the moving the child to SQ ( Spiritual Quotient ) and WQ ( Holistic Quotient ); finally leading them to QQ ( Quantum Quotient ). The teachers and parents must take-up the responsibility of educating the child for the child to face the world of possibilities.
With the ever increasing stress and competition in schools and the limitless expectations of parents from their kids, Swamiji has created the eN Vidyalaya program, a weekend school. Children learning these simple yet powerful life solution concepts are easily able meet the challenges of the world.
Regular schools only focus on teaching the child math, science, history, language, music etc, that make the child see in only one dimension. Mainstream education fails to look at the big picture where we are unable to make children the future leaders. They offer many courses for the kids to become toppers but forget to understand that life is all about uniquely exploring and externally manifesting your intrinsic reality. The world is looking for a dynamic personality who can multitask using multiple intelligence in numerous possibilities. In eN Vidyalaya, we are creating the core foundation of emotional and spiritual intelligence, so that the child can build any structure with the tools that they are provided in their schools. We are presenting them multiple possibilities for the future.
How does the eN-Vidyalaya program work?
The eN Vidyalaya program is made up of many segments, like; Life Solution Classes and activities, Yoga, Meditation, Games, performing and creative Arts for children. Vidyalaya means, knowledge of inner self or inner flowering. This program helps each child along with the teacher to flower with overflowing compassion. The program is run for 2 to 3 hrs on any day, preferably weekend for ages 4 to 14 years. Some centers can have 2 groups; group1 - ages 4 to 7 years and group2 - ages 8 to 14 years, while other centers can hold combined classes.
The needs of the classes are very minimal; things like basic paints, Crayon,
We will be giving you the day wise plan for each class so the teacher takes very less time in preparations and focuses more on providing the best possible learning experience to the children. The course ware will contain Life solutions class and activities and Arts for children. Other segments are left to the imagination of the teacher in expanding the horizon or the children.
When we were young we usually have a simple life. We can mould it the way we set the environment around us. Even if one factor is missed then we are conditioned by ideas which change our possibilities indefinitely. We define the entire course as many subtopics which will have further subtopics. Issues faced by the children like Love, compassion, fear, greed, anger, frustration, perversion, abusive language etc. are some of the topics.
We use child-friendly examples like "Love is like sponge and ego is like rock", and the child quickly understands the inner quality of themselves. Talking directly to their mind might be very difficult. When we speak to the inner chatter/ inner space they seem to catch the point much easily. The truth is much deeper than facts. So the facts are only mind based but truth is experience/reality based.
The dynamic changes that we see in the children is when more and more they encourage their friends and appreciate each other's work and they become leaders. They are overflowing in love and directly the cosmos returns results. So when the inner space become more and more responsible they have no other choice but to be leaders in any area they choose to work. Children need to be given immunization vaccine of all the possibilities of pain, fear, quilt etc. We also need to give them the truth to be un-clutched from the beginning.
As a teacher, you have the responsibility of understand and following these lifesolutions so that you can live and inspire the children. We are sure you will enjoy
Introduction: Introduce To The Children About The Topic Of Innocence
Goals:
To make the children understand about the concept of innocence.
About The Topic
Constantly, we are asked to be good, to be pure, and to be innocent , the idea of innocence is forced upon us, constantly we are taught by society, by moralists, that something is right, something is wrong, constantly we are taught the idea of good & bad, something is innocent & something is corrupted, we are forced to practice something that is good or what society thinks is good.
Life is totally different, what society believes is different from what life is Innocence means purity of the inner space not being affected by thoughts or engraved memories then if you are not expressing your emotions like anger greed & lust. if they are present in your inner space you are not as yet a total & innocent person. On the other hand if you express your anger lust & greed but nothing touches your inner space & you live like an innocent child then be very clear, you are a pure being. Innocence is directly related to the inner space it is no way related to the outer world. unless you are with out logic or tired of logic you cannot be ready for transformation. Logic cannot help you understand even your own life. logic does not allow you to be simple & innocent .only when there is no logic there can be innocence .
Innocence is the space for transformation to happen. There is so much freshness behind innocence. Life becomes an unfolding mystery every moment with it. That is the truth. Life is an ever unfolding mystery. It is the mind that typecasts it. The mind always wants life on its own specific terms. Innocence embraces life with life's own terms. With the mind, life does not find a gate to enter with its mysteries. With innocence, life is welcomed to share its mysteries. Innocence trusts. Innocence does not worry about being exploited. There are three ways to ask a question. You can ask out of innocence, or you can ask out of knowledge to show that you too know, and third, you can ask to confirm that what you know is correct. When you ask out of innocence, you are completely ready to receive the answer. When you ask out of knowledge, you can completely miss the answer. When you ask for confirmation, you simply resist the answer.
Objectives
- How does our society condition us
- · Does our life is the same way as the society tell us?
- · What is innocence
- . Innocence is related to outer space or inner space
- _ When there will be innocence
- 。 Can innocence so with logic?
Can a logical person be innocent
Evaluation 1
Evaluate their knowledge of the topic for asking about to speak about their innocence
Conclusion:
Art of the day: Draw past, present and future
Materials needed: Plain sheet, pencil or sketch pen
Explanation:
Encourage the children to draw their ideas of past, present and future in pictorial format. Ask children to explain to their friends what they have drawn.

Whoever not standing in the group or standing with other group or not standing on the news paper will be out of the game.
Key Insight 1
This activity needs lots of co-ordination and focus and ability to respond immediately. When we drop our cunningness we can become more spontaneous.
Introduction
Review the day before topic and introduce to the children to remain empty
Goals
To make the children understand about remaining empty
About The Topic
Openness is emptiness. Let not knowledge fill you. knowledge is but a mere tool , not your substance . Reject all knowledge as not this , reject means don't settle for any intermediate knowledge except the ultimate truth. We may know many things, but the knowing should not dull us in any way. We should remain empty in spirit always. If you just look at life without any opinions, without any words or description, without any fixed ideas, then you can receive everything because you hold nothing, because you are empty. Present is an unfolding miracle and mystery of Existence. We try to grasp it, with the net of knowledge.
That is the motivation for knowledge. But it can never happen! The unknown can never be trapped with the known. The unknown can be known only by surrendering to it. That surrender is what is called intelligence! Intelligence recognizes the mystery of the present moment and surrenders to it joyfully. That joy is the joy of innocence. Knowledge on the other hand denies the mystery of the present moment. It tries to ascertain it every minute and the present can never be ascertained. So you continuously remain with what is called 'fear of the unknown'. Through knowledge, you somehow try to escape from the 'not-knowing' of the moment. To the ego, notknowing means being nothing.
It cannot handle being nothing. But innocence is being nothing and enjoying the present! The present is an unopened gift. But
knowledge robs it of its suspense. Belief, is nothing but an individual and independent interpretation of something. There is no need to instill any belief into a child.
A child can remain free to have its own interpretation. The unconscious response becomes your 'instinct'. The very experience of anything around you, happens only through instinct, not as it is. And because of this, you cannot know anything as it is. You can know it only through your knowledge. That is why we say, knowledge is a hindrance to knowing. Once knowledge solidifies in the being there is no space left for experiencing. There is scope only for replay of knowledge. Everything becomes a reflection of some past knowledge or some past conclusion. The future becomes a continuation of the past patterns and experiences. Existence is not a continuation of anything.
It is fresh every minute. So it is not possible to know anything. The mind is constantly looking for activity you go behind belief. We base our whole life on beliefs. Because of this we are immersed in activity, but not action. Activity needs constant fuelling through beliefs. Activity cannot afford to stop. It if stops, the mind falls into depression. Action happens as and when required and stops. Activity happens out of belief. Action happens out of understanding. Activity causes fatigue while action creates energy and inspiration.
What you need is action, not activity. Just understand that belief is nothing but your own understanding of something and not the truth. In any given situation, four different people can conclude differently with four different beliefs. There is no absolute reality in belief. It is merely an individual perception. But innocence keeps the perception open. That is the beauty of it. It doesn't conclude and close the doors on anything. There are innumerable interpretations to
anything. Not holding onto any one interpretation is the essence of innocence. Then the spirit is kept alive.

Activity of the day; Hula Hoop Game
Materials needed: Strong hula hoop
Explanation:
Encourage children to form groups. Give each child in the group to hold the hula hoop and all the children must sit holding the hoop at the same time and stand up similarly holding the hoop, they can also hold the loop with one hands and do this activity.
Inference:
This activity needs co-ordination and co-operation among the team members.
Workshop 1: I Am A Possibility In Myself
Explanation
Ask the children to tell how many times they receive the virus of conditioning what all things they have been conditioned. How they feel when they are conditioned for something. For example, if you get wet you will catch cold, eating orange makes sore throat etc.
Key Insight 3
We are a possibility in ourselves when conditioning wires attacks as we have to overcome it with might understanding. Everybody must understand we are a possibility in ourselves. It is our mind set up which leads to problems. If we think everything positive only positive things will happen. Conditioning cannot affect us in on way.
Introduction
Review the day before topic and introduce to them "silence is the space of unlearning & grasping with innocence.
Goals
To make the children understand about silence is the space of unlearning & learning.
About The Topic
In silence there is innocence. In words there is intellect. Intellect can never receive the truth, only innocence can just be with innocence that is enough. Silence bridges the gap that words create. Silence is the space of transformation into fresh learning. In silence you are open and in those moments you are innocent. The inner silence is the treasure zone. In silence there is no need or fear. Innocence is a delicate fragrance while knowledge is a strong filter. That is the difference. The fragrance of innocence draws the whole world to you. The filter of knowledge prevents many things from coming to you .we are in a great hurry all the time, because there is too much knowledge to gather When you are with innocence you simply enjoy the moment.
Innocence grasps the moment while knowledge misses it. Knowledge knows only purpose while innocence knows the beauty of purposelessness. Children lose their innocence to the conditioning that they receive in the name of "how to be clever". Knowledge is a tool . It doesn't directly lead to intelligence. It is just a tool . As long as we use it as a powerful tool where needed, it is good. on the other hand, innocence leads directly to pure intelligence. Innocence grasps dimensions that cleverness misses.
Innocence may miss the facts but it catches the truths, when cleverness combines with innocence, it becomes a rare combination of intelligence. Knowledge that is not yet experience is not your own. lt is borrowed. Knowing is different from knowledge. Knowing is innocence. It is an understanding that has become your own experience. Work so that everything becomes a deep experience in you. You will then be a simple person. Simplicity is weightless. It will never weigh you down and hinder further learning. It is just aid in the flowering of innocence, that's all. What innocence grasps one may not ever be able to express, because it is an understanding beyond words.
●
Objectives
- . What is intellect?
- 。 What is innocence?
- What is there is silence -innocence or intellect.
- What bridges the gap that words create.
- What is the difference between innocence & intelligence.

Innocence grasps dimensions that cleverness misses. Innocence may miss facts but it catches the truth.
Activity of the day;- Hide and seek game.
Explanation:
In this game of hide and seek, one child counts to a certain numbers while all the other children hide. As the end of the count, the child who counts says,
"Ready or not", here I come and seeks out the hiders.
Cunningness is a pure hide and seek game, you play with yourself. Societal conditioning causes the innocence in the intelligence to take the turn in to cunningness.
Introduction
Introduce to the children about being vulnerable and review the yesterday topic.
Goals
To make the children understand about the concept of being vulnerable and surrendering with trust.
About The Topic
When you are innocent, you are vulnerable to everything that existence wants to teach you. If you are closed, you create a wall around you. Vulnerability is breaking the wall and inviting the cool breeze to touch your very being every time it blows .vulnerability is not weakness. The wall when broken will not cause you danger. The entire cosmos comes to you when you are vulnerable. Your reality is your vulnerability and you are so afraid of opening it to the cosmos.
When you are vulnerable, you experience everything at the being level. Life happens with vulnerability .With the head you cannot be vulnerable. With vulnerability you move towards the truth in a different path, in a joyful path because every moment you are receiving directly from existence. Existence is able to give you because you are vulnerable and ready to receive it. When you become vulnerable, you are saying 'yes' to existence. When you say yes to existence your energy starts moving in a new direction. When you started saying yes, you start expressing love, which is the language of the heart. When you are vulnerable you have great trust on the other. When you are vulnerable you are open in your entire response system.
Interpretation:
- When you are vulnerable?
- What is being vulnerable?
- 。 Is it ok to the vulnerable?
- 。 What happens when you say yes?
- 。 How is saying yes connected to vulnerability?
- Is vulnerability a weakness?
- Vulnerability is listening to heart or head?

Activity of the day; Potato gathering activity
Explanation
Draw two circles or keep two hoops away from each other. Place more balls in one circle and keep the other circle empty. Each child has to gather the ball fast from one circle to another carrying only one ball at a time within the given time limit. Whoever gathered the maximum number of balls will be the winner.
Key Insight 6
Being innocent is like functioning from your very consciousness. It is thoughtless awareness. Thoughtless awareness is innocence.

Key Insight 7
Click is the right understanding when we apply the right understanding in the right place, we can solve very difficult, complex problems in our life. We cannot open the door with other door we can only open the door with a key. The key is the right understanding.
Introduction
Introduce to the children about surrendering with trust
Goals
To make the children understand about surrendering with trust
About The Topic
Immense trust leads to surrender. Surrender is simplicity of the heart. When we awaken to the powerful presence of the truth, surrender happens. The trust is absolute and innocent. The trust comes with no reason.
It is only innocence that is capable of taking the leap into trust and surrender. Knowledge looks for reason in everything. Surrender and reason are mutually exclusive, surrender is possible only out of innocence, because out of innocence arises trust.
With Trust Arises Acceptance As Well
Acceptance means welcoming life and all its forms as a wonderful gift from existence. Each person or situation is a fresh happening. Accepting it at a deep level is surrender.
Acceptance is saying yes to the existence. Out of surrender arises deep relaxation. Out of surrender arises a fresh intelligence Trust means continuing to be in action with intelligence instead of intellect. Trust is an attitude. It is not a substitute for appropriate action. The spirit of trust is the essence of the very life. It leads to innocence. surrender, relaxation and bliss.
Surrendering is allowing existence to happen through you. When you are trusting and surrendering it becomes difficult to cheat you. Innocence trust always protects from deceit.
When we come to the present moment we are open and innocent because there is a no mind in the present. For the mind to exist there has to be movement towards the past or the future. In the present moment, there is no past or future.
To be trusting and surrendering is like losing the 'I' and the 'mine'. Ego starts with 'mine' and then move to 'I'. Even before the identity of 'I' set in the mind corners into play.
Surrendering is nothing but merging with existence with no identity of 'I' or 'mine'.
The mind is a direct conflict to the being.
Key Insight 8

Village Chief: I want the small plot which you own and I am ready to pav anv amount of monev.
Farmer: If I sell the land to you, will you drive the sage away once it becomes yours.
Village chief: Why do you call him a saint? Just because he is wearing an orange rope? He must be an ordinary man like as
Farmer: No sir, I have seen many signs of a sage in him. For e.g. I have never seen him getting angry.
The village chief: Tomorrow come to his hut and I will show you how angry he will be. The next day morning the farmer went near the sage's hut and watched A boy apparently sent by the village chief approached the sage The sage was writing something on the palm leaf . The boy went behind him and spat on him. The sage looked back, saw that it was the boy who did it, got up and took a dip in the river and came back and sat. The boy spat again and the sage went and had a dip again. The farmer could not bear to see what was happening. The village chief was standing behind a tree and watching as well. He was surprised at the sage's calmness. Every time the sage returned from the dip, the boy spat on him. Every time the sage smiled at him, got up
and went and dipped.
The boy had spat on the sage for 107 times. He could not bear it any more. He fell at the sage feet and cried.
Boy: Please forgive me. I have sinned. I harassed you in this manner only because I was paid to do so. I am afraid that you might curse me now!
Sage: So you will not spit on me again?
Boy: I would rather die than spitting again.
Sage: Let me tell you a secret. I should actually thank You for this because many years ago I had taken a vow that I would dip hundred and eight times in this sacred river. Today that has been fulfilled. I have to dip one more time to complete the Vow. This time I will pray for you. The sage dipped one more time and when he come out, the village chief was at his feet begging for forgiveness.
Village chief: I am the real sinner. I paid the boy to do this. I wanted to prove that you would get angry.
Sage: Had the boy told me his real mission. I would have got angry quickly and made him to receive his reward.
The village chief became a disciple of the sage.
Introduction
To reiterate day before topic and introduce to the children about dropping cunningness and become spontaneous.
Goals
To make the children understand about dropping cunningness and become spontaneous.
About The Topic
Cunningness is the opposite of intelligence. You can be either cunning or intelligent never both at the same time. Cunningness is also the opposite of vulnerability. When you are cunning, you cannot be vulnerable. When vou are vulnerable, you are pure like a child. A child can be intelligent and innocent at the same time. Overtime his intelligence grows but the innocence invariably takes a turn to become cunningness societal conditioning causes the innocence in the intelligence to take the turn into cunningness. We hold a great responsibility in bringing up children without making them cunning. The problem is that we know only to divide and look . We never know to look as a whole. Cunningness is division. It is a constant calculation. In hinders free and innocent expression.
Innocence is lost when the mind is taught to divide. The danger with cunningness is that it grows roots in many directions and solidifies as the very nature of the individual. The person will not even know he is cunning. Unless you are tired of being cunning, you can't be helped. No technique can help you because your cunningness knows how to escape from every single technique. Cunningness is a pure hide and seek game that you play with yourself. When cunningness dissolves, authenticity and sincerity happens and you will be enlightened. Gossip is a pure expression of cunningness. When you drop
cunningness, spontaneity flowers. Spontaneity is the opposite of calculation.
Intelligence plus innocence is spontaneity. Spontaneity is nothing but a flowering expression of your innocence. With cunningness you lose your innocence. Losing your innocence is like losing your entire life. You can afford to lose anything but not your innocence. When you are spontaneous you are without any conclusions. Intelligence is in the present moment. Conclusion is a foregone thing it is of the past. Existence never repeats patterns.

Workshop - 3
Children can have a quiz on the topic of innocence.
Introduction
Reiterate the day before topic and introduce to the children about Innocence, totality and maturity.
Goals
To make the children understand about Innocence, totality and maturity.
About The Topic
When you came into the world, you came as an innocent infant. You radiated the beauty of your innocence until society gives you the mind. Now, we want to get rid of your mind and become innocent again . The regained innocence is what is called maturity. It is possible to regain it. We have to believe, we were innocent once upon a time. Trust that innocence is still within you. Then it is possible to start radiating it again. This understanding will start the process aqain.
Maturity causes us to live in totality. Totality is functioning out of immense innocence and giving your whole to the moment. There is no options, no judgment, no fragments within you. There is only intense enthusiasm for the moment. The openness to the moment is the innocence. Just one thing is needed to become innocent one again. Don't hide behind false knowledge.
Always feel your natural self at your core with no strain, with no effort or pretensions. Innocence is keeping the consciousness at the level of the heart, not allowing it to settle in the head. The problem of falsity comes because society teaches you to be someone special all the time. There is no need to be someone special all the time. When you drop the mind, you fall into the moment. Maturity is taking a strong decision not to decide vourself any more. It is to awaken to the consciousness within. It is to integrate yourself with honesty. When we regain the innocence, we flower with the understanding that ther
is nothing more priceless than becoming child like again. Innocence is the way to approach life.
Getting the innocence disturbed and working to regain it permanently is the process of maturity. If a child is brought up in love, the innocence of the child is preserved. Then he moves around with his heart not with his head. The beauty of maturity is that it allows you to function as a mature person when required and as a child at all other times. Innocence has a totality about it. This totality is called grace. Being innocent is like functioning from your very consciousness. It is thoughtless awareness. The problem is that we are afraid of losing What society taught us from society we learnt how to build our personality. But our character is different from our personality. Character is real. personality is a built up image.

Intelligence is not something to attain
About The Topic
Intelligence is not something to attain. Every single being is endowed with intelligence. It is an inherent, inborn quality of life; just as fire is hot and ice is cold. Most of us have lost touch with our natural intelligence. That is why we are not able to live life to its fullest potential. We mistake our acquired knowledge as intelligence. From the caterpillar to the chimpanzee, every animal lives its life beautifully using the natural gift of intelligence. By nature, we have all the intelligence in our human body. The difficulty is we strongly believe we are limited. All children are born intelligent. They are so spontaneous and enthusiastic. Undue importance is given to logic and analysis which are activities related to the left side of the brain. Because of this, the right side of the brain which is related to creativity and art is less stimulated. Both the brain need to be balanced. Allow your complete being to simply express itself and you
will see your natural intelligence flowering beautifully.
Illumining your comprehension; means seeing things properly, with a proper light, with awakened vision. Your mind leads you to bondage: your mind leads you to freedom; mind can make anything out of anything. Any situation can be experienced as any situation. It can either enjoy or suffer the same situation. It can experience joy or being defamed in the same situation; It can comprehend pleasure or pain in the same situation. It can make you experience anything out of anything.
Right knowledge, wrong knowledge, imagination, sleep and memory; these five can be the reason for your pleasure or pain, for your anguish or joy, for your peace or restlessness. You can use these five towards anything.
What really needs to happen inside us is the cognitive shift, means your comprehension should be illumined; straightaway able to relate with the truth, without difficulties, complications, torturing; straightaway ability to relate with the truth.
Imagination, same way can lead you to joy or pain, suffering or ecstasv.
Memories which you don't want to cherish, some suffering will raise. You can't even ask, why did it come, and your whole day is gone. Your whole day is gone. Just one wrong awakening; your whole day will be in depression, low mood. Memory is such a powerful thing; it can come up by itself and put you in you in suffering, put you in anguish or peace, put you in bliss or suffering.
Memory means, the ideas, thoughts, imaginations, visualizations collected which is still alive inside your system. One important thing,
if your memory is complete, it won't lead you to suffering, it will lead you to joy. It is not complete. If your memory about your past, if it is complete, you will have knowledge about your future, please understand. I'm not giving you false promise. Stating simple straight truth.
lf your memory about past is clean and pure and complete, you will have a clear idea about your future. Because, your future is nothing but the reproduction of the past in different dimension, that is all. May be, some of the quantity will be different. But, basic structure will be the reproduction of your past. Earlier, you might have had one car in the past; in the future, you may have few cars. But, the future is going to be the reproduction of the past. But the big problem is we don't even have the right idea about our past. We remember our past only after editing.
Your miscomprehension, your wrong idea about the past is responsible for the wrong idea about the future. If you think you are not able to plan your future; be very clear, you don't have a clear vision about the past.
Right knowledge, with right knowledge you don't need to work on it. If
you just allow it to be there, it will lead you to joy. With wrong knowledge you need to work on the content, you need to change the direction. With fantasy, not just changing the direction you have to completely change the very content itself. Sleep, not only content, even the container has to be changed. He is taking us to deeper layers. Fifth is memory, today we will see the fifth modification. I have already explained all the other modifications Today we will see the fifth modification, memory.

Introduction:
Recall yesterday's topic and talk about the driving forces of fear and greed.
Goals
To make the children understand the driving forces of fear and greed and about the measure of intelligence.
About The Topic
When you want something to happen more it is greed, when you are afraid that something will happen, it is fear. Usually we are either driven by greed or fear. The motivation for the child is greed or fear, never inner fulfillment. Understand, if you are living your life based on just seeing what others are doing, you are just wasting your precious life. This is what is called "herd mentality" - joining the rat race because everybody is a part of it. Everyone expresses their individuality and not the connection as a whole; so they always feel the need to be better than someone.
A certain kind of intelligence is needed to be a scientist and another kind of intelligence is needed to be a musician. Intelligence is the ability to respond to a situation or challenge. As the situation differs, the dimension (types) of intelligence that responds to the situation also differs. Everyone is born intelligent; it is just a question of discovering each one's unique dimension of intelligence.
The whole life is empty canvas. The blank canvas. You go on projecting what you believe and making this reality. Right mental setup with which you can start projecting needs. With which you can
Just change the inner software. The wav in which vou think the way in which you internalize the way in which you look at the world.
We start cutting the branches, we start cutting the branches. Cutting the branches is not going to work. Changing vour habits is like cutting the branches. That is not going to work directly. That will take for years, that will take years, sometime when you cut the branches is grows more. That's another one big problem, so changing the habits is not going to do if you have to remove the tree touch the roots and shake it. If you want transformation let the inner software be touched, let the inner software be touched.
Assessment 2
- What is greed?
- What is fear?
- Is it ok to be governed by greed or fear?
- If you want to achieve something out of greed,
- will you be happy after achieving it?

Now keep on alternating the instructions as forward, and reverse and ask them to pass the parcel as fast as they can.
Key Insight 19
This activity shows very clearly that when we are focused, we are very spontaneous and that everybody has the intelligence to excel. Intelligence is not something to attain. Every single being is endowed with intelligence. Each one of us has intelligence.
Evaluation 8
Evaluate their cognitive skills by asking them questions related to the topic

WORK SHOP - 1
Topic of discussion: We cannot judge others
Explanation:
Ask the children to analyze what they think about their friends and relatives. For example if one child says his friend is very nice to him then ask him if he did not share anything with him or if he breaks his favorite toy how he will feel. If he says that one of his relatives is an arrogant person, ask how he will feel when that person behaves very nicely towards him. Ask them whether they will now change their opinion.
Key Insight 20
We cannot judge others because we keep on changing our opinion towards them by seeing their actions.
LESSONES
Introduction
Recall the previous day's topic and talk about spontaneity, awareness
Goals
To make the children understand about spontaneity and the key to awareness
Click
Spontaneity is the key to awareness
About The Topic
As a child, you looked at things in a very simple, straight forward way. That is why you are all so spontaneous. Because of the societal conditioning you are constantly trying to become something else, to prove something to others. By constantly trying to become something else, you try to imitate others and waste the wonderful natural energy bubbling inside you. If you blindly imitate another person's performance or behavior instead of acting from your own inner spontaneity, your own intelligence you will be cheating yourself out of wonderful possibilities. Knowledge is good only when applied intelligently. It is intelligence that gives the real result, not the knowledge.
Spontaneity is expressing our knowledge in the right place at the right time. When you don't use your intelligence you will start believing that you don't have the intelligence to handle situations. Intelligence is the ability to respond to new situations. It comes from your being, not from the knowledge which comes from the mind. With awareness you don't rely on what others have taught. You don't rely on the past; you act just out of the fresh intelligence that comes with awareness. With deep awareness you are in the present moment. The
Living every moment in total awareness is meditation. In life, because it is easy to place responsibility on others, you blindly follow other people's direction instead of relying on your own intelligence. Living in the present moment is living in insecurity. It needs courage and intelligence. Future is an unknown gift, so it can never be predicted.
Assessment:
- What destroys our spontaneity?
- How is spontaneity different from logical mind?
- What is awareness?
- What is intelligence?
- Which is an unknown gift?
- Living in present needs immense courage, yes or no?
- What happens when we are conditioned?
- What is insecurity?
- Can we predict future?
Evaluation 9
Evaluate how well they understood the topic by asking multiple questions.
Conclusion: Live every moment in total awareness.
Art of the Day - Clay Modeling

Preparation: Ask the child to sing some tunes.
Presentation 3
Encourage the children to sing in a group or alone, the tunes which comes to their mind. They can sing without intention with meaningless words also. They will enjoy doing this activity.
Key Insight 21
This activity enables them to understand that each one is spontaneous and each one has a natural spontaneous intelligence inside them.
Introduction: Explain to the children that intelligence is being open to life.
Goals:
To make the children understand intelligence and be able to welcome people, situations and everything else in life
Click: Be open to life
About The Topic
Intelligence is being open to life. It is by being welcoming to people, situations and everything in life. We are afraid to receive life with open arms. Understand, there are two things that we can do, one is collecting the data, making the argument and making a judgment. The second is forming a judgment then collecting arguments to support that judgment. Most of the time we have already formed the judgment than we pay attention only to those incidents that support our judgment. We are not open to others decisions and ideas. Operating with intelligence is the process of going back to the innocence you were born with. When you are intellectual, you operate purely from the head, from logic. When your intelligence awakens, you drop from the head to the heart, from logic to love. We rely on thinking because we do not allow the natural understanding to happen. When we allow the understanding to happen, we don't have to think any more. Understanding is intelligence, it is fresh and new. Not falling back on the answers arising from the past memory but functioning from our present consciousness is called understanding. We have to use our mind as a tool not as a master. The mind is our radio that we don't know how to turn off.
Since the signal is continuously broadcasting, there is no silent gap for us to feel the energy of intelligence from within us that occurs between thoughts. Because of this we are unable to experience relaxation and we feel tired and exhausted. When we qive the power of attornev to our mind. it takes entire control over us.
The levels of knowledge. First level, perception through senses, what vou perceive. This is the first level knowledge. Second level. conclusion arrived at through the cognition, means you start calculating, if this is this, then this two together must be this. Means, development of mathematics, science. Evolution of all poetry, evolution of great things which you don't perceive with the ordinary eyes but which can enrich your life. Those things starts evolving. That's the second level of knowledge.
People understand, science can never evolve. Just from the firsts level knowledge. First level knowledge is perception through senses, means what you see. What you see. The second level knowledge, the conclusions which you can come by calculating, by understanding,
You Are Intellicence
by analyzing. That is the second level knowledge.
Third, words of an enlightened Master. Third level knowledge. Assessment:
- What is intelligence?
- When you are intellectual you operate from the heart or head?
- How do you judge before buying things?
- What is 'understanding'?
- What is thinking?
- Which is more important understanding or thinking?
- How do we have to use our mind- as a master or a tool?
- What happens when we use mind as a master?
- How can we use our intelligence without the mind disturbing? What are the three levels of knowledge
Evaluation 10
Evaluate their knowledge on the topic by asking them multiple questions
Conclusion 4
Conclude the topic by reviewing the details. Awaken your intelligence, drop from the head to the heart, from logic to love.
Art of the Day - Sticking glass paper
Materials required:
- Cutouts of glass paper
- Glue
- Uncolored art sheets
Explanation
Invite children to participate in this activity and provide required materials to them. Explain the pictures and ask them to apply glue by themselves inside the picture and stick the cutouts of different colored glass paper on the glue and ask them to observe the change.
Key Insight 22
If you blindly imitate another person's performance or behavior instead of acting from your own inner spontaneity- your own intelligence, you will be cheating yourself out of wonderful possibilities.
Activity- Holding a pencil in the hand without any support
Goals
To make the children understand the fact even doing simple things without enioving can become difficult
Preparation 3
Have enough pencils for children and ask each child to hold a pencil in between their fingers without supporting the hand.
Presentation 4
Give each child a pencil and ask them to hold the pencil in between their fingers. Ask them not to support or rest the hand on a table or not to support with the other hand. At first the children will say the activity is easy but after sometime they will realize that the activity is very difficult and painful. Now connect to them and tell them even if you do simple things without enjoying it, it will become difficult and eventually it will hurt us.
Key Insight 23
This activity enables us to understand that when we are spontaneous, when we focus we feel the happiness otherwise simple things may become difficult to achieve if you just do it for the sake of doing it.
Extension
Give them each child two ice-cream sticks and ask them to pick up rice or noodles with the ice cream sticks.
Workshop 2-Presentation
Children can have a presentation on the topic of spontaneity, awareness.
Introduction
Make the children become aware of what is the intelligence of our body?
Goals

About The Topic
Intelligence of the digestive system: The whole process of converting bread to blood is such a complex and delicate one, requiring fine intelligence to convert the different types of food into energy to run the body. We swallow the food it passes through the throat into the food pipe. Beautifully the food is blocked from going into the wind pipe instead of food pipe by the epiglottis. Depending on the type of food taken in like carbohydrates, proteins and fats, the digestive mechanism varies. All the complex food we eat takes just a few hours to digest and be absorbed into our system. Imagine not even a single process has to be consciously thought about. Intelligence of brain: mind boggling intelligence operates inside a structure that is just about two fist sizes. Even a computer cannot perform the amazing array of parallel tasks that the brain performs every millionth of a second. Intelligence of the heart: the body and the heart function in such a beautiful synchronicity. The natural pacemaker in the heart sets off as an electrical impulse every few seconds. This impulse creates an electromagnetic field, which is sent to the whole body. Because of this resonance each cell not only does its own specialized function but also adapts to the activity of its neighboring cell, so our body can function in a completely integrated
You Are Intellicence
When our body can digest food, pump blood, adapt to environment and at the same time perform a thousand other complicated tasks without help from outside we have to accept that there is an intelligent energy driving it. When we eat with awareness we will never feel the heaviness because you will never overeat. When we become conscious of what we are doing, many things will drop by themselves. Every cell in our body has intelligence. Our body has a natural selfhealing energy. There is an automatic body intelligence which is constantly rejuvenating and even replacing the cells in our entire bodv.

Learn from experience
About The Topic
Universal or cosmic intelligence existing in our nature responds to every thought of ours. The moment our ego comes into play we become insensitive to nature. When you feel that you are a separate identity, the innocent way of relating is lost. What happens in our mind affects not only us but also those around us. Space is not a criterion. They simply travel in air. That is why in our thoughts, if we express worry and negative thoughts a lot, the very atmosphere for our family members becomes heavy. They are affected by the negativity. Intelligence is not the totality of your experiences, but the lessons learned from those experiences. Understanding happens only if you are open and spontaneous without prejudice. The power of intention in a mental plane can cause something to happen in the physical plane. That is why it becomes very important to have the right intention at all time.
For healing or transformation of vour being the basic needs vou changing the ideas of what you are or what you think as you that is the

Key Insight 25
Living every moment in total awareness is meditation. The light of awareness is enough to remove the darkness.
Activity-Mixing up right and left- focus and brain power
Goals
This activity is simple and full of fun. It shows how we can use both right and left hands while doing simple tasks to enhance our skills and use both sides of our brain.
Activity Materials 3
- Any food (lunch)
- Silverware.
- Drinking cup
- Water pitcher
Presentation 5
Gather the class and discuss the activities. Explain that we are qoinq to work on using the left and right sides of the brain by expanding our knowledge and experience and putting it in to practice. Have them, use their left hand if they are right handed and vice versa. Give them the food and ask them to feed themselves and see how much focus it takes to do this naturally. Give them a water pitcher and cup. Ask them to carefully pour and drink the water, all of them using their left hand. Ask everyone to fold (cross) their arms. Observe if it's right over left and ask them to reverse it.
Conclusion 5
We do many things out of habit, just following a routine or schedule. But when we focus inwardly, we realize that every moment is auspicious, we can learn something new every second. We need to challenge our brain and that can be accomplished by living in the moment.

Intellect vs. intelligence:
About The Topic
Your past can become a part of your intelligence if you allow it to teach you, if you approach it with pure consciousness, with a witnessing mood, without having positive or negative emotional attachment. Positive emotional attachment means love for that memory. Negative emotional attachment means hatred for that memory. Understand, the memory of the past itself is never a problem. Only the emotional attachment to it is the problem. Guaranteed intelligence is to handle life - if we look around there is continuous intelligence and energy that exists to solve your problems. Bliss provides energy to face and solve problems. When you are not blissful, that energy is used to create more problems. That is the problem, when you are blissful you disconnect from worries and use the energy to solve problems.
In a physiological sense also, researchers have found that when the "bliss" chemical dopamine is released into the body, the frontal lobes in the brain which are primarily responsible for intelligence and wisdom start working much more efficiently. When you are really
Intellect vs. intelligence:
Life is not logic. It cannot be explained with the mundane logic and intellect. It happens in a plane much higher than the intellect. The intelligent person lives moment to moment, not through logic. The intellectual person is like a photograph he has the imprint of the past on him. The intelligent person is like a mirror, he reflects and responds to reality and is therefore spontaneous. The intellect is a beautiful mechanism but only as long as it remains a tool. It should not become the controlling power. Intellect is imaginative but not creative. Intelligence is creative. The very source of intelligence is clear visualization. Pure and clear visualization expresses the total concept in one glimpse.
Creating self confidence is almost like a survival need just how you need food to survive. You need confidence on your self to survive. You need constantly, you need to support yourself, I am right I am right I am right. Only then you can survive. That is why you can see all your actions, all your actions you go on justifying that I am right I am right I am right whatever you do you go on justifying that is the basic way of your unconscious functions that is the basic way your inner space functions. That is the best way of survival. That is the basic instinct of a human being, so it cannot be another way it has to be the same if you don't support me who else is going to support me so naturally you take energy you put all your energies and go on supporting what you believe as true what you think as true what you trust as true.
