Karma - A compilation of Physical Chemistry and Biology of Karma
Preface
Do you know the fresh water needed for meat versus plant based diet? To produce one kg tomato, the fresh water needed and to produce one kg beef, the fresh water needed.
A large amount of water is required to produce one kg of beef; fresh water and to produce one kg of tomato, only minuscule part of the water is needed; and the amount of energy beef gives and the amount of energy tomato gives; if you compare, we are entering into a disastrous, suicidal, lifestyle by adopting meat based lifestyle. Not only nonsustainable but suicidal.
Every human being who eats meat or animal based products in their life should understand, they may not kill directly but they pay someone to kill for them. Paying someone to kill for you is as bad as you killing. I think if you kill, at least one day, you will realize seeing the pain of the animal and you will stop eating meat.
Because somebody else is killing and it is neatly packed and brought to the shelves of the food stores, you are not even remembering, you are paying to kill millions or maybe even billions of animals.
Let's stop releasing not only carbondioxide, karma also; pain and suffering also. When you kill animals, when you keep the livestock and kill animals; not only you disturb the environment as per binary logic, you disturb the ecosystem by releasing so
much pain and suffering as per cosmic logic and binary logic; in both levels you are polluting the World through meat based lifestyle, animal product based lifestyle. I want humanity to contemplate on this; enough of delusion. Let's get back to the right lifestyle; even if it takes little time, let's go for a permanent solution. Let's save planet Earth for future generations before it becomes too late. We have not yet reached the tipping point. Let us wake up now and protect planet Earth for our future. Do not live in the delusion that planet Earth is exclusively for us. No, planet Earth is given to us but not exclusively.
I sincerely request and recommend that we start building self-sustaining communities all over the world as model community trend setting, selfsustaining, agriculture based communities.
Oh Hindus, even if we set the trend of just a number of communities all over the world, self-sustaining, naturefriendly, organic, and vegetarian based life; we will set a model for the whole world to learn. This is the first priority. Get back to a non-violent lifestyle. This is the Dharma we need to follow to get out of the karma we created due to our delusion and wrong conclusions.
karma is the reason for Corona. Cosmic solution for this karma is, set up KAILASA's all over the world and demonstrate it to the world; nonviolence, Ahimsā based; Asteya, nonstealing based; Aparigraha, living with minimal things based; successful, natural, organic, ecofriendly, cosmic logic adopted communities; which I call in one single word, "KAILASA"; all over the World. We just need to set KAILASA's all over the world and set a trend and show it to the World. Understand, it is not luxury anymore, it is a survival need. This is the permanent Dhārmic solution. I request all of you to start discussions in this line all over the world and set model communities all over the world, for humanity to learn, practice and imbibe.

CHAPTER 1
Why Should You Know About It ?
- health, any idea you have, thought current you have, pattern you have which is not
- bringing health in you is karma;
- wealth, any thought current, any thought pattern you have, which is not bringing wealth to you, is karma;
- anything which is not letting you cause your reality; the stuck thought current which is not causing your reality is karma.
A small story: A man was travelling by cab to the airport. The cab driver was driving very fast even around corners and sharp turns. The passenger was getting terrified with his driving. Finally, the cab driver seeing the terrified passenger, said, 'Why don't you do what I do when I take turns? Just shut your eyes!'
Karma Is A Stuck Thought Current
Stuck thought current, suffocating thought current, suffocating thought pattern and suffocating thought trend is karma, which means in
It can be in the field of your relationships, in the field of your wants, in the field of your needs, in the field of your contentment, in the field of your completion, whatever may be the field, in any field, the thought current in which you are stuck, thought pattern in which you are stuck, is karma.
There may be tons of books you would have read on medicine, but if you are not out of disease, the thought pattern, thought current you build with all your knowledge, is only karma. There may be tons of life solutions, for every situation you may know, there may be tons of concepts you heard to cause your reality, but if it has not started happening, it is only karma for you. It means, still, somewhere your logic has not opened up. So karma is not just one part of you, it is the whole net on which you are bound.
Many would have heard the word karma. Each one has some understanding of what it is based on what one has read in books or heard from others. karma needs to be understood clearly because it is the basis of the cycle of life and death. It is the basis of blissful living.
Karma Is A Collection Of Unfulfilled Experiences
Karma is a collection of unfulfilled experiences that stay and constantly pull individuals to fulfil them. These unfulfilled experiences reside because one did not do certain actions with intensity and depth. Anything that one does and experiences intensely and deeply will always leave the individual's system. It will be liberating. However, any experience that one did not go through completely, through which one did not have complete fulfilment, that did not get full energy, attention and awareness, remains inside as karma. Hangovers are karma.
Anything completely lived liberates the individual. That is why Zen people even sipping tea, they get liberated. If one completely lives and sips even a cup of tea he is liberated. When one is not completely aware and involved in the action he is engaged in, the being remains unfulfilled in that experience. The unfulfilled experience remains inside and keeps pulling the individual to do the action again with intensity to fulfil it. This is karma.
Are we fully conscious of every action we engage in? Are we aware every moment of our lives?
What Is Karma ?
For example, in a family somebody is born and brought up, and the family eats non-vegetarian food. It is not that how many animals they killed, all that bad negativity comes to the son. But the habit of eating non-vegetarian comes to the son. Then karma only as a pattern comes, not as a quantity.
The attitude, the bhāva forms the basis for the way to connect with life and with the world. The same attitude forms the basis for connecting with the self. That is what is called karma in Vedic tradition. karma does not come as a quantity. It comes as a mental setup.
When Do You Accumulate Karma?
THERE IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL VERSE IN THE UPANIṢADS
Om Pūrṇamadaḥ Pūrṇamidam Pūrṇāt Pūrṇamudachyate Pūrṇasya Pūarṇamādāya Pūrṇamevavaṣiśyate Om ṣāntiḥ ṣāntiḥ ṣāntiḥ
From the Whole came the Whole. If you remove the Whole from the Whole, the Whole only remains.
All individual's thoughts, words and actions collectively contribute towards the individual's Karmic bagagage because none of them give rise to fulfilment. When they do not give rise to fulfilment, they become Karmic baggage that pushes the individual to fulfil them. One thinks, speaks and does things without clarity, without fulfilment, with deep ignorance. When one does this, the individual's inherent nature, which is fulfilment, starts suffering. Therefore one's own thoughts, words and deeds become the individual's karma and drive him to reach fulfilment in some way. For example, In status-quo life one reads, sees and understands more from the brain than from the reality. Most of the time the spelling mistakes one makes while the individual reads a newspaper, or a magazine, or the IPod will be very funny, because the individual doesn't read from there, he reads from the brain. One will suddenly realize, 'Oh God, ' second time, third time when one reads, "Oh, this is what is there! But I thought this is what is there!" Even while seeing one doesn't see the object to read from, he sees from the brain. In the status-quo of life, individuals are almost caught in the cobweb of thinking, which is a very suffocating karma pattern, mental pattern which does not let one relate with reality.
It means that our basic nature is Wholeness or fulfilment. We always seek fulfilment in anything that we do. Whether it is eating, drinking, jumping, reading, talking, sleeping or meditating, in any activity that we engage, our being yearns to completely experience the activity and be fully involved in it. Even though one carries some karma, basically that individual is complete fulfilment, Wholeness. So any karma that has not been fulfilled cannot rest inside for too long. It will try its best to fulfil itself. It will drive again and again to go through the same activity so that it can be fulfilled. Any desire, any experience, which has not become complete in an individual's system, will remain as karma and push again and again to make one go through the same experience until it is fulfilled. In life, one continuously takes decisions. These decisions are not only for the major events in an individual's life; even the words that one talks continuously, the thoughts that one harbours continuously is the individual's own decision.
How Is Karma Created?
Samskāras reproduce themselves even without any further action from our part.
The corruption that happens to the inner space is what called samskāra or engraved memories. They are the memories that go and sit in your inner space and pull you to go through the same experience repeatedly. They pull you to do the same kind of actions repeatedly, pull you to run through the same kind of thought patterns, even if you don't want to. Any samskāra that is operating in your conscious or unconscious layer is nothing but a hindrance to the fulfilment of your life.
- There are some samskāras that get strengthened only by action, when you repeat the action.
- There are some samskāras that get strengthened just by receiving information with regard to them, when you receive input from the world about them. 1 2
- There are some other samskāras that need neither action nor information, just remembrance is enough and they get strengthened. 3
There is no such thing as good or bad samskāra. No samskāra is good. An inner space filled with samskāra is hell. An inner space without samskāra is heaven. Do not try to classify samskāra as good or bad. A samskāra by itself, by its very nature, is negative. By its very nature samskāra is depressive. Anything done out of samskāra will reduce everything to boredom and emptiness. Anything that happens with a deep understanding, just out of your pure inner space, always adds value to you. Anything done out of samskāra adds more and more bondage to you.
We collect these different levels of samskāras or engraved memories, store them in our system and expand them. Finally when driven by the desire we execute the action and it becomes karma. The power of desire drives us into finally buying that necklace. That is the action, the karma.
There are three interrelated concepts, termed Vāsana, Samskāra and karma, in Hinduism.
Vāsana: is the seed of desire. For example, you are walking and you happen to see a dazzling necklace displayed outside a shop. A desire arises
inside you to possess it. This is Vāsana.
Samskāra: is the plant that grows when the seed of Vāsana sprouts. When you feed the desire to possess the necklace it is like supplying water and nutrition to the seed of Vāsana.
From our childhood we collect so many different samskāras in so many ways. We accumulate them and also reproduce them.
Fatigue, Tiredness, Stress, Guilt And Emotions Are Source Of Your Karma
The first layer is the physical body layer that you carry made out of flesh and blood. The samskāra related to chronic fatigue or tiredness is stored in the physical body. That is why when you try to do some exercise, a workout, or even simple walking; the first thing the body will bring out is tiredness.
Layer 1
samskāra that are rising, if you continue to enter into the action, suddenly you will see that the same action brings energy out of you. If you start walking, in a few minutes your mind will suggest ten times, 'I am tired. No, it is too much. We did enough! That is enough for today. Tomorrow we can do.' But if you don't bother about these samskāras and just go ahead, within a few minutes the same action will bring energy.
Chronic fatigue, which is a deep feeling to be in inaction, to be in rest or nonmoving state, is stored in the physical body layer. Chronic fatigue is deeply related to the intense craving for rest. That this intense craving for rest brings diseases that will make you bedridden.
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
We have seven energy layers in our body. We store different samskāras in each of the seven different layers. :
Actually if you see any advertisement for resorts, especially beach resorts, it will show a beautiful beach, an easy resting chair and a picture of somebody resting and looking so relaxed. The moment you see that, immediately something starts happening in you. You feel that you too should also be lying like that, completely resting, totally in peacefulness, in deep peace.
That is what I call intense craving for tamas. Understand, if you really find that same beach, that same chair and lie down, you will not have that same peace that you visualized. Till you exhaust the tamas engrams, the lethargy engrams, that you carry in the physical layer you cannot rest. The moment you start resting, in a few minutes this samskāra will settle down and the next layer samskāra will come up. Even your decision to rest, if it is based on a samskāra, you cannot rest.
Tamas - Attribute of inaction. I can say that when the deep desire for vacation or the deep desire for rest, the chronic fatigue, leaves your system, ninety per cent of your spiritual journey is over. This first layer samskāra is the worst problem.
Layer 2
The second layer is made up of the prāṇa movement inside your body. Prāṇa is actually the life energy that you take in when you breathe. Air is the medium that brings in prāṇa for sustaining your life. There are five stages in the movement of prāṇa in your body that constitute what is called prāṇic body or breath body layer.
The samskāra related to desires are stored in the prāṇa, the breathing. That is why, whenever your desires are changing, suddenly you will see the breathing pattern will also change. For example, if you are caught by a strong desire like lust or anger, your breathing pattern will change. It will be chaotic. The more you enter into action based on those desires the stronger these engrams will become.
Layer 3
The next layer is the mental body layer. The continuous words or thoughts that rise in you are called inner chatter. The inner chattering that is continuously going on inside of you is the mental body layer.
In the prāṇic layer, which is the second layer, you store your thoughts about how your life should be. In the mental layer, you store your engrams about how your life shouldn't have been. This layer is built on guilt.
If your energy is flowing continuously towards the future, it is desire. If your energy is flowing continuously towards the past, it is guilt. In the case of this layer, you don't need to do the same action again to strengthen the engram. Just the information or remembrance about that action will strengthen the engram. For example, if you have seen the same place, or if you are seeing the same person, if you are facing the same situation, immediately those engrams will become strong and they will be awakened.
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
The silence you experience during deep sleep is the fifth layer. It is called the causal body layer. Even though there are engrams in this layer, you
cannot do anything about them, because in the deep sleep, your mind cannot do anything. It is an unconscious layer. If in the first four layers you can reduce the depth of the engrams, samskāras, the fifth layer and the sixth layer will be cleansed naturally. The fifth layer will be cleansed if you clean the first four layers. If the fifth layer is cleansed, you will start experiencing the sixth layer more and more.
The fourth layer is the emotion layer. I can say that intense inner chatter that does not respond to your logical analysis is what we call 'emotions'.
In this layer, you store all the visualizations related to pain. This fourth layer of pain is a very powerful layer. You don't need any action or information to strengthen the engrams.
Neither do you need action nor do you need information related to pain. Whenever your desires are changing, you will see the breathing pattern will also change. So you don't have to have the same pain again and again. You don't even need to receive information related to that pain. Just the engrams are enough. They can multiply. They can simply expand and multiply.
Layer 6
In deep meditation, the joy and the intense vibrant silence from the thoughtless awareness that you experience is the sixth layer. The sixth layer is the meditation layer. If you are getting into the deep sleep layer more easily, it means the first four layers are clean. If the first four layers are not clean, then you will suffer more in the fifth layer. That is why, when you have more stress and load, a lot of suffering related to sleep starts happening in life.
Layer 7
The seventh layer is enlightenment
Scienceof Karma Is Revealed Toyouto Makeyoupowerful
The cosmic logic, karma, is taught to you and is revealed to you, only to make you powerful and create a new future, to live powerfully and undo all the mistakes committed in the past, due to delusion and ignorance.
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
Anything you wanted even once, you have to enjoy it. That is the law of life. One of the biggest problems of human beings: I am giving you the Why, What, Where, When, all you need to know about frustration. First you ask for the chair of CEO. Then you think, "Hmmm, even CEOs are under politicians. Let me ask for the seat of a politician." Then you find even politicians are falling at the feet of these Swamis. "This (Swami's seat) is the best seat." Then you ask for the seat of a Swami. If you had a subtle greed for this seat even once, in any one of the future janmas (lives) you will be made to sit in this and go through all the responsibilities you need to take for this, only then you will be liberated. If you decide for liberation, then if this seat happens, it will be so beautiful. But, if you act for greed, nothing wrong; it will not be denied to you; but you have to live it, you have to enjoy it.
If we intranalize these truths, we can build a huge future for us, aligning ourselves more to the Cosmic logic so we can avoid this kind of pandemic and crisis in future. We can have a better world.
Science Of Karma Is Revealed To You To Make You Powerful
Eighty per cent (who scored 80% marks) MBA (Master of Business Administration) graduates, pick up the file and become officers. Just "Pass" (who scraped through with the minimum marks required for passing the exam), pick up the files and get a government job and become bureaucrats. "Failed" (who have failed in the exams), somehow, for survival, get into politics and
Rule The Bureaucrats!
90% (marks) become officers; less (marks) than that – just "PASS" – become bureaucrats and rule the officers, and "Failed" , become politicians and rule the bureaucrats! "
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
So, first, you aspire for the CEO seat. Then, you aspire for the politician's chair. Then, you aspire for the Swami seat. But, when you are aspiring for the Swami seat, by that time your first aspiration will become reality, which is CEO chair. That is what the source of your frustration is.
When your aspirations are ripe, the happenings are not able to catch up, it is frustration. But you need to understand, happenings are because of your aspirations earlier. It has to come in the queue as you aspired.
Because your aspirations have changed, don't be frustrated about life. Everything you aspired for has to be enjoyed. I tell you, this one law of life if you understand; you will never curse the happenings of life.
You know, every happening now, you aspired for at one time, you craved for it at one time. This is the best news, greatest news I can give you. With this, you can come, 'Wow! I craved for this one day. So I am enjoying!'
Science Of Karma Is Revealed To You To Make You Powerful
Anything you crave for has to be lived. Yes, now your aspirations have changed, that does not mean what you aspired for can be dropped. It has to be lived so that you grow further. Even your aspirations getting matured is life saying yes to you. I tell you, if your aspirations are not getting matured, and what you wanted is happening, that place is called Deva Loka (World of Gods). Yes, what you always wanted, you will be enjoying, but your aspirations never get matured. Even if it is nectar, if your aspirations are not getting matured, you will be tired and bored.
If you are frustrated, I have great news for you: you are on the
right track!
And I have good news for you: you don't need to be frustrated!
Great news: You are on the right track,
In the law of life, your earlier aspirations,
- however silly they may be, cannot be denied, because you aspired for it because, the very frustration the formula of frustration is:
In the law of life, your earlier aspirations, however silly they may be, cannot be denied, because you aspired for it
fulfilment of your earlier aspirations + aspirations getting matured = frustration.
In the law of life, your earlier aspirations,
By the time you have moved to the politician's chair, you already received Tathāstu for the CEO chair. So, that cannot be destroyed. You have to sit in that chair as per the interest and intention and intensity of Tathāstu. Then you have to move to the chair of politician as per your interest, intention and intensity of Tathāstu. By the time you move to the politician's chair, you might have already started desiring for Swami's seat. But, the Tathāstu received is the Tathāstu received, and it has to be exhausted.
Life Is Painted On The Canvas Of TathāStu.
Whether you visualized the scene of eating a pizza or rolling on the ground, or sitting in the CEO chair, or sitting in the politician's chair, or sitting in the Swami's chair, all visualizations are painted on a large canvas which is a huge Tathāstu of life. So, the canvas on which the painting of life is done, visualization of life is done, is Tathāstu – so be it.' The whole Universe is moving with this sound of Tathāstu, Tathāstu, Tathāstu.
Good news is everything you are aspiring for now is getting Tathāstu from the cosmos. So, understand this secret of life.
Any situation you are in, when you are frustrated, look in and find out, 'What must be the best thing in this situation for which I have aspired this situation in my past?
Let me look from that context at this situation.' You will see you are enjoying exactly what you wanted. Understanding the original context for which you aspired for the present situation, and looking at the present situation from that very context, and enjoying, celebrating it, is completion.
Use Karma As A Key To Get Out Of Frustration
The moment you start celebrating the present happening, you are now qualified to make your updated aspirations into reality. If you celebrate the CEO chair,
quickly you can jump into the politician's chair.
If you celebrate the politician's chair from the context why you asked for it, you can quickly jump into the Swami's seat.
If you celebrate that from the very context you asked, understanding, you can quickly jump into Swami-hood itself.
Even karma is not binding if you understand the context. You feel karma is binding because your context has become matured, your aspirations have become matured. Aspirations getting matured should be celebrated, not to be cursed, not to be dealt with frustration.
When you aspired for the CEO chair, you must be having some context. But, when you sit in that chair, you forget the context and start aspiring for a politician's chair. Again, when you sit in the politician's chair, you forget the context why you aspired for it, and aspire for THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's seat. That is why life continues to be frustrating. Nothing wrong in your aspirations getting matured. Something is seriously wrong in you forgetting the context of why you are having what you are having.
Even your karma is not a curse on you. No, even your frustration cannot frustrate you any more, if you understand the frustration is caused by your aspirations getting matured. You want the CEO chair, you achieve it before your aspirations get matured towards the politician's chair, or towards THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's seat. Your life may look like heaven, but not enlightenment.
Aspirations not getting matured, but your past aspirations getting fulfilled, is heaven. I tell you, it is only the Bhuloka, the Planet Earth is the only loka where the aspirations getting matured is possible. That is why even gods and goddesses have to come to this plane for evolution. Evolution is possible only if your aspirations are able to mature.
Analyse your whole life with this one Truth. No frustration can frustrate you anymore. Frustration frustrates you only if you are from the wrong context.
One more great news I have for you is, your aspirations getting matured does not necessarily need you forgetting the context with which you created your present. You can continue to celebrate your present and make your aspirations get matured. That space is THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM Loka! Your aspirations getting matured does not necessarily require frustration, it is not pre-condition, you forgetting the context of your earlier aspirations is the problem.
When you forget the context why you aspired for it, will become perspiration even if you achieve it, because the context is forgotten. Forgetting the context is not a prerequisite for your aspirations to get matured. Knowing the context of the present, why you are having what you are having, why you aspired for it, remembering that right context, and celebrating what you are having, and your aspirations getting matured, can happen together. That is what I call completion.
Karma Guides You To Live A Blissful Life
Completion is celebrating your life happening as it is now from the context of why you aspired for it, and your aspirations getting further matured. For example, a Shudra aspires to be economically independent so that he can have his time for himself. A person who sells just his time is a worker. A person who sells products made out of his time and intelligence is a businessman. A person who sells certain concepts of security and protection is a politician, Kshatriya. A person who sells the concept of ultimate realisation is Brahmana
A worker always aspires to be a businessman so that he feels his life will be in his freedom, he can work whenever he wants, and he can relax whenever he wants.
So, when he becomes Vaishya businessman, if he forgets that he wanted to become a Vaishya, businessman, just to have the freedom of his life, being a businessman becomes frustration for him. But, if he continues to remember he wanted this seat just to have time for himself as he wants, he will be celebrating this seat. Remembering the context why you wanted what you are having now leads to completion.
So, with that context, he aspires to be a businessman. But, the moment he sits as a businessman, he forgets the context why he wanted to be a businessman, and his greed makes him forget he can take off ("off" means "holiday") when he wants.
A worker always aspires to be a businessman so that he feels his life will be in his freedom, he can work whenever he wants, and he can relax whenever he wants.
A worker, too many workers' hands are held by the businessman. So, from this side, the worker's side, he thinks if he becomes this hand (businessman), he can withdraw whenever he wants and be free.
But, after he becomes this hand (businessman), he realises his greed not only does not let him withdraw, but now he has too many hands holding his hand
Earlier he was only one hand holding one hand. Now, too many hands are holding his hand, or he is holding too many hands.
A Vaishya always feels jealous about Kshatriya. See, they don't need intelligence. But they are ruling me! They are just giving some false sense of security, and they are ruling me!'
So, a businessman aspires to be the power centre, the power seat. He aspires, 'Hey, these fellows don't do anything, but they are ruling me. I should get into that seat. Then I will be so powerful!' Yes, get into that seat. Then, so many enemies trying to attack you and take over your seat makes you forget the context you wanted that seat to feel powerful. And you are so powerless in that seat now!
The powerful seat always brings enough enemies which a businessman does not face in his life. Businessman may be a trillionaire; he will have small few enemies. But, if he becomes a power centre, even if he is a millionaire, he will have millions of enemies. So, once he forgets the context why he wanted this Kshatriya's space, the politician's seat, or protector's seat, or power seat, he feels frustrated .
WHAT IS KARMA AND WHY SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT IT ?
Why did I get into this mess?' Because, now he forgot the context why he wanted this, and his aspirations have already matured. To be "Just let me sit quietly, and teach, share knowledge, which is a harmless job". By the time he reaches this seat, seat of sharing knowledge, if he remembers the context that he wants peace, great! If he forgets that context, again he will feel empty, 'What is this? Till yesterday so many people used to come to meet me to get their work done when I was a politician.
Now I am a Swami; and nobody comes to listen to me! Who listens to my knowledge sharing? Earlier I will just pass one order and execute what I wanted!' Habituated to 'hard power' , he can't know the science of soft power. Soft power is built on patience; hard power is built on passion. Soft power stands on patience. Hard power stands on passion.
fustration Patience
Passion
Meditate on the formula of frustration and realize even frustration cannot frustrate you. Your present is handed over to you because you got Tathāstu from life, it is not forced upon you for any other reason. You are not a sinner. The reason why you are having what you are having is not because you are a sinner, but because you wanted it from a different context.
"Remembering that context, why you always wanted what you wanted will bring you completion."
That is what I call saying no to life, 'killing the Ātma' , Ātmahana
What is being denied?' Look into your perception; it will become fact, it will become Truth, it will become Reality.
No one is good, no one is bad. If somebody does the actions which fulfil your ambitions, you call them good. If somebody does actions which are not fulfilling your ambitions, you call them bad. No one is right, no one is wrong.
Believing frustration about the present is required for the aspirations to get matured is Ātmahana. Not knowing the context of the present created by you when you aspired for it is Ātmahana. Feeling frustrated when the present happens to you by forgetting it is your own request which was granted is Ātmahana. In every situation, whenever you perceive life is denying you what you want, don't give up, wait and look in, '
You don't need to be discontented about the Second Standard (Second Grade in Hindu schools) you are studying in order to reach the Third Standard. You don't need discontentment about the Second Standard to reach the Third Standard. If you have been taught – 'You need to be discontented, you need discontentment; only then you will grow, your aspirations will get matured' – it is a wrong teaching.
Not letting the frustration happen towards the present happening of your life, at the same time letting your aspirations getting matured, is saying yes to life. You are always given a very wrong advice: 'Only if you feel frustrated about the present, your aspirations will get matured'. You don't need to be discontented about the present to develop higher aspirations about the future.
Fulfilment
Around the world, different researchers, scientists, are working on cosmological principles, physics and theoretical physics, trying to understand the Universe, the wonders of Existence, in the level of principle, philosophy, science and research, in every dimension, theoretically are trying to understand matter and anti-matter.
Anti-matter means, the thought currents, emotions, patterns, which are there in all of us, which is responsible for our functioning, but which is not perceived as material.
Person who understands anti-matter for life, starts making the cognitions related to anti-matter. Unfortunately, you always recognize matter as existence and never recognize anti-matter. You don't give the due right to the anti-matter in your life and fail, land in accidents and collapse.
Unmanifest continues to remain as the driving force of the manifest.
If you are diabetic - how seriously you avoid sugar and other food items which can trigger diabetes, to the same level you need to avoid stress. Your higher cognitions matter, for the balanced life between matter and anti-matter.
Raise your anti-matter inner space to the higher level of existence, simply your outer existence will raise to the higher level. If you try to rise by raising your matter level, you'll fail.
If you cognize the higher reality about the anti-matter, your life will be a powerful manifestation of completion, fulfilment, and a higher form of existence. The first powerful cognition you need to cognize. Whatever you perceive as matter, existence of your life - equivalent amount you need to perceive, cognize the anti-matter component of your life. Anti-matter, Avyakta, unmanifest drives the matter, vyakta. Anti-matter is the energy source of matter. The Avyakta manifests as Vyakta and Avyakta continues to be the driving force of the Vyakta.
Question: Can Karma Be Exhausted By Doing Charitable Service?
No, it cannot. karma can be exhausted only through deep understanding, awareness and at least one glimpse of consciousness. The whole of mankind is swinging around result-oriented action. This is extended to service as well. At least in service, do not think of dollars or fame. Do not plan to impress. Do not plan to make your presence felt. Do the work for the work itself. Do not plan anything. Just do any service anywhere. This kind of service will infuse enormous power into your being. For at least half an hour a day do something selfless, without any thought of results or benefits for yourself. This service itself will become a meditation for you. It will inculcate in you the spirit of Collective Consciousness and lay the path to realizing the divinity underlying the service.

Even when we do selfless work, we must be careful not to bind ourselves to the results of our actions. Almost all those who do charitable service do it either because they cannot be without doing anything, or because they have been taught that service increases your points in the life-and-death cycle. Mostly, we do charitable work based on notions of earning brownie points that will do us good in our afterlife, whether we believe in rebirth or not. Or we would like to see ourselves in print or television and feel good about it. It is either fulfilling our need for attention in this world or in another world after death.
Frequently Asked Questions
The problem is you have been told that you will go to hell if you accumulate sins and to heaven if you gain merits. Society uses these concepts to control you. Only with the help of these concepts does it try to keep you under its control. It tries to control you through fear and greed through fear of hell and greed of heaven. There is no good deed or bad deed that will come to your help at the time of death. There is no hell or heaven. Hell and heaven are both states of your mind, not locations in some distant future in the Divine's own land.
When you think good thoughts, when you do good deeds, you feel good and you are in heaven. When you think evil, when you act evil, you feel evil and you are in hell. That is all. That is all there is to karma. This is the cosmic cause-andeffect principle. You are what your intent is. You become what your intent is.
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
Question: 'If we are all cleansed of all karma, does this mean that when we do something that causes karma, do the consequences come much sooner if not instantly? In a normal situation, what makes instant karma happen? Why does certain karma carry over for a long period of time?'
From there only the pattern would have started. After you complete, even if you eat the same ice-cream, the pattern you create will be like a writing on the water; it won't even stay for a few seconds. And, one more thing you need to know, when you are in completion, if you do any karma, the consequences will be coming won't be much; there won't be any consequences. There will not be any consequences. But the space you carry will have consequences. That will happen immediately. Immediately it will happen. Instantly it will happen. So, this instant karma is nothing but the space you carry after the completion. The more incompletions you carry, Karmas reside in you, and you carry it over for a long period. Listen, carrying it over for a long period does not mean the effect comes very late. No! Effect is continuously coming! Continuously suffering. So, the instant karma, effect of karma, everything is based on the space you carry.
Your action does not produce any more
karma. karma is nothing but the actions out of incompletion leads to more incompletion. For example, if you eat icecream out of incompletion, that becomes a deeper pattern. But after you do completion, the same ice-cream will not become a big pattern in you.
It may just be in the level of habit, that is all; not pattern. The more completion space you carry, less impact you create as karma.
For example, out of incompletions, deep greed arises. When you take ice-cream, the pattern you create is like a carving on the stone, which will stay forever. Out of completion, you complete with that pattern, why you start this ice-cream pattern, may be just to tell your friends you are rich, richer than others. So, you buy the big ice-cream, before you eat you show it to everybody, by that time it melts away!
You would have done something like that.
If you create thoughts, words or actions that do not emanate from deep awareness but from a superficial layer, then you create karma that further propels you to fulfil those superficial thoughts, words or actions.
No. Between death and rebirth either you are in a highly elated mood if you go through the conscious death, you are highly depressed if you go through unconscious death. The extraordinary elation or the extraordinary depression both spaces growth does not happen. Extraordinary elation is considered as heaven. Extraordinary depression is considered as hell. Neither in hell nor in heaven the conscious exhaustion of the Karmas is possible. You will not be able to exhaust the Karmas neither in hell nor in heaven as the space of the possibility for the mixture of both, possibility of the mixture of the both which is Bhūloka, the planet space, is required for your conscious growth. The space and the time between death and rebirth cannot be used for growing consciously. So anything needs to be done for the conscious growth needs to be done between the time of birth and death not between death and rebirth. If the body is left undisturbed the remaining Karmas will be transferred to the new body in the next 13 days. But if you give the organs part of the body to any research or science for any purpose, that does not interfere with the karma shifting process. Even if those organs are living in another body or being separated from your body and used for some other purpose, the karma baggage shifting process does not get disturbed. So organ donation does not interfere with your death process. The moment brain death is declared the parts of the body can be donated. It does not interfere in the karma baggage transferring process. When a death happens the individual reflection takes the next body within three kshanā. The karma baggage gets transferred in 13 days.

This statement, "I will not accumulate karma if I do nothing, is a myth. Because there is no such thing as doing nothing. You can't. You don't know that space. When you achieve that space, you will not be making this statement, "If I do nothing, " you will make the statement, "if I be nothing." You can never be doing nothing if you are being something. Only if you are being nothing you can be doing nothing. So there is no such thing as doing nothing. So the statement, I may not want to even say it is myth or reality, it is wrong. The statement is wrong. If you make the statement, "I will not accumulate karma if I be nothing, " it is reality, "if I do nothing, " is a mistake statement. Statement, "I will not accumulate karma if I am doing nothing, " is a myth statement.
Relationship between karma and Kumbh Mela. Please elaborate.
Kumbh Mela is the space and energy. Landing into the place and time to raise you beyond your Karmas. The space and time supporting you by landing into the place and time to raise you beyond karma. To infuse that ferociousness, to break from all karma patterns. To explode beyond all karma patterns. I'll also give you one little secret. It' s real secret. However you understand, understand. The Cosmos does not record anything other than violence. Means, only if you cause pain, karma gets recorded. Other than violence, nothing is recorded as karma. For example, somebody goes and steals two billion dollar from a multi billionaire and that fellow is loaded with trillions of dollars - he doesn 't care. No time to err punish him. Come on! Let' s earn more." He goes out, he doesn 't bother - you don 't get karma. And you go to a homeless guy and steal few pennies - that fellow rolls on the ground and cries. You get karma.
Frequently Asked Questions •
I heard that consciously we can get just one birth. So what happens to the karma that one accumulates during that birth? Because after that he's liberated regardless of the karma he accumulated in that birth.
Consciously you can take just one birth. What happens to the karma accumulated in that birth? Actually, when it's a conscious birth, you never allow that karma to settle down in you. It just goes like a breeze. You are, always, because you are such a conscious being. What is karma at the end of the day? Incomplete patterns, you don't allow that gets settled in you.
burn karma through action or accumulate karma through action is dependent on how you hold 'you', the context you set for you.
Basically if you believe Cosmos has CCTV camera recording going on, you will be accumulating karma by action, because that kind of a faith will lead to that kind of a thought current and action flow. But if you understand, it has no CCTV footage recording going on, it has only an internal chip recording the audio, you will exhaust your karma through your action because you know where you need to work – is the thought current you are having not the action trend you are doing. The struggle is not supposed to be done to wake up early in the morning at 4:30, the struggle is supposed to be done to break the lazy thought current and boredom thought pattern.
Unfortunately when you believe the CCTV footage, all your struggle is aimed at morning 4o clock instead of breaking the thought current of boredom, thought pattern of tiredness and thought pattern of tiredness and boredom. Even for your whole life, if you wake up early in the morning at 4:30, did not break your thought pattern, thought current of boredom and tiredness, you build a good habit not liberation. Habit is a habit… all of you know, in habit, if you remove the H, A BIT will be there; if you remove the A, BIT will be there, if you remove B, IT will be there. Only if you remove the "I' the thought current, it will die.
Even if you work the whole day in Microsoft, do not complete with that thought current of feeling bored and tired, understand, you will just feel stuck and feel exploited, sucked and die by 45. After 45, if something is left in your body that may be much worse than death.
If you break the boredom and thought current and bring activism, you have experienced activism and go on working, you may be working till the last moment of this "body's existence" and still will not be tired, retired, bored. If YOU are bored, bore yourself and your thought current. If you are bored, drill, bore the thought current of feeling bored.
Varnas Are Based On Birth Or Karma?
Q U E S T I O N
A N Swe R
Hindus have started feeling, there is something seriously wrong with the Varnāshrama Dharma system due to this false narrative.
A small kid goes to Guru and asks the Guru, "Please admit me into the Gurukul" and Guru asks, "Which community, which Varna you are from?" not caste; understand, "Which Varna?". There is a big difference between community and caste, big difference between Varna and Jaati. "Which community are you from? Which ecosystem are you from?" He says, "I do not know my father's name".
The Guru says, "Please go and ask your mother and come back."
He goes to his mother and mother says, "I do not know the name of your father who fathered you".
The boy comes back to the Guru and tells, "My mother says she does not know who fathered me".
And Guru's eyes have blissful tears and he says, "Hey, you are speaking the truth. You are a Brāhmanā Varna. Please join the Brāhmanā Varna class".
This story has multi-layer meaning; means, based on the karma, the Guṇa, the community was divided. Based on the birth, Jaati was decided and there were multiple Jātis in one community. In one Varna, multiple Jātis existed.
For example, the Brahmana Varna, Kshatriya Varna, Vaishya Varna, Shudra Varna had multiple Jaatis inside. The Brahmana Varna had multiple Jaatis inside. For example, in the modern day, in Bharat how this forward community seal is given and the whole Brahmana Varna is denied, all the resources of the nation. The whole forward community, all the communities classified as a forward community, we can take it as Brahmana Varna. Vaishyā Varna is different and Vaishyā Jātis are different. Jātis are usually from birth, Varnas are usually based on karma. Multiple Jātis unite and become one Varna; same way, the Āṣhrama Dharma.
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
If a person dies unexpectedly before paying off a loan, will he carry the karma and has to come back to pay off the loan?
Yes, actually, the person who dies without paying off the loan, he himself doesn't have the karma, but this guy who gave money, if
he suffers, he has to come back to heal that suffering. See, the money itself is not carried, but the suffering – see, this guy who gave money, if he's complete and says, "okay, it's okay, let go," then the guy who died does not need to come back to heal him. If this guy suffers, the guy who died without paying, he has to come back to complete him. He may not need to pay the money, even if he does some service, something he gifts and this fellow becomes complete, then okay. Until he becomes complete, he has to come back. That is the only thing. Loan itself is not carried, but the incompletion is carried.
The recent earthquake in Nepal Swamiji which killed a lot of people, I have got two questions about that. First question is, is that an accident or is that a Karmic cleansing of the people. Is that their karma or is that a pure accident? First thing is that. Second thing is when the earthquake was happening we felt quite pain and bit of grief about that...is that a stress or is that a normal thing for human beings to experience?
No actually when you are born in a country like Nepal and all the geography gets connected to your very DNA. So you feel that there is a connection. The geography gets connected to your DNA. That is true. And second thing, whether it is an accident or a Karmic cleansing, I will say it is both put together. There is certain amount of Karmic cleansing need to happen there and in this Karmic cleansing few people who are not required also are dead.
Part 2: Karma - A compilation of Physical Chemistry and Biology of Karma_English_part_2.md
So innocent people also get killed Swamiji?
Yes because there is such big Karmic cleansing happens, there are few who are not directly involved also are dead.
So What Happens To Them Swamiji After They Die?
So naturally get immediately another birth. They don 't wait or suffer like other people like a ghost.
QUESTION
A N Swe R
This is a very good question. Let me boldly declare this truth and clear all the myths that have been surrounding this one question on the wheel of karma! When a human being takes birth as human once, he will continue taking the life of a human unless he has acted against his consciousness like torturing others or committed violent acts in physical, mental or verbal forms against Existence which is in the form of the Guru, nature and human consciousness. The intensity of these acts is what gets recorded in the cosmic Karmic record. Understand, it is not the act itself but the intensity of the act that matters. When a person spends his whole life in lower consciousness, he can be reborn as an animal. For example, if he spends his whole life in only eating or sleeping, he can be reborn as an animal. If the person has not experienced even once in his lifetime, the unique human qualities like falling in love, seeking enlightenment, he will be reborn as an animal, because he had a human body but the channels of human experience have not been awakened.
Question: When does karma start getting recorded?
I should say, more like animal bodies, the worm...that level of bodies, that is where the karma starts getting recorded, not as plants. As plants you don't build muscle memory and bio-memory.
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
Question - Dear Swamiji, can initiation by an enlightened master in this life free me of Karmas accumulated in past lives? How?
First thing in initiation by an enlightened master is not an ordinary action. It is like you asking: I
have collected cotton for the last 300 years. How can this cotton be burnt by the small matchstick you will put now? Whether you accumulated it for the past 300 years or 3000 years, a match stick will just burn it. Whether you accumulated Karmas of 1st layer or 2nd layer the quality of initiation will just burn away past Karmas. You are from Hyderabad. Some of the palaces there are very old. The underground cellars there have not seen light for the past thousand years. Can you say the darkness in those cellars has been there for a thousand years? How can I bring light with just one match stick or torch? Darkness may be thousand years old, light may be just one second old, it still removes darkness. Initiation can destroy any karma accumulated in past lives because it awakens the fire in you which burns all Karmas like cotton. By very quality, by very nature, karma does not have a positive existence. Darkness is nothing but lightlessness so when you bring light, it disappears. Same way karma is nothing but consciousless-ness. When you bring consciousness it disappears! I tell you the moment you bring money your feeling of richness will disappear you will feel poverty. The moment you bring equipment and tools to make your life comfortable you will feel the suffocation and life being bound, the moment you bring sex, love will disappear. I tell you if you are empty handed, you will not be feeling poverty. Just have ten billion dollar, you will feel
you are poor. Live without electricity and a car you will not feel you are poor,
t by the chemicals. When free from all the past live Karmas you accumulated.
People ask me if they will contract another person's karma when they give advice, or touch them! They feel they are very vulnerable to other people's karma. They wish to know how to get rid of it. Understand, you cannot contract karma from somebody else; anyways you have enough of your own! So do not bother about catching karma from another person.
CHAPTER 2
Physics, Chemistry
And Biology Of Karma
Basically we have three layers of karma:
Sañcita or Chemistry of Karma
Āgāmya or Biology of Karma 3
Prārabdha or Physics of Karma
1
Understand this may not be the first time one has taken a body and come to planet Earth.
Sañcita karma (Chemistry) is like a bank, a reserve bank.
Put together, they are called Sañcita karma (Chemistry).
In Sanskrit, there is one more word: samoochita for this.
Physics, Chemistry And Biology Of Karma
The Karmas acquired from the moment one started feeling he is an individual independent entity; the moment one starts feeling he exists individually – from that moment till this moment – whatever ripple effects of actions created, sediments of the action waves that happened, the impressions of the Karmic effect that happened, the Vāsanā and Samskāra both put together is called Sañcita karma (Chemistry).
When I say 'bank' , it is not a collection or saving, it is debt. The individual will have to empty out all the credit.
PrāRabdha Or Physics Of Karma
The next type of karma is Prārabdha karma (Physics). Prārabdha (Physics) means from the Sañcita (Chemistry) bank of karma one takes some karma, creates his body out of it and decides to enjoy and exhaust all those Karmas through that body when one takes birth. So Prārabdha (Physics) is just a small bit which one has brought into this life, to enjoy or exhaust through this body of his. Physics is the happening. What you manifest is physics - powers, or powerlessness, whatever. Any happening is only these two.
Physics is the result of inner space or biology of karma. When an idea or a thought causes an action, the happening of that action is physics of karma. Physics is also changing; it is not stagnant because as the cognitions change even the actions will naturally change. Being able to do power manifestation in every level of life; manifesting one's desires and realities whether it is money, job, health or relationships is physics. The eternal expansion of the universe also happens through physics. There are only two units in the physics of karma: powers or powerlessness. Anything that happens is only these two. Through the physics of karma it is possible for you to manifest anything you want. Any reality can be manifested through physics of karma. Whether it is the expansion within you (microcosm) through power manifestation or the continuous, eternal expansion of the universe (macrocosm). Both the microcosm and macrocosm get expanded through physics of karma. When you add powerful cognitions to physics you will be able to break the physics of matter and go beyond matter to manifest your realities even from other worlds, other lokas.
Physics, Chemistry And Biology Of Karma
The third type of karma is the worst. It is the Āgāmya karma (Biology), the karma which you start collecting after coming down to planet Earth, because of fresh thoughts, words and deeds of yours.
Anybody who lands on planet Earth has to exhaust his Prārabdha karma before he dies. For example you have 1000 Karmas in your Sañcita bank. When you take up your body, when you assume your body, out of this 1000 karma, you take only 10 karma as your Prārabdha karma saying, 'Let me finish these ten karma this time.'
However, after coming down, instead of exhausting your own karma, you start watching others and collect karma based on their desires. These are called borrowed desires. Because of these borrowed desires, you create certain thoughts, words and actions. For example, if you see someone more beautiful than you, your thoughts multiply due to comparison and jealousy. You create karma based on thoughts. Sometimes you talk ill of others, without knowing any of the related facts. When you do this, you accumulate karma based on words.
H OW A R E P H YSI C S, C H EMIST R Y A N D B I O L O G Y O F K A RMA IMP A C T I N G Y O U?
How Are Physics, Chemistry And Biology Of Karma Impacting You?
All your actions are invariably driven by greed or fear and therefore end up being superficial actions, adding to your karma. In this fashion, you end up collecting, say 200 Karmas. By the time you go back, what will happen? Your bank balance would have increased by 200! You did not exhaust the 10 Karmas with which you
What Will Happen The Next Time You Take The Body?
Your Sañcita is 990 plus 210 Karmas now – 200 Karmas more than the last birth. Again you take 10 out of it and come down with another body. But you only collect more and go back. This becomes a vicious circle. This is what we call Janma Marana Chakra – life-and-death cycle, continuously taking a body and dying, again and again. Instead, while you are living, if somebody gives you the knowledge that you are not just the body or the mind, and it is karma that is influencing you, then the influence of that karma over you will begin to come down and you start exhausting the Prārabdha karma that you came down with.
On the other hand, whenever these 3 engrams put you in depression, if you have learned how to come out of depression with the help of initiation or clicks, then these 3 will start losing their power over you. So, over time, out of the 10 Karmas, 3 will leave you. Whenever you reduce the influence of Prārabdha on yourself, not only will the Prārabdha get burnt, the chances of accumulating new karma, the āgāmya karma, will also come down.Patanjali reveals an important sacred secret. Prārabdha is not a quantity. Take an example of a dam. There is a huge dam. Whatever water is stored in that dam is Sañcita.
Prārabdha is not whatever water is getting released from that dam for irrigation. If you think of a river as the flow of life, all the water stored as Āgāmya, we may think the water released from storage to the life from the time being is Prārabdha. But Patanjali reveals an important technique sacred secret - the water released is not Prārabdha the shape of the gateway where the water is getting released is the Prārabdha, which means Karmas get active only in favourable condition. It means all the water available in the storage – Sañcita is available to you, then what becomes Prārabdha? What expresses in this body is decided based on the conditions you create for yourself. If you are doing good actions, the great merit you get is desire to do more good action.
Prārabdha if it is taken as a quantity of karma, you cannot change it. It is the possibilities you create. That is where the Copy freedom to alter your life comes into place.
Dear Swamiji – What is to be done in each phase to prepare for the next phase of life. What is to be done in each phase to prepare for the next phase besides action . Thank you Gratitude.
A N Swe R
Prārabdha is broad Karmas, Āgāmya is accumulated Karmas, Sañcita is saved Karmas. Saved for janmas is Sañcita. Let me be very honest, you cannot do anything with Sañcita. Sañcita can be melted only by me working directly on it. You can do only 2 things – Āgāmya and Prārabdha . Prārabdha is more like thoughts – engrams and patterns. Āgāmya is more like muscle memory and bio memory which have become part of you. See Prārabdha is more like a pattern the thought trend the Saṁskāra. A when I say Āgāmya I want to make it very clear – two parts the pattern of doing continuous actions and accumulations knowing it brings suffering ….you know by getting angry irritated and you are going to suffer but you don't bother about it because that is become part of you. The possibility of accumulating more and more Āgāmya itself is a pattern. In Āgāmya there are two – one – you do a certain action now and accumulate karma, Second this constant pattern of doing action and accumulating karma even though it is wrong and it is not good for you, dangerous for you. Too much of unawareness.
Physics, Chemistry And Biology Of Karma
Question - Dear Swamiji, can initiation by an enlightened master in this life free me of Karmas accumulated in past lives? How?
Answer - No. You can change your Prārabdha through a simple, strong will or Saṅkalpa*. The strength of the Saṅkalpa* can cause a rebirth in you in this birth itself. The next birth can happen now itself. For example, people, especially householder disciples who feel they are caught up in their responsibilities ask me, 'Swamiji, please bless me that I should be with you at least in my next birth.' There are so many examples where they have been able to come and live in the ashram* just a few months later. It is just the strength of the will. Our Core Beliefs are like major questions we have about life – life, death, karma, renunciation, Dharma, artha, kāma, Mokṣa – all these are Core Beliefs.
If you drink, you may die because of liver failure, liver
cirrhosis. But, the karma is not going to come and you are not going to be tortured somewhere in some hell or anything. Be very clear, the hormonal ups and downs are different. Your eternal existence is different.
The moment the Jāṭarāgni, digestion fire stops in your body - no sins associated to eating comes with you. The moment you stop drinking means the system stops digesting liquid - all the actions and karma related to drinking drops and it cannot come with you.
Very simple things - your existence is eternal. You are going to take the next births based on the cognitions you cherished most when you lived in this body. When you live in this body, the most consciously cherished cognitions, understand. Unconsciously cherished cognitions have no power over you. For example, if you have been unconsciously eating, eating, eating, eating, eating - don't worry.
Whether to eat a sweet, even as a ten year old boy, such simple decisions like whether to eat a sweet or not, whether to go out and play or not - I took from the powerful cognitions. Even those simple decisions, whether to wear this dress or not, whether to go to some place or not, whether to engage with somebody, have friendship or not - all these were from powerful cognitions. And I tell you, again and again and again I am feeling grateful for those Gurus who instilled the habit of operating from the powerful cognitions as my lifestyle.
If you experience powerful cognitions as your existence and your depth raises. Ironing out your thought currents with the powerful cognitions is called Sāṅkhya. I can give you one small example. Fundamental truths from Kapila karma theory, reincarnation theory, your existence is eternal, these great truths - just try to chew them inside. That depth they can cause, the understandings they can cause, the liberation they can give cannot be compared to any amount of choices, understand.
Biggest delusion for human beings is you are being taught and told choices are freedom, choices are expansion. If you have more choices, you are successful is the stupid idea. I am not against choices. But I am against thinking choices as the ultimate solution for life. With choices, you may be over choiced or under choiced, you may be over pleasured or under pleasured, you may be overpaid or underpaid, you may be over sexed or under sexed, understand. Choices in length, breadth, depth is not freedom.
CHAPTER 3
Karma Theory
Decoded
Just yesterday I was looking at a beautiful one liner on Math – one guy is saying I don't think Math is a science, it is a religion. The other guy says how. This guy says all these equations are like miracles. You take one number, and another number gives the third number. How can you prove the third number happens? It is because you believe it. That's all!
If you are a religious atheist you are a math atheist. Math needs to be understood with utility value. For example, if you say 2 plus 2 is 4, you can say how can this be true? But when you believe this, you can run your life smoothly. Complications are reduced.
Karma Theory Decoded
You will know you will fall and be prepared. Something will be clear. It will make life more comfortable, more livable.
Make these formulas and present them. Same way the inner scientists do research. They make all these theorems, formulas present it to us as law of life. So the essence of what I wanted to share with you – the sacred secret is karma theory is the math of cosmos.
Based on the utility value you need to look at this and understand that this is truth and start believing.
Religious understandings are here to make life more liveable! The constitution of the cosmos comes for compassion. It is for life. It is not against life.
Mathematicians have
done a lot of calculation, analysis, and the best beliefs which makes life simple and makes your life more liveable.
So the law of karma, the cause and effect truths needs to be looked at like how you look at math.
Law of the land does not apply in the law of the Cosmos. These two are different. Don'ts of the law of the land and understandings of society - all that no way touches the law of the Cosmos.
See the Divine, Paramaśiva, he becomes many, he declares "let Me become many to celebrate Me" - so more and more celebration caused becomes good karma. More and more pain caused becomes bad karma. That's all. An individual may give a billion dollars to somebody and might not be happy about it - one doesn't get good karma. An individual may be giving a penny to somebody and he is just praising and glorifying, he is just ecstatic, then the soul gets good karma. It is the experience caused matters, not the other money or quantity or quality or the work or any of that done.
The Cosmos does not record anything other than violence. Means, only if one causes pain, karma gets recorded. Other than violence, nothing is recorded as karma.
For example, somebody goes and steals two billion dollar from a multi billionaire and that fellow is loaded with trillions of dollars he doesn't care, He goes out, he doesn't bother – the individual doesn't get karma. If one goes to a homeless guy, steals a few pennies and that fellow rolls on the ground and cries. The individual gets karma. You see when the cosmos decided to manifest as this Universe and as all of us - the only principle it declared is "let Me become many to celebrate Me." It means only one principle "let us all coexist, " that's all. Only if that is broken "let us all coexist" karma comes, other than that nothing is karma.
Effect Of Debt And Enmity Is Karma And Causes More Karma
Karma is not just an effect of incompletion - karma can be the cause of more and more incompletion. Once the incompletions start, either you have to be moving towards completion or more and more incompletions. You cannot just keep quiet.
What is incompletion? For example, you are sitting here right now, hearing me speak, but you are not listening to me, you are thinking—'I have not done this, I have not done that, this has not happened, that has not happened, I am restless'–that is incompletion. If you have such incompletions inside, be very clear, you will not be listening to me. You may be sitting here out of compulsion or some other reason, but you will not be listening to me. And when you don't listen, more and more incompletions happen. It is a vicious circle If you are sad, watch and meditate on your misery. Observe how you created the sadness. See how the root of your misery lies within you. The mind constantly tells you everybody else is responsible for your misery, spouse, friend, boss, or the man down the street. It always goes on throwing responsibility on somebody else.
A small story: There was an ad in the newspaper for a professional that ended with, 'We want a responsible man for the job.' A man applied for the job. In his interview, he introduced himself saying, 'I think I am just the person for your job.' The employer asked curiously, 'Why?' The man replied, 'Wherever I worked, whenever anything went wrong, they told me I was responsible.' Be very clear, nobody except you is responsible for what you feel, what you do. Nobody can make you suffer without your silent permission. Once you understand that whatever happens is from deep inside you, you will suddenly see things changing. Take full responsibility for yourself and see how you become integrated in whatever you do. When you stop blaming others, when you understand that you are responsible for everything, you will become more and more aware of every action, every thought of yours.
That awareness is enough. You will act intelligently. If you want to be sad, you will be sad. Nothing wrong with that just is total in that sadness. If you feel there is no need to be sad and you want to be happy, be happy. That's all.
Karma Decides This Life, Your Next Life And Lives After That
The totality of all the past decisions is the present moment. Now, applying the same logic, the totality of present decisions will be the future. This is the whole karma theory: the totality of all past is the present, and the totality of present is the future. karma theory is nothing but establishing a right cognition between us and the World and the Divine.
The time you spend with a thought pattern is a season of your life, parva. Like how you use the word teenage period, adolescent, youth, man, all those words. The time you spend with one thought pattern is the season in your life. The time you spend with one thought current is your life.
Once the life force leaves the body, within three Kṣaṇa, it chooses the next body. At the time of death the three most enjoyed experiences in that lifetime stand out as one's last thoughts. The choice of the next body arises from the mind-set based on these three experiences. These three thoughts will be based on one from each of the total karma (Sañcita), this birth karma (Prārabdha) and gathered karma (Āgāmya). Based on this, the Prārabdha karma will take shape for this birth.
Practicing spiritual life solutions in one's lifetime will reduce the gathered Sañcita karma of that life because these understandings will help one to live with awareness. Meditation helps to reduce the Prārabdha karma. It acts not only upon the conscious and physical levels but also has the capacity to penetrate and clean the unconscious on a physical, mental and being level. However, the largest balance in the bank of karma, the total Sañcita karma, can only be dissolved through the Guru's grace. The more these three Karmas are reduced, the less the constraints of choice for the next body. Since each of the three Karmas will dictate a corresponding intense experience to be lived, the next body will need to provide a space for these experiences to be lived. It is like this. If I say, 'Let me meet a person who can speak English,' I have more choices than if I say, 'Let me meet a person who can speak English, Spanish and German.' Similarly, if you have all the three types of karma, of this birth, gathered and total, there are more constraints on your next birth.
Karma Theory Decoded
total Sañcita karma may be, 'I want to be beautiful.' The desire influenced by your karma of this birth, Prārabdha, may be, want to be rich.' The desire influenced by your gathered or Āgāmya karma, may be, want to settle down in USA.' It is more difficult to get a body for the life energy's next birth that will lead to the satisfaction of all the three desires within the short gap of three Kṣaṇa. So, it ends up choosing a body that satisfies the strongest desire amongst the three desires. The combined desires, the mindset, with which the life energy leaves the previous body is the Vāsanā, the seeds of desire.
The Vāsanā and the body that matches the Vāsanā attract life energy. Just like a television set tuned to the satellite channel's frequency receives the corresponding electromagnetic waves, in the same way, the Vāsanā is attracted by the body. Till you are liberated from the need for muscle memory, you will continue to create muscles for you. That is what is karma. If you have some pleasure to be achieved through muscles, or revenge to be taken, with beings who have muscles, if you have a job in this plane you will always assume a muscle, muscle-based body. Part of you exists always as body, as long as you have a need to do something in this plane, human plane.
For example, the desire influenced by your 'I 'I These three desires, these three thoughts will be seen in one glimpse in three Kṣaṇa, as one Vāsanā . The Vāsanā is like a television channel and the body that attracts the Vāsanā is like the television set tuned to this channel.
The life energy, the spirit, departing from the previous body enters the new body that is selected as that body leaves the womb of the mother. It enters the body in the birth canal. The darkness of the causal layer that it left from the previous body corresponds to the darkness of the mother's birth canal. Since the body has been prepared by the energies of the parents, the life energy chooses the combined energies of the parents based on the desires, the Vāsanā, the mental attitude, with which it leaves the previous body. So the parents do not choose the child. It is the child that chooses its parents.
Now, of the three types of karma, if one of them is gone, the choice constraints are fewer and the life force can be more focused on the choices. Cleaning the gathered Āgāmya karma and this birth's Prārabdha karma can be done by the individual by understanding about life and by meditating. The Guru's grace will reduce the total Sañcita karma
Once the total Sañcita karma is cleansed, there is no reason to take another body. Then, if the next birth still happens, it is for no reason but out of overflowing joy and bliss. The birth is thus chosen consciously because there is no pull of karma. The life lived is a reason less play of an avatar or incarnation.
You happen in the planet earth to exhaust certain amount of karma. For all of us, our total Sañcita karma initially was a divine play. For an Incarnation, it is still a divine play as he has no karma at all. We took birth out of choice. We forgot our Prārabdha karma, started gathering Āgāmya karma and expanded the total Sañcita karma. Then, to exhaust the increased load we had to take another birth where we collected more desires and karma. This is how the cycle of life and death continues.
Your gathered Āgāmya karma is your bondage. The total karma and this birth karma can be a divine play. The result of this play is the karma of that birth. After birth, if we play without gathered karma, it will continue to be a divine play. The bondage comes with gathered karma.
CHAPTER 4
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
Āgāmya karma or understood as biology of karma is the zone where your very core existence touches your body to operate. The heart, the heart muscles do not have muscle-memory. That is why, fortunately, the heart is running on its own. It cannot be controlled by your musclememory. It is controlled by your bio-memory.
The brain tissues. Wherever your consciousness, your soul, the Jīva, the Individual Soul connects with your body to operate your body, means, the decision-making points, where the decisions are made, where constantly the decision-making mechanism is stored, that point is what I call 'bio-memory'.
The Āgāmya or Biology of karma you carry, inner space you carry gives birth to your reality. It is your bio memory. The unit of biology is your wants and fears. 'Biomemory' is the pattern of your decisions.
'Cause' is bio-memory; 'Effect' is musclememory. If the pillow is muscle-memory, what is the cause of the pillow? The cotton source material; that source material is bio-memory.
Thoughts, Words And Deeds Are Source Of Your āGāMya Or Biology Of Karma
Biology or Āgāmya karma is the source which can be replenished. The source, but not in its pure form which is replenished again and again is resource. Biology is not pure Consciousness. It is the source which needs to be replenished again and again. Biology or Āgāmya karma is
the thoughts, words and deeds collected after coming down to planet earth. .
Your thoughts are so powerful, and your mind is so powerful, it can just change the whole body. For example: Just think of one thought that creates disturbance in you. Or just think of your enemy. Or think of a person who took money from you and is not giving it back. Or a person who gave you money and is asking for it. Immediately you will see the change happening in your system .The whole chemistry is changing. Your blood is boiling, BP is rising, heartbeat is rising, and pulse rate is increasing. Just one thought can change your whole system.
A single thought can change the whole chemistry. Or one thought that creates lust, one advertisement hoarding and immediately your body chemistry changes. Your whole body is now ready. Please be very clear: a single thought can change the chemistry of your body. Your body is again and again created only by your thoughts.
Clean the Gathered Āgāmya Karma Through Science of Unclutching Unclutching will melt all the Karmas, toxins in your bio-memory. You will have the most purest body and mind if you add Unclutching as your fuel.
Nature Of Your Mind
Let me give you a simple diagram to understand how thoughts flow in the mind and how you connect them. Each thought in your mind is shown here as a rectangle. Each is a different shape, size, and color.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
Understand that no two thoughts are logically connected. No thought is responsible for the creation of another thought. They all appear randomly, independently, and illogically.
What Is Unclutching?
How do you 'unclutch' from this random stream of thoughts? We will be using the word 'unclutch' again and again. Let's clearly define what is meant by 'unclutch'. When we change gears while driving a car, whether we change from first to second, or second to third, or any gear for that matter, we have to pass through neutral every time. We have to completely depress the clutch, or 'unclutch', move through neutral, and only then we can go to the next gear, right? In the same way, we experience a neutral space between any two thoughts in our mind. That neutral space, that silence that exists between two thoughts, is peace and bliss. When we no longer grab onto thoughts and connect them to the past or future, we remain 'unclutched'. As we remain 'unclutched' from our thoughts we become more aware of the neutral spaces between thoughts. The gap between the thoughts will automatically extend when we remain 'unclutched' from the stream of thoughts. We will dwell in the neutral space longer and experience more and more peace and bliss.
How Unclutching Brings Awareness?
When you suddenly become aware, any thought that flows in front of you becomes your life for that moment. You start giving attention to it, either to fulfil it or to escape from it. It is like slides on a projector. Any slide that is kept in front of the projector light is seen as reality on the screen.
Different thoughts are continuously flowing in you. One may be related to pain or a painful experience. Another may be related to joy or a joyful experience. The next one may be related to joy, but you think of it as pain. It is referred to as JP on the chart – joyful experience, painful impression. Similarly you may have a thought that is related to a painful experience, but you think of it as joy. It is referred to as PJ – painful experience, joyful impression.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
Generally, all your thoughts are related to something about the past or the future. You cannot have thoughts about the present. In the present moment you can have only consciousness, no thoughts. Thoughts are either related to some joyful experiences that you had in the past and want to have in the future, or painful experiences that you had in the past and don't want to have again.
Even at the time of some serious problem, you will suddenly have a positive thought. Even in the peak of joy, you will have some unconnected negative thought. Each thought is completely independent, completely unconnected to the previous thought. That is why you are able to have a happy thought amidst sad thoughts and vice versa.
I read a joke the other day: One man got into his car and started the engine. He flipped on the turn indicator and asked his son to see if the light blinked in the rear of the car. His son shouted back, 'Yes, it's on…no, it's not on…yes it's on…no it's off…now it's on!' If you just see the thought flow in front of you, suddenly you will realize, 'Oh god, all these things are actually going on in me! I don't have a clue where I am heading. I don't know what is happening in me!' You are not aware, but constantly you believe you are aware. That is the first illusion. If you become aware continuously, you open up to reality for the first time. It might be a bit intense initially, because until now, you have
spent most of your time in unawareness. Ultimately, it will lead you to experience only joy and bliss.
Unclutching Makes You More Creative And Productive
There is no linear connection between one thought that we have and another thought that we have. The only relationship between thoughts is that they come from the same source. But we constantly connect one thought and the next thought in a linear manner.
Just as bubbles in a fish tank rise from the bottom, our thoughts also rise in the same manner. When one bubble comes and reaches the surface of the water, the next bubble starts and then the third bubble starts. Because the bubbles are rising at a high speed, they look like a continuous stream! Actually there is always a gap between two bubbles.
Like the bubbles, we also experience a neutral space between two thoughts. Since the gap or the neutral space between two thoughts is so small, we think all thoughts are connected and form a shaft. But there is always a gap between two thoughts.
The problem is that in your inner space, the projector light is not continuously on. When I say projector light, I mean your awareness. It just comes and goes, comes and goes – you are not fully, continuously aware.
Many times, even though your eyes are open and your body is moving, you are not aware of your existence. An example from everyday life is like when you get into your car and drive for half an hour to the office. It is only after you reach the office, park the car, and get out, do you suddenly realize, 'Oh, I have reached the office!' It means that in those moments of driving, the projector light was off most of the time. Any slide that is placed in front of the projector during moments that the projector light, your awareness, is off is not part of your life. You don't remember it at all. When the light comes on again, when your awareness comes back again, whatever thought you have at that time becomes a part of you. Understand that this is a very subtle truth. Your life is the totality of all the thoughts you have when you are aware and unaware. Unfortunately, many times there are thoughts, many major decisions, and life changing incidents that happen when you are not aware. These are also part of your life, part of your biography. Unfortunately, you are not aware of these scenes, decisions, or thoughts when they come up. Without your knowledge they have contributed significantly to your life. Be very clear, every moment that passes in your life without you being aware of it, without your presence, is suffering. You will either directly or indirectly create situations for suffering. Just like when the turn indicator light in your car blinks, your consciousness blinks also. But, because of your lack of awareness, you do not know when it is on and when it is off.
How Unclutching Brings Awareness?
These small games were created mainly to reduce the unfamiliarity between the couple because in arranged marriages the bride and groom first meet during the wedding ceremony. They have small games to reduce the distance between the couple because they are new to each other. This man said, 'During that game, she scratched my hand. With her nails, she scratched my hand!' And he started
a big story about everything that she had done to him since that day! For all practical purposes, he had kept a file, like a police report from the first day of his marriage.
After two or three incidents, I told him, 'Please stop! If this is the case, she should be happier than you to part ways. It is very difficult to live with someone who keeps such large and detailed files in his head!' Any time she does something, this man will always be looking through the files. Then he told me the immediate reason for the divorce. He said, 'She spilled some coffee on my clothes!' I told him, 'Spilling coffee on your clothes cannot be a reason for a divorce!' He said, 'No, you don't know. Today she poured coffee; tomorrow she will pour acid!' He really said this. I did not understand the connection. I asked him how he could possibly connect coffee and acid. Again he said, 'No, no Swamiji, you don't know.
Let me tell you about an incident that happened:
A middle aged man came to me and said, 'Swamiji, I am going to divorce my wife. Please bless me!' One gentleman around forty five years of age came up to me and said, 'Swamiji, I am going to divorce my wife, please bless me.' I told him, 'I only bless people for marriages. Why do you want me to bless you for a divorce?' He replied, 'No, you have to bless me, because I have suffered so much.' I said, 'Suffering is always give-and take. It is never just taking. You must have given your wife enough suffering Neither the joy shaft nor the pain shaft exists. So, please tell me the truth about what happened and then we will analyze the situation.' He replied, 'How do I decide which incidents to tell you, and which ones to leave out? There are so many of them! From day one she has been torturing me. You don't know how much torture I have gone through!' Then he narrated an incident from the day of his marriage. In Hindu villages, when a wedding takes place, the newly married couple plays games after the marriage ceremony. For one of the games, a ring is dropped inside a pot filled with water. The husband and wife put their hands inside and compete to pick up the ring. Whoever grabs it first wins. These small games were created mainly to reduce the unfamiliarity between the couple because in arranged marriages the bride and groom first meet during the wedding ceremony.
UNCLUTCHING MAKES YOU MORE CREATIVE AND PRODUCTIVE
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
He may seem extreme and you may laugh when you hear this. But just look intensely at your own life. You are doing the same thing - constantly creating illogical connections. You forget to see incidents as being independent of each other. You forget to see thoughts as being independent. The only relationship between thoughts is that they come from the same If you just learn this one simple technique of unclutching, you will be able to retain a significant amount of energy in your system, in your being. As a result, you will be many times more productive and creative.
Unclutching Makes You More Creative And Productive
Your relationships will be much friendlier because you will not clutch incidents that are not related. You will not feel suffocated by people or their expectations of you. You will have tremendous inner space available to you to fulfill your needs, as well as others' needs. You will also have tremendous compassion to know why others are suffering. It is only when you don't understand why the other person is suffering that you are harsh with them. When you unclutch, you are able to accommodate that person in your inner space. You are automatically compassionate. Your very life has a different quality and you become a different person in the world.
Techniques To Unclutch
Let us see how unclutching is related to what happens every moment in your body – breathing! Between the incoming breath and the outgoing breath is a neutral space. Your identity exists in the incoming and outgoing breath spaces. Constantly you can connect and see you are connected when you are aware of your breath.
Unclutching Through The Breath Technique
But in the gap of the neutral space your identity does not exist. You don't connect the gaps, so you
when breathing. Because you give more emphasis to your identity you think that the time of the incoming breath and outgoing breath is more than the time of neutral space. In reality it is not. It is just
Once you have experienced unclutching, you don't even need to practice any technique. Just remembering the unclutching experience is enough, you will again be in that same space!
2. Guided Meditation For Unclutching
- Close your eyes. Sit straight.
- For the first few moments, inhale and exhale, as deeply as possible
- . Slowly start witnessing only the incoming breath.
- Do not bother about the outgoing breath or the neutral space.
- Just witness the incoming breath first. Be the witness.
- Be aware of the incoming breath.
Now slowly start witnessing only the outgoing breath. Forget about the incoming breath or the neutral space. Just witness and be aware of only the outgoing breath.
Another Five Miutes Later
Now slowly, very slowly, be aware of both the neutral spaces - when your incoming breath turns into the outgoing breath, and when your outgoing breath turns into the incoming breath. Be aware. Witness both the neutral spaces alone. Intensely be aware of both the neutral spaces.
Techniques To Unclutch
Now, be aware of the incoming breath, neutral space, outgoing breath, and neutral space. Be unclutched. Whatever thought comes in your mind do not connect it to anything. Don't even think that you are thinking. Even that idea comes because you connect your thoughts. Everything is just completely independent. .
Re-Invent Your Thoughts For Having A Karma Breakthrough
See, in the causal body, you may have the skills to play cricket, golf and tennis. If you get up from deep sleep with a strong will or intention to play cricket, then you will also bring from the causal body the intelligence to play cricket. You will be naturally led into the situations, the atmosphere and the intelligence for it. If you go to sleep at night with a strong intention to play golf and you wake up in the morning with the strong intention to play golf, then you will bring with you that intelligence to play golf. The causal layer is an exchange place. It is like monetary exchange. In the causal layer you can exchange anything. When you go to the causal layer the karma of this birth itself can be changed if you have that strong intention every day. This is true freedom. Strong intention has the capacity to change the gathered Āgāmya karma and the Prārabdha karma of this birth. It cannot change the total Sañcita karma. Sañcita karma can only be changed by the grace of the Guru, one who is without Karmas.
Hold Strong Intention To Change Āgāmya Karma
When you have a problem do not suspect just your actions, suspect the very YOU. Means, your very thought current, your very idea about you. Suspect that very YOU; because change, transformation, reinventing yourself, having a breakthrough from karma pattern – all this is easy and doable in simple decision of suspecting your very thought current. When you have a problem do not suspect just your actions, suspect the very YOU. Means, your very thought current, your very idea about you. Suspect that very YOU; because change, transformation, re-inventing yourself, having a breakthrough from karma pattern – all this is easy and doable in simple decision of suspecting your very thought current. We have seven layers or seven bodies of energy, which are physical, pranic, mental, etheric, causal, meditation and nirvanic. In the causal layer our gathered or Āgāmya karma is completely available for us.
Awareness: The Ultimate Key To Reduce Karma
The men who dominated their women on earth shall be in one line. The men who were dominated by their women shall be in the second line.' The line of the men who were dominated by their women was miles long. In the line of men who dominated their women, there was only one man. God was curious and asked the lone man in the line, 'How did you manage not to be dominated by your wife?' The man replied, 'I don't know. My wife told me to stand here!' When you are caught in fear, naturally you are ready to do what society tells you. You are no longer master of yourself. You are under the control of society. Understand, there is no hell or heaven existing physically somewhere. Hell and heaven are psychological states of your mind. When you think good thoughts, when you do good deeds, you feel good and you are in heaven. When you think evil, when you act evil, you feel evil and you are in hell. That is all there is to karma. This is the cosmic causeand-effect principle. The results of the actions should be surrendered, not the action itself.
You become what your intent is. If you create thoughts, words or actions that do not emanate from deep awareness but from a superficial layer, then you create karma that further propels you to fulfil those superficial thoughts, words or actions. Your life is nothing but the totality of the conscious choices that you continuously make. Whether you want to or not, directly or indirectly, you are choosing everything. Someone else does not choose. It is you who chooses.
A Small Story:
An employee approached his boss, 'Sir, my wife said I should ask you for a raise.' The boss replied, 'Oh, I will ask my wife tonight whether or not I should give you a raise!
Another Small Story:
In a calamity a whole village was wiped out. All the men and women were lined up at the gates of heaven. the Divine said, 'I want the men to form two lines.
Bring More Awareness Into Your Thinking System
We make thousands of decisions unconsciously in a day. Whether it is thinking or talking or doing, it is done unconsciously without awareness. That is the reason we are not able to connect the cause and the effect of many things that happen in our lives. We always think we have been dished out unfair results. We are blissfully unaware that it was we who caused the effects. We made it happen by way of unconscious living and ended up incurring more karma. Flood more awareness and intelligence into your thinking system. Flood more consciousness into your decision making system. A small example can make you understand this basic truth. If somebody criticizes you, you choose to get offended. If somebody praises, you choose to get flattered. Because of your habit, you choose this response unconsciously. Does someone else choose this for you? No! It is purely your choice. Because it has become a habit, you have forgotten that you are choosing. Understand, you can decide to respond differently. For example, when someone criticizes you, you can choose not to get offended. You can choose to remain calm, relaxed and collected. It is your choice to feel offended. When you try to defend yourself, you make a mess of it.
Karma is nothing but the faith of your fear in it. At least the fear emotion is solid. Karma does not exist even to the depth of your fear. Fear will go to the depth of your causal body – the energy layer which you fall into in deep sleep. If you sleep with a knife above your head, you will automatically touch the causal body because of the intense fear. Karma does not have even that much depth. It is just your own doing and can be undone with understanding and awareness, and a conscious decision not to incur more karma through thought, word or deed.
People ask me, 'Swamiji, how do we take birth? Who is it who decides about our birth and life?' I tell you, it is you who decides even about your birth and next life. It is you who decides even your body for the next life.
When you have had even one glimpse of pure consciousness, no karma can influence you. Your frequency becomes much more than the frequency of karma. Karma can work on you only as long as you have thoughts. In conscious awareness you go beyond thoughts. So, naturally you will start ruling over karma. Any meditation when done intensely can give you a glimpse of consciousness – the Truth. Bearing these concepts in mind, if you think, talk and act with complete awareness, then you will do only what minimum is required to be done in order to exhaust whatever karma already exists for you in this birth. You will not create āgāmya karma. When we talk about karma, people think that in order not to accumulate new karma, they should fall into inaction. No! Spirituality is all about karma phala tyāga – letting go of the results of action, not karma tyāga – letting go of action itself .
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
I can give you a precise technique on samyamā on karma – in every action, have awareness.
Have Awareness In Every Action
Karma means starting to support the path which leads you beyond actions. If you know meditation leads you more and more towards the space of beyond actions, if you are convinced unclutching will lead you more and more towards the space of beyond actions, support that, encourage that, enrich that in your inner space.
Let that unclutching become your very life style. Let the nivrutthi become your lifestyle. Let that become a part of you. When you support that more and more, you will be filling yourself with that more and more.
If you are eating, see – if the eating is a casual act or is it possessing you, if you are seeing, is seeing possessing you or is it a casual act. If you are hearing something, see if it is a casual act or if it possesses you.
The Cosmic law of karma is that anything which is a casual act and does not bother you whether it is there or not, it is not going to bind you. But if you are possessed by anything and suffer with or without it, it binds you!
For example, alcohol itself will not bind you – if it is there it is okay, if it is not there it is okay – if you think like that – then it will not bind you. The bondage comes by the strength of the suffering which you go through not by the action itself. The definition of action does not bring bondage but the pain that it brings by being or not being in your life creates bondage! Bring awareness to your whole days actions. Then you will know what is your Prārabdha which you wanted to enjoy in this body and what is your bank balance which you may enjoy later on if time and life permits. Knowing Prārabdha and Sañcita, you suddenly know - If you don't have any strong karma to be enjoyed through your muscle memory, you just know very clearly you are relaxing. Now you can take a choice of relaxing from the body and becoming enlightened or take a choice becoming enlightened and activate the body again. One more thing when you become enlightened you have a complete choice to activate or not activate the body again.
Decide To Live An Enlightened Life
Every time you consciously decide to live an enlightened life, you wipe off all the unconscious Karmas - the failures you had till then - your whole past. Otherwise it gets pushed into the bank of Sañcita karma, your bank of karma. Your conscious decision for your future makes your whole past irrelevant. Karma gets burnt just by cognising 'Paramaśiva is real' and vibrating once with His name - Paramaśiva! Paramaśiva! Paramaśiva!
यस्य सर्वे समारम्भाः काम सङ्कल्प वर्जिताः । ज्ञानाग्नि दग्धा कर्माणं तम् आहुः पण्डितं बुद्धाः ॥
Translation – "He whose every enterprise is without fancy for the object of desire and whose action is consumed by the fire of consciousness, is called as the wise man, by the wise."
Only unclutching leads to authentic permanent ultimate transformation. So the first thing you need to know is all actions are just chemical imbalances in the body. This will liberate you from all the Karmas. That is the first sacred secret that Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa is revealing in the 18th verse.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
In Bhagavad Gita 4th chapter, Jñāna
karma Sannyāsa Yoga 19th verse.
"yasya sarve samarambhah kamasaṇkalpa -varjitah | jñānagni-dagdha-Karmanam tam ahuh panditam budhah||"
Respond From Present Moment To Break Karmic Chain
Karma means action. Action can be of two types:
It can either be a reaction, or It can be a response.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
When someone insults, one doesn't need to give in to the emotion of anger rising inside. Just listen to what he is saying objectively without judging whether it is good or bad, right or wrong. First listen to him without immediately reacting. Then respond with awareness; don't react from the past. If he is wrong, one can simply witness the emotion and not react. If the statement is not true, why should one react? Let your response be like a pure reflection in a mirror with no judgment. Let it not come from the Karmic baggage of the past. Instead let it come from the freshness of the present. Anything that comes from past experiences is going to create a Karmic chain. Anything from the present liberates. Your actions do not make you pure or impure.
A Beautiful Story From The Life Of George Gurdjief,:
George Gurdjieff was a young boy of nine years when his father died. He was from a poor family but his father was a very honest and integrated person. When his father was on his deathbed, he called Gurdjieff and gave him his last teaching. If somebody insults you, listen silently and in detail to what he is saying. Then tell the person, 'I am grateful that you have taken so much interest in me. After twenty-four hours I will come and reply to you.' Gurdjieff promised his father that he would always follow this advice. In his own old age, Gurdjieff said to his disciples, 'My father's simple technique helped me immensely. After twenty-four hours who remains angry?
When somebody insults another and that person becomes angry, he has made him behave the way he wants. Now if he apologizes, the mood suddenly changes. Reaction is karma. It is a binding force. It creates chains, but a response is totally different from reaction.
After twenty-four hours, either you find that the person was right or he was not. If he was right, it means you have an opportunity to learn and improve yourself. Your awareness about yourself has increased. If the person is wrong, there is no need to be agitated because the statement has no solid base.
You Are Beyond Karma.
Your actions do not make you pure or impure. You are beyond action. "
Just visualize a bicycle wheel. The periphery is karma, each spoke is an action, the centre is Vikarma - beyond action. If you are moving, to the centre, those Karmas can be called as pure, purifying actions. If you are identifying yourself with the moment going out from the centre to the periphery, it can be called as bad karma. If you are identifying yourself with a space where there is no action,
If you don't know your past completely, you will repeat the same things in the future. If your Thoughts Per Second (TPS) can come down and you know your past as it happened, you won't repeat the same past in the future. You will then become a karma Muktā, liberated from karma. As of now you
are a karma bandhā, bonded to karma because you have not lived your past completely.
Liberate Yourself From Karma By Bringing Your Thoughts Per Second Down
For example, your childhood always seems golden. It was the golden past. You may feel your life in college was great, but when you were actually in college, you didn't really feel that way. Why? Only because your suffering has become much more now and in comparison, the past seems very nice! Now you attribute joy to your past and if given a chance you want to repeat it. When you lived through it, did you actually experience it? No! All meditation techniques are ways to bring down your TPS so that you can penetrate the time shaft.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
This science of completion is the most sacred secret revealed by Śrī Kṛṣṇa in the Bhagavad Gītā, which is the most powerful rājavidyā rājaguhyaṃ, royal sacred knowledge and royal sacred secret. This royal sacred science of completion keeps us eternally in love with life, eternally experiencing life.
The first strong cognition you receive in your life, which influences you to continue to function based on the same cognition, is a root thought pattern! It is the pattern you develop
when powerlessness takes you over for the first time in your life. Your pure cognition is imbalanced and your mind is born!
Root Thought Pattern
The way you behave, feel and respond, all come from this root thought pattern. It is the limiting cognition that happens in you and fills you at a very young age, overpowering you. Sometimes it is fear, sometimes it is greed, sometimes it is jealousy and sometimes it is the decision to prove yourself. Sometimes, it is just plain confusion and worry!
The first attack of any strong emotion happening in us and imbalancing our whole cognition, giving birth to our mind the pattern we develop from that moment, is root thought pattern. The root thought pattern is the source of our every response to life.
Understand, what is a pattern? It is an action that is unfulfilled as per your fantasy, either because of an outside hindrance or an inside hindrance, and is in incompletion. If your expectations are not met by yourself or by others, it remains as an incompletion.
What you internalized, what you cognized in the very young age, which has imbalanced your nature is root pattern. Your natural existence is root thought pattern. Get out of your root thought pattern and complete with it. Please understand, it may be anything as simple as your mother not giving you the cake and giving it to your brother. It may be as simple as your mother making you sit on the dining table so that you will not run around and make a mess; or you trying your best and failing in your exam or some competition. It can be even that small!
I will give you a simple example for root thought pattern.
I will give you a simple example for root thought pattern. In the young age, if your mother teaches you, 'Don't go in the rain. You will catch cold'. Naturally, at that age your immune system is yet to be developed. But even after you are twenty-five, when your immune system is at its peak, you don't even go in the rain, you just see the rain through the window and you start sneezing, 'hachoo'.
Karma Theory Decoded
For example, you always wanted to wake up early in the morning and practice yoga, but you never succeeded in that, so it remains as an incompletion. You always wanted your father to be very loving and caring, and he never honored your expectations, this remains as an incompletion. I tell you, the incompletions embedded in you, go on creating more and more incompletions. So, first find the root of incompletions, the root pattern.
The moment a root pattern enters your system you are dead. After that only the root pattern lives through you. You don't live. Your life is over. Your body may be functioning but your life is over. The first thing any human being should do is—learn this science of discovering the root pattern. I tell you, anything you discover is yours.
What Is Completion?
Completion means living and acting without any hangover of the past incidents, words, actions or memories. Not having a hangover does not mean that you will not remember your past at all. When you are in completion, you will remember past incidents and actions, but they will no longer have the power to cause pain or anger or guilt in you anymore.
Another definition of Completion: Completion is nothing but reclaiming the bits and pieces you threw away in unconsciousness. The parts of you, bits of you, pieces of you that you shared or threw them with so many things and people in your life unconsciously; reclaiming all those parts back and becoming complete with you, is Completion.
Karma Theory Decoded
Please understand that when you operate from the space of completion, whatever you do is Līlā—a divine play. It is not boring life!
Completion means consciously reliving the same experience and relieving the powerful impact of the past, which makes you powerless in the present.
The powerful impact of the past which makes you powerless in the present should be relieved from your system.
Past should not bind you in the present. What we term perception is not the experience we perceive through our senses ;
perception is how we respond emotionally to the experience. This response is an incomplete, inadequate response based on our root thought patterns.
How Completion Brings Awareness?
Modern psychology tells us that almost 90% of our mind is unconscious. This means that we typically use 10% of our conscious mind. In other words, our conscious mind drives only 10% of our thoughts, words and actions. The rest is driven by the unconscious. We have no control over how our unconscious mind functions. Many unconscious memories called root thought patterns are based on fear and pain. They rise up in moments of trauma or difficult situations. They influence decisions with no awareness on our part.
All that we perceive is not true; all that we do not perceive is not unreal. It is a simple truth that what you cognize is only a fraction of what our five senses perceive. The rest goes directly into the unconscious as a pattern. Yet this does not mean that these perceptions and the memories of these perceptions are forgotten. They remain as deep incompletions in us. And these memories strongly drive our actions. You don't see what IS. You only see what you want. You create what you want. Human beings are in such an unfortunate space, they very strongly believe that only what 'IS' is perceived by them.
What is your reality? It is just your perception—your perception about what you feel as you —your mamakāra, what you project to others as you – your ahaṁkāra, and what others expect about you—anyakāra. Please understand, all human beings need to know why you behave the way you behave, why you do the way you do, why you do what you do. You may be a doctor, an engineer in the corporate field, or a politician, or in the field of finance or religion—whatever you may be, whether you act with softness, peace, agitation or irritation, it is your root thought pattern that is responsible for the way you react, the way you function.
Understand this. The first strong cognition you go through in your life which influences you to continue to function based on the same cognition is root thought pattern.
For example, at the age of three or four, for some reason, somebody tries to attack you. Shivering and frightened, you run and hide yourself. The cognition was so deep in you that your whole inner space was filled with fear for a few minutes. The possibility for all other cognitions is shut down and this one cognition just fills you for a few moments. Even after that person has gone, you are still shivering in your hiding place. Please understand, if you had this kind of experience at that young age, you literally never came out of that hiding place after that! You may physically come out, but the suffering and shivering continue to happen. Even at the age of ninety-five, you will be shivering just like the three-year-old boy.
Once some root thought pattern starts in you, your growth stops. After that, only that pattern grows in you, not you! If you had chosen to attack him back with whatever you got in your hand, even that will be a pattern. How you behave, how you feel, how you respond—this means the cognition that happens in you and fills you at a very young age and overpowers you. Sometimes it is fear, sometimes it is greed, sometimes it is jealousy and sometimes it is the decision to prove yourself. Sometimes it is just being blocked out with confusion and worry! The first thing you need to know is that only when you find your root thought pattern and complete with it, your life as a human being starts. Otherwise, you go on cheating yourself most of the time. We tend to think that our actions are based on a logical sequence of thoughts. However, almost all our decisions have neither logic nor awareness.
Part 3: Karma - A compilation of Physical Chemistry and Biology of Karma_English_part_3.md
One of the worst things is that the root thought pattern becomes so much part of you that you don't even realize that the root thought pattern and you are two different things! You just listen to your root thought pattern and behave as if the decision is your own. It is like some traitor becoming the power-center of that country! What will happen to that country? In the same way, root thought pattern is your traitor. It means that it is your enemy. If your enemy becomes part of your decision-making mechanism, your life will be destroyed!
Look in. Unless you find your root thought pattern and complete with it, your independent life does not start. Do not allow root patterns to get rooted in you. Look into the root patterns, into why you behave how you behave. Everything in Existence has a root. Everything you do has a reason, a root. There is a reason for every happening in Existence. Find out the root of your happening. When you find your root pattern and complete with it, you will understand your prārabdha, the purpose of your happening.
Techniques To Complete
Sit in a meditative mood. Close your eyes and one by one bring to surface each of your pains. Relive the wounds completely. Do not console yourself. Open your eyes and write it all down in detail. Write in as detailed a way as possible. You will see that you are free from all the feelings that you are carrying. Whenever I ask you to re-live don't judge that incident with your present knowledge.
No. I am not asking you to reconcile, no. Completion is not reconciliation, it is not remembering, it is re-living. How many ever time you try to reconcile you will never be able to forgive yourself some people in your life for what has happened. So reconciling is not what I am asking you to do.
Re-live; not only you will forgive you will forget that. I don't even ask you to forgive, don't forgive. You will simply forget them. You will simply forget them. I tell you when you are able to forget them they will have their karma back. Understand when you are able to forget them they will have their karma back. I never forgave anybody. And I never cursed anybody. I just know how to forget. They are having their karma back.
Enrich, teach! There are millions of people who are suffering, waiting for some solution. They will listen to you. You can complete with them. You can complete with you. You can complete with them. You can help them to complete with you. You can help them to complete with the world.
2. SamskāRa Dahana Kriya
Sit and pen down when you started creating that pain pattern and complete. Your tiredness is a pain pattern. Boredom is a pain pattern. Being non-focused is a pain pattern. Getting irritated is from pain pattern. Anything which you have other than Samadhi is a pain pattern. Anything which you have other than Samadhi is a pain pattern. Sit and complete, complete, complete. If you make ten persons to do Completion, most of your Karmas will be burned away; because you are reducing so much of pain, suffering, karma load.
Techniques To Complete
Saṁskāra Dahana Kriya has twenty-one actions:
Saṁskāra Dahana Kriya is one comprehensive process that completes your root pattern, branch pattern, leaf pattern, fruit pattern. From your root pattern to fruit pattern, all patterns are completed. Saṁskāra Dahana Kriya is such a powerful process, from your root pattern to fruit pattern, all patterns are completed.

Your bio-memory needs to be infused, your decision-making mechanism needs to be informed that the source of energy available to you, the source of life available to you, the source of love available to you, the source of wealth available to you, everything is unlimited. In your biomemory all of you feel you lack resources. Whether love, your bio-memory needs to be informed you have the love of the Divine Your bio-memory which makes decisions in your life needs to be informed you have a resource like the ultimate.
For example you have two tons of gold in your treasury, but you took some twohundred gram gold for your day-to-day activity. Suddenly, you forgot what you have in treasury. You think only the twohundred gram which you are having in your table is your total wealth, and you start starving, reducing your food, your expenses, saying, 'Only two-hundred gram! I have to live next fifty, sixty years.' Your bio-memory need to be informed you have a vast resource of intelligence like Paramaśiva.
Resources
Decision Making
Rightly informed bio-memory is Enlightenment! No need for any 'tapas' , no need for any practice, no need for any struggle in your life other than giving the right information to your bio-memory which is the source of decision-making.
That is why whenever you complete with a certain thought current and you are initiated into a new thought current, Vedic tradition calls you a new-born.
Your life or death, your lifespan, is not defined based on the number of years you are in a body; it is based on the time you spent with one thought current.
This Is What I Call Feeling Stuck In The Pattern.
I tell you, because 'what you feel about you' decides your fulfilment, your completion. If you are stuck in your health or in any other pattern, that feeling stuck gives you the deep sense of poverty and feeling deprived that life is not fair to you. Life is exploiting you.
Person who is stagnant, who feels stuck with the basic issues of the body, even if he has billions of dollars under his disposal, even if he owns billions of dollars, he won't feel himself as wealthy or rich. In two plates, if the highest health in one plate and the highest wealth in the other plate, if they're kept and stretched in front of me, I'll choose highest health.
Feeling stuck is your karma pattern, when I say feeling stuck I will define: Today you somehow wake up, do little yoga and even go up to the level of Kīrtans, Guru Pūjā, and then 9'oclock flat. Then for one week, nothing moves. Again after a week, you attend 'karma Webinar' and you decide to break from that pattern. Again, two days, things move, again you are back to square one, sometimes even square zero. This is what I call feeling stuck in the pattern.
If you are entertaining the thought current you don't have enough energy to wake up in the morning, I tell you, even if you have billions of dollars you will be constantly craving you don't have enough money to do what you want; because you do not know the power of money you accumulated. You will consider them as zeros and still continue to feel poor. I tell you, feeling stuck inside is the real poverty.
Fulfilment
If you are not able to cause even one reality you want, question the whole thought current you have. Not one or two. Na iti, not this! Na iti, not this! Not just discarding one thought or one thought pattern, discarding thought currents is completion. Understand, when you complete with your root pattern, the collective, your family's root pattern will stand in front of you.
Complete that, and then collectively the society's root pattern will stand in front of you. Complete that, and then collectively, your country's root pattern will stand in front of you. Complete that, and then collectively, the global root pattern will stand in front of you, complete that.
Then collectively, whole beings, not just human, all beings root pattern will stand in front of you, complete that. Then the whole universal, cosmic root pattern will stand in front of you, complete that, and then you are Paramaśiva. Constantly being in completion with others reduces the psychological baggage you carry, the psychological luggage you carry. The psychological baggage you carry is what in Sanskrit we call "karma". Completion with others, takes away the baggage you carry. The incompletions you continue to carry is "karma".
Decide To Break Free From Karma Patterns
In life, rewriting your future needs your decision, not your actions. Actions are immaterial, secondary. You need to understand why you wrote what you wrote and complete this Karmic pattern. You also need to know the Karmic baggage, Karmic pattern does not become voluminous because of your actions, and it becomes heavy because of your decisions. The karma, struggles, the patterns, incompletions, all these don't become heavy, difficult, because of the volume or the amount of actions you did, or the number of times the actions have been repeated, it becomes heavy because of the decisions you made. The good news is, now if you just change the decision, you can get rid of this Karmic pattern.
The good news I have for you is: you can break this karma pattern NOW. The great news I have is – all it takes is just a decision. Because your karma pattern itself is a decision by you, it takes only a decision to undo the decision that you took already, nothing else. karma is nothing but the wrong decisions you took. I have seen the person who can break from karma pattern; he always gets new people, situations, understanding, new, new right things to celebrate life, to fulfil himself.
Thousand years a room may be in darkness, but it is not going to take a candle is enough; the room is lit spontaneously, immediately! So, it is possible, because, karma is not accumulated due to your actions, it is accumulated due to your decisions. The karma pattern, feeling life is not fair to you, feeling stuck. Remember one thing: unless you liberate yourself from this karma pattern, thought current, completion is not possible..
And same way, people who can't break internally only escape from external situations like running away, disappearing. They never get out of karma, it comes back to them wherever they go, before they go the karma is sitting there. The power of karma is, till you don't make the right decision, it has nothing to do with your action. You may be living with certain Karmic patterns for the last thirty years, forty years. With the right decision, understanding, you will be free from it NOW, you can walk out of its impact on your body and mind NOW!
When you find all the root-patterns of this life and complete it, you will see the past life patterns getting released through your system, getting expressed through your system. When they are expressing, look into those past life patterns, find their root and complete. You will be relieved from the Doshas; the Karmas based on the past life incompletions also. From childhood we develop patterns which put us in a very powerless space, which puts us in a very inadequate cognition. Our past inadequate, powerless experiences makes us live with inadequate cognition even in the present moment. So it affects our present life. It makes us live a very powerless life. Finding out the root pattern which is the reason, cause for our inadequate cognitions and completing with it, liberates us from all the sufferings, incomplete patterns, incomplete engraved memories.
In Sanskrit we use the word Karma. Karma is nothing but incomplete engrams, incomplete patterns, incomplete bondages, bondages of past baggage. If you go through the process of completion then suddenly not only are you liberated from the inadequate cognitions of the past, but so much of vast inner space is available for new creation.
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
Because of the powerless space, inadequate cognition, we go on creating the wrong reality for us.
The main thing is, most of the time your inner being is too busy in creating the negative realities for yourself.
So when you clear the root cause of why you created wrong realities and complete all the root patterns through which we create negative realities,
inadequate realities for us then we will know the science of how to create the right reality, adequate reality
None Of You Are In The Present Now.
The pure past janmas,
You are in a peculiar state being punched by the future, by the past in the present. There are
different existence s of you;
overlapping of the past into the future means your created future possibility,
Future Janmas, Future Possibilities,
The way in which you remember your past is nothing but the overlapping of the future into the past.
You don't remember your past as it happened.
Comply With The Present Moment To Break Karma Chakra
For example you were equally interested for a toffee and for a car and for a beloved in your life in the past. At the age of seven the interest which you had for candy, at the age of 14 the interest you had for your own vehicle may be motor bike or car, at the age of 20 the interest you had for your life partner; all three are equivalent. But now when you remember your past you remember your interest for your life partner and the car more intensely than the interest you had for candy or toffee. This is what I mean the past you remember is the projection, overlapping of the future into the past.
It is not the exact pure past. The pure past and the pure future do not bind you. Overlapping of the past into the future, overlapping of the future into the past binds you. Let me define the states; pure past, pure future, overlapping of your past into the future, overlapping of your future into the past, the fifth state is being battered by the past and future in present. Almost all of you are in that state only. The sixth stage is pure present. The mūlādhāra chakra is pure past greed; all the greed and fantasies based on past. Svādiṣṭhāna cakra is related to pure future. Maṇipūraka cakra is the past overlapping into the future, worry; when the past overlaps into the future it is worry. When the future and past is battering your present at this moment and constant comparison and nagging and suffering is vishuddhi chakra. Unable to realize your uniqueness; uniqueness of the present is the vishuddhi. Pure present is ājña. Pure presence is sahasrārā.
If you translate the word janma as birth it becomes too superficial. No; various possible existences. Every moment you are in a different, different janma. The mixture with which you are made is changing every moment. So the word janma has to be understood in all its components and dimensions. The seven janmas which I expressed now are the seven janmas spoken continuously in the Upanishads and Purānas.
When you do not comply with this moment because of being possessive of body or mind, the non completeness of the moment happens to you. And non completed moment is karma which asks you to come back to the same janma. I am revealing the deepest secret to get rid of the karma chakra, the karma bandhā. Another one important truth you need to know, fortunately each one of your energy centres can hold only 21 engrams. So 21 times if you go back and comply and complete that fantasy without creating one more; that is the important thing. Complete the present. Complying with the present and completing the present leads you to presence. Noncompliance of the present and non-completing of the present leads you to the lower five levels of existence; either past overlapping into the future, future overlapping into the past, pure past or pure present. Look in which form of existence you are in and try to comply with the present and complete the present. Just for the next few days again and again and again you will experience samboda of janma kathanta. You will experience illumination of all possible existences of your being.
Physics, Chemistry And Biology Of Karma
Karma is the bondage created in you by your commission or omission of certain acts, which are incomplete with your own cognition about life .
If you think money is life, some of the acts you did which didn't bring money to you, or some of the acts you did not do, again which deprived you from money, commission or omission of certain acts, which are incomplete with your concept of life, is karma.
Any commission or omission of acts which is in sync and complete with your concept of life does not bring any karma. It does not bring any incompletion.
Align Your Actions To Cosmic Law And Be Free From Karma
Karma is disturbing the natural expansion process of the Universe. From Brihadaaranyaka Upaniṣad we understand aligning our actions to the various energy of the cosmos, we can experience the ultimate.
That is why I tell people, the person who drinks and smokes for their whole life does not have one inch of karma. He may have health issues.
One non vegetarian meal is enough to put him in hell because the pain of the animal is there. The animal is not going to be blessing and dying when it dies: Oh, "loka samastā sukhino bhavantu'' let everyone be blissful and happy eating my body.
Make Everything Possible To Live Karma Free
When you think something is necessary and you are not able to do it, you fall into powerlessness. Only the fellows who fall into powerlessness manipulate Dharma. Trying to manipulate Dharma is karma. If you know thoroughly you have to get up early in the morning, and if you cannot get up, the right thing to do is complete with the pattern you are not able to get up.
But unfortunately, if you learn to manipulate even one step of Dharma with the wrong reason, I tell you, after that, Dharma can never enter into your life, because you know how to manipulate every rule. I call it "karma" , "blind spot". Blind spots are not inabilities; they are choices. Thinking that a blind spot is an inability is "karma". it is a choice is "freedom from karma". Don't even know about inability and possibility, and simply you are living, making everything possible, is "ViKarma".
The pattern of compromising and manipulating with the life of Dharma is "karma". The incompletions getting cherished again and again is the Karmic effect. If we complete with the incompletions, the karma leaves us to live the life of Dharma. karma can be transformed as Dharma by the Completion process.
Be Straight To You To Bring More Wealth And More Infrastructure
First you are clear within you. What is the way you want to feel about you, what is the way you want to project you to others, how others may perceive you. Having clarity and taking responsibility for all this. The power of your inner completion will be so powerful, I tell you, the moment you project something out of completion
The Whole World Runs To Full Fill It And Serve You.
You need to know a beautiful story from Prahlād's life. When Prahlād's dad was asking "Prahlād, is your Nārāyaṇa God in this pillar, that pillar, is He in this stone?" When Prahlād was about to mention the pillar, Nārāyaṇa started running from Vaikunta. Lakṣmī asked 'What happened? Why are you running so fast? What is there to be in so much of hurry? Nārāyaṇa` says No...No. you don't know, whatever he shows, I have to enter into that pillar. Where ever he shows, I have to occupy that place and come out.
When you bring integrity in your thinking, you do not waste energy in your inner space and do not bring more and more inner complications. If you stop this you will stop complicating things which you made earlier which is called Prārabdha. The complication you made is Prārabdha, complications you are making is Āgāmya. Without even knowing continuing to make complications is Māyā.
LISTEN! Whole world moves as you want when you are established in Integrity. Prahlād is embodiment of integrity, Nachiketa is embodiment of authenticity, Dhruvā is embodiment of responsibility, Mārkandeya is embodiment for enriching. Prahlād is an embodiment of integrity. He was in completion with all the karma, Prārabdha, Āgāmya, sanchita. That is why the direction he was turning his face or trying to show, the Divine lands there. Same way if you are in completion with integrity without conflict, contradiction internally whatever you project on the world, is project for the cosmos.
Physics, Chemistry And Biology Of Karma
Satya (Truthfulness) makes you mentally light. You don't have to constantly remember all the lies you told. That is the greatness of satya. With satya, you can deal your life too simply as a light being. With the light being, you can deal your life.
Anything which reduces your trust level on the life - avoid. Anything which Ask yourself each thing - horror movie, horror news, does it make me light or heavy? Heavy. Reject. Non-vegetarian food, does it make me heavy or light?Heavy. Reject. That's all is the scale. Anything which makes you light is the lifestyle.
They pertain not only to the worldly pursuits of the couple together, but also their mental, emotional, social, ecological and spiritual attitudes. If followed with authenticity they lead to enlightenment itself.
As the couple matures they decide to take Vānaprastha where they decide to put their spiritual life ahead of their materialistic life and work towards each other's enlightenment by exhausting each other's Karmas.
VāNaprastha āṣHrama
It is very important to live a life only exhausting karma and not accumulating more. It is this idea that is promoted in Vedic marriages.
Bring Completion In Your Marriage To Exhaust Karma
In Hindu tradition when a couple marry they take the (saptapadī) or seven sacred vows:
Saptapadī or 'seven steps' is a very important rite in a Vedic marriage ceremony. At the time of marriage, the couple sit in front of the sacred fire and take seven vows in the presence of the Guru or the Divine that they will both live a blissful married life.
These vows in the Vedic marriage have a very deep meaning and are designed to help the couple to evolve together in a holistic way.
Build A Light Being To Clear Your Karmas
Decide to build light being and even the pets, nature around you will become sweet and light. Charyapada is all about building a light being. In your food, eating style: ask yourself, "Am I feeling light?" Then accept only that food. Never eat anything which makes you heavy. Whether food, thought currents, watching horror movies, clearing all the Karmas you already accumulated itself is a big job. Why do you want to accumulate more karma?
- Mental and spiritual strength, work towards enlightenment dve ūrje viñëustvä anvetu | Let us join together without ego, to do all that is needed to increase the Śakti (energy) inside our body and thus enhance our intellectual strength by meditation, yoga etc. 1.

The incompletions you create in this life is Prārabdha karma. The root-pattern which goes on creating incompletions is Āgāmya karma. Bio-memory which supports multiple root-patterns is Sañcita karma. Each day if you complete with any incompletions, you will be left with no Prārabdha karma.
- Even though you are complete with the Prārabdha karma, because the root is there, the pattern is there which can go on creating incompletions, the Āgāmya is there.
Karma Theory Decoded
The level your will grows, the level your consciousness expands, same level only things entertain you or engage you, or enrich you. Bring completion in all the levels of Karmas you carry, whether everyday incompletions you accumulate, or the root–patterns you carry, or the bio-memory on which the root-patterns are established.
When you enrich others, not only you, everyone around you- all their Karmas are also burnt.
Continuously only when you decide to enrich, life flows through you. By enriching others, your own heart starts
imbibing those truths. Listen, if you are struggling with a problem. You know the solution, just your heart is not accepting. Start giving that solution to others and your heart will listen to it.
Continuously enrich, enrich, enrich. When you enrich others, you will be enriched. Knowledge is such, only by enriching, you will expand. That is why in Hindu tradition' we have this great truth as a faith; if one person becomes Sannyāsi all 7 generations get liberated. Just because they create so much punya, so much goodness.
based on that the levels you relate with the world you feel entertained, engaged, enriched with the world, and these day-to-day incompletions and rootpatterns which create incompletions, and biomemory which carries rootpatterns are only Karmas in your life.
The incompletions you carry only comes as karma. The rootpatterns you carry only come as karma. Bio-memory which carries the root-patterns only comes as karma. How the incompletions you carry about your day-to-day life, or the rootpatterns, or the bio-memory on which the root-patterns are established,
nainaṁ chindanti śastrāṇi nainaṁ dahati pāvakaḥ I na cainaṁ kledayantyāpo na śoṣayati mārutaḥ II 2.23 II
Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.23
Translation: Weapons do not cleave the Self, fire does not burn It, water does not moisten It and wind does not dry It.
नैनं छि न्दन्ति रस्त्रा णि नैनं दहति पा वकः । न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्या पो न षयति मा रूतः ।।
Lord Brahma appears and gives Darśan and he says – "Yes, I can send the Gaṅgā to the planet Earth. No problem. But be very clear - can planet Earth hold the Gaṅgā's speed? Can planet Earth sustain the force of Gaṅgā? First do something for that. Arrange for it. Then I will send the Gaṅgā."
Then, again King Bhagiratha starts doing penance, doing tapasya.
After the tapasya, Paramaśiva appears. Paramaśiva asks, "What do you want?" Then King Bhagiratha says, "Now Lord Brahma accepts to send the Gaṅgā to planet Earth. But Lord Brahma says the whole planet Earth will be washed away. lanet Earth cannot withstand the speed of Gaṅgā. Please do something, You have to protect us, You have to take care of us." Paramaśiva says, "Alright, I will take care. Don't worry. Tell Brahma to send Gaṅgā. I will take care." He gives assurance.
River Gaṅgā has come to planet earth to liberate - purpose for which Gaṅgā comes is to liberate one from all past sins. You will be free from all Karmas- that's the blessing mother Parāśakti Gaṅgā carries. She is everything; she came for a specific purpose on Bhūloka, for all your Karmas to lose power over you.
Gaṅgā is the water energy of Lord Brahma. She was there in His kamandalu. Here the river Gaṅgā happened on the planet Earth. There was a king called Bhagiratha. For some reason his forefathers had been cursed by some Rishi and they all died; they had been burnt, reduced to ashes. All their ghosts are living there, struggling, suffering. They are not liberated. So, they beg King Bhagiratha to help in some way. King Bhagiratha decides, "I have to do something and liberate them." He starts meditating, doing penance, doing tapasya towards Lord Brahma.
River GaṅGā Liberates You From Karma.
Then again King Bhagiratha meditates towards Lord Brahma. Now Lord Brahma appears and says, "I am ready to send. But Devatas are not ready to depart with Gaṅgā. Devatas want Gaṅgā to be there." King Bhagiratha asks, "What for Devatas want Gaṅgā to be there?" "No, they like to take bath in Gaṅgā every day. It is their life source. Gaṅgā is not simple water. It is energy. By bathing in
that only everyday they rejuvenate their body and mind."
And anybody who takes a bath in Gaṅgā every day, naturally their body and mind will be rejuvenated. That is why in this hilly area there are no medical facilities, practically nothing, but see how many millions of people are living happily. Happily, they are living. Gaṅgā is the Mother who is protecting everybody. By bathing in that only everyday they rejuvenate their body and mind."

That is why in this hilly area there are no medical facilities, practically nothing, but see how many millions of people are living happily. Happily, they are living. Gaṅgā is the Mother who is protecting everybody.
Lord Brahma says they have to take bath every day. Then King Bhagiratha says, "Alright, I will arrange all the facilities for Devatas to stay on the planet Earth. Just on the banks of Gaṅgā I will create cities where all Gods and Goddesses can live and have bath every day and have their regular routine as they have in the other loka, as they have in the Brahma loka." Lord Brahma says, "If that is the case, then I agree. Go ahead and do it." Then King Bhagiratha comes and does tapasya towards Himachala, the Hima hills, Himaparvatha, the Himaraj who is the father-in-law of Paramaśiva. He does tapasya towards the Himaraja. Himaraja appears and asks, "What do you want?" "I want you to be the host for Mother Gaṅgā, And you are the person in whom I can create a city for all the Devatas.
Karma Decides This Life, Your Next Life And Lives After That
And only from you the Gaṅgā can flow. You are the only person who can be the base for Gaṅgā, who can be the base on which Gaṅgā can flow and flow towards the planet Earth."
"So, only you can be a strong stone on which Gaṅgā can land. Then afterwards it can flow towards the planet Earth. Please help me - you have to be the base." Then Himaraja says, "How can I host her? She is the competitor of my daughter." Actually, Gaṅgā is considered to be the feminine energy of Paramaśiva. Himaraja' s daughter is Devi Pārvati. Devi Pārvati is the wife of Paramaśiva. "How can I host her? After all, she is my daughter's competitor?" Then King Bhagiratha does tapas towards Devi Pārvati. Mother appears and asks, "What do you want?" Then King Bhagiratha says, "Ma, I wanted Gaṅgā to come to the planet Earth. I wanted your father to be a host. But he says Gaṅgā is your competitor. How can he host Gaṅgā?" Devi Pārvati says, "Who said she is my competitor? I am She. She is me." After all, Mother is enlightened. She is a Devi, Goddess. She says, "How can somebody be a competitor? I am Gaṅgā".
She gives a beautiful explanation, a metaphysical explanation you will all understand - an important idea. Every woman has got the aspect of Mother and Beloved. Woman who has realized the Mother and Beloved aspects in herself is only the fulfilled woman. She says, "She is the feminine aspect of me. I am the Mother aspect of her." That is why in the traditions of Hinduism, all Gods, they will be described with 2 wives… don't think of 2 persons. No. Two energies of the same women - Valli, Devasena, Devasena is the Mother energy, Valli is the woman energy. See, the woman is supposed to be the beloved and mother of the husband. So, the person who has realized both the dimensions becomes Goddess. She becomes a Goddess. When a man becomes Enlightened He radiates the feminine and masculine aspects. He integrates both and he becomes both. When a woman becomes Enlightened, she integrates the mother and beloved aspects and she radiates both. Devi Pārvati says "She is My feminine aspect. She is My beloved aspect. I am the Mother aspect. So, she is not My competitor.
Karma Theory Decoded
She is not competing with Me, she is complementing Me." Then she goes and tells Himaraja "Host Her." Himaraja accepts that Himaraja will host her. Then King Bhagiratha starts building the whole city throughout the route in which Gaṅgā is supposed to travel. He meditates on every hill and takes permission. He prays to every hill. Every hill says "Yes, I will give the way for Gaṅgā". So, the entire whole route is cleared.
You should receive Gaṅgā and give us the way." Lord Kālabhairava says, "Surely, I will give. Don't worry. But this is such a holy city. Tell Gaṅgā to take a full pradakshina of this city and go." King Bhagiratha says, "Yes, I will surely tell Gaṅgā." And Gaṅgā accepts that… Lord Kālabhairava's command, and she takes the U-turn, means the Uttaravahini. She is called Uttaravāhini in Kāshi. Usually Gaṅgā flows only towards the ocean. Suddenly she takes a turn. There is no hill; that you should understand. There is no hill on which she hits and turns. Here she hits a hill and takes a turn in the Himalayas, in Uttarakāshi. But in Kashi, there is no hill. And just a sand meadow and she takes a turn and goes. Then when all the arrangements are ready, then King Bhagiratha meditates towards the Lord Brahma.
Suddenly Lord Brahma comes up with the next trouble, next problem – "You meditated and propitiated all the Devatas except Maha Viṣṇu. Now you have to do something to Viṣṇu. Only then I can send Gaṅgā." Then he started meditating towards Maha Viṣṇu. He prayed to Maha Viṣṇu, did tapasya. Maha Viṣṇu appeared, "what do you want?" "I wanted the Gaṅgā to come down to the planet Earth. Unless you agree, unless you give blessings it will not be possible. Please bless me." Maha Viṣṇu says, "Alright I bless you. Gaṅgā will come to the planet Earth. She will come just out of My feet." And He blesses the Gaṅgā will come out of his feet.
Then King Bhagiratha goes and prays to Lord Kaalabhairava, who is the in-charge of city Varanasi. King Bhagiratha meditates towards Lord Kaalabhairava. Lord Kālabhairava appears and says, "What do you want?" "please give us the way to Gaṅgā.
And He blesses the Gaṅgā will come out of his feet. Then He says a beautiful one more word "Whomsoever has realized the Viṣṇu māyā, means the Universal Consciousness, whatever water comes out of their feet will be Gaṅgā. Whomsoever has realized the Viṣṇu māyāmjagat, whomsoever has realized Me, from their feet whatever water comes out will be Gaṅgā." From this word only, the tradition of pāda puja starts. Pāda puja of Enlightened masters starts from this tradition. Maha Viṣṇu says, "Whomsoever has realized the Viṣṇu māyāmjagat, sarvam Viṣṇu māyāmjagat, from their feet Gaṅgā will flow. From their feet Gaṅgā will flow." Then now he again meditates towards Lord Brahma.
Lord Brahma appears with all His glory and compassion… blesses the King Bhagiratha. Then he prays to Gaṅgā Ma, then he does tapasya towards Gaṅgā Ma, meditates and invites the Gaṅgā Mother, Gaṅgā with Her all compassion. Not only compassion, the wild energy, she just comes out of the Brahma's kamandalu, with all the power she straight away started moving towards the planet Earth. The moment she came out of the kamandalu and started moving towards the planet Earth. All the 14 worlds are shaken. All the Devatas, all the Rishis, all the Munis, simply escaped from the planet Earth and ran away because they got frightened that pralaya is going to happen, which means the end of the world has come.
Alright, then just He moves one hair; just He does, only one hair moves and from that one hair gap just Gaṅgā comes out and lands on the Himalayas. That is the river which is flowing throughout this planet Earth. And that is the perennial source… that is the Gaṅgā. By flowing through this way, she fills the ocean. The story says the ocean itself is the son of Gaṅgā. Varunaraj is son of Gaṅgā Mata. Water is supplied to the ocean by Gaṅgā. That is the story. Originally there was no ocean. There was no water on the planet Earth. It is through Gaṅgā; first water came to the planet Earth and because of Gaṅgā flowing continuously all the oceans are created. It is from Gaṅgā, where the original water source started. Then she goes and merges into the samudra - samudra raj, the son of Gaṅgā Mata.
Such a power, they simply ran away from their world, they escaped. Now Paramaśiva appears, Paramaśiva beautifully appears and puts his head in between the Gaṅgā. She straight away lands into Paramaśiva's head, into the matted lock. The next thing she gets locked in the hair itself. She is blocked.
Here King Bhagiratha is sitting, sitting, sitting waiting for Gaṅgā for one kalpa. What has happened? They are receiving the call she has started already. But she has not landed. Already she has started, but not landed here. What happened? What happened on the way? Again, he meditates towards Paramaśiva; Paramaśiva appears and says, "Yes, she's there in my head. Now what do you want me to do?" King Bhagiratha says, "Please just send her a little bit. Don't hold the whole thing." Then Paramaśiva says, "Oh is it so".
River GaṅGā Liberates You From Karma.
Now we will understand the whole story of Gaṅgā from the dimension of spiritual enlightenment. Actually, the whole story is a metaphysical expression of King Bhagiratha's enlightenment. The whole story is the metaphysical expression of Bhagiratha's enlightenment. King Bhagiratha is tortured by the past samskāras, engrams; that is the elders who are not liberated, still they are hanging around him. He is continuously tortured by the past samskāras, engrams.
So, he does tapasya towards the creator of the whole Universe, continuously meditates. He wants the knowledge, the energy to be flooded on him so that all the engrams will be washed away, all the engrams will be destroyed. And one more important thing, when Gaṅgā came she washed all the ashes of King Bhagiratha's forefathers and liberated all of them and ultimately gave enlightenment to King Bhagiratha and She is here liberating people.
And she lives here as an energy, as an embodiment of energy, blessing the people, giving them the outwardly things and the inwardly spiritual bliss. She is niga bara sukhadāyini. She gives everything of the outer world, and everything of the inner world.
It is because of Her that this whole country has become prosperous. It is because of Her everything has happened. She gives the comforts of the outer world and bliss of the inner world. And She is gracing the world by being on this planet Earth, blessing the whole Universe.
CHAPTER 5
Thoughts, Words And Deeds Are Source Of Your āGāMya Or Biology Of Karma
The law of nature drives us to fulfill our unfulfilled desires. Our past conditioning invokes these desires. Even though they may be in our unconscious, inaccessible to us, they determine what we do. The mind creates and stores the root patterns, saṁskāras.
You can refuse to bow down to your mind and refuse to accept these saṁskāras that control you. All
meditation techniques bring you into the space of completion, being in the present moment. When you are in the present moment, you renounce attachment to fantasies about the future. You detach yourself from the results of your action. This alone leads you into liberation from the bondage of saṁskāra.
But when you acquire āgāmya karma, the total Sañcita karma gets corrupted. and generates the cycle of life and birth. This is how the wheel of karma starts. The new body that the life energy occupies does not remember the Prārabdha karma that the life energy brought to it when it took the body. So, you do not remember the desires with which you left your previous body.
Reminding yourself of those desires again and fulfilling them in this birth is what doing tapas or penance and becoming enlightened is all about Somewhere this karma chakra needs to be broken, and you need to be given a new energy, inspiration, understanding and possibility. If you are always stuck with this actionresult cycle, you will never ever be given a chance to taste the
possibility. Possibility can be given to you only when the Divine intervention happens.
Avatar: The Divine Intervention To Burn Karma Accumulated Over Many Births
The word 'Avatar' (from the Sanskrit word 'avatarati') means 'one who has descended'. In this case, the word specifically refers to the one who has descended from the very fabric of the Cosmos, the universal Consciousness. The descent of Consciousness into the material embodied form with the apparent attributes of a human being is the actual descent that happens.
Guru: Quantum Leap Beyond Physics, Chemistry And Biology Of Karma
The word 'Avatar' (from the Sanskrit word 'avatarati') means 'one who has descended'. In this case, the word specifically refers to the one who has descended from the very fabric of the Cosmos, the universal Consciousness. The descent of Consciousness into the material embodied form with the apparent attributes of a human being is the actual descent that happens. This is a conscious descent, as it happens from the pure intelligence, compassion and energy of the universal Consciousness, which pervades all the dimensions of spacetime. The English word 'incarnation' (lit. 'one who has entered flesh'), which means one who has accepted a material body, is sometimes used as a translation for the word Avatar. However, this word does not convey the full meaning of the sacred word 'Avatar'. Srimad Bhagavatam, the great Vedic scripture that precisely records and reveals the happening of various Avatars of the past, present and future, describes the Avatar in Its complete form. The description is in the words of the Avatar Śrī Kṛṣṇa - for who but the Avatar himself can fully grasp his own glory?

My transcendental cosmic body (saccid-ananda- vigraha) looks exactly like a human form, but it is established on existential Reality; it is not a material human body. It is indeed inconceivable and non-cognizable. I am not forced by Nature to accept a particular type of body; I assume a body by My own will.
Within My heart is found dharma, the cosmic truth and righteousness.Far beyond My heart, I have abandoned irreligion (adharma). Therefore, due to all these cosmic qualities, people pray and connect with Me as Rsabhadeva, the Supreme Personification, and Aryah, the best of all living entities Brahma Sutras, the authority on Vedanta, reveal that the Avatar does everything 'appearing like a wordly man, simply as a Divine play, a Cosmic sport:
Translation: 9.1: (Salutations to the Guru) Who Burns away the Fuel of Karma (results of works impressed on the mind) Accumulated over Many Births,
If Avatars don't have anything to enjoy why should they be in the body? The Guru stotram verse 9 answers:
अनेकजन्म-सम्प्राप्त-कर्मबन्ध-विदाहिने । आत्मज्ञान प्रदानेन तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः ||
लो कवत्तु लीला कैवल्यं lokavattu līlākaivalyaṁ (Brahma Sutras, 2.1.33)
An incarnation is someone who comes down to tell his fellow men about the blissful place that He experienced. The man who descends from the Divine on planet earth to express the bliss of that divinity and to make you realize what he has experienced is an incarnation. Incarnations as such have no karma. They have nothing
to achieve, nothing to gain.

9.2: By Giving (Kindling) the Fire of Self-Knowledge; Salutations to that Guru. Worshipping Guru burns all the karmas with which you have happened and changes the flow of your life from suffering to creating your reality. He liberates you from the cycle of birth and death.
Avatars Intervene in Your Life As Guru To Erase Your Karma
The reason for your problems is confusion. Confusion means - half an hour before, you took one decision and half an hour after you changed the decision - so this change of decision, like you switched on the fan and switched off the fan, switched on the fan and switched off the fan, in that time, fan moves this side few minutes, this side few minutes and there is little confusion! That's all is the reason for your sufferings or not manifesting what you want but there is no crime involved in it.
The Divine, Avatar intervenes in your life in the
form of the Guru, He assumes the form of the Guru just to liberate people from the karma chakra—give inspiration, joy, bliss, and cause miracles and Enlightenment! Who is Guru? The Sri Guru Gita explains:
गूढविद्या जगन्माया देहे चा ज्ञानसम्भवा । उदयः स्वप्रकाशेन गुरुशब्देन कथ्यते ।। 26।। gūḍavidyā jaganmāyā dehe ca-ajñānasambhavā | udayah svaprakāshena guruśabdena kathyate || 26 ||

A beautiful story: There was a beautiful garden with many trees and varieties of flowers and fruits. Three friends were walking near this garden that had a big wall around it. One of them climbed the wall and peeped inside. He cried out, 'Oh, such a beautiful garden!' He jumped into the garden and started enjoying the fruits. The second man climbed the wall and saw the garden. He too felt it was beautiful, but he had a little bit of courtesy. He turned and said to the third man who was below, 'Dear friend, there is a beautiful garden below. Come, I am going in.' Saying this, he jumped over and started enjoying the fruits. The third man climbed the wall and saw the garden. He saw his two friends and understood the level of joy and bliss that they were enjoying. Then he said to himself, 'Let me go down and tell all the people about this beautiful paradise. I will bring them all to enjoy this garden.' Incarnations come down only for the love of humanity. Incarnations take a human body just to liberate more beings from the cycle of life and death, from the grip of karma. If you dance and sing the great name of Aruṇācala and worship him, all the incompletions and karma in your innerspace will disappear, run away! Older than this, there are references in the Upaniṣads, where, in the joy of enlightenment, Ṛṣīs sing,
हा वु हा वु हा वु। अहमन्न-महमन्न-महमन्नम्।अहमन्ना दो हमन्ना दो हमन्ना दः ।
Hāāā Vu Hāāā Vu Hāāā Vu Ahamannamahamannamahamannam Ahamanāndo'''' Ahamannādo'''' Ahamannādaḥ
(Taittriya Upanishad, Chapter 3, Bhrigu Valli, Section 10).
Ṛṣis sing and dance in the ecstasy of enlightenment and Kundalini awakening.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
Just like how lightless-ness is only called darkness, karma is just a lack of inner light in us, or in other words, ignorance. It is energyless-ness. Any karma can be burnt through remembering the clicks and living life according to the understanding through the clicks. Whenever the Prārabdha loses its influence over you, you stop collecting Āgāmya. With just the help of Guru's initiations, you can reduce the Prārabdha's influence over you and move towards your inherent state of joy. You can reclaim your pure and unwavering inner space. You can also stop collecting Āgāmya karma. Initiation means the ideas or knowledge or the clicks that bring you out of these depressive thoughts, that bring you out of the influence of your Prārabdha. Tantrālokaviveka, sacred text from Kashmir Shaivism defines Initiation, Dīkṣā as:
दी यते ज्ना नसद्भावः क्षीयन्ते पशुवासनाः । दानक्षपणसंयुक्ता दीक्षा तेनेह कीर्तिता ॥
dīyate jnānasadbhāvaḥ kṣīyante paśuvāsanāḥ।
dānakṣapaṇasaṃyuktā dīkṣā teneha kīrtitā॥
'That action which bestows Enlightenment, Destroys the three impurities, bondages of the self – aanavamala, Karmamala and mayikamala (feeling belittled, Karmic baggage and the forgetfulness of one's original state) is called Dīkṣā which bestows liberation. It is called so because it gives Enlightenment and also takes away the bondages.
The Divine, Avatar intervenes in your life in the form of the Guru, He assumes the form of the Guru just to liberate people from the karma chakra—give inspiration, joy, bliss, and cause miracles and Enlightenment!
Who Is Guru?
The Sri Guru Gita explains:
गूढविद्या जगन्माया देहे चा ज्ञानसम्भवा । उदयः स्वप्रकाशेन गुरुशब्देन कथ्यते ।। 26।।
gūḍavidyā jaganmāyā dehe ca-ajñānasambhavā | udayah svaprakāshena guruśabdena kathyate || 26 ||
Like how when the sun rises the darkness disappears on its own, in the presence of the Guru the karma gets burnt. Karma, like darkness, has got only negative existence. It does not have a positive existence.
AVATARS INTERVENE IN YOUR LIFE AS GURU TO ERASE YOUR KARMA
What Is Karma And Why Should You Know About It ?
Guru Bhakti. It means, becoming authentic to your connection with the Guru. Becoming integrated to your connection with the Guru. Taking responsibility to align yourself with your Guru, enriching yourself and others with your Guru's energy. Guru bhakti is independently intelligent enough technique to lead you from step one to ultimate enlightenment, and even after enlightenment, the result for your life is Guru bhakti. That is the ultimate satya, ultimate Prasāda. Guru bhakti is independently
intelligent enough to reach you to enlightenment.
Even when you have Darśan of the Divine, ask him to give you Guru bhakti, because that will give you everything, and that is the result of everything. That is the first and last inspiration. In Bhagavad Gita 4th chapter, 9th verse –
"Janma Karma Cha Me Divyam Evam Yaha Vetti Tattvataha | Tyaktvaa Deham Punaha Janma Na Ethi Maam Ethi Saha Arjuna ||"
Translation – "The one who truly experiences the divine energy in my existence and execution, having surrendered his body does not return to the human form but attains my state! The one who truly experiences the divine energy in my existence and execution. Bhagavān is using 2 words, having surrendered, my state.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
This verse Bhagavān is giving the direct process for enlightenment, means becoming one with the cosmos through the master. Anything can be missed for the sake of Guru. You will have Guru and what you missed for the sake of Guru; but Guru should not be missed for anything, because you will neither have Guru nor what for you missed Guru. When delusion takes over, it separates you from Guru and doesn't give you anything other than suffering. When Guru takes over, He gives you Guru and all the best things of life, all the good things of life.
You do yoga, you work out, you run, you do all the things required, and then health comes, is
karma, bringing results. But suddenly Guru puts His hand on your head and health happens, is Consciousness interfering and creating a result which is independent of your nature, space, action and responsibility that is what is Initiation.
In every being, only if an intervention of the Consciousness happens, the ball starts rolling in a new direction and the progress towards the Enlightenment will start happening. You can never ever reach the Ultimate just by flowing through the law of karma. When will you reach? It's only by the intervention, by the spiritual intervention and conscious intervention, the results can change, you can reach Enlightenment. Karma is simply the effects of thoughts, words and deeds that stem from deep ignorance and cause you to again and again tread familiar patterns of misery. The way to break this cycle is to tune into the clicks received and live in an elevated zone of consciousness. When you don't understand this basic science, you start misinterpreting the whole thing.
Rituals Are Powerful Tools To Reduce The Power Of Karma Over You
Pūjā is a ritualistic offering. Pūjā is nothing but an everyday remembering of all the clicks which have happened in you till date, so that the necessary click will automatically come up whenever you have a problem.
So initiation or Pūjā means, reminding yourself everyday of all the initiations, of all the great experiences that happened with the Guru and bringing yourself back to the same high consciousness repeatedly. When you are ready everyday with the same high spirit, it means that you are ready for the next 24 hours of the drama of life that is going to unfold! For the next 24 hours, you have the energy required. This is the reason behind doing Pūjā.
Performing rituals can directly eliminate the negative influence of these Karmas. You can come out of them with just this understanding that I am going to give you.
Rituals are very powerful tools. They are powerful techniques.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
So how do you remind yourself everyday of all the clicks that have happened in you? Everyday, sitting and reminding yourself of all the clicks which happened in you is what is Pūjā or ritual. Pūjās are designed with this intent.
Automatically, everyday, whether you want it or not, when you sit for the ritual, you will remember the initiation experiences; the clicks that happened with the Guru. The ritual brings you back to pure consciousness everyday. The engrams start losing their power. When the engrams with which you were born start losing their power over you, further collection of engrams stops. When the collection stops and the existing karma also lose their power over you, then, the person who brings you back to the super-conscious zone again and again, the Guru, appears when you leave the body, and burns your Sañcita as well.
Let me tell you a small story: A man went to a hotel and started eating idlis. (a South Hindu dish made of steamed rice flour) He ate eight idlis, and after the ninth idly his hunger settled. The waiter came and gave him the bill for nine idlis. The man said, 'What is this? I will pay only for one idly - the ninth idly which put my hunger off! The first eight idlis did not do the job. Only the ninth one did the job of satisfying my hunger. So, I will pay only for that idly!'
Rituals Are Powerful Tools To Reduce The Power Of Karma Over You
Doesn't the man's argument sound weird? This is exactly what we do in life also. People who reject rituals are actually rejecting the first eight idlis. People, who think that rituals are a waste and that they can go straightaway to meditation and spiritual experiences, are doing nothing but rejecting the first eight idlis.
The ninth idly worked because of the first eight idlis. If the man had not eaten the first eight idlis, the ninth idly would not have appeased his hunger. So, your meditation will work because of your having gone through ritual worship sincerely. If you reject all these preliminary things and think that you can directly eat the ninth idly, will it ever happen? Will your hunger ever get satisfied?
Whoever thinks that they can directly eat the ninth idly will simply miss out on the whole experience. They will eat just the ninth idly and then will be sitting and starving. Not only that, because they did not do things in the proper way, they will not experience what they should have experienced, and will think, 'Maybe this is all that the experience is.' Such people are called Vedāntis - the so called meditators. If you observe them, you will see that there is no sign of joy on their faces. They will appear perpetually depressed, as though they were missing something.
Ramakrishna Paramahamsa beautifully says, 'As long as you think you have a body, you will be able to relate to the cosmic energy only through another body.' Only when you lose your body consciousness, can you see the Divine also as formless. Until that happens, you need some form, some reminding rituals, some deities to worship .
The Guru Puja
When you feel fulfilled, the nectar comes down from the Sahasrāra - your crown center at the top of your head, and your whole throat is filled with it. That very nectar is used as the Pādyam or water, to wash the feet of the Divine. It means that when you sit for the Pūjā everyday, in order to experience the nectar, you need to remember the instances or clicks that caused the nectar to flow. Then, you will bring yourself back to that same ecstatic state. If you do not experience that sweet taste in your throat at that moment of Pūjā, you cannot offer Pūjā because then, you would be telling a lie. Only if you have that real feeling again, are you authorized to use those words Sahasrāra achutaamrutaihi Pādyam charanayor dadhyāt in the Pūjā. The words manastu arghyam nivedayet mean that you are offering your very mind as food to the Lord. You offer all your Saṁskāra or engraved memories or karma at Your feet.' This is another example of the click that has to happen here. The words tena amrutena aachamaneeyam mean, with that same ecstatic nectar, I do the Abhisheka- holy bath - for You. This line will pull you back to that Ananda Darśan experience - that joy, that ecstasy - in order to experience that nectar again.
In the Guru Pūjā – offering to the Guru just the Mānasa Pūjā mantra – the verse which pays obeisance to the Guru through inner visualization - will remind you of all the clicks that happened in you.
The first line of the Mānasa Pūjā mantra says, 'Hrut padmam aasanam dadhyaat' , my heart is a seat for You. This very line implies that our heart has to be clean. It is an inbuilt reminder, a click. When this click happens, all our thoughts, words and deeds will automatically become pure and devoid of the quality of attracting more karma. We will think, talk and do things with great awareness not to collect further karma. Then there is the line, 'Sahasrāra achutaamrutaihi Pādyam charanayor dadhyaat'. Sahasrāra amruta is the deep and sweet taste in your tongue and throat that happens when you overflow with gratitude. Some of you may have experienced this. Especially during Ananda Darśan, you can experience this. How many of you have felt this? During the Ananda Darśan, you suddenly feel the entire throat area feeling sweet. That is what is Sahasrāra amruta – the nectar that happens out of deep gratitude.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
Disciples continue serving the deities even after the Gurus leave their physical body. The body of the deity is considered to be the body of the Guru himself. That is the reason why the deities receive the same respect offered to an incarnation. For example, all the disciples initiated by Arunagiri Yogeeshwar will worship the Aruṇācala temple for generations together. You will see that whatever is offered to the Guru, will be offered to the deity also. Gurus, even after they decide to leave the body, are continuously available to the disciples through the deities that they energized. For example, even during my lifetime, my physical presence is not possible everywhere at the same time. So these deities are programmed to do my work where I am physically not present. They are my representatives. The deities possess independent intelligence. Energizing the deities is a big process. It is like giving birth to a child. These energized deities will directly respond to your prayers. They will directly relate with you if you are open in relating with them.
So in this way, every step of this chant reminds you and brings you back to the clicks, to the initiation experiences that happened in you. I have explained just a few words from the Guru Pūjā mantra. If you go through the whole thing, you will not only appreciate this ritual, you will start appreciating the way in which the entire ritual science has come into play.
It is such a beautiful concept. If you understand this, it is enough. Automatically, all unwanted thoughts, words and deeds will leave you, and the Guru's grace will descend upon you in no time. Once that happens, you are liberated.
All the deities in our major traditional temples are energized by Incarnations. Gurus like Arunagiri Yogeeshwar from Tiruvannamalai, Patanjali from Chidambaram, Karurar from Thanjavur, Konganavar from Tirupati and Meenakshi from Madurai have energized the deities in some of these temples. Deities are therefore considered to be the very bodies of the Incarnations.
The Guru Puja
If you see our Pūjā (offering) and our ashram routine, you will see that in the morning, they play the appropriate song to wake up the presiding deity. Then they give a small cup of oil for His hair and a small cup of tooth powder for Him to brush His teeth. Then, they give Him a bath and offer fresh, ironed clothes, just like how they offer to the Guru. They offer food and perform the evening Ārati (ceremoniously waving lit lamps and other items in front of the deities). Five times a day, they offer Pūjā. In the night, they put the deity to bed again in a ceremonious way.
All this does not add anything to the deity or to the Guru. It adds only to us. This is what is living with the Divine. This is what is practicing the presence of Divine.
Practicing the presence of the Guru is Pūjā. Pūjā is done everyday because it is a technique to remember everyday the presence of the Divine.A click is a sudden awakening that happens in you when you hear or recall particular words. Clicks are like a Dīkṣā or initiation for you. Any time you remember the clicks, they will bail you out of depression or any low or negative feeling.
Whenever you are in a low mood or are depressed, if you remind yourself with the right click, you will be doing a great service to yourself. The moment you remember the click, you will simply come out of the low mood.
How To Stop Incurring Karma
The idea that you have of yourself has no base, whatever you may think of as you. Sometimes you think you are the body. Sometimes you think you are the mind. And other times, you think you are the senses. No matter what you identify yourself with, it is baseless. There is another critical aspect to understand in this regard. Whatever aspect you think of as 'you' will not grow. If you think you are the body, you stop the growth of the body because you do not like change. When you think you are the mind, you stop the growth of the mind. You stop the inputs to the mind. That is the reason egoistic people cannot listen to new ideas or read about them. They cannot learn because learning is against their vested interests. They think that they already know and have nothing more to learn. When you think that your mind is you, the very attitude of learning, the beginner's mind, is lost. Wherever you cling, you destroy that. If you think you are the body, you do not let the body rejuvenate itself. You do not let your body do its regular work. If you think you are the mind, you do not let it learn anything new. You do not allow anything new to enter. That is a sure way of destroying it. The same applies to what you consider as 'mine'. This is based on the laws of society. In no way is it related to the laws of Existence.
You are not who you think you are. It is well known to science that of the trillions of cells in our body-mind system, millions of cells die each day and millions of cells are reborn. After a few years, there isn't a single cell in our body which existed two years earlier. Every single entity in the body is new. This means that there is really no constant 'I' as we imagine. Yet, we carry that label proudly.
All we are is a bunch of memories, root patterns, collectively known as saṁskāras. Our root patterns define us. Our root patterns rule us and make decisions for us. That is what this 'I' is all about. When we complete with our root thought patterns and give up our possessions and attachment to possessions, we feel liberation. When I walked out of my home for spiritual wandering, I felt no loss. Today, the whole world is my home! This does not mean that all of you need to become monks, renunciates and Sannyāsis. You can happily continue your normal life, but drop your attachments, fantasies, speculations, greed and fear about the past or the future. So, you need not renounce what you already have. All you need to do to achieve the space of completion is to renounce what you do not have.
Renunciation Is In The True
spirit of completion and is done out of goodness, only when a person renounces the expectation of result.
How To Stop Incurring Karma
Renunciation does not mean sitting crosslegged with a tense look and eyes closed. If Enlightenment could happen by shutting off our senses, it would be easy. We would just need to sit in soundproof rooms and wear blindfolds. Renunciation, tyāga is a state of mind and not a mere state of the body. It is even more than a state of mind; it is a space of being.
We can renounce attachments to relationships and possessions while being involved in material life. On the other hand, we could take Sannyāsa, go to the distant Himalayas, and every time we close our eyes, our inner television would switch on.
Have Awareness In Every Action
It is natural that a human being cannot remain still without doing some work. Man must be doing something, anything, all the time. If not physically, at least mentally he does something. Even in sleep, he dreams. If we close our eyes, we watch our inner television. Mentally we think the whole day, but it is not directed in one direction, we are not useful to ourselves and to others. Please understand, when you lack integrity, when you have incompletions mentally, even if you think, it will not be useful thinking.
Only an Enlightened person truly keeps his body and mind still. So the normal man is never without activity. This being the case, the only way man can be comfortable and at peace with himself is by not having any expectation of the result of his thoughts or words or actions. This can be achieved by every one of us. Bhagavan Kṛṣṇa says that one who is not concerned about the fruits of his action has truly renounced. Attachment to action and to the results of action creates more desires. Even when an action has been completed and the expected result achieved, as long as one is attached to that action and its result, another desire crops up. Even when one desire is fulfilled, another unfulfilled desire rises. This is a constant, consistent sequence of incompletions. This is what I call karma.
Decide To Live An Enlightened Life
Karma is nothing but unfulfilled, incomplete desires. As long as we have attachment to the action as 'doer' , which in turns creates an expectation of reward or punishment, we are caught in the cycle of karma and saṁsāra. Our concern about whether an action or the result is good, bad or a mix of both, follows us as our mental patterns or vāsanā after death. Please understand that no one is 'up there' keeping an account of our deeds and misdeeds. Our own spirit does that job.
No amount of propitiation or contribution to 'noble' causes will erase the knowledge from our inner Self of what we have done. When we die, the body perishes but the spirit moves on to another body. That spirit carries its earlier mental patterns, its vāsanā. There is no exception to this rule. Saṁskāras or root patterns are the carried-over incomplete desires and they cause the cycle of saṁsāra, birth, death and rebirth. However, we have no unfulfilled desires, karma, saṁskāra or vāsanā left when we renounce attachment to 'doership' and become a mere witness to both the action and the result. This means we act without expectation and attachment to the result of our action. Such a person breaks out of this cycle of saṁsāra.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
Bhagavan Kṛṣṇa lists five factors from Sāṅkhya philosophy responsible for our activities. These are:
All activities, right or wrong, good or bad, are caused by these five factors. If however, the individual considers himself to be the doer, his body and mind, he is not aware. Bhagavan Kṛṣṇa concludes that while philosophical discussion mentions five players in all activities, the ultimate controller is the Divine. We are immersed in our body-mind-spirit system and caught in our sensory perceptions and believe that we are the power behind all that we do.
Technolology Of Surrender
There are three levels of surrender. The first is intellectual surrender. This means you accept that the Guru's intellect is sharper than your intellect; His intellect is of a higher order than yours. This is intellectual surrender.
OUR LEADERS
The third is surrendering the senses, your cognition or the root of cognition itself. "
Next is emotional surrender. This is trusting that the Guru's guidance on the emotional plane is more intelligent than your emotions.
Surrendering the intellect is easy because it continuously tortures you. You have suffered with the intellect for many years. You want to get rid of it. So you surrender it. When you see somebody more intelligent and with clearer thinking, you just surrender. For example, when you hire a consultant, you surrender to his ideas. When you take on a lawyer, you surrender to his ideas because you know his intellect is sharper than yours in that field. In the spiritual field also, when you see a person who knows more, you surrender your intellect to that person. That is not a big thing. Surrendering intellectually happens easily. Most of the time you want to get rid of your intellect. Finding somebody to dump your intellect on allows you to relax from it.
Next comes emotional surrender. This happens when you feel deeply connected to the Guru after experiencing some meditation or understanding. You respect his emotions more than your own. The Guru's emotions mean the things he guides you in, the way he wants you to live. You give more importance to these things than what you think of as life. Slowly he becomes the center of your life. You respect him more than other emotional attachments. Priorities shift. The Guru becomes the number one priority at the emotional level. Emotional surrender is when you feel totally connected at the emotional level.
Technology Of Surrender
Part 4: Karma - A compilation of Physical Chemistry and Biology of Karma_English_part_4.md
Once a disciple asked his Guru, 'Why should I surrender?' The Guru asked, 'How do you know whatever you think you know about yourself?' The disciple replied, 'I know myself through my senses.' The Guru asked, 'Who do you think you are according to your senses?' The disciple said, 'As far as I know, I am the body and mind.' His Guru responded, 'You are Divine, not just body and mind.' The Guru said, 'Only when you surrender your senses, will you realize the truth of what I am saying. The moment you trust me more than your senses, you experience that you are Divine. You then understand the meaning of Tat Tvam Asi (literally 'You Are That' , meaning 'you are divine').'
Deeper Level Of Surrender—Mind Or Guru?
Next is a deeper level of surrender. This is the level of the senses. The surrender of the senses means that your senses listen to what he says. Normally, when you listen to me, a filter in your mind discounts what you do not agree with. You hear what you want to hear. However, when intellectual and emotional surrender happen, you are ready to surrender this disbelief and unblock your senses.
The Guru stands for the idea that you are the infinite. He shows you various dimensions of your inner self that you have not explored or experienced. He shows you so many dimensions of your being. The Guru stands for your multi-dimensional being. He tries to show you that it is possible. He shows that if it is possible for him, it is possible for you also. But as long as you believe your senses, you think that you are the body and mind.
The Guru again and again tries to show that you are Divine. I keep saying, 'I am not here to prove that I am Divine. I am here to prove that you are Divine.'
OUR LEADERS
When you trust the Guru more than your senses, you understand that the Guru's words are the truth and not your senses. Then you experience the truth of the Guru's words. When the Guru says you are Divine, you suddenly realize the truth for yourself. You understand that you are Divine. You realize that you are not the body or mind as your senses have led you to believe. When you believe the Guru's words more than your senses, you experience this truth.
Two voices are speaking from two different levels. On the one hand, your senses tell you that you are the body and mind.
On the other hand, the Guru tells you that you are Divine; you are divine and have many dimensions to your being. He tells you to enjoy and experience everything.
As long as you listen to your senses, you will not even listen to what the Guru says. When you move away from your senses and come to the Guru, you listen to Him and experience the truth that you are Divine.
In the inner world, the first and last tool you need is complete surrender.
Only when you believe the Guru's words more than your senses, do you realize the truth that you are divine. On one hand, your senses say you are the body and mind. On the other hand, the Guru tells you that you are divine and in eternal bliss. He tells you that you are the consciousness beyond body and mind.
Final Surrender Itself Is Enlightenment
You can experience Kṛṣṇa consciousness not just by surrendering the intellect and emotions but also by surrendering the root of the intellect and emotions, that is the senses.
You can experience Kṛṣṇa consciousness not just by surrendering the intellect and emotions but also by
surrendering the root of the intellect and emotions, that is the senses.
When you surrender your senses, the root cognition of yourself, you lose your identification with the body and mind. As long as you believe your senses, you think that you are the body and mind.
It is up to you to choose. If you believe the senses, you cannot believe the Guru. And if you believe the Guru, you cannot believe your senses. Your way of life decides whether you surrender to your senses or your Guru. It is for you to decide.
Kṛṣṇa says that only when you surrender at all three levels do you have the ultimate experience. Let me tell you this, surrender itself is Enlightenment. Please do not think Enlightenment will be issued to you after surrendering. No! It is not a paycheck you receive by courier. Surrender itself is Enlightenment. At that moment, you experience the Truth.
Usually we play with words. At least be aware of the moments when you play with words. People tell me that they have surrendered their life to Kṛṣṇa, Venkateśvara or Śiva. Then they say that their only wish is to be happy. If they have truly surrendered, surrender is enough. They will not need to ask for anything else. Sometimes people ask if they need to meditate since they have surrendered to Divine. If they have surrendered, they will have no doubts, nor will they need meditation! If they have doubts, they need meditation. As long as doubts remain, surrender has not happened, because the moment you surrender, you disappear.
Manickavasagar, the great Enlightened Guru, sings a beautiful Tamil song to Śaṅkara (Lord Śiva): tandadu entanai, kondadu untanai, sankara yaarkolo saturar? He says, 'I gave myself to You and received You in return. Who benefited most from this bargain? Who is more intelligent, O Śaṅkara?'
In surrender, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Surrendering does not mean giving up everything. It does not mean giving up your property. Keep everything; however, take care that you do not internalize them.
meaning, you get in exchange :
manam sukhamayam, atma anandamayam
a Divine body,
a Soul in bliss
as well as a third thing:
a mind in happiness
Do not judge yourself based on your properties. You are far greater than you think.
Do not judge yourself based on your bank balance. Do not judge yourself based on your relationships. Do not judge yourself based on name and fame. Do not judge yourself based on your friends. You are greater than all these things put together. As long as you judge yourself based on these things, you internalize these into your being.
They push and pull you in all directions. You will not have yourself for your being. As long as these are the major factors in your life, these things will rule you. Even so, you are greater than all these things put together.
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
Understand that you are something beyond these things. The moment you wake up to this truth, you will not allow yourself to be put into any frame based upon bank balance, relationships, attitudes or name and fame. These things cannot be used to judge you. The moment you wake up to this truth, you have surrendered. I simply ask you to surrender these small ideas you have about yourself. On the surface of the vast ocean, small bubbles are formed. One bubble starts thinking that it is an individual long lasting entity. It thinks that it must become strong. It lasts only for a few moments. Yet within those few moments, it collects other bubbles around it. One bubble is its wife, another bubble is its son and so on. Some are
called parents or relatives, still others are friends, and so on. It collects bubbles on all sides to protect itself.

It collects a few grains of sand from the beach and thinks it is its property. It thinks one grain of sand is its bank balance, another is its jewelry and treasures and so on. Then it builds a fence to protect its property. How long can the bubble play this game? Only for a few seconds! Before it can complete its game, it disappears back into the ocean. The bubble was part of the ocean in all three instances: when it was created, when it existed and when it disappeared.
Even though it claimed to be different from the ocean, even though it thought it was an individual, and even though it thought many people and things belonged to it, it was always part of the ocean and very soon disappeared into it also! In the same way, for a few moments you think you exist as an individual being in this universal consciousness. Within those few moments you catch hold of a few people as your relatives and friends. This makes you feel safe.
You collect a few things as possessions. You feel secure with these things around you. With these things you form an opinion about yourself. You play the same game as the bubble
Waking up to the Truth is Surrender Suddenly the whole thing disappears
Before the game started, while the game is going on and when the game ends, whether you understand it or not, realize it or not, experience it or not, you belong to the ocean. You are Divine. You are one with Existence.
The whole game goes on in this way. Suddenly within one moment the whole thing is part of the ocean again. When I say surrender, I mean wake up to the truth that you are in the ocean. When you are born, when you think you are an individual or when you become enlightened, you are always in the ocean. Just wake up! Waking up to this ultimate Truth is surrender.
You are playing a game. You register your marriage to another bubble. You register some grains of sand as your property. The registrar is another bubble! A larger bubble is the ruler of the land or that bit of the ocean! And there is an understanding among the bubbles, 'You will not hit me and I will not hit you! You will not take my bubble and I will not take yours!'
Epigenetics Of The Biology Of Karma
Surrender these small ideas about yourself and wake up to reality. As a result, surrender automatically happens in your inner space, your inner Consciousness. Otherwise you just play with the word surrender. We use inflated words when we define ourselves. We do not realize that we are beyond these descriptions. One day a follower used exaggerated words about himself in front of me. After he left I told my disciple that he seemed to be suffering from an inferiority complex. My disciple was perplexed. He asked how it could be called an inferiority complex when he boasted so much. I told him, 'Understand, each of us is Divine. Hence anything we say about ourselves that is lesser than that, is an inferiority complex!'
Any estimation you have of yourself except that you are Divine is an underestimation! You suffer from an inferiority complex if you think of yourself as anything other than Divine. Drop your ideas about yourself.
Final Surrender Itself Is Enlightenment
There is no choice in this. There is only one choice, realize and enjoy or continue to struggle and suffer; that's all! You may try to create stronger fences around yourself or collect more bubbles around you, but can you ask the wave not to come? Whatever you may do, the whole thing is only a drama of a few seconds.
Wake up to the Truth that you are the ocean. Some fish swim along with the current and others swim against the current. Whether they go with or against the current, all the fish are in the water. Whether you flow with Existence or fight it, you are one with it. Whether or not you have realized you are Divine, you are Divine.
The next problem is what to do if you cannot surrender. Some people tell me, 'Swamiji, I am unable to surrender. What can I do?' Do not worry, because you have nothing to surrender. By understanding that you have nothing to surrender, you have already surrendered. Just relax. Whether you surrender or not, this is the truth. Whether you surrender or not, Existence takes care. Automatically life continues and you will relax. That relaxation itself is surrender.
Relax Into The Flow Of Life
You are led by society to think that you are
Something.
and wake up to the truth that you are something greater
than your body and mind as suggested by your senses.
You are beyond any imagination you can have of yourself. Surrendering will give you a new consciousnes s.
Now wake up to the truth that you are greater than what you can imagine.
You will not be the same person.
One single moment of surrender will transform your whole life. You will be a new being.
Final Surrender Itself Is Enlightenment
Receive this truth of surrender and work on it. Suddenly you will wake up and give birth to yourself as an enlightened being. The moment you understand you belong to the ocean, that you are from it, that you are in it and that you will disappear into it, you will realize that you will never die, because you are the ocean. As long as you identify with the bubble, you feel insecure. The instinct to survive and the instinct to possess torture you. The moment you realize that you are the ocean, there is no death for you. There is nothing to fear, nothing to feel insecure about. Death creates fear as long as you think you are the bubble. The moment you realize that you are the ocean, there is nothing to possess because everything belongs to you. There is nothing to lose and nothing to acquire. Hence, the instinct to possess disappears. I am not asking you to legally throw away your possessions. You do not need to throw away whatever you have done for your 'I' and 'mine'. You do not need to throw away whatever you have. Just do not internalize them. Within yourself be aware and be complete that you are something greater than anything you can possibly possess. At the age of seven, your toys are important to you. Do they hold the same importance today? You have neither renounced them nor are you attached to them.
They are just there. Do you feel that you must return home because the toys are there? No! Do you feel the toys make your life a torture and that you must renounce them? No! You feel neither attached nor detached. You have grown beyond them. Rāga means attachment. Arāga means detachment. Virāga (or vairāgya) means beyond attachment and detachment. As you grew up, vairāgya naturally happened towards your toys. So also, when you realize that you are the ocean, vairāgya will happen towards the few sand particles and bubbles that you have collected and gathered around yourself. You will have gone beyond these things. The instincts to survive and possess would no longer be relevant to you. Your property does not suddenly disappear. They are there, but you live them and enjoy them more intensely. You do not take them for granted. You do not feel bored with them. You do not think: same house, same wife and same life! You take them for granted only when you think they are your properties. When you realize that they may be taken from you at any moment, you do not take them for granted. When you realize that you are the ocean and that they are also of the same ocean, you value them more. When you realize this, you are transformed at the level of body, mind and consciousness. When consciousness is transformed, you give birth to a new you. .
