Integrity is simply having confidence in yourself and others having confidence in you. When you give a word it will completed in time you stated. If not you will complete and restore the space of integrity.

Talk about the meaning of integrity. Integrity means honouring every word you utter to yourself and others. For example, suppose you say or utter the words, "I commit that I will complete my homework properly, " then you should decide that you will complete it in the said time.

The commitment you make to others is word, the commitment you make to yourself is thought. For example, if you tell your friend you will definitely come to he r birthda y pa rt y , tha t is the commitment you give in words.

Almost all the time we use words carelessly. We speak so casually without knowing the power of words. Each word you utter and honour integrates you and strengthens you. Each time you don't respect or honour your word you are weakened. Each time you honour the word you give to others their confidence in you grows. Each time you honour the word you give to yourself, your confidence in yourself grows

Success is nothing but you having confidence in yourself and others having confidence in you. That is all; life is complete. Life is complete when you do not have any guilty feeling or sense of incompletion. Be very clear: you don't have to commit to a promise you can't fulfill but if you commit to something then fulfill it.

Tell a story as if you are God or Mother Nature and have to take care of everything in the world. What would all your commitments be? Second, tell a story as if you are a king or a queen and explain what all your commitments would be. Do the same as a mom or dad and finally as a kid. Now that we know from this exercise that our commitments are really small and that we can really keep them, let's be integrated with our commitments starting from today.

Integrity is not only fulfilling the word you utter in front of people, Integrity is also honoring the words and thoughts that happen inside you, even when nobody is around you.

When integrity happens in you the number of thoughts you have drastically drops because you have to think through every thought. Before a thought arises, you have to consciously erase it, i.e., say to yourself, "This is not the word I am going to commit myself to." When you become integrated in every thought, you become responsible and suddenly the number of thoughts reduces.

Bring integrity into you again and again. If you have not honored your word, either complete it by acting on it, or if you can't, at least complete with yourself or with another person by saying to them, "I will not be able to fulfill my wordplease accept my apologies."

Completion is also integrity. Completion is a basic need for integrity.

When you shout at someone or say something negative go back to them and restore your integrity of thoughts and words by apologizing to them. See how many times you are careless with words and write down each example as it is. When you are careless with your words it puts you out of integrity.

Encourage each child to illustrate a representation of good and bad.

Morality is about good and bad, right and wrong. It changes from time to time, era to era. Integrity is not morality; it is a spiritual value.

For example: Set up two cups; one with water and one without, on opposite ends of a room. Let integrity become the very air which you breath because it is part of your life.

Integrity is the foundation on which our lives are built. Our words create our destiny; they are the life force that fuels us. When we make commitments to ourselves and to others, keeping those promises is not just an option, but a necessity for our lives.

A person who is living in integrity cannot miss time. If a person cannot miss time it means there will be no delay in their actions, they will not postpone anything and they will finish everything on time. When you consciously make commitments, you naturally have enough time, energy and space to fulfil those commitments. The structure of your life is nothing but the words you give to yourself and to others. Integrity is part of your very life energy. Let integrity become the very air which you breathe.

Encourage children to draw a picture which they think is impossible to draw.

While working without integrity, the first quality you will feel is that everything is impossible. In impossible, if I can exist, nothing is impossible. Impossible itself is "I am possible.

Teaching kids math tricks really boosts them to feel impossible is after all possible.

For example, learning multiplication with fingers 6,7,8,9, and 10. The little finger is 6; the ring finger is 7; the center finger is 8; the pointer finger is 9 and the thumb is 10.

Now when you want to multiply 87, let's select the little finger; ring finger and center finger on the right hand and join it with the little finger and ring finger on your left. Now that makes 5 fingers so 510=50. Then the rest of the fingers, 3 in the left and 2 in the right, is 3*2=6. So 50+6=56.

Success happens when you don't bother about people who succeed you. If you think your successors are the strength to make the success happen, success will NEVER happen to you. Success happens when you stand as a Unit all by yourself.

You, an individual, should be an organization by the strength you radiate. Successors join in your success if YOU are Success. Other's failure does not declare you are going to be a failure. Basically failure boils down to not having confidence in ourselves and others not having confidence in us, and further, us not having confidence in them, leading to a mutual lack of confidence and integrity.

Practicality is the most impractical thing on planet earth. In the name of practicality you make yourself as impossible and impractical. The idea of practicality comes from the past. Success or failure is decided first from within you and then it is expressed outside you, by you.

This is one of the biggest paradoxes and it comes from a lack of integrity. The power of integrity will teach you to diagnose your self- fulfilling negative prophecies.

Tell the children they are going to take part in a race. Give each child a spoon and a lemon and ask them to hold the spoon in their mouth. Next ask them to place the lemon on the spoon and begin walking fast towards a given target. Tell them that no matter how many times the lemon falls they have to pick it up, put it back on the spoon, and run to complete the race. Repeat the race.

Children can also hold the spoon with the lemon in their hands.

Repeat the race many times to tell life that everyone will win the race and that we can enjoy the race with everyone. How they can manifest their reality?

There can be nothing inauspicious in the life of a person who lives with integrity. Such a person knows how to convert anything he comes across in his life into auspiciousness.

Integrity is the chemical with which one can purify the Mūlādhāra chakra (Mooladhara which is the energy centre at the root of the spine).

Mūlādhāra has certain innate energy. When you have integrity in your Mooladhara, you will have visualization capacity and not just have verbalization. If you have visualization, then picking up verbalization is very easy. Visualization is like cotton. Verbalization is like making thread out of cotton. If you have cotton making thread is easy. If you don't add integrity, it will become fantasy. Fantasy is nothing but lack of integrity.

Whether what you visualize is going to become reality or not is dependent on your integrity. Your verbalization becomes visualization only when you have integrity - Only then it becomes reality. Add integrity by completing with yourself to all the commitments you made to yourself and all the commitments you made to others.

When you are established in integrity, the first job you need to do is weed out all the negative self fulfilling prophecies that you have created for yourself. Weeding out and completing all the negative self fulfilling prophecies releases you from fear. We are hardly occupied with visualizations of our success; we are too busy with negative self fulfilling prophecies because of our past record.

Many times, your negative patterns serve some vested interest, some purpose in your life. For example, "I am not going to be successful, " serves the purpose of non commitment to life. These negative patterns keep the vested interest alive in you and do not allow life to happen in you. Before you start a work if you think you are not going to complete then definitely this negative pattern will not allow you to complete the work.

If you have decided that even if you work, you are not going to get what you want and that is enough to make you not work, then naturally you will not get what you want. This is the vicious circle. When you created your past record, you did not have the intelligence of looking into the possibility of the possibility.

The possibility of the possibility gives you a breakthrough in life. Space of Possibility of possibilities open up; all the ideas you had that never became visualization because of your lack of integrity, let them all become your visualization and become your reality.

It is very unfortunate society teaches that you have to honour the word you give to others but society forgets to teach that you have to honour the word you give it to yourself also. Society treats you more like a utility, that is why they teach you to honour the word you give to others but they do not teach you to honour the word you give to yourself.

The word you give to yourself is as important or more important than the word you give to others. Because life, the flow of your life, the amount of contentment you feel in your life, the degree of fulfilment you feel in your life, and the experience of fulfilment you feel in your life all depends on the words you give to yourself and whether you honour them. The word you give to you forms the bone structure of your life.

Just like how when you break the words you give to others take it away their confidence in you, when you break the words you give to yourself you lose confidence in yourself.

A n y reconciliation is victory for all the parties involved in the reconciliation. If there is a fight between you and you, it is because of your lack of integrity. This results in so much chaos, confusion and forgetfulness.

Forgetting happens because of the lack of integrity. When you are not in integrity, you are not one person; you are like a group of people living inside one body. If one person takes over the other person inside you, you forget what the first person was thinking. Complete with yourself and align yourself to integrity. When you align yourself to integrity, suddenly you become one being.

When you are one being, the reality you want, the reality you need and the highest reality, all three become one and the same.

To make children aware that when you don't have integrity, the life you want to have around you will change by the hour. And when you are in integrity, only what you say happens in your breathing space.

When you maintain integrity with yourself, your own confidence in yourself increases. When you have confidence in yourself, you will realize that you are the ultimate doer, you are the cause of your reality.

When you bring integrity into your thinking, you will become aware of every anxiety you go through, every fear you go through and every forgetfulness you go through. With lack of integrity you do not know what goes on inside and outside you. Sometimes, you even forget what you really want. Human beings destroy their whole life just to prove they are right. When you start practicing integrity with integrity, you will be aware of every thought you are having. Most of the time you are caught in fear, jealousy, and anger, even before you become aware of it.

Whenever you use a negative word to yourself, for example, when you say "I may be a failure, I may lose, I may not achieve my goal" , immediately remember that this is a negative commitment you are giving to yourself. Drop it.

There is no such thing as being ready for failure, because if there is going to be f a ilur e , it wil l a lwa y s b e fr om t h e unexpected zone.

S o a l l y o u r e x p e c t a t i o n s a n d pre–commitments towards your failure are not precaution. It is not going to help you in any way. Everything you call as failure, is only going to come suddenly, and you are going to face it.

There are millions of times when what you call as failure came to you suddenly and you have faced it. The idea that you will not be able to face it if something happens unexpectedly is just one more negative commitment you give to yourself. Now sit and undo, layer by layer the negative commitments which you have given to yourself and complete with them.

Once you drop the negative commitment that you have given to yourself, 'I cannot face failure if it comes by surprise' , when you complete and drop that negative commitment, then you cannot justify your planning for failure, or your negative plans in any form or in any way. Understand these clicks. First thing failure is not going to come. Second thing – you are capable of facing it if it comes.

So drop fantasizing about failure. Drop visualizing about f a ilur e . Drop gi v ing yours e lf nega ti v e commitments about failures. Then integrity starts happening in you. Negativity starts dropping from you and you will start experiencing the space of positivity.

Even if one person starts living positivity, he is no more one person, he can be a shelter of positivity for one– tenth of humanity. Let your heart decide not to bring negativity as a thinking pattern, and not to bring negative commitment as a lifestyle for you. This is the basic life science. If you suffer from the fears that you carry, everybody around you will have to suffer and believe that this is the lifestyle.

Every school teacher who suffers with a lack of integrity and makes negative commitments himself transmits the same thing to a ll his students. Any thing multiplied by zero is zero. In the same way, even if your life has had any negative prophecies and negative commitments, just put 'X' integrity – multiplied by integrity, from now. It will become equivalent to integrity.

Now the space of positivity will simply expand and expand and become an ocean in you. Establish yourself in integrity, you will see that your being suddenly cognizes a new life, a new reality.

Just like the swan which can separate the water from the milk in a mixture of milk and water, the brain established in integrity can separate truth from untruth.

The whole life starts with listening. When you are completely drowned inside your past, when your past is sitting on you like a dead weight, you will never be able to listen. The dead past never lets you listen. The past by its very nature does not have life and if you try to continuously indulge in the past, it repeats itself in the future.

Whether you like it or not, want it or not, by the very way in which you are hardwired, you will hold only yourself as responsible f o r y o u r l i f e . N o b o d y e ls e c a n b e responsible.

Only you are responsible for your life. When you iron out your inner space with integrity, the first thing that integrity will do to you is remove all the negative weeds that you constantly cherish, which are rooted in your past. Negativity needs the past as support to survive. Negativity is not based in the future but only in the past.

When you become integrated with your thinking, your past has no more power over your future or over your inner space.

When you become integrated, the first thing you will understand is that your past failures are not failures. Your failures do not make you a failure. It is not the failure itself that is the problem, but the number of times you remember your failure that is the real problem.

Life is just moving. But your photographic memory and you holding on to those memories is where the problem starts. The more your past occupies your inner space, the more you will not have integrity.

There is no such thing as the past existing for you. Your mind shows something different every moment, so the past you see every moment is a different past. Your mind shows your whole past in the same color, based on your present mood and space. If you are in a dark inner space, your mind paints the whole past as dark and shows it to you as such.

If you are in the bright inner space, your mind shows your whole past as a bright possibility. Only when you break this pattern, you start human life. So when you decide to keep yourself in the higher space forever and have a conscious breakthrough, suddenly you see that your whole past was always in higher consciousness, or travelling towards higher consciousness.

Whenever you fail in integrity and you are in a low mood, your mind will say that you never lived with integrity.

It will show as if your whole life was inauthentic, irresponsible and lacking in integrity. But when you restore integrity through completion and you become authentic, suddenly your mind will show that your life was a long and sincere path towards authenticity and responsibility.

Do not be cheated by your mind. Do not be destabilized by your mind. Go on practicing integrity.

When you start integrating your inner space, your whole inner space becomes positive because you have to honor any negative commitment you give, even by mistake. Why would you want to waste your energy in honoring the negative commitment you give to yourself?

When you know you are not going to honor nega ti ve commitments, then naturally you know that you have to complete them. Whenever you "try " to practice positivity, you are making a negative statement at the same time, be c aus e " try " is one mor e nega ti v e commitment you have given to yourself.

Whenever you fail in integrity and you are in a low mood, your mind will say that you never lived with integrity.

When you sincerely st a rt pr acticing integrity, you will be in such a beautiful space of positivity; that itself will give you so much joy and courage, to live with more and more integrity and the space of completion.

Integrity is the mathematics of life. It is simple, straight forward mathematics. If a human being is not going to be inspired by the spiritual truths, then he is going to be inspired only by fear.

If you add two negative statements, two negative commitments to your thinking, you will have two negative happenings. If you r epe a t a nega ti v e commitment hundreds of times, it will be strong, equivalent to a hundred times, so you have t o c o m p l e t e u n t i l y o u r n e g a t i v e commitments are completed and dropped. Integrity! Every negative commitment you g i v e to you is a li v e . Ea ch ne g a ti v e commitment has to be nullified. Until it is nullified, it continues to give fruit. It is simple mathematics.

Declaring completion can be like multiplying your negative commitments by zero. Multiply your negative commitments by zero, so that even if you build millions of negative commitments, you can just multiply it by zero and it will become zero.

So your declaration of integrity is like multiplying all your past negativity with zero. When you multiply it with zero, it ends in zero.

Darkness can never be infinite. Light can be infinite, negative can never be infinite, only positivity can be infinite, because infinity needs to exist. Negativity does not exist.

When you practice integrity, you will see the benefit immediately. It is literally like mathematics.

The way your patterns react and respond to facts is perception. Perception is processed fact. Facts can be processed in the fire of ignorance or the cold of patterns. Either one can process facts.

The best perception happens when you bring integrity to your thinking. Your eyes will not forget reality and it will not cognize the rope as a snake.

There are three levels of perception.

• 1. No pattern, No perception- this is the worst .
• 2. Pattern with perception this is okay.

Your delusion is unborn, your powerlessness is unborn. Your wrong perception is unborn. Your failure is unborn. When you know this, when you perceive this, you are newborn.

With integrity, the innate intelligence to expand is straightened and the space of positivity is awakened. Perception is the process happening with facts and your patterns. When you bring complete integrity into your thinking, the words you utter to you and to others will be experienced as your very life.

The words which comes out of you do not leave or get disconnected from you. So what happens to those words affects you. It is not like you give a word, and then you and the word are not connected. Whether the word is fulfilled or unfulfilled, as if it is no way related to you. The word continues to be connected with you, because it is delivered from you.

Understanding that the words you utter continue to have power over you, even years after it is uttered, makes you utter words with responsibility.

Even when you are talking at home, if the person to whom you are talking to is not in the space of listening, the ideas you a r e e xpr e ssing will ne v e r be delivered. It may lead to arguments, but it may never lead to intelligence transfer. During arguments, information can be transferred, but never intelligence. Only i n l ist e n i n g i n t e l l i g e n c e c a n b e transferred.

Integrity is not your responsibility. It is your right. When you start living integrity, amazing powers express through you. Then you will realize that integrity is not just your responsibility, it is your right. It is simply your birthright.

Every word uttered by you is an extension of you and continues to be an extension of you until it is compl e t ed e ithe r by fulfillment or by completion. Your words continue to exist, they do not die. The words you utter do not die. In the same way, the words you utter to yourself also do not die down. They continue to exist and disturb and alter your perception. Your perception about you will change, because the words uttered are not dead.

The constant irritation or agitation in you is a direct result of boredom and the wrong words being repeated inside you by yourself to yourself.

Just go on repeating the words, "Wow! What a life! What an excitement! So many new things are happening every day. I am really excited. I am going to live life. I am going to make it." If you go on repeating these words, even your suffering will look new every day. They will look like challenges and will be exciting for you.

Suffering is an option! Your perception is an option. The space of perception can be purified to the space of ultimate positivity by integrity

The space we carry inside directly affects the reality with which we and the people around us experience.

The space you create inside is so powerful, it can straight away affect the way you experience life and others experience life.

Space you create inside means how you feel things are going to be. The space you carry inside is not the effect of the happenings of your life. It is the order you are giving to the cosmos.

You need to understand the seriousness of the space you are in.

Whatever you carry in your inner space is a possibility. If you are carrying sadness, you are ordering the cosmos for a bigger sadness to come in your life. If you are carrying a joy, you are waiting for a bigger joy to come if your life. If you are carrying fulfillment in you, completion in you, you are ordering the cosmos to bring bigger completions in your life.

You are a human being, so you can't afford to say that I have problems that I don't know how to transform. No! You have to transform. You can't afford to give up on you. You can't afford to be powerless. You have to stand up. You have to find the method. You have to transform. That is the only way life is possible.

The space you carry has to be changed. Your inner space is such a subtle thing, one right declaration is enough, you are free! One completion is enough, you are

What you resist will persist. You don't need to do anything else, only do whatever you are resisting. It is just a pattern. You need to look in, what is the pattern you resist strongly in your life?
