introduction
When you start practicing integrity with integrity, you will be aware of every thought you are having. Most of the time you are caught in fear, jealousy, and anger, even before you become aware of it.
Whenever you use a negative word to yourself, for example, when you say "I may be a failure, I may lose, I may not achieve my goal" , immediately remember that this is a negative commitment you are giving to yourself. Drop it.
There is no such thing as being ready for failure, because if there is going to be f a ilu r e , it wil l a lwa y s b e fr om t h e unexpected zone.
S o a l l y o u r e x p e c t a t i o n s a n d pre–commitments towards your failure are not precaution. It is not going to help you in any way. Everything you call as failure, is only going to come suddenly, and you are going to face it.

There are millions of times when what you call as failure came to you suddenly and you have faced it. The idea that you will not be able to face it if something happens unexpectedly is just one more negative commitment you give to yourself. Now sit and undo, layer by layer the negative commitments which you have given to yourself and complete with them.

Once you drop the negative commitment that you have given to yourself, face failure if it comes by surprise' you complete and drop that negative commitment, then you cannot justify your planning for failure, or your negative plans in any form or in any way. Understand these clicks. First thing failure is not going to come. Second thing – you are capable of facing it if it comes.

So drop fantasizing about failure. Drop visualizing about f a ilur e . Drop gi v ing yours e lf nega ti v e commitments about failures. Then integrity starts happening in you. Negativity starts dropping from you and you will start experiencing the space of positivity.

- integrity? What happens when you use a negative word? Can we predict failure? Can we take precaution against failure? Will you be able to face failure? When does negativity start dropping?
