When you bring complete integrity into your thinking,, the words you utter to yourself and to others will be experienced as your very life. That is the power of words.

Integrity forms the basis for your life. Integrity is part of your very life energy. It is the energy on which you and the whole cosmos run!

Integrity is the first sacred principle of life. Integrity is the principle on which the cosmos runs! The sun rising every morning without missing a day is integrity. Your heart beating continuously without missing a beat is integrity.

By nature, God built you with integrity. Your inherent nature is integrity. That is why, whenever you are not in integrity, you feel so uncomfortable and incomplete. Your inbuilt innate nature is expressing this great inner power. That is why you feel so fulfilled whenever you are in integrity

Integrity exist in our very DNA. A seed becomes a tree or man realizes his potential only when this principle is also lived. The ultimate knowledge can be reached only through integrity

Integrity is the foundation on which our lives are built. Our words create our destiny; they are the life force that fuels us. When we make commitments to ourselves and to others, keeping those promises is not just an option, but a necessity for our lives. The Power of Words will be available to you when you practice Integrity.

Not having the load of the past is integrity. The concept of failure is founded on our edited past memories. Completing with the past clears our destiny for a clean future in which we understand that everything is possible. Without integrity there is no workability. With integrity anything is possible.

Anything you want is possible. With integrity we will always have the positive attitude that everything is possible. Your inbuilt innate nature is integrity. There is no such thing as impossibility.

Every school teacher who suffers with a lack of integrity and makes negative commitments himself transmits the same thing to all his students. Anything multiplied by zero is zero. In the same way, even if your life has had any negative prophecies and negative commitments, just put 'X' integrity – multiplied by integrity, from now. It will become equivalent to integrity

There is only one difference between technique and ritual. When it is done with integrity even an ordinary ritual becomes a great meditation t e c h n i q u e t h a t l e a d s y o u t o Enlightenment. When it is done without any integrity, as a routine, then even a meditation technique becomes a ritual.

• 1. Bring integrity into every step! Nothing else is going to help you. There is no shortcut; this is the shortest cut! Complete and create the space of integrity; this has no replacement. Whether you live a spiritual life or a regular life, integrity forms the basis for life!
• 2. Establish yourself in integrity, you will see that your being suddenly cognizes a new life, a new reality.
• 3. Just like the swan which can separate the water from the milk in a mixture of milk and water, the brain established in integrity can separate truth from untruth.
• 4. Only you are responsible for your life. When you iron out your inner space with integrity, the first thing that integrity will do to you is remove all the negative weeds that you constantly cherish, which are rooted in your past. Did you know you can control your senses?

Controlling the senses requires controlling the mind. Controlling the mind requires control of thoughts. Controlling the thoughts requires integrity. When we continuously live integrity, we will become awa re of the thoughts and proc e ss e s happening in our inner space.

constantly listening to our own inner space is the beginning of integrity. If our inner space says that there is nothing more to listen, if only silence is there, then that is the end of integrity. We have achieved integrity. When we start listening to our inner space, we start integrity and when we listen to only silence from our inner space, we have achieved integrity. As long as we are hearing something from our inner space, it is lack of integrity

Whenever you fail in integrity and you are in a low mood, your mind will say that you never lived with integrity. Whenever you fail in integrity and you are in a low mood, your mind will say that you never lived with integrity. How to know

Your mind will show as if your whole life was inauthentic, irresponsible and lacking in integrity. But when you restore integrity through completion and you become authentic, suddenly your mind will show that your life wa s a l o n g a n d si n c e r e p a t h t owa r d s authenticity and responsibility.

Let integrity become the very air which you breath because it is part of your life. Integrity is the foundation on which our lives are built. Our words create our destiny; they are the life force that fuels us. When we make commitments to ourselves and to others, keeping those promises is not just an option, but a necessity for our lives.

Living on your word means living without your mind. If you want to switch off your mind, you have to live with integrity. Punctuality is not integrity: it is the side effect of integrity. Integrity is living in a space of conscious thinking. Integrity is being in conscious thinking and living it.

Once you integrate yourself, whatever you want to achieve, you will be able to just declare and do it. You will see when you experience integrity in you, the whole world co–operates with you.

When you maintain integrity with yourself, your own confidence in yourself increases. When you have confidence in yourself, you will realize that you are the ultimate doer, you are the cause of your reality.

When you bring integrity into your thinking, you will become aware of every anxiety you go through, every fear you go through and every forgetfulness you go through. You will see how you a re responsible for creating negativity in your life, how you are anxious to create negativity in your life, how you can align yourself with yourself and how the world can just align itself with you.

With lack of integrity you do not know what goes on inside and outside you. Sometimes, you even forget what you really want. Human beings destroy their whole life just to prove they are right. Because of lack of integrity you forget what you want. You can have the life of not having what you want. But you can't have the life of not knowing what you want. Not having what you want is just being poor. Not knowing what you want is being in a state of terror and horror. When you bring integrity to yourself, you will know what you want and be able to make it happen around you.

To cause in each child the powerful cognitive shift that, when you experience integrity in you, the whol e world co–operates with you. GOALS

• When does the whole world co–operate with us? When do we forget what we want? What is called the life of not having what we want? What is called the life of not knowing what we want? When do you become the cause of reality? When does a human being destroy his
• life?

THUMB PAINTING

Children are asked to dip their thumb into the paint and do thumb prints on the plain sheet. They can do thumb printing with various poster colors.

We can make many designs and pictorial formations with our thumb prints using our eye hand coordination and eye hand cooperation. Similarly when you experience integrity in you, the whole world cooperates with you.

Ask the children to cover their eyes with transparent paper. Now ask them to look through the transparent paper. Ask them to continue to cover their eyes with more layers of colored transparent paper and attempt to look through.

Each colored paper is like anxiety created in you. More anxiety and more anxious moments misalign you from reality. When you are integrated, you become aware of every anxiety you go through and you can see the reality.

Pencil

Ask the children to write down all the anxieties they go through and all reasons for going the anxious. Why are they are in incompletion? They have to write down the situation clearly and complete with it. The situations can be as simple as going scared of spiders in the bathroom or more complex anxieties.

With lack of integrity you do not know what goes on inside and outside you. When you are integrated, you become aware of every anxiety you go through. You can see the reality.
