MATERIALS NEEDED:

Paper
Pen
Pencil

PROCEDURE:

Try to commit to you mom or dad everything you will do everyday and see how many things you are able to stay in integrity with.List out things that you want to do but you always go out of integrity with. Complete with them and recommit with a declaration which includes doable steps that you will follow everyday.

INFERENCE:

When you complete consciously, suddenly you will know so much inner space is available for you to create new things, new happenings and new incidents around you. You will start attracting new things.

CONCLUSION:

When you align the words you give to yourself, you will be so conscious so aware of what you are thinking every moment.
