Whether you understand or not, experience or not, believe or not, you are nothing but " word"! you create inside you about you, about the world, about everything. The word you create inside you about you, about others, about everything, you are just that, the word is not just the word as you think. It is the power which can change your reality!

Whether you realize it or not, your life is built on your words and commitments. The words you give to yourself and others form the structure on which your life-building is built! If your life can be compared to a building, the words you give to yourself and others is like the foundation of this building. It has to be free from dust and rust, which means that it has to be free from unconscious patterns. The unconscious words you give to yourself and others is the dust and rust on your building. The building built upon a rusty, dusty structure cannot last long! It has to be made of pure, authentic, strong steel. In the same way,

When you bring complete integrity into your thinking,, the words you utter to yourself and to others will be experienced as your very life. That is the power of words.

Integrity forms the basis for your life. Integrity is part of your very life energy. It is the energy on which you and the whole cosmos run!

Integrity is the first sacred principle of life. Integrity is the principle on which the cosmos runs! The sun rising every morning without missing a day is integrity. Your heart beating continuously without missing a beat is integrity.

By nature, God built you with integrity. Your inherent nature is integrity. That is why, whenever you are not in integrity, you feel so uncomfortable and incomplete. Your inbuilt innate nature is expressing this great inner power. That is why you feel so fulfilled whenever you are in integrity

Integrity exist in our very DNA. A seed becomes a tree or man realizes his potential only when this principle is also lived. The ultimate knowledge can be reached only through integrity

Integrity is the foundation on which our lives are built. Our words create our destiny; they are the life force that fuels us. When we make commitments to ourselves and to others, keeping those promises is not just an option, but a necessity for our lives. The Power of Words will be available to you when you practice Integrity.

Not having the load of the past is integrity. The concept of failure is founded on our edited past memories. Completing with the past clears our destiny for a clean future in which we understand that everything is possible. Without integrity there is no workability. With integrity anything is possible.

Anything you want is possible. With integrity we will always have the positive attitude that everything is possible. Your inbuilt innate nature is integrity. There is no such thing as impossibility.

Every school teacher who suffers with a lack of integrity and makes negative commitments himself transmits the same thing to all his students. Anything multiplied by zero is zero. In the same way, even if your life has had any negative prophecies and negative commitments, just put 'X' integrity – multiplied by integrity, from now. It will become equivalent to integrity

There is only one difference between technique and ritual. When it is done with integrity even an ordinary ritual becomes a great meditation t e c h n i q u e t h a t l e a d s y o u t o Enlightenment. When it is done without any integrity, as a routine, then even a meditation technique becomes a ritual.

• 1. Bring integrity into every step! Nothing else is going to help you. There is no shortcut; this is the shortest cut! Complete and create the space of integrity; this has no replacement. Whether you live a spiritual life or a regular life, integrity forms the basis for life!
• 2. Establish yourself in integrity, you will see that your being suddenly cognizes a new life, a new reality.
• 3. Just like the swan which can separate the water from the milk in a mixture of milk and water, the brain established in integrity can separate truth from untruth.
• 4. Only you are responsible for your life. When you iron out your inner space with integrity, the first thing that integrity will do to you is remove all the negative weeds that you constantly cherish, which are rooted in your past. Did you know you can control your senses?

Controlling the senses requires controlling the mind. Controlling the mind requires control of thoughts. Controlling the thoughts requires integrity. When we continuously live integrity, we will become awa re of the thoughts and proc e ss e s happening in our inner space.

constantly listening to our own inner space is the beginning of integrity. If our inner space says that there is nothing more to listen, if only silence is there, then that is the end of integrity. We have achieved integrity. When we start listening to our inner space, we start integrity and when we listen to only silence from our inner space, we have achieved integrity. As long as we are hearing something from our inner space, it is lack of integrity

Whenever you fail in integrity and you are in a low mood, your mind will say that you never lived with integrity. Whenever you fail in integrity and you are in a low mood, your mind will say that you never lived with integrity. How to know

Your mind will show as if your whole life was inauthentic, irresponsible and lacking in integrity. But when you restore integrity through completion and you become authentic, suddenly your mind will show that your life wa s a l o n g a n d si n c e r e p a t h t owa r d s authenticity and responsibility.

Let integrity become the very air which you breath because it is part of your life. Integrity is the foundation on which our lives are built. Living on your word means living without your mind. If you want to switch off your mind, you have to live with integrity. Punctuality is not integrity: it is the side effect of integrity. Integrity is living in a space of conscious thinking. Integrity is being in conscious thinking and living it.

Integrity is a cosmic principle, a c o s m i c l a w . Wh e n y o u a r e integrated, so many resources which are there in you only as a potential suddenly become a reality. Every word you say to yourself is a commitment you are giving to yourself. You must think with this understanding.

A lot of awareness needs to be infused while you think and give words to yourself. Only if you complete with yourself and are complete, will you be able to be in the space of self-remembrance and restful awareness. Unless you complete with you, you will not be in the space of restful awareness. Having restful awareness within you is very important because..

A positive mind is the biggest wealth you can have because it is the source of wealth that will naturally attract the right people and success in your life.

To cause the cognitive shift in each child that integrity enriches our relationships and inspire him or her to align to being integrated

• Integrity is what principle? What happens when you are integrated? What is restful awareness? When does restful awareness happen? When do you know what you really want?

Encourage the children to draw the cosmos. They can also draw the resources available in the cosmos.

Integrity is a cosmic principle, a cosmic law. When you are integrated, suddenly, so much of the resources that are there in you only as a potential become a reality in you.

List your wants and needs and find out which ones make you happy.

With integrity, for the first time you will experience a relationship with yourself. Until you align yourself with integrity, you will not know what you really want in your life. You want something but are doing something else.

Write about what you have in your life and what you want. Why is there a mismatch? What you get is what you really want. Write how you landed up getting a mismatch.

Only if you complete with yourself and are complete, will you be able to be in the space of self remembrance and restful awareness. Unless you complete with yourself, you will not be in the space of restful awareness. Positive mind is the biggest wealth you can have because it is the source of wealth that will naturally attract the right people and success in your life.

F i r s t m a k e a l i s t o f a l l commitments you gave to yourself and did not fulfill. Complete them first. Either commit to honour your commitment within a clear time frame or if you are not able to honour your commitment even by giving your full effort, at least complete with yourself.

Relieve yourself from the commitment. It is so unfortunate you care so much about the words you give to others due to your fear or greed but you don't care about the words you give to yours e lf. Re stful awareness is your basic right and it is possible with self completion.

The best relationships with others start with you having a great relationship with yourself. When you do not complete with yourself, you carry the incomplete part of you in yourself. Escaping from yourself is the race you will always lose. So complete with yourself.

To cause the children to complete with themselves. GOALS

• What are the ways in which you can complete with yourself? What is your basic right? How can you get the best relationships with others? What is the race that you always lose?

Give each child a half drawn picture and ask them to complete the picture and color it. Ask them whether they prefer the incomplete, half drawn, picture or the complete, fully drawn picture. "Which one is nicer or feels better?"

Only if you complete with you, will you be able to even be in the space of restful awareness. When you do not complete with you, you are carrying the incomplete part of you in you.

Ask them to choose an activity that they are the best at and do it. For example, if the child is very good at drawing then he can draw or if a child is good at solving puzzles he can do that.

With integrity one can perform their best because they know success comes naturally.

What are the best things about you and when do you feel positive? What are the best things about others and which of these do you feel are the same about you? Now do the same for the negative side: What are the worst things about you and what makes you feel negative? What are the worst things about others and which of these do you feel are the same about you?

Restful awareness is your basic right and it is possible with self completion. Best relationships start from you having great relationships with yourself. When you do not complete within yourself, you are carrying the incomplete part of you in yourself. Escaping from yourself is the race you will always lose. So complete with yourself.
