9. FIRST PRINCIPLE OF LIFE: INTEGRITY
# FIRST PRINCIPLE OF LIFE: INTEGRITY
introduction
Integrity is you fulfilling the word and thoughts you give to yourself and others. In honesty you only ha v e to ma int a in the word, honour the words you give to others. In integrity you have to honour even word you give to yourself. Honesty is not integrity, integrity is honesty as well.

It is very unfortunate society teaches that you have to honour the word you give to others but society forgets to teach that you have to honour the word you give it to yourself also. Society treats you more like a utility, that is why they teach you to honour the word you give to others but they do not teach you to honour the word you give to yourself.

The word you g i v e to yours e lf is a s important or more important than the word you give to others. Because life, the flow of your life, the amount of contentment you feel in your life, the degree of fulfilment you feel in your life, and the experience of fulfilment you feel in your life all depends on the words you give to yourself and whether you honour them. The word you give to you forms the bone structure of your life.
Just like how when you break the words you give to others take it away their confidence in you, when you break the words you give to yourself you lose confidence in yourself.

Every time you honour the words you give to yourself, your self-confidence starts oozing in your muscle and bio memory. When you honour the words you give to others confidence starts oozing out in your relationship. Others losing confidence in you takes away all the wealth in your life. You losing confidence in you takes away life itself from you.
GOALS
To cause in the child the cognitive shift that not only the words we give others but the words we give ourselves inside us is equally important to cause completion and space of possibilities

What is integrity? What is honesty? Are honesty and integrity the same? What happens when you honour the word you give to yourself? When do we lose life? Does society treat you
like a utility?
