Yogic Body, Vedic Mind, Zen Living

Sharira maatram khalu dharma sadhanam means, it is the body which is the base for all achievements. Own your body, feel it is yours. Design it as you want with yoga, develop a yogic body.

When I say, own your body, build it as you want with yoga. Your body is the closest object you have. If you don't own your body, what do you mean? It is just there like a garbage can. For most of us it is there, because it is dumped on you; you just dump everything on it. Own your body. That is the first step for enlightenment.

Do not live inside a body which is not flexible or healthy. Put in energy, time and bend your body, make it yogic. It is your body. The whole day you are living with it. Why are you unaware of it? The whole day, let all your movements be such that it continuously becomes healthy, graceful, as you always wanted it.

Own your mind; it is your mind. Design it so that any suffering can never touch you. Your own mind. Just have this very feeling, thought, my mind! I will make money only the way I enjoy. I will have the pleasures which I enjoy. I will choose my way of life. I will be conscious in every step and see that I achieve what I want.

See that every thought you give life to gives only joy to you, it brings only bliss to you; never any suffering, or never any disturbance. Knowledge and truth is the Vedic mind. Train your mind as you want it.

Own your body, own your mind, own your living, own your lifestyle. That is what I call Yogic body, Vedic mind, Zen living.

Zen living is meditative living. Infuse awareness into every action: walking, talking, sitting, moving, breathing. Infuse awareness into everything. Slow down. In every action, slow down. Let it be with more awareness. That is what I call infusing awareness into your life.
