Carry A Smile In Your Eyes

In U.S., there is a secret group known as Freemasons. They have their own special gatherings and practices. Even in the way they shake hands, they have a signal which only the Freemasons know, so even while they shake hands, they will recognize that the other guy is also a Freemason. So even in a party or group, when you go and shake hands with people, if you are a Freemason you will know who are all the Freemasons there! Just a simple handshake; they have a code through which they will recognize each other.

Same way, I wanted my devotees and disciples, my Sangha, to recognize each other based on the smile they carry in their eyes. All of you guys should have devotion as the component of your cognition, and that smile in the eyes, not just in the lips. When there is devotion, the eyes will have a smile. Only another person who has experienced it can recognize it! The smile in the eyes is more subtle and more powerful than the smile on the lips. Smile in the eyes happens when your heart melts in devotion for the right reason, in the right context, with the right Completion.

When it comes to devotion, even preaching or teaching looks very aggressive, because it is such a sweet, soft component of the being. It can only be shared with a smile in the eyes, or as the tears in the eyes. You can enrich people with devotion only based on the smile your eyes carry.

The Completion achieved along with the devotion is more strong, more powerful, more stable, more successful. So let your heart rise with devotion! Enrich the world out of your own devotion.
