17 August 2010: The mastermind S.Gurumurthy - chief strategist for the Hindu extremist forces RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) and BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), brought Aarthi Rao to make a FAKE rape allegation in the form of "a witness-statement" (through an email to the State Police!) to the original complaint made by Lenin. Thus the FAKE case was kept alive for almost a decade more!

False cases filed in the United States

During 2011, Extremist Hindu Forces, used Douglas MacKellor, a volunteer in the organisation of His Divine Holiness and a fringe element in the conspiracy, to file a series of FAKE complaints and cases in the United States.

Federal Bureau of Investigation

First, Douglas submitted fabricated false complaints to the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation). FBI warned Douglas not to show up again with his FAKE documents, and they stopped picking up his calls.

United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement

Then, Douglas made false reports to the U.S. ICE (United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement) hotline. The U.S. ICE blacklisted Douglas and stopped responding to him.

United States Security Exchange Commission

After that Douglas approached the SEC (U.S. Security Exchange Commission), making some FAKE claims about a non-existent entity. The U.S. SEC thoroughly investigated and closed the fake complaint. They stopped returning Douglas' phone calls where he would try to pressurize them reopen investigation.

Internal Revenue Service

Douglas also approached the IRS (Internal Revenue Service), asking them to investigate registered nonprofit organizations of His Divine Holiness in the US. IRS initiate inquiries over the organizations of His Divine Holiness and notified Douglas that his claims were fake and that it had closed the inquiry.

False cases were not accepted legally as there were no evidences

Since FBI, ICE, SEC did not budge to Douglas' undue demands of registering false cases against His Divine Holiness, he tried to file false criminal complaints of rape (with the help of Aarthi Rao) to the California Attorney General. Eventually Aarthi Rao, was penalized $1/2 Million USD for her false public statements. Douglas continued his attacks. Douglas even asked Chief Investigator of the Ohio Attorney General and Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice, to unlawfully influence agencies such as the FBI and U.S. ICE, but all of them dismissed Douglas' false allegations.

Amidst the series of these attacks happening in the US, the people who were in the monasteries, centers and temples in India were attacked by State Police and Mafia.

Female Monks Seek Justice from Sexual Molestation by Hindu Extremist State-Police-Mafia

During the year 2011, female monks sought justice for sexual molestation during the attack by the mafia. The cases are still pending in various courts. No justice has been served yet. Lenin Karuppan (an implant of the Extremist Hindu Mafia) raped two female monks in the monastery. As of 2018, the case is still open in the court of Bangalore - of two rapes and one sexual molestation.

Chargesheet and additional chargesheet filed by the CID

On 30 Nov 2010, the CID filed a 430-page chargesheet against His Divine Holiness for crimes never committed. The volumes of the chargesheet represent the volumes of the persecution done on His Divine Holiness. The chargesheet included the false rape accuser Aarti Rao's statement of 'rape' over 40 times across 5 years.

And further, on 21 Mar 2012, the CID filed an additional chargesheet with fresh false witness statements of physical abuse from Vinay Bharadwaj, the convicted child rapist NRI (Non Residential Indian) from the United States.

Continuous attacks of Media Mafia in connivance with the CID, result in another Genocidal attack in 2012

2010 to 2011: The organization was recovering from the losses of the physical attacks which had caused damages worth more than Rs. 200 million.

Meanwhile, the Extremist Hindu Media Mafia continued publishing series of defamatory and derogatory articles to instigate mob violence against the monasteries of His Divine Holiness.
