6. Current status of the Persecution Trial

As on 9th September 2018

On 30 August 2018, the trial Court noted that the next date of hearing would be 6 September 2018. It said that the arguments would be by both side lawyers, AND THE ACCUSED (His Divine Holiness) NEED NOT BE PRESENT. It was clearly acknowledged that His Divine Holiness, as a pontiff, was on a spiritual pilgrimage, and he would appear anytime he was needed by the Court.

However, on 6 September 2018, the Court did a complete U-turn and noted that "the pontiff being on a spiritual pilgrimage" was not a valid condition for being absent and that he did not comply with his commitment to be present in the court during the 1st week of September (which was never given or asked for). And a NON-BAILABLE WARRANT was issued against His Divine Holiness with no warning whatsoever, especially when the law clearly states that the presence of the accused is not necessary when his lawyer is present and does not object to the progress of the trial.

This U-turn in the court forces one to conclude that "extra judiciary interruptions and influences" are showing their teeth in the ongoing trial, rendering it an unfair trial.

Highlights of the Persecution Trial

25 December 2009 : His Divine Holiness poisoned by Aarthi Rao.

4 March 2010 : FAKE Complaint of misbehaviour registered targeting His Divine Holiness by a man named Lenin.

4 March 2010 : FAKE Complaint of misbehaviour converted into a rape complaint, by a Tamil Nadu State Police Station, without mentioning anybody as a victim. FAKE Complaint is transferred 300 kilometers to Karnataka State Police.

13 April 2010 : Karnataka State Police gives an advertisement openly declaring monetary compensation to anybody ready to pose as a rape victim or give a negative testimony against His Divine Holiness. No one came forward.

21 April 2010 : His Divine Holiness unlawfully arrested for 53 days and tortured with no food or water for 8 days. On bail, judiciary passed an order denying His Divine Holiness of His fundamental human rights and freedom of speech and expression, to stop Him from talking about what they did to Him during the unlawful detainment. All atrocities were justified on grounds of suspicion. There were no witnesses of evidences.

17 August 2010 : The fake trial was about to collapse on lack of any evidence or witnesses. Aarthi Rao appeared as a witness, making false rape allegations against His Divine Holiness.

12 August 2014 : Courts in U.S. have declared His Divine Holiness innocent. The Courts penalized Aarthi Rao $½ Million USD for making false claims of rape against His Divine Holiness.

December 2017 : Conspirators in India, continued their crimes against His Divine Holiness. U.S. Courts took a note of the repeated attacks by conspirators and penalized several of them including some Media Houses. The total penalty to the conspirators stands to an equivalent of $6 Million USD (~ Rs. 400 Million INR + interest).
