123. What does it mean to draw a Mahazar

"The seizure of goods, documents and items have to be done as per Section 110 of the Customs Act, which says, a Mahazar has to be drawn. Mahazar is a drawing of a location and an inventory list of goods seized".

The Chief Minister 'unlawfully' ordered seizure of all temple goods and creation of mahazar of deities (temple idols) and temple jewelleries (worn by deities).
