Although female sanyasis (monks) like Ma Nithya Shantananda Swami were victimized and beaten by the militants, police arrested them instead of the militants.

It was not a 'Law and Order crisis', it was an Attack

Maintaining Law and Order (L&O) is the primary 'uncompromising' responsibility of any government for public safety and peace. Anyone accused of breaching L&O, is deemed an enemy to the State and threat to public safety. Such persons are denounced by the citizens, and in legal course can be imprisoned as a high-risk for the public, State, and even the nation. The penalties for L&O related issues are stricter and include higher severity punishments with longer terms than for other crimes.

The State-Media-Mafia nexus, employed the "Law and Order crisis" provisions and wielded it to extreme convolution, twisting it's application to eliminate His Divine Holiness.

The Executioners and their roles

• The MEDIA TRIGGERED paranoia (Ajith holding an illicit package and advancing towards His Divine Holiness in a press meet that turned out to be the deadly Anthrax bomb and that permanently scarred the monk who opened it.)
• The MILITANT MAFIA ATTACKED the residents, and the resulting physical struggles and bloodshed was broadcasted to the world as "A Law and Order situation". By its very definition, a "law and order situation" should affect public peace. But here, not only His Divine Holiness and His community residents were not disrupting any public peace, they were the ACTUAL

VICTIMS of the criminal attacks in their private property, and needed protection! It was not a "law and order" situation caused by His Divine Holiness, but a "genocidal attack" on His Divine Holiness and His disciples by the media-mafia!

This attack by the media-mafia was projected as a Law and Order situation around His Divine Holiness. Multiple such attacks were ensured. The media broadcasted these attacks every time as a severe "Law and Order situation". Thus the strategy of dehumanising His Divine Holiness as a "Law and Order disrupting criminal" was ESTABLISHED.

• Once established, the STATE ILLEGALLY DETAINED His Divine Holiness through a series of unlawful actions and orders.
