5. The benefits of practicing authenticity
# The benefits of practicing authenticity
#4 Authenticity Empowers You!
Authenticity empowers you. When you are powerless, feeling very agitated and uncomfortable, completely wash yourself with authenticity. By nature, a person with a body and mind has to act in one way or the other. If you follow your nature with authenticity, you can be comfortable and flow in tune with Existence. When you are relaxed, when you are blissful, you express yourself beautifully

Radiate authenticity to reopen the dimension of innocence within you!
Unless innocence happens intimacy cannot happen. Intimacy is the language of Existence. The mind doesn't know intimacy. Only the being knows it. With intimacy there is openness and you can say and do everything that you feel genuinely and earnestly about. There will be authenticity in your words and actions. You will radiate energy that spurs the others around you to be innocent and open. Then the real beauty of Existence can be experienced.

Fulfilling others makes you powerful.

introduction
What you feel as you, what you show yourself to others as you and what others perceive you as you all these three put together is your responsibility, it is your being.
It is as if you yourself is sitting in the inner consciousness of everyone who has some expectation towards you and you make them expect these things from you. Some of your words and body language is responsible for them to have that expectation from you.

So you are responsible for it. Some part of you which is suppressed by you, which wants to realize itself goes and sits in another's heart and becomes their expectation about you, so that suppressed part is realized. When you are not ready to listen to your own heart and expand, the divine helps you by creating the same expectation in others, so that you can expand. When you fulfill others expectations about you and realize that is also is your expectation about you, you reach the space of self-realization.

Then it is no more anyakara (other's image of you), you are expanding for your mamakara (inner image) and ahankara (outer image). When you fulfill the expectation of others only then you realize that it is your own expectations that are
fulfilled.
Living in your peak capacity, performing in your peak in all the three (mamakara, ahankara and anyakara), expressing your peak potential in all the three, expressing your highest possible energy in all these three is authenticity.

GOALS:
To make the children understand that fulfilling others makes you powerful.
