Prologue

The courage of being established in the peak of your capability, and responding to life from who you perceive to be for yourself, who you project yourself to be for others, what others expect you to be for them and what you expect them to be for you is what is called śraddhā, Authenticity. Authenticity is you being established and responding to life from who you believe yourself to be ,who you believe yourself to be for others and what others believe you to be for them.

What Is "Shraddha"?

Living in your peak capacity in all the four identities, - INNER IMAGE mamakara - outer image ahankara -others image anyakara - life image svanyakara

aligning your life to all the four dimensions, and expressing your peak potential in all these four, is Authenticity, Śraddha!

What Happens When You Practice Authenticity?

When you practice shraddha, cosmos will grant to you anything you want, your life will become a possibility.

If authenticity is not continuously BEING Practiced, you cannot be a possibility, you are dead! Constantly make authenticity a practice, in your work, in your thinking, in your health! Constantly expand your thinking, constantly expand your perception!

Is The Practice Of Authenticity Hard?

Its not so hard to practice authenticity. You just need some time with yourself. Authenticity is a self complete technique, from the beginning to the end. It means bringing yourself out of the mood of powerlessness again and again. When you are powerless, feeling very agitated and uncomfortable, completely wash yourself with authenticity.

Develop Listening To Master Authenticity

When you develop listening, you will not be able to carry inauthenticity in you. Unless you become authentic to listening, you will feel agitated, bored, irritated and try to jump to conclusions. A person who listens patiently without any tiredness to every speaker, is integrated he has found his authenticity. Only then he is able to effectively transmit the truth to others.

Constantly practicing authenticity brings you to the space of possibility. Śraddha or Authenticity continuously connects you with yourself and your highest possibility whether it is being a good speaker or a good listener. Life is for realizing that possibility. Life is for realizing the Self. Life is for realizing itself.

How To Practice Authenticity?

Authentically authenticating authenticity means again and again saying no to the mind which says "it is okay constantly fill yourself with authenticity, authenticity itself becomes a power. You have to make sure that authenticity gives you the power. It empowers you. It constantly gets you out of the space of powerlessness.

How Does Being Authentic Help You?

The power of passion and the power of patience both express in their extreme, only when you are authentic. Bring authenticity and the ability to stretch yourself to complete the anyakaras of everyone around you. Anyakara is what others feel about you, it is not a curse but a possibility for your expansion. Every time you raise yourself to others anyakara, every time you stretch yourself to fulfill others anyakara, you achieve completion.

When you authentically commit, so much of energy is sent to your body and mind, and your laziness pattern is broken. Whatever you commit will become your reality because that is what is in your inner space. When you commit that you are going to do it, the cosmos immediately sends energy to your body and mind and you do it.

What Is Right Thinking?

The thinking based on dharma. Aligning all your thinking based on the cognition of the four principles—tattvas of integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching is right thinking

Align Your Thinking To Authenticity

It is neither difficult nor easy, but you have to do it! It is nothing but tuning yourself to a certain frequency. How tuning or changing a channel is neither difficult nor easy, it is a simple technique; same way, go on tuning your thinking to śraddha, authenticity. Always think about your thinking and align your thinking to authenticity

Experience Authenticity Through The Four Identities

Living in your peak capacity, performing in your peak in all the four (mamakara, ahamkara, anyakara and svanyakara), expressing your peak potential in all the four, expressing your highest possible energy in all these four is authenticity.

What Is Mamakara – Inner Image?

Mamakara - what you feel as you inner image. Your own expectation about you is mamakāra or Inner Image. It is the inner idea and the experience you carry about yourself like—I am healthy, I am ugly, I am intelligent, I cannot tolerate hard work, I love people etc. But, the idea you carry about you is always less than what you project yourself to be for others!.

What is ahamkara – outer image?

Ahankara - what you project you to others outer image The second identity is how you show or project yourself to others called ahaṁkāra or Outer Image. Unfortunately, what you project is always far more than what you believe yourself to be.

What Is Anyakara – Others Image?

Anyakara - what others hold you as—others' image

The third identity you carry is the image that others have about you, how others expect you to be, called anyakāra or Others' Image. How others perceive you may be different from how you project yourself to them, because people create their opinion about you from the subtle signals you give them, rather than what you openly project. Humans are intelligent enough to catch even what you don't say or especially what you don't say!

Svanyakara - what you think about others and life—life image And the fourth identity is very subtle, because it is not directly related to you. It is how you experience life to be for you and what you expect others to be, called svānyakāra or Life Image. For example, you may feel—life is lonely, life is complicated or life is sacred or life is scary, or life and people are always showering me with everything! Please understand, this is also your identity, because it defines the exact experience you will be receiving from the people and situations from life

1 Authenticity Makes You A Leader

When you become a leader, you need to continuously maintain leadership consciousness. How to maintain leadership consciousness is though authentically authenticating authenticity.

2 Authenticate Others To Become A Leader

Someone inauthentic is shouting at you even though you have done everything properly, you start feeling powerless. So the first thing you do is to do instant completion with any person or any situation even when you are right and others say you are wrong. Next what you do is to declare in front of the group to take the responsibility for the other person's inauthenticity and be a cause for it and start taking responsibility for it. This will make you a REAL LEADER

Only when you constantly retain your authenticity authentically, can you continue to remain in the consciousness of a leader, the space of a leader. Nature listens to you when you are in authenticity.

3 Authenticity Is The Key To Control Your Unconscious Patterns

The awareness of your inauthenticity will itself bring you to your peak capability. Then, you will naturally drop all your lower level emotions and live what Kṛṣṇa calls as śraddhāvanto anasūyanto,

Authenticity without envy, becomes the space of possibility.

4 Authenticity Empowers You!

Authenticity empowers you. When you are powerless, feeling very agitated and uncomfortable, completely wash yourself with authenticity. By nature, a person with a body and mind has to act in one way or the other. If you follow your nature with authenticity, you can be comfortable and flow in tune with Existence. When you are relaxed, when you are blissful, you express yourself beautifully

Radiate Authenticity To Reopen The Dimension Of Innocence Within You!

Unless innocence happens intimacy cannot happen. Intimacy is the language of Existence. The mind doesn't know intimacy. Only the being knows it. With intimacy there is openness and you can say and do everything that you feel genuinely and earnestly about. There will be authenticity in your words and actions. You will radiate energy that spurs the others around you to be innocent and open. Then the real beauty of Existence can be experienced.

Authenticity brings the space of possibility in you

Introduction

Your perception is your option. If you cognize restlessness in you, you will have inability to be in peace with yourself. Be very clear, you are constantly fighting with yourself, which does not allow you to be in tune with you. You have deep dissatisfaction about who you are, and your expectations about who you should be. These two are far away because you do not feel you are responsible to create who you want to be.

The gap between who you are and who you want to be without responsibility is greed. With responsibility it is possibility. When there is no responsibility bridge it is greed. When there is a responsibility bridge it becomes a possibility.

When you add responsibility towards your greed, suddenly the gap reduces. When communication is not happening even between you and you, you are not able to convince even you. Incomplete conversations with you, how much ever you try to push it under the carpet, does not die. You have to face those incompletions. When you can't face that part of you then non-communication becomes your lifestyle.

A person who is not in communication with himself will not be able to communicate to a group. Ability to speak to a group of people, communicate to a group of people, is not something extraordinary. It is your basic survival need. With that capacity only your life starts. Because, for any achievement you need to share your ideas with people, you need to enroll others into it. Practicing Authenticity creates the space of possibility in you. Cognitive shift itself will make you live the principle.

Goals:

To make the children understand authenticity brings the space of possibility in you.

Assessments

  • When do you cognize restlessness in you?
  • Where do these gaps exist in you?
  • What happens with the responsibility bridge?
  • What happens when there is no responsibility bridge?
  • When doe greed happens?
  • What is authenticity?
  • What happens when you practice authenticity?

CONCLUSION: Authenticity is what you mean to you and what you mean to others, being in peak of it.

Materials Needed:

    1. Chart
    1. Pencil
    1. Poster colors
    1. Crayons

Procedure:

Children are encouraged to do a group drawing and coloring. The first child will start drawing some picture, the next one expands the picture and so on. They also color the picture as a group in a similar way.

Inference:

When communication is not happening even between you and you, you are not able to convince you. Practicing authenticity creates the space of possibility in you.

Explanation:

Blow same color balloons. Write the names of the children on the blown balloons and throw the balloons up in the air. Ask the children to pick the balloons on which their names are wri en within 1 minute very quickly. The children in the process will burst a few of the balloons or take other children's balloon and then finally find their balloon.

When children have the greed of picking up the balloon before every one without responsibility then they will burst other balloons. But if they have the responsibility bridge it becomes a possibility each one can find their balloon correctly without bursting others balloons and without making any mistakes. They have authenticity if a child picks up other child's balloon and he gives it to that child.

Possibility in others Everyone who you know has some good qualities and some bad qualities unless they are enlightened or beyond that. So usually whenever we look at a person, most of the time we only remember the bad quality in him and look at him like that. But he/she is good at something but we don't look at that part. When we start looking the other person as a possibility and the good qualities in him , we start expanding and being more complete.

You just need to make a conscious decision that you will look at the other person as a possibility. So whenever you look at that person, you will remember your decision and look at the other person as a possibility.

Example:

I don't like that person, because he keeps makingfunofme and takes over my responsibility. NowwhenIlookinto find the good quality in him, I findout thatheisverygood at yoga and studies very well. SofromnowImakeaconscious decision to look at himinthat way.Ideclarethat from now whenever I look at himor rememberhimI only remember his good qualities. Nowevenifyouwant to show that person's inauthenticity, itwillnotbeout of incompletion but out of the attitudetocausesomebody 's reality.WORKSHOP OF THE DAY
