The moment your perception stops expanding, life stops happening in you. Every day living authenticity is more much more than the Vitamin supply for your body and mind. How important it is for you to know about your bad cholesterol and getting rid of it, it is that important for you to know your inauthenticity and get rid of them. If you are in the ambience where people are not going to let you be in inauthenticity, then they are going to force you to be authentic. Then you are in heaven.

It is unfortunate that people choose the other way. We choose friends who will never expose our inauthenticity to us, who will not constantly supply you with Vitamin – A – Authenticity. The vital vitamin for vitality is Vitamin – A – Authenticity. Add Authenticity to your thinking, in every step constantly expand and don't settle down with lower perception. Any conflict you have, powerlessness you have in your life, it is imperfect.
