For any problem you have look for the solution in the direction of knowledge, not in the direction of power. When you build your personality with authenticity, you will realign the truth that your wrong inner image is your real enemy and that can be cleared only by knowledge not by power. Encourage the children to draw the inner world and outer world in a pictorial format.

A rope or lace with complex knots

EXPLANATION:

Give each child a rope or lace with complex knots and ask them to remove it slowly. If they use power and pull the knot, it will be tighten more. They have to remove the knots with patience.
