prologue

The courage of being established in the peak of your capability, and responding to life from who you perceive to be for yourself, who you project yourself to be for others, what others expect you to be for them and what you expect them to be for you is what is called śraddhā, Authenticity. Authenticity is you being established and responding to life from who you believe yourself to be ,who you believe yourself to be for others and what others believe you to be for them.

What is "shraddha"?

Living in your peak capacity in all the four identities, - INNER IMAGE mamakara - outer image ahankara -others image anyakara - life image svanyakara

aligning your life to all the four dimensions, and expressing your peak potential in all these four, is Authenticity, Śraddha!

What happens when you practice authenticity?

When you practice shraddha, cosmos will grant to you anything you want, your life will become a possibility.

If authenticity is not continuously BEING Practiced, you cannot be a possibility, you are dead! Constantly make authenticity a practice, in your work, in your thinking, in your health! Constantly expand your thinking, constantly expand your perception!

Is the practice of authenticity hard?

Its not so hard to practice authenticity. You just need some time with yourself. Authenticity is a self complete technique, from the beginning to the end. It means bringing yourself out of the mood of powerlessness again and again. When you are powerless, feeling very agitated and uncomfortable, completely wash yourself with authenticity.

Develop Listening To Master Authenticity

When you develop listening, you will not be able to carry inauthenticity in you. Unless you become authentic to listening, you will feel agitated, bored, irritated and try to jump to conclusions. A person who listens patiently without any tiredness to every speaker, is integrated he has found his authenticity. Only then he is able to effectively transmit the truth to others.

How to practice authenticity?

Develop Listening To Master Authenticity

Constantly practicing authenticity brings you to the space of possibility. Śraddha or Authenticity continuously connects you with yourself and your highest possibility whether it is being a good speaker or a good listener. Life is for realizing that possibility. Life is for realizing the Self. Life is for realizing itself.

How To Practice Authenticity?

Authentically authenticating authenticity means again and again saying no to the mind which says "it is okay constantly fill yourself with authenticity, authenticity itself becomes a power. You have to make sure that authenticity gives you the power. It empowers you. It constantly gets you out of the space of powerlessness.

How does Being authentic help you?

Section 2

The power of passion and the power of patience both express in their extreme, only when you are authentic. Bring authenticity and the ability to stretch yourself to complete the anyakaras of everyone around you. Anyakara is what others feel about you, it is not a curse but a possibility for your expansion. Every time you raise yourself to others anyakara, every time you stretch yourself to fulfill others anyakara, you achieve completion.

When you authentically commit, so much of energy is sent to your body and mind, and your laziness pattern is broken. Whatever you commit will become your reality because that is what is in your inner space. When you commit that you are going to do it, the cosmos immediately sends energy to your body and mind and you do it.

Align your thinking through authenticity and the four tattvas

What is right thinking?

The thinking based on dharma. Aligning all your thinking based on the cognition of the four principles—tattvas of integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching is right thinking

Align your thinking to authenticity

It is neither difficult nor easy, but you have to do it! It is nothing but tuning yourself to a certain frequency. How tuning or changing a channel is neither difficult nor easy, it is a simple technique; same way, go on tuning your thinking to śraddha, authenticity. Always think about your thinking and align your thinking to authenticity
