The main reason for us to be in an inauthentic space is convenience . It is the 'it's ok' space. In our day to day life , there will be many situations where we think ' it is ok , what is there , if we miss doing it this time alone nothing is going to happen'. That space which tells that it is ok to be inauthentic is convenience. So sit and pen down all the places in your life where you have convenience and start completing with it. As per your declaration, again when convenience comes in your life , you have to make a decision of being authentic and not allowing convenience. Everything depends on how strong and integrated you are with your commitment.
