Experience Authenticity Through The Four Identities
Living in your peak capacity, performing in your peak in all the four (mamakara, ahamkara, anyakara and svanyakara), expressing your peak potential in all the four, expressing your highest possible energy in all these four is authenticity.
What Is Mamakara – Inner Image?
Mamakara - what you feel as you inner image. Your own expectation about you is mamakāra or Inner Image. It is the inner idea and the experience you carry about yourself like—I am healthy, I am ugly, I am intelligent, I cannot tolerate hard work, I love people etc. But, the idea you carry about you is always less than what you project yourself to be for others!.
What Is Ahamkara – Outer Image?
Ahankara - what you project you to others outer image The second identity is how you show or project yourself to others called ahaṁkāra or Outer Image. Unfortunately, what you project is always far more than what you believe yourself to be.
What Is Anyakara – Others Image?
Anyakara - what others hold you as—others' image
The third identity you carry is the image that others have about you, how others expect you to be, called anyakāra or Others' Image. How others perceive you may be different from how you project yourself to them, because people create their opinion about you from the subtle signals you give them, rather than what you openly project. Humans are intelligent enough to catch even what you don't say or especially what you don't say!
Svanyakara - what you think about others and life—life image And the fourth identity is very subtle, because it is not directly related to you. It is how you experience life to be for you and what you expect others to be, called svānyakāra or Life Image. For example, you may feel—life is lonely, life is complicated or life is sacred or life is scary, or life and people are always showering me with everything! Please understand, this is also your identity, because it defines the exact experience you will be receiving from the people and situations from life
1 Authenticity Makes You A Leader
When you become a leader, you need to continuously maintain leadership consciousness. How to maintain leadership consciousness is though authentically authenticating authenticity.
2 Authenticate Others To Become A Leader
Someone inauthentic is shouting at you even though you have done everything properly, you start feeling powerless. So the first thing you do is to do instant completion with any person or any situation even when you are right and others say you are wrong. Next what you do is to declare in front of the group to take the responsibility for the other person's inauthenticity and be a cause for it and start taking responsibility for it. This will make you a REAL LEADER
Only when you constantly retain your authenticity authentically, can you continue to remain in the consciousness of a leader, the space of a leader. Nature listens to you when you are in authenticity.
3 Authenticity Is The Key To Control Your Unconscious Patterns
The awareness of your inauthenticity will itself bring you to your peak capability. Then, you will naturally drop all your lower level emotions and live what Kṛṣṇa calls as śraddhāvanto anasūyanto,
Authenticity without envy, becomes the space of possibility.
4 Authenticity Empowers You!
Authenticity empowers you. When you are powerless, feeling very agitated and uncomfortable, completely wash yourself with authenticity. By nature, a person with a body and mind has to act in one way or the other. If you follow your nature with authenticity, you can be comfortable and flow in tune with Existence. When you are relaxed, when you are blissful, you express yourself beautifully
Radiate Authenticity To Reopen The Dimension Of Innocence Within You!
Unless innocence happens intimacy cannot happen. Intimacy is the language of Existence. The mind doesn't know intimacy. Only the being knows it. With intimacy there is openness and you can say and do everything that you feel genuinely and earnestly about. There will be authenticity in your words and actions. You will radiate energy that spurs the others around you to be innocent and open. Then the real beauty of Existence can be experienced.
authenticity is exploring your peak possibility
Introduction
Authenticity is nothing but being sincere to the four aspects of you: what you feel as you—inner image(mamakara); what you project you to others—outer image(Ahankar);, and what others hold you as—others' image(Anahata), what you think about others and life—life image(Swanyakara). Being sincere to all these four is authenticity
Being sincere in all these four identities! What does this mean? Having the best inner image, having the best outer image, having the best idea about others and life; and being very sincere about what others hold as you.
Just create the best image, the most sincere image that you wanted to feel, think and project about you.
Again and again, align your thinking to authenticity. See very clearly: Are you functioning towards the best inner image by constantly developing liberated thinking?
Liberated thinking means your thinking should not have or should not lead you towards powerlessness. Constantly your thinking should be leading you to being in a powerful space.
It is neither difficult nor easy, but you have to do it! It is nothing but tuning yourself to a certain frequency.
