Anything that raises your consciousness is meditation. It can be even a simple breathing technique. It can be a simple repetition of a word, or it can be just simply sitting! Someone who is living enlightenment radiates so many wonderful qualities, so many different energies.

Each of our programs aims to reproduce one component of j¤van mukti (living enlightenment) in you.

Life Bliss Program (LBP) aims at reproducing the component of j¤van mukti which cleans one's energy centers, and achieves physical health and mental wellness. It is the initiation into the powerful Nithya Dhyaan meditation technique.

Life Bliss Program Level 2 – Nithyananda Spurana Program (LBP Level 2-NSP) - aims at creating an engram-less mental setup without samsk¢r¢s or engraved memories, and demystifies the secrets of death and after-death. It is the initiation into nirvikalpa sam¢dhi as it provides the glimpse of unclutching.

Life Bliss Program Level 3 - Bhakti Spurana Program (LBP Level 3 - BSP) aims at creating a state of constant ecstasy - bh¢va sam¢dhi - to live an unclutched life. This is what I call causeless auspiciousness – living in constant ecstasy for no external reason but just expressing your innate bliss and feeling everything is auspicious. Healers Initiation giving the J¤van Mukti d¤k¾¢ or the initiation into living enlightenment aims at living j¤van mukti in all the 3 states: dream, deep sleep and waking state.

Nithyanandam Program enables participants to radiate enlightenment in all its components. When you live enlightenment, you start developing a n¢²¤ called medh¢ n¢²¤, responsible for pure wisdom and taking decisions without dilemma.

Nithya Yoga aims at reproducing the j¤van mukti sÁar¤ra, the body of living enlightenment.
