The program will also help you to activate at least 20% of your latent energy, which in an average human being is used only up to 1 to 2%.

Why 21 days ?

21 days is the time needed for any experience to be understood, practiced and integrated. The first 7 days constitutes the understanding period. The next 7 days is the practicing period, and the last 7 is the experience, which engraves this new understanding within.

How is Inner Awakening different from other meditation programs ?

Inner Awakening program is open to people of all backgrounds, cultures, approach and faith.

Nithyananda says, "This program is designed to awaken in you all components of Living Enlightenment which are in me. Whatever dimensions, whatever components I have experienced, I am opening everything to you. I am opening all its dimensions so that you can walk through any one of them. When I use the word 'dimension', I mean bhakti (devotion), yoga (state of union with the divine), dhy¢na (meditation), karma (activity) – these are different dimensions, different paths through which you can experience it. When I say all components, I mean you can have a different body, different mind, different emotional setup, different spiritual feeling - if you decide to Live Enlightenment."

The program involves

Why pay for spirituality?

In ancient times, the kings supported the inner-science research done by the

rishis and sages of India. In this way, this fundamental work was sustained and kept alive. But today, the system has been replaced by secular political systems that do not support this research.
